Mail is delivered early and packages are always signed and hand delivered to each box holder making receiving packages convenient and safe. Price: Very affordable. Call them for pricing or visit them on their website. I pay them yearly, that saves you some money. Overall Experience: I love everyone there, cry family oriented business and they are super personable. I forget my key at times and they don't mind going and opening the box for me and getting my mail. I am a customer for life.

The entire set up process here took less than five minutes, including waiting for the man in front of me to take care of his package pickup. Just needed to show two forms of ID and sign in three places. I like the fact that they give you a key to the front door for 24 hour access and you get a true street address...not just a P.O. number. They also sign for packages for you and notify you by email. The worker there was courteous and efficient. Wasn't forced to enter any monthly contracts either, which is great because I will only be needing it for a short time. I can't comment on the reliability yet, as I haven't even used it, but it seems like a pretty straightforward biz with no hassles so far.

The tracking number was not in the emailer from the retailer, and the way she was talking to me was making me super anxious because she was almost accusing me of not being the person the package was designated for. She had an aggressive tone, and no lie, it was like she hated me for not having known this information. Every time I tried to speak she would cut me off repeating the same information about the tracking number. I was trying to frantically find the information because at this point I was feeling really anxious, but she would not allow me any space to speak. She stated that I was aggressive, but I wasn't. She was very mean during the entire interaction. I hate to use the word mean, but that's the only word I can find to describe her interaction with me. She lacks patience and did not display any customer service. She did not try to assist me, and only tried to do her best to belittle me. It was a very terrible experience and no one should be made felt like that for picking up a package. It was the most unprofessional experience I've had at any establishment.
