As a long-time customer of Calico in Las Vegas, I cannot say enough about the company and their service, product, and most importantly, their care. Connie, Lisa, and Allyson have all assisted me to some degree with my decorating projects for my home, whether it's a simple tuffet with the greatest of embellishments, a beautiful pillow that seems to "tie everything together," a custom sofa, or chairs upholstered with fabric that has just the right amount of patina and sheen, I have many upholstered pieces from them, as well as custom window treatments throughout; from large to small, they have done it all! Needless to say, they have also stood by their product, work and craftsmanship; honestly, I cannot think of a single time when I had asked for something to be done that they did not meet or exceed my expectations! I always turn to these ladies for their sense of color, proportion, and aesthetics; quite frankly, their approach to an individual's taste is as professional and as fun as it can get when you are decorating because they are always willing to collaborate to ensure that your house is actually your style and your taste, and not some random decorator's "vision." There "eye" for the mix is infallible. These ladies listen, and they care... I take great pride in my home, as I am sure we all do, and have curated many pieces and antiques throughout my life; the ladies at Calico have always managed to bring new life to those exceptional pieces that may seem, for many of us, to be irreplaceable without losing the integrity of the piece itself! They are always willing to work within your budget, and are very accommodating to your preferences. Calico, and the people in it, are exceptional, to say the least; they offer a wide variety of fabrics, and trim across the spectrum, and I would not dream of going anywhere else to have work done for my home. It gives me a sense of satisfaction and joy when people walk through the front door and praise the tasteful and eclectic mix of fabrics and patterns, and embellishments, that Calico has done for me throughout the years; their work is just phenomenal... it is always nice to hear that one has such "a lovely home" and once you begin your pursuit of "custom-made" you will never settle for anything less.
