We've been loyal RC Willey customers for years because of their outstanding customer service. Recently, we had an issue with our refrigerator, so I reached out to Jeff for guidance on getting it serviced. He responded right away with several options to help us. Later, I contacted Jeff again about repairing an end table that our dogs had scratched. Once again, he was quick to help and had someone out to assess the repair in no time. The level of customer service we've received has been consistently exceptional. Jeff and the entire team are professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to taking care of their customers. We truly appreciate their help and highly recommend RC Willey! read more

I had to purchase 3 appliances and this was not by choice. I had visited Home Depot and Lowe's but ultimately ended up purchasing at RC Willey. I think the salesperson helping you also makes a difference because you might not make a decision on day one, but you always have a direct line to your salesperson for questions, pricing, specials/rebates etc. My first purchase was a fridge and my salesperson said that it was a one day travel from their Utah warehouse. True to his word, my fridge arrived next day and I elected to pick it up myself. The next was comparing washer and dryer sets. I looked at many but ultimately settled on LG. With the models I wanted, I texted my salesperson to show me the final out the door price before I even settled on the deal. Within 10 min, he texted back and gave me all the details. He even told me it was in the Henderson location and could be same day pick-up. The next day I decided to purchase and told the salesperson. When I arrived he was ready with my paperwork. I was in there for only a few minutes. I also had a very good experience with the front cashiers and team members. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Picking up was efficient at both locations and the warehouse team members were all very friendly. read more

The bed frame that supported the wooden slates was extremely narrow and broke easily, despite being used primarily by an 8-year-old child weighing only about 80 pounds. I highly recommend not buying a bed set of this nature from rc Willey summerlin . The wood is only warrantied for a year which wouldn't amount to the damage this bed has faced over four years. Cost $3000 for the set. That should last for at least 20 years. The furniture manager was very rude and didn't consider this report worth his time to consider helping. He basically said 'what do you want after 4 years and I can't do anything for you.' **already went in to get help.** past the year but wood is cheap if it breaks like that with 4 years for that much money. read more

I know most people go for furniture and appliances, but I saw a deal on Facebook marketplace for Pinball machines. I reached out to the person that made the post which was Zack K. We came to an agreement on price for multiple machines deliverd and installed. I showed up in the store for payment and to check out the Pinball Machines. Zack was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly a man of his word. Everything we had agreed to through the messages happened and the transaction went smoothly. The Delivery guys were also great. They set up my machines properly and put into the space I desired. Zack works in the appliance and electronics department. If I needed anything in the future I would reach out to him directly again. read more

Many years ago I purchased a sofa and a TV stand from this store and both items have held up well. There is asmall cafe in the store that offers a complimentary cookie. There is also a limited selection of beverages and snacks available. The showroom is nice to walk through. I like the themed areas. During our time there, a couple of salespeople asked us if we were in need of assistance but they were not pushy, and we appreciated that. A nice selection of furniture styles. A salesperson saw me attempting to figure out how to adjust a sofa and he came over and showed us where the hidden buttons were located (furniture was designed with buttons between the cushion and sidewall of the sofa to streamline the design). There is an area within the showroom dedicated to Lazyboy. Hoping for really good financing options and deals in the Fall. read more

After an extremely negative experience at the RC Willey in Salt Lake a few years ago, I was hesitant to revisit another RC Willey when I needed a couch. But I went in for the Labor Day sale and am extremely glad I did. Adam C was great to deal with on the sales floor. He didn't hound me, let me discover for myself, and even point me to the clearance area when I wasn't a fan of the coffee table options. Overall he was honest and a pleasure to deal with. On delivery day, Luis was amazing. Quick, on time, and proficient. One of the tables I purchased had a very small chip in it. As soon as he placed the table down he mentioned he would inform his dispatch of the error and they would contact me with options. 5 minutes after he left my phone rang and I setup the repair. Zach came this morning and fixed the issue on the table. Can't even tell it is there and was great to talk to while he was fixing it. Overall this experience has brought back my faith in RV Willey and I will use them again when I need furniture. read more

We've had an account with RC Willey for years, mostly for convenience for financing and delivery, but I won't buy from them anymore! Their furniture is garbage, and their warranty is even worse; they don't stand behind it either so buyer beware! We spent $1,800 on a recliner love seat and chair for our loft, and not even 3 months in it began to fall apart from underneath. When I called to ask to have someone come out and look at it, I was basically told I'm out of luck because all I had was the "fabric protection plan" which basically covers a stain, and they won't fix anything else. The bottom of the footrest started to fall apart, and all the stuffing fell out all over the floor. Then a spring broke off and now when you recline it leans to the side, and catches underneath. It's basically an $1,800 pile of steaming you know what. This isn't our first negative experience with furniture, we just gave them the benefit of the doubt in the past, but no more, they suck! read more

RC WILLEY REVIEW Hats off to our RC Willey Sales Tech Rep Daniel Zuniga. When my wife and I came in to look for a laptop or desktop computer, we weren't really sure what we wanted. Daniel's patience and tech knowledge shined bright as he pointed out the features and benefits of each. Once we narrowed it down to a desktop computer, he helped us decide which model would best serve our needs. Daniel is one of the main reasons why we will keep coming back to RC Willey time and again! read more

Customer Service is lacking. Over the years i have purchased appliances, floor covering, and furniture. I was there today to look for to look at a desk that I had seen advertised online. None of the sales people (with the exception of the front door person). Acknowledged.my presence. They were engaged in conversation among themselves. This happened last time in appliances and I finally got their attention bt loudky asking "are these appliances for sale". So many choices not sure I will bother going back. read more

I do not recommend purchasing any appliances or flooring from RC Willey. They have terrible installation issues. It started when the flooring division would not install my floors until my house was completely done and move-in ready. They didn't care that the cabinets were on the ground. They said I had to have the cabinet doors and drawers in, and I had to even have the countertops in, costing me tens of thousands of dollars waiting for them when I could've moved in my home a year and a half sooner. They lied to me, telling me that it had to be their Installation guy and only he could install or the floor would not be warranted. They had some con job going with their installation guy and he at the end, when he was standing there talking to my General Contractor said or your guy could've done it when all along they said it had to be their guy so they lied. They must have some kickback situation going on there. That was pretty crooked and that's not even all the details. They charged me a flat $5000 to float the floor it wasn't like it was $1.83×2000 ft.². It was a flat $5000 and then some third-party shows up with his wife and two nephews many of which don't speak English and they skip the bathroom and today the floor is uneven. I had to Zelle this third party money for fixing the floor in an area which was odd. When they installed the floor, they made several mistakes and refused to repair them. They lied about the repair too. They said they had to lift the whole quarter section of the floor and redo it when they didn't. They lifted up a few boards, and the baseboards and the install manager refused to address the repair. She said the installer never lied to her before. That was her answer and she would not watch the video or meet with me. The whole thing was a scam. They also overmeasured my house and stuck me with 600 ft.² of flooring that I did not need because their guy measured the house at 2300 ft.² and ignored me as I tried to tell them that there was no way the house could be 2300 ft.² when the assessor says it's 2007 ft.² The floor has issues and areas that were installked poorly. But then the appliances get installed and the first one is the washer and dryer which are stackable the Installer can't get them to fit in my cupboard. They hooked them to the gas line and left them hanging out in the middle of my laundry room. I had to get my Contractor over there and I'm yelling at him that the cabinets are mis-measured and the washer and dryer doesn't fit. My contractor has his guys lower the feet on the washing machine and they push it right in. Then I called the installation department and I said well it's making noise and it's got a funny smell and they said oh sorry well we didn't install it! Yeah, of course you didn't install it cause your installers didn't know to lower the feet on the washing machine. Then, I had a beverage refrigerator put in the dining room and it's shaking all over the place. That installation wasn't good. Every time I open the door the whole thing rattles with bottles in it. I bought a Bosch Dishwasher and since it was installed, it does not dry. They forced me to go direct to Bosch and Bosch is not helping me they sent a company out to check it out and the guy says well oh all this crazy conversation that was pure insanity about how dishwashers today automatically pop open when they're done so the steam can escape but this one doesn't and I'm thinking I don't want a dishwasher that opens up 4 inches. My cat could get in there when I'm at work or in the middle of the night and then get stuck in there and die. Why would I want a dishwasher that pops open so I called Bosch back they said they said they would send out a different maintenance company. I spent six hours waiting for them and they never showed and I haven't been able to get it resolved since so I've taken my business to Best Buy and I do not recommend RC Willey for anything. I'm going to pay off my credit card and be done with this company for life, and I hope those people that screwed me on the flooring get their karma in one way or another. there's something very funny about the floor installation and how you can only use the one guy and making me wait a year. there's no doubt in my mind somebody's getting a kickback by forcing you to use one guy only and having you wait a year to get the floors in. When I went to the flooring manager for help, she told me to go to the Contractor's Board against the Contractor who wouldn't do any more work until the floors were in and the flooring people wouldn't do the floors until the house was move-in ready so it was a big mess as I sat there for over a year and a half waiting for my floors to get in so I could move in. Stay away from RC Willey and go to a REAL flooring store. Do not use ANY of their installers. read more

I have been buying from RC Willey since moving to Vegas years ago. Service is always outstanding - prices are straight forward & there always seams to be a discount or coupon that can be applied. We came in because we had a bit of an emergency since are upright freezer broke down - RC Willy had a number of choices to choose from with decent prices and fairly quick delivery options. The process of buying is super easy They offer 12 month no interest for purchases over $299 and 18 months no interest for purchases over $5k If you can't pull off the no interest commitment they have an excellent 9% interest with an approved store credit. 9% is a no brainer since all the big brand stores are probably going to nail you for above 20% + using their store cards or even your own bank credit card. Just a note: no matter what home needs you are looking for - including electronics, appliances & outside "Patio" furniture you're sure to see a huge selection throughout the store. A one stop shop! They even have a small food area - that was a nice touch - you can get a snack or refreshment while bruising the vast variety of furniture. All of the representatives are super helpful, professional & friendly I was in and out within 30 minutes. Thank you Adrian in the appliance department read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The experience of buying from RC Willey has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. To begin, John, our sales person, ordered the wrong piece of furniture. I waited two months after purchase for it to be delivered. I called multiple times, and in that time, continued be told it would arrive "in between a week to a month." By the time I was finally given an estimated delivery window, I arranged it on my own (after being told that the sales person would help me with arranging the date). John did eventually call and leave a voicemail, after I had already arranged the dropoff. When they FINALLY delivered my couch, it was the inverse of the one I had ordered (the arm-rest on the wrong side). Rather than simply take it back to the store, the delivery folks insisted on leaving it. When they brought it inside, dragging the couch instead of lifting it, they snapped one of the boards on my floor. In addition, the one they brought had feathers sticking out of it everywhere. In the meantime, John text the wrong number - despite obviously having my number, since had previously left me a voicemail - to show me the alleged order receipt. When I called John back to see what he was going to do to resolve the issue, he was quite unconcerned. Only after I reiterated how frustrated I was did he "realize" that they were selling the floor model of the couch I wanted (which was the courch I had wanted the entire time, but was told I could not purchase; no, I had to wait 2 months for delivery). He arranged the switch over the phone, and I was told that all of the mistaken charges would be taken off of my online statement. He confirmed with me on the phone that it was already taken care of. They ultimately did deliver the correct couch. However, even after it was delivered, my account continued to show the incorrect balance. I asked John to help me - particularly since he had already told me it was resolved - and he refused. When I checked the account again a few days later, it reflected the correct balance for the cost of the couch - but now, it showed interest. I had made my purchase with a 12-months-no-interest contract, so this didn't make sense - in addition to being against the contract I signed with the store. Rather than waste my time calling the store again, I called customer service directly. I was told that part of the balance was a "late fee" - despite having just received the couch - and that while they could get me "back" on the "no interest" plan (which I never should have been taken off in the first place), they would not remove the incorrect balance. I cannot caution you strongly enough not to purchase through this store. read more

I bought appliances from RC Willey and none of them work properly. Over the years we have made a few purchases at RC Willey... We have typically felt that the company was worth stopping in to at least see what they have available. We met a very professional guy in the appliance section a few years ago when I was replacing out microwave with a steam oven. Since then ... Whenever we have the need for an appliance for our house or office we have checked in with Zack. No matter what we have been looking for, Zack has been very informative and knowledgeable. As our house is now over 20 years old, our kitchen appliances have gotten tired and stopped working or have needed repair. We got to the point where we were ready to remodel our kitchen and laundry room and along with that replace our old, tired appliances. Our contractor gave us the name of places like Fergusson and Appliance by design. We went to these places and found them to be ok. We were typically asked, "Do you have an appointment and offered the opportunity to make an appointment" The service was less than ea and welcoming... We decided to take our list of appliances to Zack at RC Willey and see what he could help us with.... What a difference. He gave us incredible service and value. He has tirelessly helped up compare and select all the new appliances for our kitchen project! My review does not begin to cover the many text conversations, phone calls and visits to the store. He helped us compare brands and select the best values for our needs. Finally, our project was ready to receive our refrigerators/ freezers, Bosch Dishwashers, warming drawers, and the new combination washer dryer in one unit... Amazing! And a LG steam closet. The choices that we made are great and the delivery was beyond our expectations. Zack was available to help us with our delivery questions. He is a Pro and we highly recommend Zack and RC Willey. Give Zack a call or text 1 (702) 334-0268 and let him know the Debby & Jim said he is the best! Zack will make your experience as good as possible, from beginning and learning about different brands, to financing at 0% to extended warranty and finally to a very pleasant delivery and installation. We are thrilled with our appliances and our entire experience! read more

I have gone through the Draper Store and they have gone over and above to help me. My living room set was to big after it was delivered. I called and they are exchanging a piece so it will work in my house. Norma Gunderson is who I worked through, and honestly she did work hard to get me exactly what I wanted and was so patient while I was trying to make up my mind. If you need furniture ask for her, she's the Best! I also got appliances and worked with Jaden Stone. He also was so great to work with and got me just what I wanted. The delivery guys are so nice and take care of your deliveries with great care and they are pretty fast at putting things together and put where they need to go. Spent $10,000 plus there. Picked all the furniture. Sales person was stiff and not very friendly. Furniture was decent so we bought. When you go to pay you immediately get treated like cattle. Very corporate. Very unfriendly. There was a long delay in getting our home fixed up. No follow up from them - fine. I put $4000 down - we would finance $5000. We took a couple of Lamps home on the day we ordered. A couple of months later, I got a call that we our payment was late on the financing. YOU HAVE $4000 OF OUR MONEY. The items we took were financed. Can you apply it? Not my department. When we were ready to schedule delivery, I went it and our orders were cancelled! No call - nothing. The salesperson barely remembered who I was. It took 3 hours to get it straightened out. 2 days before delivery, I call and ask when the delivery would be on that day. I was told, you will get a call by 5pm the night before. So I needed to block out my ENTIRE DAY until they give me a 2 hour window the day before. This place treats customers like cattle. Very unfriendly. Oh another issue. They have a delivery program - $99 unlimited deliveries included. They invoiced that when we first came in BEFORE we took delivery on anything - we took delivery 3 months later. I asked - shouldn't it be 12 months from our first delivery. NOPE - IT'S THE DAY WE INVOICED IT. Whattt? Why did you invoice it? read more

Today was our second visit to RC Willey's. Previously we had window shopped at Ashley, Living Spaces and RC Willey. We came back to RC Willey's because they were friendly, helpful, seem interested in helping you find what you need and they have everything! This is fortunate, because we needed everything. We started in appliances, Ron G helped us, very knowledgeable and helpful. We bought a washer , dryer and refrigerator from him. Then, I had requested Anita help us because she was helpful on our first visit, and I wanted to make sure she got the credit for that! We chose a couch, a console, a dining room table, 6 chairs, 3 beds and mattresses, end tables, dressers, coffee table, and a reclining chair. At every step of the 3 plus hours we were there, she answered all questions, got us water, checked inventory and was patient. She pointed out sales and deals. She wrote everything up, and took us over to Phillip to pay. We decided to apply for RC Willey account. He was very personable and welcomed us to Las Vegas. He had a question for his supervisor, also friendly African American woman with pretty, long hair. She's from Compton and has been working for RC Willey for a year. She's also welcomed us. She and Phillip were very personable. Ron, Anita , Phillip, and the supervisor are great representatives for RC Willey. My husband and I were making bets on the way out, how fast I'd be returning to buy more. (Oh I'll be back) UPDATE: I bought more stuff from Anita! She had it added to our order and everything was delivered today!!! Carlos and Tony the delivery guys were amazing, fast, professional and no scratches on anything including my walls!!! And they had to go up stairs!! RC Willey is the only place to go in Vegas, seriously. read more

We have purchased a significant amount of furniture from R.C. Willey over the years when we lived in Northern Nevada and have always been happy with their service, professionalism and delivery. This was our first purchase since moving to Las Vegas and once again the R.C. Willey team did an amazing job. We appreciate how easy the sales people are to work with, our sales associate Kalin Savov had all the information we needed, he didn't hover over us and there was zero pressure. The selection for the item we were looking for was great and our delivery window was quick. The delivery team were on time and within the window that had advised us that would be at our home. My only negative, we live in a high rise on the Strip and we did not answer the initial call from the R.C. Willey Dispatcher once the delivery team arrived, our high rise Receiving team were on-duty and available but because we didn't answer on the initial call the R.C. Willey Dispatcher indicated they were about to leave, this will give us pause on purchasing there again. Not sure what the disconnect was given out high rise Receiving team were in their office but nonetheless our item was delivered and we could not be happier with what we purchased. read more

The delivery team was wonderful, especially the 2 men who installed the new appliances and hauled away the old ones. During the entire install process they kept asking if we had any questions. They took extra care to cover the floors and doorways during the installation. We can't say enough nice things about the delv team. Do not purchase flooring or any other products from RC Willey. Their flooring department and installation manager, GINA, is unprofessional and doesn't take responsibility for a horrible and faulty install job after we even had a 3rd party investigator come and look at the floors. My wife and I stopped by the store to look for a new couch, to replace ones that we had bought from Macy's which proved to be not very good at all. Within a minute of arriving, we were greeted by Irene Samouha, and helped. Fast forward less than 30 minutes and we had purchased a sectional sofa, a new rug, and signed up for Blue Rewards which is a great deal. Irene was brilliant, she was a lovely person, she helped us with our purchase needs and helped us buy, rather than "sold" us what we were not sure about. We are delighted with our purchases and look forward to them being delivered. We have looked in many furniture retailers and found none that had a better selection than R C Willey, what is more, the customer service provided by Irene, and then the customer service that was provided as we paid for our order, was absolutely faultless. We didn't want to spend hours in the store and we didn't have to, every aspect of the visit was exceptional and we will be back next week for a more leisurely visit. The range, variety, and quality of inventory is fabulous and the value for money that we experienced today was amazing. read more

Avoid the Summerlin Store Flooring Department..unless you want a trip through hell! The sales person failed miserably. After my floor was measured I went to the store to purchase: 1. Sales Person's phone kept ringing and was not engaged 2. Sales Person pulled the estimate, for the wrong house and became frustrated asked me about my 3 bedrooms upstairs. I do not have 3 bedrooms upstairs. I gave her my name again. She had the wrong estimate. She could not read the floor plan, I had to show her which floor the master bed was located on the floor plan. 3. A week later I called the Sales person to confirm a date. I was told everything is on schedule and to"get packing". 4. Two days before movers arrive and flooring company drops LVP. Confirmed again, Another person in the department..Parts are delayed. Expected delivery from STL is 3 weeks. I cancel the movers. Reschedule movers for 4 weeks out. 5. 2 mos after purchase, LVP is delivered. My flooring was to be set diagonal as the display board in the store, therefore my LVP flooring was set staggered. 6.The flooring company came to the house and explained what options I have. They advised me one of the molding was not paintable to match the cabinet. I personally had to go to HOME DEPOT and purchase to avoid delay. The flooring company was the ONLY POSITIVE. Though I didn't get the diagonal flooring, the LVP was installed perfect and looks great. Jerry and Gustavo were just wonderful to work with! The original Sales person was taken off the account and a second person did step in. She tried her very best to recover the service. The amount of time it took to complete this project was 2.5 months. Imagine your home being packed all that time! At one point I called the Store Manager, left a message but he did not return my call. There are many options in Las Vegas.. I do not recommend this store for flooring. read more

I've lived in Las Vegas for 10 years, and 90% of my home furniture and electronics, have come from RC Wiley. They've always had good customer service with good communication....until now. I order a fancy new refrigerator to be installed today. It was a total want, as my current one works just fine. We spend time emptying and cleaning the old one to make room for it just to be told there's a new requirement, and we need a water shutoff valve at the same location of the refrigerator in order to install. Hmmmm, that seems like a really important detail that should've been disclosed before scheduling delivery. At no point during the sale, delivery scheduling, or confirmation of delivery did this get mentioned. To add fuel to the fire, they wanted to leave it in my garage until we got things "figured out." I, sadly, returned the refrigerator. Maybe this is a sign that I don't need a $3000 refrigerator. I'm still very disappointed that I took time off work to be here for the delivery. I would have appreciated the opportunity to get the water valve placed or make arrangements for them to do it if that was even possible. But instead, they likely kept quiet because they're afraid that people won't make the purchase. And they're right. I will be going to Lowe's to get my refrigerator since I'm off work now! And I will think more than twice if I ever want to make a purchase here again! The trust has been broken... read more

Took a star off because the horrible woman at the front of the store glared and pursed her lips at us when we walked in. She didn't say a damned word to us, but proceeded to greet every single other customer that entered right after we did. I hate when ignorant people judge us for whatever reason. Ugly, rude & unnecessary. I was about to tell my hubby we should just leave because that woman was SO unprofessional & offensive when a sales guy named Mark quickly greeted us and welcomed us in. He explained where things were and gave us space and time to look around. (Highly recommend him as a salesman!) We kept walking and came across their electronics department, where Alan made us feel comfortable. (Also recommend him as a salesman) He was knowledgeable about the products he sold and was very helpful. We Wound up leaving with several large purchases and felt satisfied with the prices of the furniture & equipment we bought. So yeah, I hope management looks into the nasty unwelcoming female employee who was at the door judging us like we didnt have money or whatever. (Whoever was scheduled to work the door at 11/22/23 in the afternoon) and if you are looking for kind, helpful, professional people to help you, go see Mark in furniture and Alan in electronics! read more

I don't even want to give it one star. The after-sales service was terrible. They changed the agreed-upon time without any prior notice. When we called to inquire, they said the time had been changed, but we hadn't received any notification and spent a whole day waiting at home. Their attitude was also very poor. We asked the manager to call back, but there was still no response. read more

Buying a mattress from RC Willey has been one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made as a customer. I started with a Tempur-Pedic medium queen, and within days it sagged so badly that my back pain became unbearable. It felt cheap, flimsy, and nothing like the "premium" product they claim to sell. When I tried to fix the problem through their so-called "comfort exchange," I ended up with an Aireloom extra firm that was somehow even worse. It's lumpy, uneven, and so uncomfortable that I wake up feeling worse than when I went to bed. What's shocking is how RC Willey can confidently sell these terrible mattresses at such outrageous prices. Their sales pitch makes you think you're getting luxury quality, but in reality, it's garbage dressed up as high-end. And to make matters worse, they don't offer a true return policy, just an exchange that traps you with another overpriced, uncomfortable mattress. Once they have your money, you're stuck. I honestly regret ever setting foot in RC Willey. I wasted thousands of dollars, got nothing but pain and frustration in return, and now I'm stuck with a mattress I hate. This store is a complete rip-off, and I would strongly warn anyone considering buying from them to stay away. There are plenty of other places that stand behind their products and actually care about customer satisfaction. RC Willey is not one of them. read more
