Awesome service! Haven't been in here in a while, but I needed new mise en place bowls to replace my old ones. Went a bit after they opened. Walked towards where they'd have the bowls but couldn't find them. Then bam, a store clerk was standing there asking if I needed help. I told her what I needed, and she proceeded to take me there. Picked up 6 of the bowls. They changed the bowl, which is understandable, seeing as I probably got the old bowls like 20 years ago. Got what I needed, and was outta there in ~5 min.! read more

What a fun experience! I had never been to Crate & Barrel in person before but had heard about their wedding registry event. The store opens an hour early for couples registered for the event. Upon walking in, we were greeted by our hosts and filled out a little paperwork. :) The store set up a little snack bar with lemonade, lemon water, cookies, cupcakes and this delicious cinnamon bread. That alone was amazing, but getting to spend time in the store browsing products, asking every question that came to mind, and truly enjoying the registry experience made it unforgettable. We walked away with a thoughtful registry list for your upcoming wedding and a small gift from Crate & Barrel, very classy. We can't wait to return and pick up anything we don't receive. Susan walked up to me and helped me with the coffee machine. I thought she was shopping there but then she introduced herself and helped with a list of my soon to be home in Summerlin. Susan excelled over and beyond with customer service skills. Susan attended to the needs and emailed the list of furniture I hand picked. This is probably the best service crate and barrel I've ever been to...which might not be saying much because I've only been to a few others out of state. But when you walk in here, you will have at least five sales reps/staff members asking if you need help within the 30 minutes that you're just walking around. I've been in here looking half homeless in sweatpants, hair in a bird's nest, bare face like I rolled out of bed and forgot to brush my teeth, and they STILL will ask how I'm doing. So, if you're the type that wants to walk around and be left alone, ESPECIALLY if you're looking homeless, just go next door or across the street to the other furniture store. Love their plates and random stuff. I got sucked into buying a diffuser in there because I was feeling boujie above my budget from the royal treatment. But my bathroom smells amazing. I absolutely love Crate & Barrel because of the beautiful high quality items they offer and their customer service! Honestly their customer service especially over the phone can't be beat! They are friendly, polite and efficient in handling your call. I received my order that I placed online today and I'm very pleased with their fast shipping. Unfortunately, there were five items that arrived broken in the box. I counted all the items and documented what was broken and called them immediately. I explained the issue to them and with no fuss whatsoever, they offered to ship me replacements for the items that arrived broken. Honestly, I don't think I've ever had such excellent customer service. I think it's rare these days but they make sure to provide you with the best service always. And from my experience, it seems that Crate & Barrel really care about their customers and that's what keeps me coming back. I honestly don't mind paying a much higher price for quality items that also come with excellent customer service. I will definitely be shopping here again for my other holiday parties. Amazing service I came here on Sunday to purchase a Dutch oven and the representative was super friendly and attentive. She even suggested they held onto my purchase until I'm done shopping at the rest of the mall. I thought that was a nice gesture so I wouldn't have to walk around with the bags they had everything I needed plus more I was able to purchase just the right linen and tablecloth for my house. read more

I love this store but having got home I've realized the price tag on the ornaments wasn't correct. I unfortunately live out of town so couldn't go back for them to fix the mistake. The service at this location left me wanting to never return. Their furniture is beautiful so hopefully I save myself the trouble and do it all online in the future. We stopped by the store multiple times over the course of a few months before we decided to buy our furniture. Now, the first couple times, people were so kind and welcoming, perhaps to a fault. I heard about their discounts from every person in that store and had to have a conversation every time I touched their pieces. In fact, eventually in one of these visits, we sat down with one of the designers to see if the furniture would fit into our space as we were getting closer to our closing date for our home. He created a beautiful design but never emailed it to us or followed up. Understandable. However, when we returned months later, new people were there and they offered to help us purchase the sofa. This new designer was kind and personable up until the moment everyone at the store started fighting for who deserved credit for the sale (her or the first guy). I left thinking this place works on commission given that they were all arguing over this sale. This woman went as far as telling us she didn't care or need this sale because she already had 100+ K in sales (even though she was visibly upset and asking we return to complete this in separate transactions, so she could get the sale for the table and credenza). We just wanted her to design our space again to see if we could now add more pieces to our living room (since the last guy did it in 5 mins). At that point, she says that "it's just a picture" and it doesn't matter--to just return it if it doesn't fit. Fine. But then why advertise this service as part of the experience? And why would I buy something to just return it? And then waste months of waiting on a table for my new home? Since their furniture does take about 6 weeks+ to even ship out. They also made it sound like we could only get the 15% discount once, so why would I do separate transactions for her to get a sale? So I knew I didn't want them to have my sale. The manager would then only let us complete the design through the one guy who helped us the first time, instead of just asking her employees to design the space as requested. She would also not let me just work with a new person. We wasted at least 2 hours at this store between trying to find the manager who was at lunch and listen to the employee complain about her office politics. They also could not agree or tell us the truth about the first-time move discount they offer. First they said it was a one time deal. Then that we could do multiple transactions. We ended up doing it all online and found the so called "secret discount" by googling. So no one got the credit for the sale they had fought over. Then the other manager on the phone told us they don't even get a commission for the sale--just a grade! So they were all rude and inefficient over a sale that probably doesn't change anything for any of them. Insane experience. read more

This review is about the wedding registry event that my fiancé and I attended this past weekend on 08/27/2023 from 9am-11am. I cannot remember the lady's name who helped us but she was AMAZING. She greeted us and let us into the store. The event happens before the store is open so couple's have time to browse without a crowd of people shopping. We were there with two other couples. The employee that helped us was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us every step of the way with questions and guiding us on creating the perfect registry. She was even accommodating when my phone was having issues scanning and registering the items to our registry. The service at the Summerlin, Las Vegas NV store was outstanding yesterday. When I called to ensure a product was in stock/available, Tony was more than happy to verify for me. Not all stores appreciate the call due to the low staffing, or appreciate a customer's desire to not waste time and gas for an item not available. I really don't recommend purchasing leather from Crate and Barrel anymore. The quality is HORRIBLE!!! I have a leather ottoman from them that is over 10 years old and still fantastic. After only one year the leather on the sofa looks like it's 10 years old, the cushions can't be flipped because they no longer cover the entire sofa with leather the backs and bottoms of them have black fabric panels for no apparent reason. The low quality is definitely not worth the high price... Go elsewhere if you're shopping for a leather sofa. read more

Writing this review solely because of the fact that I felt as if I was being followed like I was going to steal something from one particular employee I believe her name was Gina. Everyone else was extremely sweet but this elderly red haired lady asked me 3 times if I needed help. I said no ALL times. She would also just stare. I sat down on a chair I was going to buy because I actually purchased the Belmont banquette and there is a matching chair. As soon as I got up and took two steps to look at the table height she rudely pushed it in as if we were done looking at the setting. I used the restroom and she hovered around me. I specially said ," can I help you , I feel like I am being followed." She said , oh no I was just walking to talk to them." As she pointed to another associate who was helping other customers who she NEVER spoke to. I just purchased what I had in my hand and going to purchase the chair online. I am not going to lie, I love big outdoor shopping and I cannot deny. So, stumbling into Summerlin downtown after a year plus of not stepping into a store, was a real treat. This C&B is wonderful. It's large, bright and airy. It has furniture and household goods. The staff are very helpful and Covid precautions are in effect. There really is no better way to shop than here. We have a number of furniture items and household goods bought from C&B that have been worth the money spent. So, next time you need something for your kitchen, garden, or furniture- head here! I always had pleasant experiences, shopping at this Crate & Barrel (I believe this is the only C & B in Southern NV, lol!) location in Downtown Summerlin. I love how immaculate & clean the store always is! I also appreciate how dog-friendly it is. My husband & I more often than not, bring our 25-pound dog, whenever we visit DTS. And naturally, we bring our dog inside the C & B. All the associates have always been friendly to our dog. Needless to say, I bought a few dog toys for her, over the years. Besides unique dog toys , I love buying house-warming & holiday gifts at C & B. I like the gift packaging mechanism. The associate finds the best-fitting box, and makes "custom" box handles, and attaches the handle, seamlessly to the box. I am always impressed at how precise the clerks are with the placement of the handles. I don't think I've seen a handle that was off-centered. I am looking forward to my next shopping experience here. And can't wait to try some the Christmas caramel & other sweet treats. read more

Spent $9,000 on a brand new couch, dining room table & coffee table. Charged twice for delivery fee. Called to confirm when delivery will be... we were told it was never processed/ordered. After waiting over a month, delivery finally came and was missing our coffee table, which was $900. After speaking to the lovely sales associate, GiGi (who is the sole reason this review received a star at all)... I asked if I can come pick up the display table in the store... her store manager's (Lynn) solution was for us to wait an additional 3 months, as this product was NEVER ORDERED initially. Safe to say that neither I or any of my friends/colleagues will ever step foot in another Crate & Barrel. Being charged almost 10k for furniture is a tough pill to swallow... then receiving sub par customer service is astonishing & extremely unprofessional. read more

I am one happy girl! I moved from Orange County, CA, last year around this time and when I saw that this store was being built I was so excited. This is one of my favorite stores and I can spend hours here. This Crate & Barrel is in a great location and the exterior of this store is beautiful. I only wished this store was bigger or 2 stories like the one back home. I will say the store is kept clean and organized. There is great lighting and natural lighting due to all windows. I really hope they expand and open up a few more Crate & Barrels in LAs Vegas because one is not enough, however I am very happy with this one. read more

This was the one store I have been waiting for to open in DTS. I am just a fan and love walking around in here redoing my house in my head. There was a soft opening about a week before Thanksgiving for a private party but now the store is open to the public. This store can be pricey but I have fun shopping their sales. We stopped by late in the day on Black Friday just to see what would be on sale. I was pleased that holiday items were on sale so I picked up a few items. The store is set up with featured rooms on one side of the store and on the other side is kitchen items such as wine glasses, decor, kitchen tools, kitchen towels and other tschotske's for your home. In addition, the store carries seasonal decor with some unique items like mini birch trees and aspens trees with lights. They range from sitting on your table to I believe 5 feet. I loved them all but they are a little spendy. Their was a bit of a wait in line. I just attributed that to it being Black Friday and new staff still learning the computer system. I ended up with a staff member taking me to an empty register that was on the other end of the store which I appreciated. All the staff were more than helpful which was nice to be around. So excited this store finally made it to Las Vegas and close to home! Win win situation all the way around. read more

Initially I would have to admit the service was all great all up to the point when you pay, then you're on your own from there. I fell in love with a leather swivel chair on display last July. Every leather item is custom order so we got the correct color and I trusted that the SA Ruben ordered the exact chair that is the floor model but a deeper version. My husband was working out of town at the time so we had to coordinate pick up from the warehouse. It was ready MONTHS later. It was in our home by October but not really opened inside our home because my husband had to leave out of town again until weeks later. By the time I opened it, I kept thinking there is something not right about this chair. IT'S NOT A SWIVEL CHAIR! I trusted the sales associate to order the chair just like the floor model. When I spoke to the manager, she remembered me from that day because she helped with the sale (other items were also purchased that day). I put my trust in them to order the correct chair and she said "we allowed you to review the invoice and you should have reviewed it carefully since it's a custom order". Perhaps it was the high of making some big purchases for my new home and trusted Ruben to not mess up on a simple task of ordering a leather swivel chair. The manager Chichen and Ruben were celebrating with me at the time. If you are going to pay over $2k for a chair and a swivel only costs $100 more, it matters to get exactly what you want. I asked if they can add a swivel. The manager said they would have to make a whole new chair and it doesn't work that way. I have purchased other items from their sister company CB2 and never had a problem. I do not recommend this store unless you know exactly what you want. Review your order diligently and order at your own risk. I'm really sad I did not get the chair I initially intended to get and have to live with a chair I don't even want. Upscale furniture store in Downtown Summerlin. They also sell kitchen stuff and things to decorate/furnish your house. I like coming here just to browse and get cute ideas. I wanted to get a specific style drinking glass (stemless glass in different sizes) and I remember that they have a big variety here. I found what I was looking for and purchased a set for $37. Yes, their items can be pricey, but you can also get good deals during sales and clearance. I most likely won't ever buy furniture here, but kitchen items, yes. read more

At last! Our own Crate and Barrel finally opened at the beautiful Downtown Summerlin! This is an awesome addition for the ever growing communities around the valley! So, watch out Pottery Barn and William Sonoma!We have a new kid on the block! There's no doubt this store is much pricier than your average department store. Their unique items and excellent quality are their true sellers to me. I own some kitchenwares that were purchased years go when I used to go to New York and they are still in good condition. Their dramatic holiday showcase displays for the coziest season of the year will surely inspire you to purchase new items for your home non holiday item or not. They have everything you can think of, whether it be new tableware, kitchen gadgets, bedding, or furniture for the new year, it's an amazing place to shop. The customer service here is excellent! The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I am planning to redo my entire home next year and this store is surely on top of my list! I've always been happy the with customer service at Crate and Barrel. However, I had an issue with an order I placed a while ago and they called Chip (supposedly the manager) to talk to me. He was borderline rude, unapologetic that my furniture was pushed back another 2 months. He was short and gave me the "Covid excuse" as the reason why I have to wait 5 months for a sectional and unknown amount of time for a coffee table which one of a sudden is in back order. Every country is back to normal and operating as usual. Including India where all the Crate and Barrel furniture is made. I didn't want to communicate with him ever again so I just called their customer service and canceled my whole order. No furniture is worth waiting half a year, especially when they don't value you as a customer. read more
