Lowe's Summerlin #1836 will not stand behind their product! I have been trying to resolve an on-going issue with a Larsen's $600. screen door for six months. The door has been replaced twice. JAMEEL, store director continues to give you a run around, unprofessional & useless!! If she worked for my company, I would show her the door!! The door dept could care less, also...(Gordon Clack) Noone will answer the phone most of the time. Filing claim with BBB. Review added to Yelp and Neighborhood app. Boyott this store!

Blanche ordered a regular cabinet instead of a deep range cabinet, and Caliber didn't catch it and just installed the dumb thing.

We went to Lowe's for new kitchen cabinets, to the N. Summerlin location. Blanche was the designer, and Caliber was the installation company. It has been over 180 days and we still don't have a kitchen. They couldn't have screwed this up any worse! Blanche messed up so bad, and mis-ordered so many cabinets, and said contradictory things, and blamed other people. It got so bad that we refused to talk to her and told her to communicate via email only. Then the manager got involved and promised compensation, which we never got. Then the assistant manager said he would handle it, but he lied and said he ordered replacement cabinets when he didn't. Then it went to corporate. Still no kitchen. This has been the most ridiculous thing I've ever had to deal with, and I don't want anyone else to have to go through this. We spent $35,000 on cabinets and $12,000 on appliances, and they don't want to fix anything. They just want to install the messed up cabinets and "consider compensation after the installation is complete." These pictures are just a few of the mistakes made by Lowe's.

Now have parking for Veterans.

I'm a vet and retired. It's so nice Lowe's has two parking spaces designated for Veterans. Since moving here two years ago......I've bought a Weber barbecue (because Home Depot employees two of them didn't know anything), all my door handles and hinges, a Bosch dishwasher (last week), a ceiling fan and 30 knobs and handles for the kitchen. Great customer service and clean store. Thank you!!!!

This is what 9k gets you from Lowes & Shenandoah Cabinetry. Ordered @Lowes 440 Marks St, Henderson NV. Total cost 15K, military discount & a store promo discount just under 9k. Ordered in March and received them in July. After waiting all that time we received subpar cabinetry. Cracked, poor painting, chipped cabinets for about 80% of them. I understand damage can happen while in transit but this was overkill & some of this damage should have been caught at the factory b4 shipping. I contacted Georgia immediately. Upfront Georgia must have thought I was taking about 2 or 3 cabinets because she was very dismissive, but I did what she asked. Sent pictures describing the damage. Once she received my emails she called & asked me to go in to discuss the cabinets. I go out of my way to go in & I try to explain to her that at this point my husband said Lowes had 2 options. Option A: Take your cabinets back &give us as full refund Option B: replace the damaged cabinets &Lowes cover the installation for our inconvenience. She immediately said "that is above my paygrade" &called a manager. Manager Eric comes along &was speaking down to me as I tried to explain the situation. Immediately said "that is not going to happen" when I told him what my husband said, so I texted my hubby. SURPRISE SURPRISE he changed his tune real quick when a MAN showed up & all of sudden he agreed with that this was unacceptable. Even said that he was offended his customers were receiving products like this. Shenandoah's vendor Michael came out to my home along with Georgia (no Erik, even though he said he would be there) Michael blamed shipping for most if not all the damage and started saying that only the damaged pieces would be replaced. I would be responsible 4 piecing them together & that the damage pieces that were not visible would not be replaced. We ordered NEW cabinets not USED and that is garbage. I tell Lowes I want a refund & they can have their cabinets back. Nowthey say I will have to pay a 20% restocking fee!NOOOOO!This is unacceptable-Save your $$& Don't buy cabinets from LOWES or Shenandoah.0 value 4 Military Customers!

I'M CALlING OUT LOWES!! Very deceptive marketing practices. Looked at a "close-out" flooring and was curious to what the original price was, so I peeled back the "sale" sticker to find the original price was cheaper. I decided to look at all of them, was the same scenario. Saw 2 employees next isle over, I approached to ask about it, 1 walked quickly away and the other one got defensive and raised her voice to ask why I would do that. Obviously, to see the original price. Then she tried to say the "close-out" sticker was over a different flooring so I brought her over to show her that it was the exact same. Left disheartened and disappointed with Lowes.

I took this picture the same day I had that bad experience. It says your 100% committed to your customer. Please prove it so.

Often times I'll go to the general home improvement stores and only find the most popular items - which is understandable. Or, if they have some unique items, they'll only stock a couple pieces and not enough for what I'm needing. Often, I'm looking for unique sizes of different nuts and bolts. On top of it - I'm also looking for stainless steel and specific compositions with different heads. This store is so vast! There's so many aisles and if you haven't been here before, it can be overwhelming. However, everyone who works here is SO NICE. I cannot say enough about their knowledge and willingness to help - even walk you to find exactly what you're looking for. This place is really a one-stop shop for me on so many days!

The manufacturer wanted $7 for the pair plus $11 for shipping. Amazon had packs of 50 or 100 for $6-$13 with shipping included, but the earliest delivery was Monday. As a last-ditch effort, I checked the local big-box stores, but nothing looked promising. Then I remembered McFadden-Dale and decided to make the trip before they closed. They didn't have the exact 6-32 x 7/16", but they did have 6-32 x 1/2". The staff was incredibly helpful and took the time to check the thread pitch to make sure they'd work. Best of all, four screws cost me just $0.56 instead of nearly $20--and I didn't end up with another 40 or 90 extras I'd now have to find uses for. Their credit card system was down, so it was cash only. They also close at 2 PM on Saturdays and are closed on Sundays.

This is a REAL HARDWARE STORE. I was pleasantly surprised at all they had and the cleanliness of the store. The employees were nice and helpful. This is the kind of place I remember going to with my Dad back in the Carolinas when I was growing up. They have lots of bbq supplies , sauces , rubs , and of course bbqs like Traeger and Big Green Egg. They occasionally have cookouts for special occasions like 4th of July and such and of course I've missed everyone. They have a small Traeger that I may end up going back to buy. Also lots of tools and gardening equipment to include shovels and tree trimmers. Lots of bird feeders , it's just nice to see the selection they have here. I would definitely recommend you checking this place out.

I came into this store a few days ago because I was helping a friend move into a different bedroom…read moreof her house, which involved dismantling a bed/moving the parts downstairs. We had allen wrenches, but were missing the exact ones we needed for dismantling the bed. Fortunately, there was this Ace Hardware store just down the street, so I figured we could go in and see if there were any possible inexpensive solutions. An associate asked if I needed help (I unfortunately didn't catch the guy's name) and I mentioned the predicament, admittedly somewhat worried I'd have to buy a whole new allen wrench set just to get the one that I needed for the job. He took me to a place in the back of the store with old allen wrenches people had donated, often left over from similar bed/furniture dismantling/assembly jobs, and these were free. He gave me the option of taking a few and seeing if any of them worked. I did take about three of them, and fortunately, one of them got the job done! If I'm in the area and have any further hardware needs and the like, I'll definitely be coming around.

This was my first time attending the National Hardware Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center…read more The show is divided into two major sections--lawn, home, and garden--and regular hardware items such as tool boxes, welding helmets, plumbing supplies and everything else you could ever lump into the "hardware" category. I spent more time in the home and garden section even though most of the items don't have a use in Las Vegas for many of us. Since we've traded grass for xeriscape, many of us have no need for lawn mowers, weed whackers, et. al. The lawn and garden section was in the North Hall of the convention center. I met some very nice and interesting people. It's a much more laid back show than the geeks of CES. I eventually made my way to the Central Hall for the regular hardware items. One of the standouts in this area was the large electrical displays. If I were giving Benjamin Braddock advice this year, I'd tell him, "LEDs". There were so many vendors with lights of various kinds that used LEDs to generate bright lights. After the Central Hall, I went outside to the outdoor, recreation, and tailgate area. They had a number of food vendors here tied in with some kind of cooking item. There were several vendors selling outdoor pizza bakers that rotated the pizzas as they cooked. They also had samples. I was surprised at how much food and food related vendors that were at the show. I expected a lot of wrenches, toilets, and other hardware items. Imagine my surprise when I'm given samples of beef jerky (teriyaki flavor) on entering the show to get my credentials. I'll attend next year. It's too good a show to miss and it's at a great time of the year!
