The pick up area inside by customer service is nicely organized. I would recommend that the kiosk sign in should upgrade to have larger font and clearer to understand instructions. That being said, there were customer service agents that were ready to help. After I signed in via the kiosk, a customer service agent retrieved my order from the back warehouse area. In order to verify and complete the transaction, I had to show a photo ID. He offered to bring it out to my vehicle, but I didn't need assistance. Overall, a very good experience. read more

I came in to get a key made. I asked for assistance. I waited for 5 minutes and no one came. I asked another associate if they could get someone to come make a key. Another 5 minutes goes by and a wise, young man from the Garden center came to help. You need to give this man a raise. During this ten minute wait, I saw associates playing on the cell phone while on the floor and supposed to be working. If you don't have any customers, there's work to be done. Teeny boppers and early 20 somethings, you can come work here and play on your phone and get paid. Associate says military members can get a 10% discount once you sign up on their app and verify military status using ID.me. I scanned the QR code from the app and no military discount applied. The associate says it needs to be connected to the account. I went through the process again and got a message that my military status is already connected to the account. Yet, I didn't receive my military discount. So is the military discount for online only, a certain day, certain military members? So don't pretend to give a military discount if you're not going to honor it. I'll take my business to your competitor that recognizes my military service and provides a discount. We went to Lowe's for new kitchen cabinets, to the N. Summerlin location. Blanche was the designer, and Caliber was the installation company. It has been over 180 days and we still don't have a kitchen. They couldn't have screwed this up any worse! Blanche messed up so bad, and mis-ordered so many cabinets, and said contradictory things, and blamed other people. It got so bad that we refused to talk to her and told her to communicate via email only. Then the manager got involved and promised compensation, which we never got. Then the assistant manager said he would handle it, but he lied and said he ordered replacement cabinets when he didn't. Then it went to corporate. Still no kitchen. This has been the most ridiculous thing I've ever had to deal with, and I don't want anyone else to have to go through this. We spent $35,000 on cabinets and $12,000 on appliances, and they don't want to fix anything. We bought a refrigerator 12 yrs ago at this Lowe's. Had a couple of water filters waiting as replacements. Refrigerator failed and we bought a new refrigerator from this Lowe's. Tried to take filters back to exchange for ones to fit new refrigerator. Denied. Reason. FIRST, it had been more than 90 days. Second, the computer wouldn't let them give store credit because THIRD, water filters can't be returned. Good customer service may have been perhaps eating the wholesale cost of maybe $30 for the old filters in their sealed packaging and giving us credit so we could go purchase a $50 filter. I'm a vet and retired. It's so nice Lowe's has two parking spaces designated for Veterans. Since moving here two years ago......I've bought a Weber barbecue (because Home Depot employees two of them didn't know anything), all my door handles and hinges, a Bosch dishwasher (last week), a ceiling fan and 30 knobs and handles for the kitchen. I feel Lowe's drop the ball the last couple of years. First my water heater, Lowe's instead replace my old one they decide to credit back and apparently to install new one cost $2400 and credit back me $600. We called back and forth, and when the installer come they told me the same tanks just they change the new brand and Lowe's dishonor the warranty because of that. The worst part anything warranty they send your call to India call-station where these people don't care about the situation. Promise me the manager will called back never did. Since we need the water heater so we just took the credit, which you can't use for new water heater because they don't accept Lowe's credit. Last year we ordered 12/23/23 dishwasher with Lowe's credit and they just delivered today 1/16/24 and worst part they delivered wrong items. Now we might have to wait another 2 weeks. I just don't understand the old days Lowe's service, integrity and best customer service??? Everything just gone WOKE. Why need sub of sub do delivery and install ? Point of profits maybe they make fortunes but point of the value, service just down the swamp. You go Home Depot same...different brands and logo but same greed and process....sad. And you stuck with them. (It's nothing todo with people that worked there, they are amazing. It's the management and the company policy). This morning I went to buy 2 40lb bags of salt pellets for my water softener. If you've been at the Summerlin Lowe's you know its right at the EXIT door. When I got to self checkout there was a customer with 3 red vested people chatting with one customer. The only one doing his job was the man pushing the cart for the customers large item. Finally someone asked if I needed help. Got that taken care of and asked if someone could help with the 2-40 lb bags of salt. Yes, i'm 75 years old and would try to do it myself but why would I not ask first. She did ask the young Lowe's guy that was there with the group to help me with bags and he said he was going to help other Lowe's guy load the large item. No problem i will wait. 20 minutes later I was ready to do it myself. I could see chatting with the customer was more important than helping other customer. The Lowe's lady finally asked the young man to load the salt in my cart and I said I could get it in my SUV. Curious as I was I asked if that customer was a preferred customer and the young man said no, it was his sister. I'm all about family and being patient and courteous but I too have a family and I don't think my son would like to know I had to pick up 2-40 lb bags of softener pellets when he knew he had a customer waiting for his assistance. As it was, a nice young man (customer) in a Tesla truck stopped and helped me put the salt in my SUV. Now that is a nice man and I appreciated his help. A Mom would be proud to know her son helped a senior citizen because he knew it was the right thing to do. As I know my son would have done that also. read more

Purchased a cooktop and under counter oven from Lowes on a Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Product arrived about 2pm in the afternoon Tuesday. On Thursday of the same week these items went on sale. Called Lowes for a price adjustment. Lowes did don't want to give a price adjustment. There is 48 hour return policy for refund and a match competitor price with a price adjustment. There were two issues here, one being the items we wanted an adjustment on was delivered within the 48 hour time period (Return and refund policy) and second they refused to honor their Low Price Guarantee. We were asking just for a price adjustment as the price difference was over $500. We talked to numerous people at Lowes and finally was talking to supposedly a supervisor by the name of Petagaye(?). If she was really a supervisor then she was the rudest person that could be hired as a customer service supervisor. Finally after talking and being on hold numerous times and arguing with her for over 30 minutes she agreed to have the items picked up for a complete refund. Cannot understand why Lowes would have refund, exchange, and low price guarantee policies in place and not honor them. Here we have Home Depot selling the same items (on sale) for almost the same price and they would not make a price adjustment. We went and purchased the same items from Home Depot so in the end Lowes lost over $2000.00 in sales because they refused to honor their own policies. All we were asking for was the difference from what we paid to the new sale price and Lowes would have their $2000.00 plus sale for the same items they dropped the price for. Home depot has now earned all our future large purchase sales. I would highly NEVER recommend purchasing any item of high dollar amounts from Lowes because of their failure to honor their policies and poor attitude Customer Service Supervisors! Their new return policy is extremely frustrating. There is no grace period and they just look at you and say "sorry"...aka "sucks to be you." We will do all we can to shop at Home Depot from now on. First off I hold Lowes responsible for their strong recommendation and support of their recommended vendor Rebath. Rebath wasted a lot of time trying to get me to spend 30k on a small bath remodel, even throwing in the "fact" I have mold growing behind the walls to justify the expense. After haggling I settled for an overpriced Vanity, mirror and light all installed by an under resourced tech (forgot to bring this and that...) He managed to Macgyver things together so the end result was adequate. Weeks later I found another vendor to install the shower, warned him the expert from rebath had a fancy gizmo that revealed mold in the wall. He tore things apart only to reveal none, notta. No mold, spots, water damage whatsoever. He did the job for a fraction of the cost. Rebath was deceptive even fraudulent and Rebath was unprofessional and should be held to account for their actions. Obviously I won't be using Rebath again and unfortunately Lowes has lost me as a customer for being in bed with these people. read more

This is what 9k gets you from Lowes & Shenandoah Cabinetry. Ordered @Lowes 440 Marks St, Henderson NV. Total cost 15K, military discount & a store promo discount just under 9k. Ordered in March and received them in July. After waiting all that time we received subpar cabinetry. Cracked, poor painting, chipped cabinets for about 80% of them. I understand damage can happen while in transit but this was overkill & some of this damage should have been caught at the factory b4 shipping. I contacted Georgia immediately. Upfront Georgia must have thought I was taking about 2 or 3 cabinets because she was very dismissive, but I did what she asked. Sent pictures describing the damage. Once she received my emails she called & asked me to go in to discuss the cabinets. I go out of my way to go in & I try to explain to her that at this point my husband said Lowes had 2 options. Option A: Take your cabinets back &give us as full refund Option B: replace the damaged cabinets &Lowes cover the installation for our inconvenience.She immediately said "that is above my paygrade" &called a manager. Manager Eric comes along &was speaking down to me as I tried to explain the situation. Immediately said "that is not going to happen" when I told him what my husband said, so I texted my hubby. Why do I go to lowes? Its closer than the depot even though every time I go to Lowes it ends up in disaster. Went to lowes to buy landscape wire for lites ( 300 feet). As per usual at lowes you walk the isles for hours looking for an associate. Finally found 1 who told me wrong so again I walk & walk & walk. Ran into same guy and asked again and this time he walks me to the wire on the floor and kicks it and walks away. I look at it and realise its a 5 wire for sprinklers. Gezzz. Another failure at lowes, I should learn by now this store is run by morons. I decided to look at all of them, was the same scenario. Saw 2 employees next isle over, I approached to ask about it, 1 walked quickly away and the other one got defensive and raised her voice to ask why I would do that. Obviously, to see the original price. Then she tried to say the "close-out" sticker was over a different flooring so I brought her over to show her that it was the exact same. I came here on a Sunday 2/20/2022 I wanted to pick up something to cover my newly planted plants since the forecast says it's going to be cold. I was also looking for some nectar for the hummingbirds in our yard. I could not find it even though I'm checking everywhere on each wall and aisles that they might possibly be. The garden area isn't as busy so walked up to the register and I ask the associate if she happens to know where I can find the nectar for the hummingbird, she's gesturing and yelling at me saying "its inside, by the wall!" I was kind of taken back just looking at her like why is she yelling at me, I think she thought I don't understand English so she just keeps yelling more, I then just told her yes I heard you but I could not find it there. So, I went back inside and finally saw another associate that I can ask, the man said oh yes, its in aisle 28. I grabbed them and ready to check out, I saw there was a long line inside and all I have were couple new plants, the cover and the nectar. So, I went back to the garden area to check out. A man was in front of me checking out, she was nice to him so I thought okay, she might just be having a bad moment earlier. When it was my turn, the same lady who yelled at me earlier walked away and start sweeping like she didn't see me. I continued putting the stuff I got on the counter, she came back to the register but no acknowledgment from her that I was even there. I thought I should tell her that the nectar is in aile 28 so she would not yell at someone again like they are blind not to see it by the wall she was pointing at. She didn't say anything and ignored me. Now, it's time to pay, the credit card processing screen saying "waiting for the cashier" so, I simply said to her that it is waiting for you to do something. She started giving me an attitude back again raising her voice saying "No, it's your credit card", how would it be my credit card if I haven't even inserted it in?? My husband does this for a living, he writes and programs software like these devices so I was trying to explain to her what she needed to do on her end. She keeps insisting that it's my credit card and said she will need to shut down the computer and I might as well just need to go to the front register to check out. I had to start recording what is happening because I could not believe how she was treating me and the way she was talking to me. I asked her name at this point because I couldn't see her name tag, she's covering it with her jacket. Her name is Deb from the garden department. As I walked away shaking, an older lady came to me and said please report her, I heard the way she was talking to you and I turned around so I can say something to her because she was like that too the last time I was here. This sweet old lady called an associate over name Dale and asked him to help me find a manager. The garden manager at the time is busy he said so he called over another manager from a different department name Garland. I showed him the video I took of Deb. I wish I can post the video I have with my review. He said he was sorry for how she reacted toward me. As soon as I got in the car, I told my husband and showed him the video I took, I was so frustrated with the situation that it made me cry. I did call the customer service since I couldn't get a hold of the store manager. I just want to make sure that something was done to correct the situation so that incidents like what I have experienced doesn't happen again. It seems like Deb had gotten away a few times treating customers rudely. The corporate said they sent an email to the store manager but I have not gotten a call or anything from the store. The employees you hired is there to help your customers and not to abusively speak to them. Some of us might be their first time trying to learn planting or DIY projects but so many times when I would ask someone at your store for help, it's either they can't help you with what you're looking for or giving you an attitude like I should know it. Not everyone that walks inside your store has a background of construction or gardening. The only reason why I keep trying to come here is because I live close by. I ordered carpet from the Summerlin location and the quality of the carpet is excellent as well as the high end pad they offer. I was especially pleased with the installer of the carpet, from Eclipse Flooring, his name was Jesus Ramirez and his work is exceptional. He was the best I've seen. If you're having Lowe's in Summerlin install make sure you request Jesus to do the install from Eclipse! A side note: It took a little more than a month for the carpet to be shipped and in-house. They will not book your install until they receive the carpet and inspect it. If you're in a rush this is not the place to go to. It took 5-6 weeks all in to get the carpet installed. I was in a rush and was stressing the entire time as Lowe's could not give me firm scheduling. At the end of the day, the price was excellent and the install was fantastic! read more

She was very transparent with the 3 options that I was looking at. It was an online deal for the automobile tools I think that either expired already or no longer in the system, instead of just telling us that the system wasn't showing the deal anymore, she grabbed the manager and made the transition go through. She apologized for the inconvenience as well, really though, she didn't have to apologize as we were grateful enough that she went out of her way to help us. I just bought a Condo a month ago,, so I wanted to replace all of my appliances. Ibought a refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer, microwave, sink, smart faucet, and dishwasher within 3 weeks. LG and Samsung. My refrigerator doesn't work properly, I had to wait another week to get new one. Once the refrigerator came on Friday the lining was off. I had my washer and dryer delivered, I needed a gas dryer and that was my fault. When they delivered the dryer it was not a match, the hose came out of the drain and I had water everywhere. No one from the 3rd party company call to come and see if it's a possibility that I could have mold. It went from my wash room to my bathroom down my hallway. sink was installed and the worker beat the sink with a hammer now I have dents in my sink. The stove was set up correctly and the microwave and dishwasher will be delivered on Wednesday. I hope that goes well. If I get another defective refrigerator I will get my money back and go elsewhere. I'm sorry I ever went to Lowe's read more

Pretty disappointed in Lowe's right now- although they had what I needed, when I chose to utilize their curbside pickup option, I was dismayed to find out that the staff does not answer the phone when you call to go in. I ended up going in, watching the staff (half of them not wearing masks, even though it's required in NV), ignore me and other customers for minutes and then tell me the phone didn't ring while it was ringing in front of us both. Compare to Home Depot who have staff, masked, and obeying social distancing guidelines (Lowe's crew were walking around in groups), are waiting outside and are courteous, prompt, and efficient in getting your items and placing them in your car for you. Even without Covid, the experience was 10x better at Home Depot. read more

Absolutely atrocious customer service. The flooring department has awful attitudes (yes, 2/2 people I dealt with were miserable) and should never work with customers. They seem as though they're annoyed when you need help or try to make a purchase. I ordered carpet Thursday night (in store), was told it would be cut and ready Saturday morning at the absolute latest. I called Saturday morning to see if the carpet was ready and I was told yes, that it has been ready all morning. So I go to pick up and the customer service rep says it hasn't even been cut yet, and it will take two hours to cut. Apparently, whoever took my order went home sick and took a day off, and never relayed the message to anyone in the carpet department to cut my carpet. I understand things happen, but why would you tell a customer the carpet is ready for pick up and then when I drive all the way out with a trailer you decide to tell me it hasn't even been cut? So once it's actually ready, I go to pick it up and they didn't have two of the carpet pads that were part of my pick up. So they go get me the pads and one of them is tore up, so I have to ask and wait for another. This Lowes is awful and so is the manager of flooring, Nina. I would much rather go to the one on Washington, at least they're friendly and accommodating. read more

HUGGGGEEEEEEE SHOUT OUT TO DONNY IN APPLIANCES. He literally made my life so much easier. I walked in knowing I had to buy a washer/dryer, stove, and refrigerator. I took with me all the measurements I needed. Unfortunately, the fridge I had my eye on was too deep and would stick out. He showed me a side by side comparisons of counter depth fridges (YEAH IT'S A REAL THING) and the fridge I wanted. He gave me the pros and cons of the different types of fridges...I MEAN REALLY YOU GUYS, DID YOU KNOW THERE WAS SO MUCH TO THINK ABOUT WHEN BUYING A FRIDGE?? I just thought oh look pretty, I want that - please make it fit. Anyways he was so patient with me. Then when Lowe's didn't have the stove I wanted in stock, he spent time trying to find one identical to it and within my price point. On top of all of this, he had a gaggle of people waiting for him to help them and he was so sincere and apologetic. We ordered a security door from Lowe's on Pavillion Center Road. Ordering the door was a great process and our salesperson was fantastic. We ordered a custom finish, which was "bronze." When the door arrived it was even nicer than we imagined. Our installer was "Chris" who could not have been more professional and did a brilliant job. Over the weekend we had 3 of our neighbors ask where we got our fantastic security/screen door and of course, we recommended Lowe's. A photo is attached to prove our point. We are one happy customer. I used to prefer shopping a Lowe's over the place with the orange logo, but I'd have to be really desperate to ever go there again. We went with some dishes to see if they fit properly in the Bosch dishwasher we'd looked at the day before at another store. There was one guy working in the entire huge department. We found the Bosch dishwasher easily, but when I wanted to ask a question about it, the man seemed too disinterested to want to come over to us, and no one else was shopping there at the time. He was cold and steely, answered my question curtly, then disappeared. Obviously, he doesn't work on commission. Though I knew it was only mid-level for reliability compared to the Bosch, it was similar enough to the one we were replacing that we'd probably be happy with it. Still, I needed to get the complete price (installation? extra parts? haul-away fees?). But the guy had disappeared, and now two other couples were also waiting. And waiting. After what seemed like an eternity, he came back; again I had trouble getting his attention, but he finally came over. I've learned after many years and many purchases, that you don't negotiate by demanding; instead, be friendly and just ask nicely. Who doesn't try to get a price reduction when buying an appliance or a car? And these days the advice is to ask for a better price when you buy *anything*, except maybe fruit at the supermarket. (I don't). Since the unit was already on sale, I merely asked for them to include the $20 or so haul-away in the deal. He wouldn't budge, but instead of apologizing, he was nasty and abrupt, and said we'd have to talk to a manager. So we asked him to call one over. The manager came over with guns blazing, and had to be one of the most hostile individuals I've ever dealt with in a retail establishment. He had an answer ready before I could even ask. We came home and I checked Costco online. Same dishwasher. Same price. But everything was included, plus an extra year of warranty. I saved only a few bucks, and I got an additional year's warranty. Ordered a sliding glass door from them and had them install. Originally was going to be installed on a Saturday but the installer called and said he was tied up at a previous job and would be by on Sunday morning. I advised him that I had to leave at 3pm and he assured me that he would be there at 8am and it would only take 3 hrs. He showed up at 1pm and didn't have time to install so he left it outside and told me he would return Wednesday morning. He showed up Wednesday morning and installed. After install was completed, I pointed out scratches on both the glass and frame. Also, the screen door that I paid extra for so it would be sturdier and not bend was bent. He said that Lowe's gave it to him that way and he is not responsible for quality control, and I would need to talk to Lowes. I went down to Lowes that night and spoke to a manager and she told me that she would leave a note for my sales rep (Jo Lui) to call me the next morning. She also stated that they come in scratched all the time and the installer should of never picked it up. Never heard from him so I went back to the store over the weekend and spoke to Jo Lui and he filed a report. The report / claim was denied because it had been over 5 days since the door was picked up!! He told me that he would have his manager contact me and try to resolve but he was currently on vacation.
