So, I recently had a hose snap on a machine, and it was a nightmare since it's a special order item that takes days to arrive--meaning lost money for me. But the awesome staff here came through and made me a hose on the spot, getting me back up and running in no time. I thought they'd charge me an arm and a leg, considering I was in a bind, but they gave me a fair price. Definitely hitting them up again if I need anything else! read more

I had a disappointing experience at All Hose. I went in looking for a specific hose and showed an example of exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, I was given the wrong hose. When I returned to the store to return it, I was told they could not accept the return. This resulted in a significant waste of my time and effort. I expected better customer service and assistance in resolving the issue. Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience and hope the store can improve its customer service and return process. read more

The guy that sits at a desk at the end of the counter , seemed to be pissed that he had to get up and help me! Showed him a picture, of what I needed , cut hose for me and said this will work! Not even close to what I needed. So sorry I bothered him, to get up! Never again! Lots of hose supply places in Vegas! Don't need to feel like I'm wasting, somebody's time. Bye Bye forever read more

Selection is the best in town. Service is good. I would make a Suggestion to get more counter help to help expedite, with that said I notice there a" we are Hiring sign " on the counter back wall. So it's not a lack Trying to hire more people. Value, very valuable when hoses Break and you need it asap. read more

It was a busy Wednesday afternoon when I went into the store. As I entered, the sound of the Thunderbirds practicing overhead was deafening. Once inside, I was forced to listen to Santana. I don't know who picks the music, but I suspect it was Heather. While her musical tastes are questionable, it's a good thing she knows her job like no other. I presented her with a damaged hose that I needed to replace and they got right to work. I'm happy the replacement was quick so I didn't have to listen to her music for long. Heather asked me about my dog and demanded that I show pictures. I was hoping for an awesome dog discount, but that's not an option in the system. Then I stuffed my pockets with the "free" candy they had on the table and ran for the door. read more

All hose has helped to get our buses on the road for years. Thank you all hose for all the help.

I just wrote a five star review for the other location but this location is even better because it's right off the highway. I came in to this location because a friend of mine had some hose needs and I was like, "I've got the inside track on the best hose in town!" We popped into this location and lo and behold! The nice manager lady from the other location was there! I confirmed her name is Stephanie and she even remembered me and ALL THE DETAILS OF MY ORDER! Need an A/C line for your car? All Hose. Need a pressure washing hose to clean the car? All Hose. I can't think of another hose example, but you get the idea. read more

Good products and well stocked and they have what u need but poor customer service. I'll shop Amazon and wait for my products at least I'll get no sarcasm from desk clerks. read more

Great family-owned business with an incredible selection, helpful employees and quality products. In a day and age of Amazon culture with clicks instead of handshakes, it's great to be able to look someone in the eye and actually enjoy old-fashioned customer service. They are great troubleshooters and take their time making sure you get exactly what you need. read more

Have been coming to this place for quite some time now. Even before them, went to NV House of Hose until they closed and Allhose opened. Anyway! Always had great experiences with them. The hoses/line you get are top notch and the pricing is fair. Within the last year, I had some custom aluminum auto AC line made and it started leaking by the welds (because of my engine vibration, not because the welds were bad). I called them up and spoke to Heather. She said to bring it in with my original receipt and they would take care of the labor cost for me. Took it in recently and the welder gave some ideas on how to better the piece to prevent it from happening again (prob will because of the design flaw of my AC lines and how they run currently). A bracket was welded in to help curve the issue and the best part of it all, I didn't pay a single dime! I was expecting to pay at least something but Heather took care of me completely! Blown away. Bottom line, I will continue to buy from them for my hose/line needs. Great people. Great company. Glad they are in business helping people like me out. Appreciate you greatly Allhose! read more

Been coming here for years. Typically great products and service. Today however...I seemed to be inconveniencing the staff. Literally no other customers when I walked in. Guy helping me didn't want to hear anything I had to say about what I needed. Made it wrong at first and mad he had to walk to the back and cut off an end. Keep in mind I literally brought what I needed in hand. Just needed a copy, which I tried to tell him. I even tried to show him a picture of it installed. He wasn't interested. Plus I got the privilege of still paying for the end he cut off. Great place for one off made products, but the staff dropped the ball today. There is a business right across the street that sells the same products...and the staff is ALWAYS nice. read more

I had gone to the south store to buy a hose to replace for an vehicle application and got great service. Yet, when I went home I had issue with installing a fitting. Once off work I stopped at this location and Jeff became not only a great tool to come to for any education, but provided hands on experience for me. I was billed for the fitting install, yet service and the hands on made me a customer for any future custom hose or fitting needs. Amazing staff were friendly. Thanks again Jeff! read more

I work with reclaimed wood and lately have been installing a lot of pallet walls, so when I came in town from LA for an installation I needed to make some major upgrades to my brad nailer rig so I looked like a pro going in. I'm more of an "artist" per se, ergot not too keen on the technical aspects of pneumatic tools, so Jeff was patient enough to take the time to help me piece together all the right connections. From diagnosing a problem on my faulty compressor (wouldn't regulate pressure properly) to piecing together the right parts to fix it to finding all the right length hoses for my nailers, Jeff took as long as I needed to not only find the parts but also show me how to fix my hose connections if they start to leak. Thanks again to Jeff and the guys at All Hose; friendly, knowledgeable, and super accommodating. Whenever I come in town again they will be my source for ALL things pneumatic. These guys got hose for days!! ;-) read more
