First time in and was greeted by a woman who asked if I needed help with anything! Amazing I didn't because I was just there to look around but as soon as I walked in, to be greeted like that is GREAT. I found some Stonewall Kitchen merchandise right around the corner and of course I bought a couple Jars, one for a Christmas gift and one for a friend. (Blueberry was the one for the friend) They had Christmas and Halloween Decor but were just getting around to the Christmas stuff so the Halloween stuff was discounted, in fact so were the Jams I bought, 25% off! I was greeted by another woman who welcomed me into the store.... and then a man and then another woman behind the counter, all very friendly and asked if I needed any help, I was pretty amazed by this because some stories you go in and are ignored.... They had diffusers and oils and candles, usually my thing but spendy, around $45 for a single candle up to $60 and not knowing if the brand has a good throw or not when lit makes me hesitant to buy, I am sure for that price it would mind you but again, not knowing for sure..... that is a lot to spend...PM me though if you have tried any and they have excellent throws, I will go back this weekend and buy a couple (Thanks) All in all, I would go back because they were adding more items and Id like to see what they add next. Nancy and Sheri have been great to work with and are not offended if I say no to some of the ideas they have. They are both incredibly gifted in interior design. I am from Utah so didn't know which direction to go. I called my niece that lives here which quickly sent me to Lemontree to meet these amazing decorators. Rude, rude, rude! What a bunch of snooty people who feel they are doing you a favor for being there! I have shopped at LemonTree about a half dozen times, my husband has circled back on his own to buy me gifts I commented on. Each time I felt like the workers / owners or whoever they are have this annoyed tone about them, they go about their business at check out, completely ignoring you until they are ready to "deal" with you. I have always brushed it off but last night, I went to grab a couple of gifts...other than a group of three people together, the store was empty, as it usually is when I go. I waited for the group of three to check out and head toward the door. I went to the counter and placed the items on it and stood there and stood and stood for almost two minutes while one woman immediately turned her back to me while standing and the other was seated...the woman standing turned around and looked at me over her half glasses and said "Hello" then turned her back again and for another minute and a half continued to handle whatever business they were doing. I felt like an idiot who did not even register on their radar. How hard would it have been to say "I'll be right with you..." or "Just one quick moment" instead of setting a tone (as they have before) like I need them and I am lucky they will even speak to me. So, I turned and walked out. When I approached my car, I noticed the snooty glasses wearing woman come out of another door and say "Excuse me" I just looked at her and said, "Rude!" She went on to say something that I could not understand so I repeated, "Rude...you are rude!" And I went on my way. I will never be back. They all need to take a class in customer service and also take a look in the mirror and have a reality check on exactly who they are and what their purpose is in a gift shop...to tend to the customer in a friendly hospitable manner. read more

Stay away! My mother in law was taken to the cleaners, they wont replace the ugly chairs they ordered, 2 other very expensive pieces arrived broken...what a mess! Go to RC Wiley's and save a bundle and get the pieces you will love. These guys are terrible interior designers! read more

The most abrupt person, Nancy greeted us at the entry of the store since I had a package in my hand. I explained that this Christmas present we received was not appropriate for us since we celebrate Chanukah. The first thing out of her mouth was, "yes, this is ours, but we will make an exception, we don't usually take back Christmas items". I let her know who the person that purchased it, but they were not in the computer. At this point, Nancy said, "we will not take this back since we don't know the item number to look up a price and walked away". I was standing there speechless alone. All the other sales people were speechless as well. As I exited this store I let them know that I had never been on before and would make sure everyone I spoke with and myself would never be in again. This has to be the most snotty store I have ever been in. Being snooty to a potential customer is not the way to being in business. Hopefully they won't be there much longer. Nancy and Christy are talented designers who worked with our style and budget, as well as providing alternative choices when we asked. My phone calls were always returned right away, and Nancy even sent messages and pictures via text. Margie and Sue make the operations happen,and helped load a rug and lamps in my car. I have never worked with a designer before, and now I wouldn't consider furniture, lighting or decor purchases without Lemontree. When I walked into the store, I was disheartened that the items were not my preference and taste; so I can testify that Nancy and Christy will satisfy any style. Nancy and Christy showed up right after our furniture was delivered to complete furniture placement and hung our picture. Our MBR is fabulous thanks to Lemontree!!! read more

Simply the best! Every detail was a delight. I had a horrible experience at Potterybarn before coming to Lemontree. Literally everything that could go wrong went wrong with Potterybarn. I turned to Lemontree in hopes to salvage the mess that had been created and they did not disappoint. The designers Nancy and Sheri could not have been more helpful. They listened to what I wanted, worked within my budget, and provided me options that matched my taste. Both Margie and Rich were a pleasure to work with in terms of billing & deliveries. I took advantage of their 0% interest offer. Rich made this as simple and easy as possible. The outside vendors they used for delivery, to wall hanging, to micro sealing were not only excellent at their job but prompt, professional, and easy to work with. The products themselves are exceptional. Each piece is unique, high quality, and feels like it was made just for me. I initially was hesitant to try a designer fearing the cost, but these ladies easily worked within my budget, never pressured me to spend more than I wanted to, and delivered immensely more and higher quality than anything I could have received at Potterybarn. I felt like I was working with friends and family at Lemontree. I could not be happier. I look forward to continuing to update my house with Lemontree! I would never go anywhere else. read more
