Mixed experience, but it worked out. I was heading home to southeast AZ from a job in northwest NV when my wife tells me the dryer finally died--for real this time. After months of "surgery," it was time to send that 2016 Home Depot special to the big laundromat in the sky. Figured everything would be closed by the time I hit Phoenix, so I rolled the dice in Vegas. Fought traffic, made it to the Henderson store around 5:30, missed my aunt (who I recently learned works there) by minutes, but found the exact washer/dryer tower I'd been eyeing--and it was on sale. Score. Mike in the showroom was great--friendly, helpful, easy to work with. Turns out they had exactly one electric unit available at the Craig warehouse. Even better. Paid up, grabbed my free basket, and was told I could pick it up before 7. So I battled rush hour across town... only to arrive at 6:15 and find the place closed at 6, with a freshly taped sign saying so. Not ideal. That said, the warehouse team came through. I walked to another door with humans behind it and explained the situation--that I was just passing through and not coming back anytime soon--and they helped get me loaded up anyway. Got a "for future reference..." (fair enough), but I appreciated them making it happen. Overall: great showroom experience, solid customer service when it counted, and I got a good deal at the perfect time. A hiccup in communication, but a good ending--and a story to go with it. read more

This was my first stop in looking for a new refrigerator when my current refrigerator stopped working this week. After seeing what they had to offer I went to three other stores looking for other options. At the end of my search I returned to RC Willey because I was told over the phone that they would price match a similar model I had found elsewhere. So after driving 25 minutes back to this location, and waiting in their store for over 10 minutes, I was informed that they would not price match because while I was waiting, they performed a few searches and they could not find that same model in stock elsewhere, and that is their policy. Ok, so why didn't you make those searches before I drove all the way back over to your store? I wasted time, gas and now I still do not have a refrigerator. Thanks for nothing. Do better. You have lost this customer. And I am posting here so other shoppers are forewarned. Or maybe other consumers will just avoid this store. In response to your comment, Customer S, it was the exact same model. What happened here is that your sales department lured me down to make their sale by telling me they would match the price when actually due to your staff being unable to locate the inventory while they had me wait in your store they denied the price match bc they said I wouldn't be able to purchase a refrigerator elsewhere. They could have done their research first but instead they wanted me at the store. Maybe they thought I would purchase the refrigerator anyways. We went to the very large and beautiful showroom in Henderson due to my Wife finding a perfect TV stand at a reasonable price online. We were immediately met by a salesman who quickly directed us to the correct location of the unit and arranged for us to purchase it and to have it delivered. That was the last we heard from our salesman. The unit arrived two days after we purchased it as planned and the moving gentlemen saw the ink-ish stain which was in plain view. They did say they just uncovered the unit from the wrapping and clearly noticed it and brought it to my attention. Given the choice, we decided to keep the unit and wait to have it replaced and arranged for the following Tuesday. I had taken the day off for the first delivery and chose to take the day off for the replacement...my choice. Second delivery was perfect and the delivery gentlemen were equally as kind and respectful as the first team. Great job! Sad truth is that there was no contact from RC Willey and the salesman to inquire at all about our experience. This may not seem like much, but when it comes to purchasing large dollar items, you would think the commissioned sales team would earn their money, not just let the system take care of itself. And given that there are choices to be had tells me that RC Willey thinks that their products are exclusive. Could be so, but I will shop other stores before going back to the plethora of sales vultures at RC. read more

I recently purchased flooring from RC Willey and thought I was getting a fair price to replace flooring in two bedrooms (with LVP) and new baseboards throughout the house. When I signed the contract, they said there could be a 'fee' to fix the subfloor but they wouldn't know until they pulled the old floor out. Fine...hopefully, the subfloor was good and if not, it couldn't be much more. Wrong...it was another $1200+!! In addition to this, they only put new baseboards in the areas with new flooring because they said putting it in the rest of the house could damage the existing tile! Needless to say, I was very upset about this, but I needed the flooring done asap so I paid it. The new flooring did come out beautiful (hence the two stars) but I, certainly, would have kept searching for a better deal had I known the true cost. If you do buy flooring with RC Willey, be aware you will most likely pay to fix the subfloor and it could be quite costly. read more

Found a washer that works for me. Labor Day Sale cake in handy for savings, as I didn't plan to get a washer. Mine broke unfortunately. Luckily, the store closest to me is the warehouse for appliances and I was in and out in about a 75 minutes. If I had checked my receipt it would have been under an hour. Hose connectors were on my order but I already have stainless steel hoses. The extra time was getting a refund back at the will call desk. Front of house staff were very welcoming, the gentleman losing was equally personable. Gal working the desk at will call? Not overly friendly or communicative. Don't get me wrong she was not mean or rude. She is there too strictly do the paperwork. Overall, decent shopping experience. The adding merchandise without mentioning it and the awkward will call refund interaction are the only reason it wasn't 5 star service. read more

Filled in online request for flooring measurement appointment for their sale April 10-20th. Had not heard back so drove to the store to view inventory. Spoke to a sales person and mentioned that I had put in a request. Was told the online request was not always working. Gave my name/number so they could call during the week to set appointment up. Still haven't heard from them. Contacted corporate office. Their "customer service" response? You will have to call the store/sales person...again. Putting the responsibility on the customer to continually take time from work to chase someone down to beg them to take my money is ridiculous. Obviously don't need y business and will not even attempt to buy from them again. Disappointed in this response as it is clear they don't care about the customer experience. The only reason this place is getting such a good review is REBECCA LUNDIN! She was absolutely is amazing! She was so personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. She greeted us with a smile and came right up to us. We came in looking for a dining room table with our four small kids. I'm not even kidding you every other employee besides Rebecca glared at us and ignored us because we were shopping with our kids. The male employees and the other women were just so rude. Our kids have a right to be anywhere. They are very well behaved and enjoying being anywhere with us. With Rebecca's help we found the perfect dining room set and even a new recliner. Looks like a man and a woman are both working in that department he looks at me several times she looks at me a couple times and in the entire 10 minutes still not say hi do not ask me if I need help nothing so I left. At the RC Willey in Summerlin but I won't be spending a penny in Henderson. In summerlin, three people from three different departments will ask you if you need help before you get your destination. My husband and I have bought furniture here and the price was great and they were very accommodating to our delivery needs. The reason I'm hesitant to recommend is that I recently went back and had to walk out because the scent they use in the store is EXCEPTIONALLY overwhelming and overpowering, especially to someone who is sensitive to smell. Such strong scents induce migraines in me and I'm not alone in that. I wish I could return to the store to shop but unfortunately I won't be able to. They keep responding and saying that we need to speak to the store directly, but the GM and installation manager refuse to answer my calls or text back. RC Willey does not care about their customers and after charging tens of thousands of dollars will refuse to communicate. Their corporate office even refuses to return phone calls. Thank goodness for the contractors board and their investigations. We will not stop until RC Willey fixes the bad workmanship on the install of my floors in the beautiful new home. Gina - the installation manager - continually lies and looks for any loopholes to deny a claim from a top tier LVP. They only care about saving their own backs and not fixing the poor job the contracts did on my floors. You'll see that they respond telling me I need to work with the store, but they are refusing to come to a resolution and even the 3rd party inspection they are keeping withheld. Just tell the truth. My sister bought a washer and dryer, which she was told, included delivery, installation and pick up of the old appliances. But when they arrived, the workmen said they "couldn't disconnect the old washer" Really! Luckily family was near by to solve the problem. If the service is only to deliver and pick up, it should be clearly so stated: Washer and dryer must be disconnected before pick up. Delivery personnel can not disconnect of connect units! My sister and I are in our 80's, but we do know the meaning of the word "install" and that did not happen. read more

My 85 year old disabled, recently widowed, grandmother purchased a washer and dryer from R.C. Willey for right at $2,000. The store offered delivery and installation which she needed. On the day of the delivery I received a phone call from her stating that the R.C. Willey delivery/installer refused to disconnect and install the new washer. He advised her that SHE must disconnect it !!! Unbelievable !!! I rushed over to her house and found her trembling and quite upset. I asked the R.C. Willey installer what the issue was. He advised there was corrosion on the water valve and they cannot touch it. He advised my grandmother will have to hire a plumber! Grandma was in tears! I looked, took pictures of the connections which I attached to this review. There was absolutely no corrosion on either water connection, in fact they looked new. I proceeded to throw the installers out of her house. I happened to have 40 years experience in this field and immediately realized I was dealing with an R.C. Willey employee who was looking for a way to get out of doing work. The so called corrosion he pointed to has absolutely nothing to do with the removal of the hot and cold lines and hooking up the washer. In fact you don't even touch them! In 15 minutes I shut off grandmas water at the sidewalk, changed both lines, and completed the installation that the knucklehead from R.C. Willey refused to do. As a Member of AARP I will be sure and pass this along to every member so that other senior citizens have to go through what my Grandmother had to. My whole extended family in Nevada and Utah will now avoid R.C. Willey at all cost and I recommend you do too ! read more

After moving to Vegas from Texas last year, I decided to get rid of a lot of my old furniture due to the expense of moving it all here. I figured it would be easier to just buy new stuff when I got here. Well... I was so disappointed that my favorite furniture store doesn't exist or even deliver here. I ended up driving all over the Vegas Valley from mountain to mountain, and just couldn't find quality furniture that matched my style, at a reasonable price. I was really starting to regret my decision not bringing my old furniture with me. Then, I found this place. They have a huge showroom packed with tasteful furniture displays. The furniture quality is excellent, with real solid wood, comfy beds, competitive priced electronics and appliances, rugs, artwork, and so much more. Literally, everything you see in the showroom is for sale, including all the cute little decorative pieces displayed everywhere. So far, I've purchased a sleeper sofa, King-size bed, dining room table, and media center from them. I've been very happy with everything I've received so far. Delivery is super fast, and they work around your schedule, you'll also receive a text the night before with a delivery timeframe, and can track your delivery in real time with the link they send you. This is an added bonus, because there is no more waiting around wondering where your delivery will show up. I also signed up for their Blue Rewards Membership, so I've been receiving all of my deliveries and setups for free, which has saved me hundreds of dollars alone. Initially, the dining table I received did arrive damaged, however, they did everything they could to replace it until I received a table that I was happy with. I've been using RC willey for years and have spent close to or more than $10,000 over the last few years. Everything was great until the last delivery I had for a fridge for my rental property. They dropped the fridge off the back of the delivery truck from about 3-5inches off the ground straight onto the back of the fridge. I was given the option to return the fridge for a full refund. I decided to keep the fridge as my renters needed a fridge and didn't want to wait another few days to get a fridge delivered. However after the fridge falling I decided I should probably get a warranty. I reached out to my sales guy that originally told me it would be around $155 for 6 years. Then I was told it would be around $173 for 5 years then I was told it's actually $189 for 5 years. I'm not asking for anything free but the only reason I want a warranty now it because it was dropped and they will not budge on giving a slight discount which I feel like is very poor customer service. On top of that the fridge was dirty on the inside. Unfortunately I will not be going here again. read more

Purchased a sectional from here and after less that a year one of the motors burnt out. For the last six months they said the part was coming in, I kept calling asking in status but was strung along. They kept promising to call back but didn't. After six months they said the manufacturer of the reclining motor wasn't making that part anymore and said would give me 50% back in credit and my fabric warranty would still be good ( but told later it wasn't then it was again). I finally said I would take the credit but apparently they only meant 50% of that part of the sectional. So after six months I would only get back only $400 which is about 10 percent of the overall cost of the sectional. If a motor goes out on the remaining recliner we cannot replace. To be fair no one was rude or unprofessional but being stringed along for six months then being told one thing but they meant another was bad business practices. I generally purchase most of my furniture and appliances from them but from now on I will go else where. Update; there reply through text is below but when called in they only offered 50 percent of the small piece. They said it was because it was over 1 year. I reported this issue before the one year, it's over one year due to RC Willey. Where in the text does it only say the small piece. On Monday, the day before my furniture was finally to be delivered, I was informed by RC Willey that a coffee table and an end table...that I ordered and paid for a month ago...were "not on the truck." No explanation. No time frame as to when I would receive my furniture. Nothing!!! I drove directly to the store, and the coffee table and end table were sitting there on the floor! I spoke to the man who sold everything to me, who could not give me a reason why my furniture is missing, but assured me that he would "look into it" and get back to me on Wednesday. He didn't. This is a shoddy, despicable, irresponsible, and uncaring way to treat customers who trusted RC Willey to live up to their promises. If you buy a bed from RC Willy make sure you get your money back if you return it within the agreed upon time frame. If you buy a bed on sale and get stuck only being able to exchange the bed for another bed you may find yourself paying more due to the sale being over. I came in recently to look at furniture for my new home. I had many questions since my son is a boy on the spectrum, I wanted to know the comfort of things, sizing, & something that will be easy to clean. I walked up to a worker his name was Josh, & he was very dismissive and rude. Did not speak clear to me then got upset with my special needs son, I am usually very patient with everything but he was not having it when I tried to calm my son down. He walked away and said something like I can figure it out on my own. Great location in a safe feeling area. Employees are friendlier than their other store; we were greeted immediately and the guy who greeted us did so in a genuinely nice manner. The store manager was also very helpful and happy to show us items that we were looking for. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and did not hesitate to assist us and did not pass us off to a random salesperson like so many other egocentric managers in other stores do. Great service! I stopped by not expecting to find a couch after searching at other places that day. To my surprise, I came across this floor model. It wasn't necessarily the color I wanted initially, but the more I looked at it the more I knew it would work the best with the color of my carpet. Before even checking the price tag we sat on it and found out it has double recliners on both sides and we were just about to walk away until TJ saw us and asked if we had questions. I asked him if they had the couch in stock because I wasn't willing to wait weeks for it. He checked the system for me and notified me that not only was it in stock but the couch was discounted more than the sale price that was attached it to, and at that point, I was sold. TJ was highly informative and answered all of our questions, the most important to my husband was being able to add on more pieces to the couch which was a possibility. He was quick with preparing our invoice and delivery. He even showed off his Tagalog speaking skills, so either he's married to a Filipina, loves Filipino food, or has been to the Philippines. Everything seems a bit higher in price but nothing special in quality and style in both clearance and non clearance items. Was suggested to check this location because it's hit and miss in inventory all the time. I prefer to go to the Summerlin location for deal hunting. Ric in appliances was also super helpful too. The Henderson store has a big selection of everything you need for a home. Their back discount/bargain area provides some nice pieces at a good value. Shop somewhere else!!! They don't stand behind their furniture. Our family had been loyal customers of RCW since they opened in 2001. (Then, when my parents moved here, we referred them, and they furnished almost their entire home at RC Wiley). The past few years, our dining chairs slowly started peeling. RC Wiley wouldn't stand behind the cheap material and customer service could care less when I called. Now the peeling has spread and it's gotten really bad. In comparison, my parents have had their beautiful, vintage dining set 50+ years and it's in better condition than ours. We are very disappointed in the company we have been dedicated shoppers of since their grand opening 22 years ago. This has been my go-to for all my furniture shopping. The sales reps are nice. I go to the same ones all the time. But recently I have had the worst experience. It started when I bought a brand new king sized bed frame. Prior to buying it I was told it will hold up an adjustable base. And if I pay for professional delivery and assembly, it would be stress free. And if I didn't like it, I can call my sales rep directly and he will handle it. This has always been the experience I had and so I went ahead with it. Unfortunately it was a disaster and it gets worse each interaction and each visit. They delayed delivery due to having my old address (which I updated prior to purchase) on file. I also opened a credit account that day and handed my drivers license with the current address. Long story short, it was inconvenient and the frame didn't fit my bed. Calling customer service, I was informed that I will be penalized for returning the bed frame. I attempted to contact my sales rep directly and explained the situation but he stopped responding once I mentioned I'm returning it within the same week I received it. Customer service reiterated that I had the wrong address on file and they can't fix it... which is absurd. I was able to return the bed frame without a penalty with the help of a different customer service representative. She got my new address and "updated" my file. Fast forward to today, I come twice a month to check on my account and pay. I recall coming here in January and asking and being told I'm all set for this month and no balance to pay until next month. I even bought something last week. Today, I wanted to pay ahead and asked If I can pay for February. I was informed that my account has been past due since December and have late fees!!!! When I asked why, I was told because I have two accounts, one with my old address which is for "cash transactions" and my current address which is for "credit transactions". What the heck. This seriously is the end of it. What is going on in this store?! And why do I have 2 accounts! I just need the address changed and is it really this complicated?! Im not sure if management changed but this is terrible. Im losing trust in this RC Willey location... I don't trust them with my money and using their credit service. It's not fair. In conclusion, I paid my account off. I can't stand this. If I may suggest, management should look into training the new accountants and customer service representatives. I have a $6000 living room set that I purchased 18 mos ago and the fabric is starting wear (pilling) and the recliner plywood has broken. Extended warranty and fabric warranty was purchased but does not cover cheap craftsmanship... only accidental damage/ tears/stains. Only the one year manufacturer warranty covers that. We have waited 12 years to buy a new living room set to let our children become young adults to avoid childhood mishaps that could happen to a new purchase. I'm tired of purchasing cheap, inferior made everything. I was referred to RC Willey by a friend. Unfortunately, this was not a favorable recommendation. Their products are just as cheaply made as the other junk on the market today; just not cheaply priced. My last $1000 living room set from Big Lots lasted 12 years without doing what this $6000 set is doing in just 18 mos. I was promised a repair and a call back when the parts would be in. After a month of hearing nothing, I called back. Was told that only the recliner parts were in stock and they were awaiting the upholstery to come in before taking my pieces in for repair. " someone will call to schedule a pick up". Three more weeks went by, no call. I called back yesterday and was told that parts were never ordered because they are not honoring the repair as "pilling" fabric is not specifically mentioned in the literature of the warranty. I was refunded the $350 (price of the extended warranty) and received a call from a senior manager who apologized for my experience. Unfortunately, that doesn't help me with the inoperable eyesore of a product that currently adorns my living room where I entertain guests. Recap: RC Willey has same cheap crap that is sold everywhere just with the experience of higher prices, poor customer service, misleading associates, and unfulfilled promises. My refrigerator went out. Water everywhere and a fridge full of warm food. Never a good thing to wake up to. So I had to go to work. Came home quickly realized I need a new fridge, this one had a manufacture issue couldn't be fixed. I called RC and he said if you get an order in before 4 I could have it tomorrow. Well I checked some pricing and delivery options and while I'm getting through with that RC guy calls me from his cell phone , they we're putting last orders in , it had same price but with the black stainless steel finish.
