This level of organization was impressive to watch. The project was completed a couple days ahead of schedule and met all of our expectations. I would say that they probably aren't the cheapest company around for this sort of thing, nor were they the most expensive. One company didn't even bother coming out to bid, when I told them I wasn't going to spend 20,000 on the job. So, expect to pay, but you'll get quality and no short cuts if you do. You can have them delivery it if you want for a fee, but we ended up just having my brother in law bring his truck to pick it all up. Honestly, it wasn't as costly as I thought it was going to be! I understand this location is different from the main store, but there's a professional and respectful way to communicate that. Very disappointing customer service.

Tyler and Abraham did the work this time and these guys were great. They had the whole thing done in half a day. They were friendly, courteous, professional, and made sure we had input on everything as they went along. Nothing felt rushed even though they got it done incredibly fast. And clean? I swear the bathroom and my garage were cleaner when they left than when they got here! The installation team of Jesus, Brandon and Christen work hard and make a great effort to minimize disruptions. All went well, except I never got a purchase number for my plumber to reference when he picked it up for me. There are different divisions of this store at that location that cannot cross-reference my phone order with my name, address, or phone number. Luckily, I found the staff member, Isai, who had helped me, and he straightened out the confusion and apologized for not sending me a receipt with the order number. Make sure you obtain an order number upon payment to avoid a similar problem. No harm, just some minutes lost. By the way, my plumber highly recommended Bradford White water heaters for their reliability, and Ferguson's was the only place he cited that carried this brand. It is expensive.
