We got flooring for our town house years ago here so when we were ready to finally replace our floors in our downstairs in our new house, we knew we were gunna come to Floor & Decor again! We searched here for a couple of weeks, and got some samples. The nice thing is that they have all the flooring on the floor so you can literally get it then and ther eif you want. You can also buy some samples to bring home with you. The guy there was really knowledgeable and helped us out. We ended up getting luxury laminate and installed it ourselves. You can have them delivery it if you want for a fee, but we ended up just having my brother in law bring his truck to pick it all up. Honestly, it wasn't as costly as I thought it was going to be! We didn't pay too much and I feel like the value was amazing. The floors are really good quality and we are SOOO happy with the way it turned out. Definitely would recommend this spot! read more

Love this store. The prices are reasonable. Very helpful staff that if you have a large project they will walk around with you and add the items to their iPads. They will also help calculate what is needed if you need help. Just did a large purchase and did half of the project and had the right amount with a few extra tile left over. The store can store your order for 7 days before being returned. If you need to have your order picked up at a later date the loading dock staff are quick and will load the product for you. I was overcharged hundreds of dollars because people at the register don't know how to do their job. They are incompetent and now I don't know if I'm ever going to get refunded my money something that should've only cost me for $500 end up costing me almost 1100 be careful when you go and shop into the store. Make sure that you take pictures of the tags of the prices that you're buying and then make sure the price is match when you get up to the register because sometimes the prices don't match on the tag and you pay more and on top of that they don't know how to do their job and they will overcharge you in some other way, so pay attention. The manager seemed nice enough. He tried to help me and take off hundreds of dollars of what I was overcharged, but it's such a mess and you know how these things can go on and on and on and on be very careful shopping here. read more

I am a regular customer at F&D in Henderson. I would like to recognize Derick Drumgoole, the Pro Manager at that location. For about eight years, I have been attempting to find a licensed contractor that would be able to do an outstanding job at replacing the existing tile in my home. Prior to purchasing the tile and accompaniments at F&D, I requested Mr. Drumgoole's referral for a contractor as he would be the one to know who would be the best licensed tile installer in the area. Mr. Drumgoole recommended Dan Pinsonault as the best licensed contractor and tile installer around. I must say that the entire job was done to perfection to include the installation and cleanup. The tile work was impeccable; and when the job was completed, I had no cleanup or anything to do. It was as if the job was done with magic. No mess, no cleanup, no waste and a great price. I most certainly will be utilizing and referring Mr. Pinsonault in the future for both myself and friends. Without Mr. Drumgoole's referral, I would have been lost as I could not find anyone competent enough to do this complicated job to perfection. Without Floor and Decor having a professional such as Mr. Drumgoole managing the Pro Department, I never would have been able to get such a referral as I could not find someone myself. We've had several good experiences with Floor and Decor since my original review. This location is still not as helpful as others (which tend to be excellent every time) but nonetheless has been ok. We then bought a large quantity of tile for a project that was delayed. Within the original 90 day return window, we planned to return and then re-purchase the same material to restart the return window. However, staff at the store assured us we didn't need to do that because we could return after 90 days as long as we would accept a store credit. Since we do numerous renovations, that was fine with us. Fast forward to now, when we can identify how much surplus product we want to return. The store initially refused to honour the policy that was in place at the time we bought it and wouldn't accept the return (of unopened product they still carry at full price). Seems they now rely on some third-party organisation which is apparently in control of whether they can accept returns or not, even though it doesn't seem to know what their policy actually is! So we had to waste time contacting them (many calls not answered) before establishing that there was in fact no reason to refuse the return. Thanks to intervention by F&D customer service (who were excellent and very quick) the issue was resolved so other than a second wasted drive across town and some short term frustration we did ultimately get the store credit. But hopefully the store won't do this to others. read more

Designer Grady James was invaluable to us in choosing and coordinating floor and wall tiles for our living room and bathroom remodel. The travertine strip he suggested as transition between different room tiles worked so well our contractor suggested we use it also as a decorative band in the bathroom, which we did. The 5 star rating is based on the service we received. We had a big problem with the vinyl faux wood flooring that was advertised as 100% waterproof. Turns out that only applies to water from the top after installation. We put it down on a cement floor that had been installed a month before over an existing cement slab ( we raised the sunken living room floor up to grade with the rest of the house). Turns out the cement was not nearly cured enough, and the installation therefore did not comply (or work) with the fine print installation directions inside the box. Management treated us fairly and we switched to tile. The company policy about taking and returning samples and excess product is outstanding. read more

The store initially delivered the wrong tile the day before work was supposed to start on our bathroom. The tile could not fit in our car, I called the store multiple times, my husband got through and waited on hold for 40 mins! We hung up but we received a call back from one of their managers.
