We were on the verge of buying one, but decided it couldn't hurt to first drive over to this Half Price Mattress store that was only about 5 miles away, just to compare the mattresses and prices there. The name of the store had us feeling skeptical, but I had taken note of a highly positive review for them here on Yelp! -- so off we went. We are very glad that we came to this store. We were assisted by Cristina, who was friendly and informative, offering us details about the benefits and differences of the Queen mattresses she had in stock or could order for delivery within a week. We both ended up liking a particular mattress from a company we had not previously heard of, for which the price was about $4K less than the one we had nearly bought at that other store! Completing the purchase was quick and easy, and to our surprise the 3rd-party delivery driver brought it to our house only about 2 hours later that same day, and laid it atop the Ikea bed. All in all, a good experience: a very pleasant interaction with Cristina, and that evening we had our new mattress, plus we had saved a nice chunk of money. I would absolutely recommend making sure that you pay a visit to Cristina at this store when you are comparing mattress comfort levels and prices.

I made the purchase after selecting something of quality that suited my needs....this was the only simple part of the process though.....*sad trombone* Delivery was strange, they estimated my foundation coming on New Years Eve in a 12 hour window, and the rest of it 1 to 5 days after. Well be it as it may, the foundation came first thing New years Eve, like 8 am....COOL! Later on, the bed came like 4:45pm on New Years Eve too. Again cool but the tracking said otherwise and said the driver would call. Nope, just came. Glad i was there to get it. The luxury pillow i ordered came a day or 2 later. Delivery in parts, but all in all wasn't a big deal. Here's a disappointing tidbit, they have a number you can text for assistance and i asked about old mattress removal. They replied HOURS later and didn't even address the question, just said they'd "call me in a bit"....Now do you think i actually got that call? Nope! I had to dispose of the old one myself. We did return and purchased a bed, adjustable base, and furniture- bed frame and headboard, which they have many styles online. The furniture was delivered by FedEx and that was a fiasco, they delivered to the wrong house, their fault. The furniture is good quality and looked as pictured online. The guys that delivered the bed and base were wonderful- professional and helpful, showing us how the adjustable base worked. They arrived promptly at the allotted time. The store is located on Eastern and Silverado Ranch, next to Target with plenty of parking. At the time I placed the order, the product listing included an image of the advertised bundle and specifically stated: Bonus Docking Station Set 1x 7 in 1 Docking Station with 512GB Storage 1x 32GB MicroSD Card with Adapter 1x Type C Data Cable 1x 3 in 1 Charging Cable 1x Suede Cleaning Cloth The "What's Included" section also stated: Laptop, Power Adapter, Documentation, 512GB Docking Station Set When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, a salesperson identified as C.R. told me that the laptop did not include the advertised accessories. I explained that I had screenshots of the product page showing the exact listing and SKU I purchased, including the advertised bundle. Rather than acknowledging the discrepancy, he repeatedly insisted that the accessories were not included. I asked whether the store could provide a $149 credit in place of the missing $149 bundle, particularly because the advertised 512GB storage hub was one of the reasons I selected this offer. Instead, C.R. eventually returned with a $39.00 9 in 1 hub that I had not requested and that was not equivalent to the advertised package. What happened afterward is particularly concerning. While I was still waiting in the store pickup area, I took screenshots of the product listing showing the advertised bundle. Approximately 45 minutes later, after I arrived home, I checked the listing again and discovered that the image showing the included accessories had been removed. However, the written product description still stated that the 512GB Docking Station Set was included. Other remaining product images also continued to show the 512GB hub alongside the laptop. I also discovered that my original online order had been voided and a new in store transaction had been created instead. I did not request that my online order be voided and replaced with a new transaction. This is especially concerning given that the product listing was modified shortly after my interaction at the store. I have screenshots documenting what the product page showed while I was physically waiting in the store, as well as evidence of how the listing appeared approximately 45 minutes later. The website continued to state that the laptop included the 512GB Docking Station Set even after the promotional image was removed. This is not simply a misunderstanding about an accessory. I purchased a specific SKU based on the contents expressly advertised on the retailer's website. I expect the advertised bundle to be honored or, alternatively, to receive a credit equal to the advertised value of the missing items. I am requesting a prompt review of the original online listing, the voided online order, the replacement in store transaction, and the subsequent changes made to the product page. I would also like an explanation as to why my original online order was voided without my request and why the advertised bundle was not provided. I have retained screenshots and transaction documentation supporting the timeline described above.
