I love that their sofas are customizable where you can pick out the fabric and whether or not you want a chaise lounge ottoman, L-shaped, etc. The fabric I chose was on backorder so it did take a little bit longer for me to receive the Couch, but it was all worth the wait in the end. Erin and Eric Work with you and are a pleasure to deal with. Communication was efficient and I never had a problem ever getting a hold of anybody. Delivery was smooth. Customer service from Eric and his wife was nothing short of amazing. We ended up buying the fireplace, a massage chair, a few pillows, and two sets of sheets. I recently visited Holy Sheets... referred by a fellow gym member... when he learned that I was interested in purchasing a massage chair. It was the first time that I had gone into the store and was pleasantly greeted by Lyna S. She directed me toward the massage chairs. I was encouraged to take my time and try a variety of massage chairs to find the one that I liked the best. There was none of the quick sale or high pressure stress. Lyna shared a great deal of useful knowledge and experience on a wide variety of massage chairs... patiently helping me to try-out multiple programs of multiple chairs. She repeatedly stated how important it was to take my time and discover the chair that was right for me. For the next three afternoons, Lyna assisted me, while I tried out massage chairs. I narrowed my decision down to two chairs. Lyna asked if my wife would be using the chair and perhaps she should come in and help me with my final decision. I took her advice and the next afternoon, my wife came in and enjoyed a massage and helped me to pick out a chair. I received another pleasant surprise when Lyna pointed out that she had contacted the manufacturer and arranged for a very reasonable purchase price. This place has a lot of very nice collectible and unique pieces of Art from glass sculptures to portraits of Prince and other celebrities to incredible coffee tables and couches.
