We had originally planned on just browsing the store and Lyna was so kind to show us their full offering of sheets, pillows, art, and other offerings, but we were drawn to their selection of premium massage chairs since my mom had been considering purchasing one for awhile. Lyna gave us the full breakdown on the chairs and allowed us to test them at our own leisure with no pressure to purchase. After much testing, we ultimately decided on one of their top of the line models since Lyna was able to put together a package we couldn't refuse. Holy Sheets is next level! We came here from San Diego on a trip to Vegas and went shopping in Henderson for some pillows at Macy's when we discovered the coolest store we've seen in a long time. They completely exceeded our expectations and absolutely blew us away. The name caught our attention, the incredible fireplace stand drew us in, and the massage chair and customer service sealed the deal. Customer service from Eric and his wife was nothing short of amazing. We ended up buying the fireplace, a massage chair, a few pillows, and two sets of sheets. The quality of everything we purchased is top notch. We couldn't be more excited and happy about our purchases and can't wait for the delivery to California--with white glove service included. We are truly grateful, happy, and super excited. My wife has a bad back, so the chair will be a game changer for us. We can't wait to come back and buy more cool things. I came in with my two teen daughters. I told the woman that we were window shopping today. I am going to be remodeling my teens rooms soon. This woman followed me and my kids around the entire store and kept watching us. This made me and my girls feel very uncomfortable and profiled! It was the first time that I had gone into the store and was pleasantly greeted by Lyna S. She directed me toward the massage chairs. I was encouraged to take my time and try a variety of massage chairs to find the one that I liked the best. There was none of the quick sale or high pressure stress. Lyna shared a great deal of useful knowledge and experience on a wide variety of massage chairs... patiently helping me to try-out multiple programs of multiple chairs. She repeatedly stated how important it was to take my time and discover the chair that was right for me. For the next three afternoons, Lyna assisted me, while I tried out massage chairs. I narrowed my decision down to two chairs. Lyna asked if my wife would be using the chair and perhaps she should come in and help me with my final decision. I took her advice and the next afternoon, my wife came in and enjoyed a massage and helped me to pick out a chair. I received another pleasant surprise when Lyna pointed out that she had contacted the manufacturer and arranged for a very reasonable purchase price. The service that Lyna provided during the sale was outstanding, and at a level that my wife and I have rarely experienced. I purchased a $2000 Venus Williams mattress. That was the sale price....this is hands down THE WORST mattress I have ever had!!! I wake up every morning hurting so bad I can barely move. I've called this store over 10x trying to get someone to call me back. They either don't answer or don't return my calls or are on vacation...I needed to return this hunk of junk for months! I am so upset about this bed. I'm disabled and needed a good bed. I was promised that this Bex would do the trick! It was recovery bed. It's like sleeping on bricks. This place has a lot of very nice collectible and unique pieces of Art from glass sculptures to portraits of Prince and other celebrities to incredible coffee tables and couches.
