The person I dealt with was great. They had a huge selection of wood slabs. They also will flatten the slabs if you need them to.

We were looking to replace two Omnia leather sofas that we had purchased 18 years ago. After some…read moreresearch we came across Ideal Furniture and owner Jerry Burdick. This is not your typical big name swarm all over furniture store. They work with you to achieve your desired selection and financial goals. Actually gave us a bit of history in where and how the manufacturer purchases their fine leathers for their furniture. Actually, delivered the two sofas 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The delivery service was exceptional in removing all the protective foam and plastic to include setting up the pieces and removing the old sofas. In summary, we couldn't be happier with our new furnishings and the great job that Jerry and his team provided. Bob K

Please, if you are considering buying from Ideal Furniture.... Think again…read more We bought about 30k of furniture from them. Our 17k sectional came with a lifetime warranty. We have had it less than 3 years. The cushions have flattened, the springs have broke and the frame has bent. We have no young kids or large animals. Called the owners 19 times. Half of those time they never answered. Finally after 6 weeks they sent someone out to look at the furniture. He said of yes, we will fix it, it has a lifetime warranty. 4 months later and still not fixed. I called and called and got the same answer.... It's just taking a bit longer than expected. Finally after 5 months they called. Said the parts are in but, it's a third party company coming out to fix it and that's an additional charge. What! Really, 6 months waiting, 19 phone calls, a lifetime warranty and now we have an additional charge. NO thank you. Owner then sent me a text saying they would "eat" the cost of fixing it because it took 6 months to get the parts. However; she said the manufacturer told her the springs are not bent. So those wouldn't be fixed. We had to buy a seat pad to place on top of the one recliner so we don't sink onto the floor. No one from their company came out to even look at the problem. It's always a third party. Please, please do your research on this company. I'm not the only one with a bad experience. I'd give a zero star if I could

The admission was $5 and only accepted cash. However, we were able to find a free admission pass online. Took our little niece to this exhibit, and she enjoyed it. There are a bunch of vendors. It seems like they combined the home decor and crafts together. Vendors are selling customized charcuterie boards, solar panels, patio furniture, secreted candles, air conditioning, anti aging creams, pastries, fudges, artificial turfs and more. Most vendors are attracting patrons not only with their products and services but also with chocolates, chap sticks, candies, and even a leveler from Home Magazine.

I have not ever experienced the showrooms yet. I have been here twice for an expo and a festival. We attended The Oddities and Curiosities Expo in 2024 and most recently we went to the Totally Rad Vintage Fest. Both shows were huge and we found lots of great items at these shows. Lots of vendors selling their products and there is a small food court. There was an admission charge to get in, but parking was covered and free. Location is near downtown and across the street from The Smith Center.

My handy neighbor let me know about Hotel Furniture Liquidators, the place where I could possibly obtain pieces of the Wynn décor that I adore. (It makes me poetic.) HFL is where old hotel furniture goes in hopes of finding a new home, and I really thought I was going to find a treasure trove of unbelievable deals and styles. Sadly, what I found there is going to have to work really hard to get adopted. The only Wynn remnant I found was a single lamp, and with a scratch and a price tag close to $100, that little guy is still sitting at the warehouse. Honestly, the place is better appreciated as an archaeological experience than as a furniture store. They have a "showroom" portion, but then the back half of the warehouse is literally stacked 100-ft high with chairs, bedspreads, curtains and on and on. Did I say bedspreads? Yes, and I had the same reaction: EWWWWWWWWW! I am scared to touch bedspreads when I am staying at a hotel. I can't imagine bringing one home to live with me. And, I had the EW reaction more than once as I wandered the aisles and imagined what might have been done to and on the various pieces of furniture. What happens in Vegas has stained in Vegas, even if you can't see it. I bet a black light party in that warehouse would be amazing. Plus, the prices really weren't cheap. The few highlights included the fact that they were showing Mulan on their TVs. (Yes, they have old hotel room TVs for sale.) There were also some acceptable wooden high-tops from Hooters -- very country/rustic, but for around $80, they were a pretty good deal. The upstairs is kind of creepy cool, as they have rooms set-up with the complete furniture packages from different hotels. There are signs that let you know which property the furniture came from, so for example: "Flamingo Double." If I were a moth, this would be my go-to hang, but as a deal-hunting human, HFL was a disappointment.

I recently bought a whole bedroom set (including a mattress and a down comforter) for $160…read more Everything is priced pretty low, save for a few things that look modern and are brand new. The only down side is transporting. They don't have a delivery service so we had to rent a moving truck- so add on about $50 to your total price if you buy more then can fit in your pickup. Still a good deal.
