The store if full of decorative statues and fountains. Prices are definitely on the higher side, with most pieces in the thousands, but you can tell they are high quality and well made. I can't say enough!! Beautiful pottery, great prices and a military discount. Today was 107° and we still couldn't get enough of the interesting water falls and outdoor offerings. The staff is kind and welcoming. They come out within minutes with ice cold water and explain the difference between the different pottery and what coating the inside of pots does. The owner is very sweet and knowledgeable. We had our 5 year old grandson with us and she immediately engaged him and showed him the giant fish tank with Nemo and Dora! We purchased several fountains from them along with some foo dogs and other items. Justin and his team did a great job installing the items at our home and making sure everything was operational before they left. We've been back several times to add to our collection. Recently we moved from one house to another and needed the items we purchased moved. This isn't typically a service they provided, but Justin and his team did not disappoint. They were there to help us move the items and get them set up at the new house. All of the staff that work here are knowledgeable, friendly, and go the extra mile. While my yard may look like a mini-showroom for outdoor living, they have so many great things there and the stock changes from time to time. I live in summerlin so it's quite a drive to get to this place in Henderson but it's SOOO WORTH IT!! While my husband and I were exploring the variety of outdoor Buddha's and fountains, a kind gentleman got us a bottle cold water. It was 109 degrees that day, how very thoughtful! They have a great selection of beautiful outdoor decor, statues, colorful pots and fountains. We got the Buddha we were looking for and it was 20% off! They loaded it in our car too. I called for a quote on a pump replacement for my Henri fountain that we bought at the now closed Little Baja. I was quoted $299, $100 for the pump and $199 for a service call. When I called 2 weeks later to schedule the job, the price went up $50. The 2 workers came on time with 2 pumps of different sizes. It was hard to communicate as they didn't speak English very fluently. They didn't have the right adapter for the smaller pump as the cover over the adapter was too tall for the fountain's pump cover. So they installed the larger pump that was billed at $150. I kept the box and tried to get information on the internet. They must have had that pump in stock for a very long time. There was no model name or barcode on the box. They started using barcodes in the 1970's and 1980's. After a lot of searches I found the manufacturers recommended retail price (MSRP) to be $49.95. Then I found a website to contact the manufacturer of the fountain in Chicago and asked for the recommended pump. It was the smaller pump. The two men were here 30 minutes. I had to insisted they seal the electrical junction box in which the plug was covered. They finally went to their truck and got some plumbers putty and sealed it up. After the workers left I realized they hadn't put the pump cover in place. They were supposed to mail me a receipt showing the breakdown of the pump and the labor. I never received it. I am very unhappy with this company. read more

This is the second review for Justen and his business. The first one is still on this website. (Sept, 2016, the Foo Dogs. Yes, that was me -- going on and on about Costco.) About a year ago, we bought a fountain (as in the photo) from Justen. The same excellent customer service. Two guys came out and installed it. The fountain works great. Without a problem. It definitely adds that beauty (and richness) to our backyard. A couple of days ago, I saw the quail sculpture on the email from Justen. In the lone mountain area where we live, we do have a quail family that looks a lot like the sculpture!! I sent a question via email; hey, can you send that to me? Henderson is a bit far. He mailed it, and it got here today, without him getting paid first. That 'trust' he shows is...something actually touching. I'm calling him tomorrow to see if I can pay over the phone (plus some shipping/handling fee I want to give him) or mail the check to him. Awesome people, awesome business. Outdoor Living is a GEM in Henderson. My husband and I bought several planters/pots, a stone fountain, and a Mother Mary statue. Everything is AAA+++ quality, and you can see the fine details and craftsmanship in both the Mary statue and the fountain. We feel like we are re-living our travels in Europe again. It makes us want to live in our backyard, and we appreciate the excellent customer service. Sometimes they have sales; we took advantage of the January winter sale and kept buying!!! There are a variety of styles for whatever taste pleases you ranging from SouthWestern to Zen Buddhist to Fantasy. The customer service is exceptional. They provided hand sanitizer by their register and wore masks while helping customers. We bought a wonderful birthday gift for my mother here. We were more than pleased with the quality of the product and our overall service. My only criticism was there wasn't really any place to sit down, which can be a problem for older patrons.
