We couldn't be more pleased with the work of Ryan Ritchie and the team at BBQ Bill's for installing a new outdoor BBQ kitchen and mounting a TV and ceiling fan on our covered patio. From start to finish, the work went smoothly -- which we have many times found isn't always the case with companies here in Las Vegas. From walking in the door on a Sunday and meeting Ryan, he took care of us. We discussed what we were looking to build, the budget we wanted to stay within and when we were hoping to have the work completed. He showed us options and immediately designed a kitchen layout while we were there (we brought photos and dimensions with us, which helped). The final build turned out just as promised. If you're looking for similar work, I highly recommend you go with Ryan and company.

Definitely not the experience we expected... Once we left 1/2 deposit in December 2021, communication changed. I was the one that had to keep reaching out and staying on top of things. Everyone would blame one another , even Bill the owner. Our pool was built in 1/2 the time and we weren't satisfied with the finished BBQ project, definitely not worth $30k. When I went in to drop a check for the balance and talk to Bill, he offered me a $500 discount to not write a review. $500 lol. No thanks. Work done was a bbq area and bar area, the pergola was a different company that BBQ Bills recommended, that was another headache and not resolved yet. Run and Run Fast.....

I went to BBQ Bill's after a recommendation and glad I did. I initially spoke with Bill and then stopped at the store have a look and further discuss, ended up working closely with Tim on the project. Tim was great from start to finish, from the initial design to helping with products and materials. I never felt like I was being upsold and in fact, Tim tried steering me in a different direction with materials to save a bit on cost. Subs were good, polite, communicative, and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the end result and would recommend BBQ Bill's and Tim for your project. Thanks guys!

I decided that the final touch to my backyard concept would be an outdoor grill area and without shopping around or even reading reviews, I went with BBQ Bills. I have the say, the interactions at the showroom were great. I truly felt connected to Tim and Bill. I approved my design and prepaid for the full job. Here comes the nightmare...as another commenter stated, I had to consistently follow-up. The week of install, the contractor showed up around 10ish- cool no problem as he was only delivering the frame. After the frame was delivered, I checked in with Tim to see when would the job start- and he was clueless that the frame was completed that day. He said "let me get with my guy." Understanding that I'm not the only customer, I waited and waited and waited...until I decided to call him back to get an update. The day before the project started, I shifted and went with stone instead of the original stucco. I asked if it would be an issue or alter the timeframe and I was assured that it wouldn't. I was told that the guys would work through Friday & Saturday and would ensure that I'd have a finished product. On Friday, the contractor's employee came out and left within a few hours and told me that he didn't know how to use the water saw. Not even a fraction of the work was completed. Of course I checked in with Tim and relayed this info. Saturday, the contractor + his employee were there and worked pretty diligently. However, they did not install ANYTHING. Based on the info that I'd been given, I arranged an Easter cookout. Not only did they not install anything but my backyard was left a MESS. Again, I reached out to Tim and shared pictures. He called the contractors and they came back out to finish the stone & tile and install the grill. At this point, timelines are missed & there's a absorbent amount of miscommunication- the owner Bill decided to come out. I shared my frustration with him as well. I was told that they'd be back on Monday to finish the job. Monday came and went, no contractor. Tuesday started, no contractor. I reached out to Tim and he called the contractor who told him that they'd be back out on Wednesday. As I shared with Tim, this timeline change should have been communicated to me and it wasn't. Wednesday came and yes they finished the project and I couldn't be more pleased with the work. However, I've yet to hear from any representative at BBQ Bills to gauge my level of satisfaction nor have they done a quality check on the finished job. I paid BBQ Bills, not the contractor. Overall l, decent service but the communication is horrible. I'd do business with them again, however, it'll be at the risk of already knowing that they have communication issues.

What can I say about this place. I think the word amazing doesn't even cover the experience that I had. On a whim, I decided to stop by this establishment and check out their pizza ovens. I have been eyeing a Gozney Dome, as the dome was backordered on the website. Luck was on my side, the dome, stand, and other necessities where in stock. I purchased right then and there. But getting a huge pizza dome home was the next obstacle. How about the great employee, Tim, offering to deliver to my house and even helped carry the monster to my backyard. I am slowly becoming a pizza professional!

I like sampling the food products and seeing what they have to offer. I will admit, this place is super expensive. Every item, including their own food products is a bit expensive. However, you don't need to spend money to browse the store, so I still like coming in. I do happen to have a professional discount card so I do buy things here when there's a sale or I have a coupon. And I will always spend money on the excellent peppermint bark during the holidays. The people working here are always nice and friendly and super helpful. They also know how to leave you alone when you tell them you're just looking. I'm sure they're used to browsers. The store is organized well and has a lot of different items. If they don't have an item you want, they can order it for you and have it delivered to your home or the store.

Amusespot is truly amazing!…read more In a time when large department stores and on line vendors have ridiculous prices, Amusespot is in a league of its own offering unique, high-end items at surprisingly reasonable prices. Amusespot has been less expensive every single time I have a liked an item and tried to find the best price. What also really stood out to me was the level of personal attention I received. There was a minor hiccup with shipping on a recent order, and Joanne reached out with clear instructions to resolve the issue. It was handled quickly and efficiently, and I was given the kind of service that keeps you coming back to a place. Amusespot treats you like a valued customer. That kind of care is so rare these days. Highly recommend Amusespot for super cool gift ideas or those special pieces that make a house feel like a home.

So not only did they waste my time because now I am back to zero, I even had to run after them. if a business cannot stay on top of their orders and their stock, leads the customer on and is not even capable of reaching out to the customer, THAT IS A PROBLEM.

IKEA used to be a go-to destination - busy, well-organized, and genuinely fun to browse. Lately,…read morethough, it feels like a shadow of its former self. The showroom feels noticeably empty, both in terms of foot traffic and staff presence. Though the upstairs display walk through areas look decent and recently rearranged/changed, it still feels empty. Where there used to be employees readily available on the floor, you're lucky to spot a few in certain areas. If you're coming in to return or exchange an item, you may casually stand around for a bit until staff comes from the back to tend to that area. Displays of merchandise feel like an afterthought compared to how carefully curated things once were i.e.: a cart full of items vs them being displayed and organized. The biggest disappointment? The cafe downstairs.. I've visited a few times recently and it's been closed or non-operational each time with kiosks showing an error screen or "CLOSED". It used to be a highlight of the whole trip - I'd always look forward to grabbing a little meatball sundae on the way and making an afternoon of it. Instead, I now find myself in a long long line waiting for one of four self-checkout stations to open up.. (the previously staffed registers are no longer a thing and other self-checkout lines are blocked off)..only to look over and see the cafe kiosk dark and unattended. It really takes the joy out of the visit. That said, there are still some redeeming qualities. The as-is section remains a solid find for deals, and apparently you can now shop it online - a nice touch. The space also has free WiFi, so if you're looking for a low-key study spot and the restaurant upstairs happens to be open, it could work for that. Overall, it feels like IKEA is operating with reduced resources, and it shows. I don't follow there business much so I'm not sure if they're struggling but hoping things turn around not only for the customers but for the staff too!
