Steven, Charlie and the entire BBQ Concepts team have been amazing to work with. They built us a gorgeous BBQ island with a state of the art Alfresco grill and powerful matching side burner. The island matches our home's exterior perfectly. They also created a beautiful fire-pit/table for the other side of our patio and a built-in stone bar for our great room inside our home. The build-team (Juan, Jose and Jacob - JJJ - Los Tres Jotas!) were great. No project is without its challenges and the whole team really came together to solve every riddle as they appeared. They even got the manufacturer directly involved to tweak the system and get the pest possible performance for my new outdoor kitchen. They are committed to doing it right. read more

I had a great experience with BBQ Concepts. I wanted a small barbecue island outside with a barbecue and a griddle... And I really didn't need anything else. I know how important a top of the line barbecue is. I had one in my previous house and I was really missing it. They have a lot of products to choose from. They listen to your wants and needs and try to put you together with the right products. I love that they have a showroom where you can actually see and touch the type of grill or griddle that you will be buying. They were always available for any questions that I had. When they came to build the barbecue, they were the quietest workers I think I've ever experienced! They were in and out without disturbing me, or any of my neighbors. The barbecue that I bought is amazing and I've been having a lot of fun with it. I did have one issue with one of the tiles that they chose for the center tile. When I brought it up with them, it was replaced without any issue or pushback. I would highly recommend this business. They sell quality products and do a great job. read more

I want to give a shout out to Charlie at BBQ Concepts. He helped convert our outdoor firepit from using a propane tank to using our natural gas stub. There was no conversion kit to purchase, just a flex line, so we actually saved some money as well. Thanks again! read more

I was really hesitant to pull the trigger on an outdoor kitchen. But I'm super glad I did. I worked with Omid, the owner, and he hooked me up with something that's practical and well within my budget. We ended up building a custom BBQ island with a power burner, storage, and trash pullout. It all runs on propane and we've been using it a few days a week now that the weather has been better. Let me tell you, it's a game changer if you will actually use it! And now I love my yard even more. I'm super happy with how it turned out and would highly recommend their services. They were able to get this project done in less than a week after I placed my deposit. read more

It's incredibly rare to work with a company these days that has excellent customer service, beautiful products, and even better people running the business. Within 30 seconds of walking into this place, it is evident that you are in the best hands possible when it comes to designing and installing the backyard of your dreams. Steven and Omid are legitimately the dream team when it comes to picking what you want and making it a reality. I can't recommend this company enough to anybody looking for the top of line BBQ and backyard equipment and installs. You walk out of there feeling like you made a friend and thoroughly enjoy the experience from start to finish. Everybody I know looking for anything bbq, islands, fire-pit, etc. for their backyard gets recommended to my guys here at BBQ Concepts. They are the best and I happily stake my entire reputation on them, their product, and their unbelievable service. read more

We renovated two existing islands in our backyard. From day one, Adam at Barbecue Concepts was professional, respectful and showed the highest standard of customer service. Together we designed a new table island and grill island. The owner and business manager were also extremely helpful and gladly contributed to the overall design. Mack performed all of the labor and was amazing throughout the process. He was always responsive and respectful and his work ethic was impeccable. The project turned out perfect. We looked at other businesses for this project and could not be happier that we selected Barbecue Concepts. I strongly recommend them for all projects you may be considering. read more

When customer service and personal attention are combined with great workmanship for your job, you know you've found the right company. We felt it the moment we walked through the showroom doors and Steven gave us every choice for designing our outdoor BBQ grill area. After owning a stand-alone Weber barbecue for almost 12 years, it was time to upgrade to a professional outdoor cooking area. Adam jumped in and developed the perfect location within our backyard that complimented the existing hardscape we already had in place once we identified what our needs were. We prepared to wait a while for our turn to be added to the work list, but once they installed a new wood back wall to soften what was previously a typical cinderblock wall, the remaining work to create the actual grilling area was completed within a week. We are so pleased with the finished product that family and friends are equally amazed at how well it complements our backyard entertaining needs. This is an amazing team for fulfilling your dreams. read more

Never got my smoker working properly. They seemed fine calling the project complete without getting the wifi feature of my smoker working at all. They damaged my cool decking with some type of slurry and offered to fix it but never did. After spending a ton of money, was made to feel like I was annoying them when trying to get things working properly directly after install. Edit: Yes, I have the right company. Not a ton of Omid's in the Las Vegas BBQ scene, and leaving me without the grill working properly/damage to my decking is exactly what happened. read more

I got to say this was probably the best surprise I've had all day. I was looking for some glass rocks for the fireplace drove by BBQ concepts thought I'd swing in and give it a shot their customer service is top-notch they can design whatever you need on whatever budget and looks fantastic. As I told him what I needed for the fireplace he gave me two bags of beautiful glass rock and said to have a nice day, this rarely happens in today's market place but these guys know how to treat their customers. read more

We had a barbque island installed about 16 months ago. Recently we found some tiles seperating from the island. We called Steven the manager at barbque concepts, and explained our problems, I figured I would get the standard its out of warranty speach, but I got the opposite. He listened to me and showed concern. He sent out his foreman to inspect the unit, the forman and Steve did not like the quality of the tile adhesion to the unit, and decided to tear down unit completely to the frame and do u the island all over from ground up. They got job done in 4 days, and the quality of their work was top notch, clean and professional. Could not thank them enough for standing behind their work, they have a customer for life. Thank you Steven and crew!!! read more

BBQ Concepts did a very nice job putting my Built-in-BBQ together. All the employees were very nice and helpful when questions arose. The only reason I didn't give them five stars was due to the company they use for the patio cover-Koda Patios. Koda broke my new underground electrical wiring to my new pool and then lied about the severity of damages! For further information on that, please see my review on Koda Patio here on Yelp. read more

Where do I start... Have been super hesitant about getting a pellet style grill and couldn't decide. Found GMG online and found out the boys at BBQ Concepts are an authorized dealer and headed straight there. Emon was extremely knowledgeable about all things BBQ. Not only was he able to tell me all about the ins and outs of this grill, he went on to explain the differences between the other models they had on the show room floor. You can tell guys have a wealth of bbq knowledge and are eager to share and teach. Their selection of grills, accessories, pellets, and overall inventory was incredible and was honestly jaw dropping. If you're looking for a standalone grill or even a custom built in unit, look no further. The BBQ Concept crew has got you covered. read more

I can give these guys a two star because Omid took my call the day I called him and showed up within a day to go over my project. He was very forthcoming as to why his company was so much better than another company I was going to use. I really liked him in person and I'm sure they do good work. Here is where it went bad. Omid told me it may take 7 to 10 days to give me an estimate, but once we approved things it would move much faster. I waited 9 days and then called him to see if the estimate was done. He said one more day and he would have it done. 3 more days passed and I called him again. His response was, "I'm really sorry man I'm just to busy to give you an estimate" I'm like thanks for wasting my time man. Right now I would say don't waste your time he obviously is a young kid trying to run a business and in a classic case of growing pains, but does not know how to be honest with his customer that he just doesn't have time to take on additional projects. Good luck to him. I know things won't be great forever and people remember bad service. Hopefully he learns from this and gets better as he matures. Aaron read more

I'd give em' 5 stars had I bought anything. After a really bad series of experiences with BBQ's Galore in Las Vegas, I reached out to BBQ Concepts. Their store is spectacular, and the people that work there are very helpful. We didn't have to wait around, and even with the phones ringing off the hook, they remained attentive. We didn't buy, because in describing our current problem with our older grille, Omid commented that a deep cleaning might fix the issue, and he recommended Chris, from LEVEL UP BBQ Cleaning. For the $250 vs $2600.00 investment, it was a worthy recommendation. Chris blew our minds with his professionalism, quality of work, and that he "restored" our old BBQ to near-new condition. Thanks to the guys at bBQ Concepts, and when we re-do/remodel our outdoor kitchen in a couple years, we'll be working exclusively with BBQ Concepts. read more

We were in the market for a bbq island and this was our first stop , we were quoted a price on a Lynx bbq w island that was already on the showroom floor. It seemed expensive but I didn't know how much these things cost. We went in and were not ever pressured and left the store to go compare with other places. We went to 3 other places and comparable islands were about 4-5k more. We went back and made the purchase and can't be more satisfied with the performance of the bbq and the service they gave us (especially the delivery and set up). I will not go anywhere else for my bbq needs. read more

I had seen this location on a friends Instagram. I believe he was interested in a new smoker. However, what had caught my eye was their wall of spices so I decided to check them out. Being the cook and grill master of the house I was super excited. The gentleman that was sitting behind the cash wrap was very friendly. He stopped whatever it was that he was doing to showed me all of the top selling spices/ rubs and even convince me to smell and taste them with the testers that they had available. All of the spices were decently priced $10-13 for large bottles. I ended up choosing 3 bottles but will be back in soon to get myself some. (I gave them away as Christmas gifts.) I'd recommend this location to ANYONE that is looking for anything related to bbqing. As I browsed around it seemed like they had everything for anything that requires propane even cleaning products. If your a Traeger fan they sell clothing and a lot of there products. The store was very clean, well lite and Inviting. Their customer service was top notch even if your in there for grill accessories. read more

Small shop with all your traeger needs. Tony is always super helpful and if they don't have it, he'll order it!

I had a horrible experience here when trying to buy a grill/smoker for my husband for Christmas. The salesman acted like I was bothering him simply by being there, changed the prices on the models I was looking that several times while I was there, and when I asked him to tell me the differences between a few models he basically told me it didn't matter and my husband would be fine. It was pretty clear that I was being dismissed because I was a woman. Too bad I have a culinary degree, because the was far too easy to tell that everything coming out of this guy's mouth was BS. He was literally making up stuff about the products. I ended up leaving and spending $1000+ the same day somewhere else where the salespeople were happy to talk shop and not randomly add hundreds to the price of a grill just to see if I would bite. Oh btw, as I was standing there another customer came in looking for pellets. He reminded them he had come in three days in a row because they kept saying their delivery was coming in the next day. Pellets still weren't there so the guy left. After he was gone, the two employees laughed to each other and said they had forgotten to ever order the pellets. Real nice. read more

Our new built-in barbeque project is finished and BBQ Concepts exceeded our expectations! Though our project is on a more modest scale than most of their other work, it was also something of a challenge, since the location is on our rooftop deck, just above the 3rd floor of our home. Adam was our designer and he created a relatively lightweight unit, but with great strength. They initially installed a metal framework with cement board panels that creates a tough base for the insulating stucco and tile countertop. It should be noted that the materials they used aren't cheap. The beautifully grained tile is American-made, as is the barbeque and drawer unit below it. The unit we chose is the Sommerset SIZ-32, which is built from 443-grade stainless steel. It's very heavy and the workmanship is completely 5-star. This is a precision machine. Throughout the installation, we were impressed by the workmanship and the courteous nature of the contract workers who built and installed our unit. Special kudos to Adam for being so attentive, caring, and detail-oriented throughout our project. Steven was also a fantastic contact person and point man over the phone and in person. I should also mention that the retail store itself is a marvelous place to browse and to see so many possibilities for any patio or outdoor barbeque and kitchen project. These team members are complete professionals both before and after the build. I would give them 6 stars if it were possible. Epic! read more

Great company! Had a major repair done to my fire pit that was a very difficult, tedious job. The gas pipe had rusted through and was partially enclosed in concrete. They had to saw through the concrete and chip away until they could remove the rusted pipe. I'm sure they thought this was a "job from hell". Everything got done on time with great workmanship. They were friendly and hard working. Would definitely recommend this company for any gas fired appliance repair. My fire pit is now better than new. Thank You. read more

Great people. Excellent product selection. Good customer service. Prices are fair for the quality.

The young owner of this store does it right.!!! We love to support our small businesses. It is for this reason that we avoided the Big Box stores to buy our Traeger and eventually replace our grill. The prices are comparable and the service is exceptional. Definitely recommend. read more

I use Yelp all the time and haven't reviewed much, but felt my customer experience at the store was so good I would post one. If you're looking for a great place to purchase a Traeger grill and Traeger supplies along with spices and rubs look no further than BBQ Concepts. I had an excellent experience buying my first Traeger Grill here! The salesmen, Omid and Emon, were knowledgeable, honest, and very friendly. I've been researching pellet grills and have been to the "Big Box" stores who have no idea about what they are selling or how to answer your questions. I peppered them with a barrage of questions, and they patiently answered every single one. Omid walked me through the entire startup process and how to take care of my Traeger grill. Can't wait to get grilling and I'm coming back to load up on spices and rubs. read more
