I love that they have a showroom where you can actually see and touch the type of grill or griddle that you will be buying. They were always available for any questions that I had. When they came to build the barbecue, they were the quietest workers I think I've ever experienced! They were in and out without disturbing me, or any of my neighbors. Never got my smoker working properly. They seemed fine calling the project complete without getting the wifi feature of my smoker working at all. They damaged my cool decking with some type of slurry and offered to fix it but never did. After spending a ton of money, was made to feel like I was annoying them when trying to get things working properly directly after install. Edit: Yes, I have the right company. Not a ton of Omid's in the Las Vegas BBQ scene, and leaving me without the grill working properly/damage to my decking is exactly what happened. read more

I was looking for some glass rocks for the fireplace drove by BBQ concepts thought I'd swing in and give it a shot their customer service is top-notch they can design whatever you need on whatever budget and looks fantastic. We had a barbque island installed about 16 months ago. Recently we found some tiles seperating from the island. We called Steven the manager at barbque concepts, and explained our problems, I figured I would get the standard its out of warranty speach, but I got the opposite. He listened to me and showed concern. He sent out his foreman to inspect the unit, the forman and Steve did not like the quality of the tile adhesion to the unit, and decided to tear down unit completely to the frame and do u the island all over from ground up. They got job done in 4 days, and the quality of their work was top notch, clean and professional. Could not thank them enough for standing behind their work, they have a customer for life. I can give these guys a two star because Omid took my call the day I called him and showed up within a day to go over my project. He was very forthcoming as to why his company was so much better than another company I was going to use. I really liked him in person and I'm sure they do good work. Here is where it went bad. Omid told me it may take 7 to 10 days to give me an estimate, but once we approved things it would move much faster. I waited 9 days and then called him to see if the estimate was done. He said one more day and he would have it done. 3 more days passed and I called him again. His response was, "I'm really sorry man I'm just to busy to give you an estimate" I'm like thanks for wasting my time man. Right now I would say don't waste your time he obviously is a young kid trying to run a business and in a classic case of growing pains, but does not know how to be honest with his customer that he just doesn't have time to take on additional projects. Their store is spectacular, and the people that work there are very helpful. We didn't have to wait around, and even with the phones ringing off the hook, they remained attentive. We didn't buy, because in describing our current problem with our older grille, Omid commented that a deep cleaning might fix the issue, and he recommended Chris, from LEVEL UP BBQ Cleaning. For the $250 vs $2600.00 investment, it was a worthy recommendation. Chris blew our minds with his professionalism, quality of work, and that he "restored" our old BBQ to near-new condition. We were in the market for a bbq island and this was our first stop , we were quoted a price on a Lynx bbq w island that was already on the showroom floor. It seemed expensive but I didn't know how much these things cost. We went in and were not ever pressured and left the store to go compare with other places. We went to 3 other places and comparable islands were about 4-5k more. We went back and made the purchase and can't be more satisfied with the performance of the bbq and the service they gave us (especially the delivery and set up). I had seen this location on a friends Instagram. I believe he was interested in a new smoker. However, what had caught my eye was their wall of spices so I decided to check them out. Being the cook and grill master of the house I was super excited. The gentleman that was sitting behind the cash wrap was very friendly. He stopped whatever it was that he was doing to showed me all of the top selling spices/ rubs and even convince me to smell and taste them with the testers that they had available. All of the spices were decently priced $10-13 for large bottles. I ended up choosing 3 bottles but will be back in soon to get myself some. (I gave them away as Christmas gifts.) I'd recommend this location to ANYONE that is looking for anything related to bbqing. As I browsed around it seemed like they had everything for anything that requires propane even cleaning products. If your a Traeger fan they sell clothing and a lot of there products. The store was very clean, well lite and Inviting. I had a horrible experience here when trying to buy a grill/smoker for my husband for Christmas. The salesman acted like I was bothering him simply by being there, changed the prices on the models I was looking that several times while I was there, and when I asked him to tell me the differences between a few models he basically told me it didn't matter and my husband would be fine. It was pretty clear that I was being dismissed because I was a woman. Too bad I have a culinary degree, because the was far too easy to tell that everything coming out of this guy's mouth was BS. He was literally making up stuff about the products. I ended up leaving and spending $1000+ the same day somewhere else where the salespeople were happy to talk shop and not randomly add hundreds to the price of a grill just to see if I would bite. Oh btw, as I was standing there another customer came in looking for pellets. He reminded them he had come in three days in a row because they kept saying their delivery was coming in the next day. Pellets still weren't there so the guy left. After he was gone, the two employees laughed to each other and said they had forgotten to ever order the pellets. Real nice. read more

Our new built-in barbeque project is finished and BBQ Concepts exceeded our expectations! Though our project is on a more modest scale than most of their other work, it was also something of a challenge, since the location is on our rooftop deck, just above the 3rd floor of our home. Adam was our designer and he created a relatively lightweight unit, but with great strength. They initially installed a metal framework with cement board panels that creates a tough base for the insulating stucco and tile countertop. It should be noted that the materials they used aren't cheap. The beautifully grained tile is American-made, as is the barbeque and drawer unit below it. The unit we chose is the Sommerset SIZ-32, which is built from 443-grade stainless steel. It's very heavy and the workmanship is completely 5-star. This is a precision machine. Throughout the installation, we were impressed by the workmanship and the courteous nature of the contract workers who built and installed our unit. Special kudos to Adam for being so attentive, caring, and detail-oriented throughout our project. Steven was also a fantastic contact person and point man over the phone and in person. I should also mention that the retail store itself is a marvelous place to browse and to see so many possibilities for any patio or outdoor barbeque and kitchen project. These team members are complete professionals both before and after the build. I would give them 6 stars if it were possible. Epic! read more

Great company! Had a major repair done to my fire pit that was a very difficult, tedious job. The gas pipe had rusted through and was partially enclosed in concrete. They had to saw through the concrete and chip away until they could remove the rusted pipe. I'm sure they thought this was a "job from hell". Everything got done on time with great workmanship. They were friendly and hard working. Would definitely recommend this company for any gas fired appliance repair. My fire pit is now better than new. Thank You. read more
