Nice showroom and a lot of staff wandering around but for what ever reason very slow service for questions I looked around and was thinking about purchasing some quartz countertops pre cut for around $600 a piece. Then I realized down the street literally the exact same pieces are $299 a piece Cabinets Now prices are 100% more then there competitor who is located approximately 1 mile down the road on the same street at NV Cabinets that is ridiculous. We needed to replace our upper cabinets in the kitchen in order to install a new microwave safely. (Cabinets are over 20 years old and when old microwave was removed the cabinets were very loose) so we went to Cabinets Now made an appointment for them to come measure and give a price quote on installing new upper cabinets. Received a text this morning (the day of the appointment) that they could not do it because it would be a liability if the cabinets in the kitchen were two different colors. I called to clarify and yes their project manager will not do it because the upper and lower cabinets would be two different colors and they say that is a liability. And I have to go in to get a refund on my deposit. read more

I was looking at tile material to finish full redo of my flooring in my house. I had all laminate material ready purchased from different store. I still undecided direction wanted to go with bathrooms. Friend doing the redo recommended check out Cabinets Now l. It's his go to store. They have fair prices, most stuff have in stock, and have lot of stuff. Happy I went with his recommendation. The showroom is really nice from the minute walk in the store. They have couple full kitchen set ups with different looks and different materials get idea for visual. Lot of materials and samples can look at most of the laminate in the middle showroom. Back room most of the tile material. Also in the front have all different sinks, faucets, and really say most part they have everything. It comes to pricing no expert flooring. It definitely slightly more affordable feel then first store got laminate. The biggest thing love about Cabinet Now versus other store. The warehouse next to the store no needed drive different spot. It still depends on material purchase. Tile purchase they take refunds if order to much and box not open. So able save money cause ended up with ten extra box's. Really nice. The fact they have baseboards. It feels most stores out of it. Customer no doubt five stars. I been in the store three or more times. Tile and then going back purchase baseboards. Everyone contact with friendly, helpful, and made great experience. They answered all questions had cause only second time changed flooring. If looking reasonable prices material not major chain. I was looking to replace some countertops and a friend told me to check out Cabinets Now. I went looked at what they had and left upon leaving I was given a card and told to contact Cici Which I did a couple of days later. Cici's response was surprisingly fast. We had a few email exchanges and I emailed some pictures with measurements and she gave me a rough estimate of the cost. I went back to the store to look some more and had a few questions which Cici was very knowledgeable about sinks and countertops was my main goal. I asked her thoughts about both she was patient and gave me some good ideas to think about. a couple of more phone calls with Cici and I narrowed it down to my final selection. She set up a final measurement appointment to make sure everything was correct and after that scheduled me for installation. The process was smooth, fast and efficient. The installers came and finished in one day. I was surprised at how seamless the process was. When I need anything else this will be my go to place thanks to Cici and her knowledge and helpfulness she is literally the best. I will be a return customer and anybody on the fence reading this message my experience was amazingly exceptional. Cici has gained a loyal customer. This place is dishonest and clearly they don't know how to communicate with the clients at all. We schedule an appointment for Saturday according to the employee I change my work schedule so I can be there and when I call to check where was the people coming To my house they told me it was Tuesday. This company is the WORST!!! Our space was measured by the manager Ben incorrectly by 9". Our vanity was supposed to be wall to wall, but is too small. To remedy HIS mistake, the answer was to add on a side cabinet and charge us over $400 more. TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE! No way we did that, then the sink would be off center. Then cabinets took a week longer than promised. Adding insult to injury, Karen ordered the wrong drawer/cabinet hardware, but claims that she did not make a mistake and that's what we ordered. Would not refund because it was a special order. Karen would NOT own up to her mistake saying she did not make a mistake and that there is nothing she can do. The employees here obviously don't know how to do their jobs, make mistakes, and refuse to fix THEIR MISTAKES! CABINETS NOW IS THE WORST! I would give zero stars if I could. read more

Definitely wasn't customer friendly for me. First of all it takes a month for it to even go into the production line. I realized I needed to make a size change before it was in the production line and was told they could not accommodate me. I had purchased tile before all the situation of the covid 19 started , this place work with contractors , it's essential and was suppose to stay open , however they just close everything and we couldn't reach no one there and got stock with no tile and no one to talk to without any notice , when we reach out the representative Leo when we explain him that we stock with no tile he had a small laugh through the phone which it was very unprofessional and upsetting , when they open we went to get our tile because they didn't want to refound the money back anymore , we also talk to Sabrina (the manager ) very rude respond we got that there is corona virus and it is what it is !! All other locations of tiles were open normal , be aware of this scamming place they will take your money and you will not gonna get it back , there is plenty of other places to go to stay away !! read more

They gave us a sink with no template. We went back there again to receive the template that didn't arrive with the sink. Mistakenly again, they gave us the Wrong Template. It doesn't match with the sink. We went back there the third time and was told this is the right tamplet and the right sink. Obviously it is not.... We went back through the fourth time. Still was told we need to go back home and remeasure because it is the right sink and the right template. FIFTH time I went with the installer, showing them how I am not insane and they gave me the wrong sink and the wrong template. They then swapped out the sink for me and admitted the mistake. After five (5) visits. Due to that mistake, and also my installer's negligence, I now have a hole in my granite it does not fit any of the sinks. It is extremely rare when I write a one star review or negative review in general. But I feel like unfortunately they deserve this one. I would've even been OK with a real warm hearted apology but I was treated like I'm stupid thinking i'd just give up and buy another sink somewhere else. And after all this, The only sentence I got back was "talk to your installer". This is just not the way to treat clients. read more

We had a couple of minor unforeseen issues that came up during the install, and Crystal was able to get us through them. They kitchen turned out great and is a big upgrade over the 1980s style that it was prior. They did a professional job and at a price far cheaper than Home Depot or Lowe's. After unsuccessfully trying another vendor, we saw Cabinets Now Vegas while driving down Valley View. We went in and met with Ben Chen, who went over our plans for putting in new kitchen cabinets. He arranged for measurements to be taken and once those were done we ordered the cabinets. Due to an odd configuration in our kitchen, the order took a couple of weeks, due to the custom design needed. The installation took two days and was done flawlessly. The installer took extreme care and paid close attention to detail. The countertops were installed the next available day, and that work was done wonderfully as well. Kudos to Cabinets Now Vegas and to the team that performed the installations. We will definitely use them for future bathroom cabinet and counter replacements. read more

we ordered new flooring, quartz countertops and new kitchen cabinets. we have a set timeline for getting everything done. they promised to get everything done by certain dates and they delivered everything as promised we dealt with Karen O and Ben. they are wonderful to work with for purchasing the materials. the demo and installation were done by a different team. we dealt with Z and he is actually great to work with. we had some minor issues and they did correct most of them. they were some other expectations which were not done like microwave trim installation. The internal sales and installation team are still learning to work together and my recommendation is for them to come with a check lists for items to be included or excluded. very close to 5 stars rating. These cabinets are so bad I won't even give them a rating because they don't have a minus category. I have been a contractor for over 20 years. I have been in the business for over 40 years. I have installed hundreds of cabinets. These are undoubtably the worse cabinets I have ever installed. The company messed up the original order by shipping the wrong size cabinets, leaving out components, having some panels prepared improperly, not sending parts needed to complete assembly, not including screws or required hardware to finish the cabinets, door hinges and hardware that did not line up. I could go on and on. Also, there were no assembly instructions for any of the cabinet's and I had to research them on you tube to find a tutorial that gave me any procedures in to how to put them together. The company sent a second set of cabinets to replace the bad ones and made the same mistakes again and those were unusable. The owner reached out to them time after time until finally they said they were refusing to replace or correct any more issues. His end step was to contact the better business bureau and get them involved and in the end the company relented and sent the corrected items. All told it caused the cabinet project to drag out for over 2 months and delayed the completion of the renovations to the owner's property. I would say to anyone thinking about buying these cabinets to run not walk in the other direction. I will never be involved with this company ever again.
