Excellent service and professional work! Techs arrived EXACTLY when they said they would. Pleasant and efficient, and they protected and cleaned up the work area like I've never seen before. The work was done in an upstairs bathroom, and when the job was completed they even cleaned the stairs on their way out!! The tile floor turned out beautifully, exactly as I had requested. They took care of removing and replacing the toilet too--flooring companies I had talked to wanted me to arrange for my own plumber to do that. There was a part that unexpectedly needed to be replaced before the toilet could be reinstalled, and LV Home Service arranged for a plumber first thing the next morning and took care of it. Highly recommend, will definitely use them again! read more

Wow! What a great group of guys. Doing the job right is not everything, a good experience is just as important! This is LV Home Service slogan. I own a property in Henderson NV, and needed a rebuild after a major water damage. Mr Atkins the contractor did a great job and finished the project on time as promised. Communication was great and so my experience. I really recommend LV Home Service to any home owner and landlords in need. read more

Once the water was removed and the walls and floors were dried (somewhat), I called LV Home Service to do the work. I don't even have the words. The guys were wonderful, all of them. They were honest in what they could or could not do (Insurance. You know.) My one request during the work in my kitchen, living room, family room area, and dining room was to please save my granite countertop. Naturally the cabinets had been drenched beyond recognition and had to be removed. The reason I wanted my granite to be saved is because when I bought it seven years ago, it was 3 cm thick, which is a centimeter thicker than most granite and I was able to find it for a great price. Plus, it fit into my design ideas perfectly. Somehow, against all odds, they saved my granite! The amount of work that had to be done to remove my destroyed engineered hardwood flooring and replace it with new engineered hardwood flooring was epic. But the work was done, the wall repairs and painting were done, and everything was beautiful. Moe was outstanding and answered all of my questions. Each crew (because I had so many different things that had to be repaired) was polite and answered all of my questions. Plus, at the end of every day, they cleaned up their mess. Would I use them again? Absolutely! read more

I am extremely grateful for Moe and his crew. I originally contacted them through Yelp. Back in July 2022, we had a small leak coming from our upstairs bathtub into our primary bedroom closet and floor. The leak only happened when the tub was full so it was a slow unnoticed leak until the damage was done. I contacted different companies through yelps inquiry service. LV Home Service was the first to respond. I also was going through my home insurance who only quoted me and granted me less than 20% of the actual cost of the damage. Moe immediately guided me with what steps to take with working with my insurance. He also worked very closely with my insurance agent to get me the right supplement for my claim. He was so patient and understanding when some issues occured with my insurance company. He communicated with me constantly and always checked in with me while the insurance was delayed. Once everything got cleared Moe and his team begin work immediately. They were very professional and respectful of my home. My master bedroom flooring is beautiful. And the upstairs bathroom is gorgeous and exactly how I wanted it. It was long and tedious process but Moe made it a lot easier! I recommend him and his team for any future work. Thank you so much Moe! read more

Had to get a new refrigerator quick because ours went out . Went to the Henderson nv store late at night. No one was around so we pushed the button to get some help. After a few minutes this young lady showed up named Krista. She was very professional, she was so helpful because our space was very tight with cabinets around the space. She made sure it was just right . We appreciated her help so much. She is a great asset to this store. When the delivery drivers showed up they were very knowledgeable and friendly. Very fast install and they removed the old one. Highly recommend this store. After dealing with a few company's that were NO SHOWS!! It's great to have people that actually showed up and within the time frame they said. Thank you ao much for being reliable. It means everything. Also want to shout out Brittany who was off duty but still answered her phone for a question we needed answered. Great team at this store. read more

I can't say enough about how wonderful Moshe and his team are at LV Home Service. I was pretty nervous because I've heard so many horror stories about hiring untrustworthy contractors. (This is why I always check YELP reviews.) Anyway, I saw LV Home Service on Yelp and called Mo. I explained the problem and texted him photos. He reviewed my photos and emailed me an estimate on Saturday. I approved it Sunday. His guys, Ivan and Humberto came on Monday at 7:30am sharp. They worked until Thursday at 3:30pm. Then on Friday morning, Moshe's Plumber, Ray from SC Plumbing, came and installed my new toilet. By Friday afternoon, my home was completely repaired and back to looking beautiful again. Thank you sooooo much LV Home Service. You guys are AWESOME!!! read more

I would recommend LV Home Services for any upgrades to your home. They removed a tub in our master bath and extended our pantry room. They were very efficient, timely and provided updates along the way. As the work went underway, if there were any questions or adjustments had they were very accommodating. You can tell customer service means a lot in how they do business. read more

We used Moe and his team for some small renovations on our newly purchased, but dated home. The great thing about his business is that he can pretty much do anything you need without having to hire out subs, so less work for us. The pricing is quite reasonable and the work was finished quickly and done well. We requested a few things to be done after work started and he was able to work with us. I liked his working relationship with his employees and they seemed to have a lot of respect for him. He has a great communication style and no time was wasted. We will definitely be using the company again in the future. LV Home Service is a definite recommend! read more

Echoing the same as other reviews. Unsure of their work but their customer service is pretty bad. Intermittent emails that require bunch of follow ups on your part. Last communication from them (over one month ago): Currently waiting on a day and time from the estimator. Then I did 4 follow ups since then and complete radio silence. Update: since business owner is oblivious they did in fact let more than 30 days pass despite multiple follow ups. I did try to call as well however they only responded once via email. LV Home Services custom built a cabinet to fill in a space in our kitchen where a wine cooler used to be. The fit and finish looks exactly like our existing cabinetry. You cannot tell the new cabinet from the existing cabinets. This was a tall order but, Salvadore was up to the challenge and built a perfect cabinet with 2 rolling shelves. I do not know about their work, but their customer service is pretty bad. I have water damage and have been contacting them for while, sent them emails with the scope of work and still no response. I keep calling and following up and they are always busy. I told the lady on the phone how urgent my rest was and she did not really care, just said the owner will call me at the end of the day. Its been over a week now and I told her I will look for another company and she said sure its your choice with no urgency. I understand they have alot of business so they are busy which mean they do good work, but common, you do need to imporve on your customer service. Specially when your potential customers are waiting for 1 week to get drywall fixed after water damage. As for you comment Moe, the review was left out of desperation. I called a week ago and I was told a work authorization form will be send. That never happened. I called and again and I was told to send a email of the damaged and I will get a quote or atleast someone will be in contact with me. That did not happen. I called again and you said I am going to get a call back and never did. I called again another day and I was told that you are busy and find another company if I like. None of these times I was told there is a 3 week delay. I bet you do great work but this is a poor experience. read more

This is my 3rd time working with LV Home Service, and I felt compelled to write another review bc they are a really great company!! From the beginning to the end of the process, Moe and his team have been good at communicating, understanding of what I need, flexible with scheduling, and really easy to work with. They worked with my insurance, and took care of everything (reconstruction and paint from flooding and water mitigation). They made the process as stress-free as possible, and I'd gladly call them again next time we need their help. I'm a very happy customer and I would gladly recommend LV Home Service to good friends and family. read more

I recently had LV Home Services back to do some more work at my home. This time I had them replace my Front Door, Back Door, Side Garage Door and do some ceiling repairs in my primary bathroom from a previously leaking skylight. I absolutely love working with this company. Everyone I deal with whether it is Moe or Masha or any of the worker are so pleasant and professional. They have always gone out of their way to make sure I am happy with the results. They really have treated each project as if it were their own house. Our water heater leaked resulting in damage to garage wall and adjoining living room wall and floor. Having used LV Home Service for fireplace remodel, and very satisfied with the results, we gave them a call and were relieved to learn that they also do remediation and of course rebuild. Within an hour, Moe was over with a crew and started demolition for mold remediation. Rebuild began several days later after damaged areas had dried out and included drywall, floor tile repair and painting. Work was done quickly and of high quality. Also during this time, Masha helped with our insurance claim, making the whole process much less stressful. Many thanks to Masha, Moe, Ori and crew! Reliable and Attentive My kitchen and bathroom had to be completely demolished and rebuilt, due to water damage. With a poor quote from my insurance (a third of what other contractors quoted me) I was unsure what to do next. I didn't want to start work without first having funds secured, being left footing the bill. Luckily I stumbled across Moe and his team. Moe worked directly with my insurance and got them to raise their number. Leaving me only with my deductible out of pocket. Moe and I were always in constant contact, especially given my odd schedule. In the end I was able to get a kitchen and bathroom better than what I lost. read more

LV Home Service renovated our kitchen and did a great job! Previously they did our master bath and we are very happy with both jobs. The kitchen job was a much bigger job and where there were hiccups, they were always eager to make adjustments to satisfy us and keep the progress going towards completion. The owner and all the workers are very pleasant to have in our home and are very skilled at their various trades, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and tile work. read more

After suffering major water damage to my home, LV professionals provided me with a reasonable rate for repair; including a guarantee on all work. The job included drywall repair and flooring replacement, which took 3 days to complete. Moe (the crew manager) provided professional oversight of the project from beginning to end. In short, contractors talk a good game when it comes to remodeling and construction, but LV Home Services is the REAL DEAL; they walk it - like - they talk it! LV Home Service did an excellent job remodeling our first floor: tear up 900 sqft of stone tile and carpet; lay down vinyl plank; and remove a half wall and some small closets. The whole team stayed Monday to Saturday and finished everything, all at once. They kind of just started at the front door and worked their way around to the garage door; no waiting around, no breaks in construction. Someone on the team was good at each thing (no high spots or dips from the tile demo!, the flooring looks gorgeous!, the skip coating on the walls matches great!) but stayed the whole time and helped out with other tasks. Even when the outside electrician/plumber showed up the rest of the team just adjusted so it happened seamlessly. It could have easily been weeks just waiting around for the stone tile to finish before the drywall started, and on and on like that. Moe, the boss, was always available by text and shows up about once a day to do a short walk through and make a punch-list. He had a good understanding of the current state of the house and the finished product so even vague descriptions over text went smoothly. From some of the bad reviews: Quoting and payment processes are pretty informal, but very flexible and detailed. This is not a California Closets type experience where they make a model of what you're going to get, then you commit to the exact picture (we're doing that also: not bad, just different). You need to check out the website and reviews, have a good idea of what you want, then trust Moe and his team are going to make it happen. It helps that every little part of the job had it's own line on the quote (eg. each wall was a separate line item) and price was fixed for that part. Overall, everyone seemed personally invested in doing a good job. The last day was just cleaning and touch-up, but the whole team showed up and made sure the place looked good. read more

An honest, responsive contractor! We needed a complete tear down/remodel of our kitchen and two bathrooms. Moe was upfront, kept to his budget, and the end result was a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. When there were issues during the project Moe was quick to respond and fix the issue. I sent them a message with my contact information first stating that I work nights so please don't call but text first and if I was awake I would return their text with a call. Having moved recently from California, we knew no one here in the valley. We only knew we HAD to remodel a portion of our house, most especially the kitchen. After calling a bunch of different contractors (most of whom didn't respond), we scheduled 4 for interviews. Out of the 4 scheduled, 2 were no-shows and so we interviewed 2. We selected Moshe and LVHS for our renovation. I say with confidence we chose well, we chose correctly. LVHS did a spectacular job on our renovation from new tile to kitchen cabinets fireplace tiling and hanging a new chandelier. The work was quality done right, and the crew was kind and trustworthy and the cost was affordable and stayed within quote. We are thankful for making the acquaintance of Moshe and now know who to call when we have construction needs. I recommend Las Vegas Home Service and Moshe Atkins for all your construction needs. read more

SHOULD BE TEN STARS!!! I am not one to post many reviews but I definitely wanted to share my experience with Moshe and his team with my full home remodel. I have done 4 full home remodels in the last 20 years and this one was by far the best! It took me almost 2 years of meeting with contractors before I found someone (Moshe) who could align with my expectations and at a fair price. The challenges I have found in the past that Moshe mitigated with no problem include 1) contractors asking for 20%-30% down and always having to be way ahead with the payments they expect without work being completed. Moshe was amazing with his payment schedule! It was always a 'pay as you go' model and I paid as work was completed. Most contractors say this payment arrangement is not possible. Well they are wrong! 2) Bids that are written in ambiguous statements so you don't know what's included in the price. I was determined not to be sucked into this game as in the past when I accepted this approach we would end up in a 'sorry that's not included in the price.' Moshe itemized every single detail on the bid. More detail that I have ever seen from any contractor I have ever worked with in the past! This allowed me to clearly understand what I was paying for. 3) Contractors who try to be dramatic with how difficult something will be to do. Moshe has a very relaxed 'no problem' demeanour. Additionally, once the work started he was perfectly fine when I deleted some of the line items and was very fair with prices when we added additional items. In fact he always found ways to save me money and even talked me out of doing things he thought weren't worth it. More often than not in the past I found contractors have major negative attitudes when deleting work and also hold you hostage with prices when adding new work. The project was done according to the timeline we discussed and his team was absolutely amazing! Two last things (I have learned not to take for granted from past experiences) is that his team showed up every day (yay!) and when unforeseen issues came up they were solved immediately. I will definitely only use Moshe in the future! read more

Recently our bedroom ceiling collapsed and created a disaster in our home. I initially contacted a company the does fire & water restoration to do repairs and quickly learned that was a huge mistake. After waiting over a week for the repair estimate I was told that it would be an additional 3-4 weeks before they could start the repair. That is when I contacted LV Home service. Moshe came to my house that day to look at the project. I received my estimate the next morning and work began a few days later. Moshe was always available to answer questions and did not mind when I kept adding in other projects. The new ceiling turned into a full bed and bath remodel. And then it turned into new flooring through out the house... Moshe and his crew were always prompt, respectful and willing to work around my crazy schedule. They would arrive early and leave late most days to ensure that my project was completed within the time frame quoted and the best part... my price did not change half way through the project. Every project that I added on was completed for the price discussed. At no point did someone say to me "This is more than I thought it would be so I have to charge more". I can not say enough nice things about this company and I will definitely call Moshe for any future projects. read more

Every project has come out fantastic! He is great to work with, answers all my questions, his team does high quality work, and the price has always been more than fair. What more can you ask for? Before he came out I had a few other people quote me on my first project. Moe was the only one who did not try to upsell me at all. He consistently gives me great ideas that for my budget. The price is outrageous. Our neighbor has an handyman added a 9x10 wall for $300, LV home wants $1975. Hired another handyman to send down the kitchen ceiling paint and painted the entire kitchen ceiling to $200, LV home quote $450. Painting baseboards for 1250??? Long story short, our entire quote for $4325 we asked our neighbor for the handyman phone number and got everything done for less than $1000!!! Phew 3/13/2020. Update: I am not sure how many people on yelp are using their real name!! ;-) The reason for people to leave reviews is to share their experiences, and for others to know what to expect, whether the price or the quality. If I knew your job is the quality for high end luxury homes, I would not have called & you would have saved yourself a trip out to Henderson.
