I always thought of heroes as police, fire, military and teachers. I have recently added Jerezee Construction to my list! On December 1, 2025, our entire house was destroyed in a catastrophic flood. We had just moved into our newly remodeled turn-key home 5 years previously and still loved everything about it. To say we were shell shocked and devastated would be putting it mildly. Our home was now in ruins. Bathrooms, cabinetry, flooring, drywall were all destroyed and our home was basically unlivable. We were down to studs and raw plumbing. We immediately began to search for the perfect contractor to help us rebuild our home and put our lives back together. We reviewed multiple contractors online and in person, as well as checking with the Nevada Contractors Board and local permitting offices. One name consistently stood out and was above all others. Jerezee Construction. They had hundreds of 5-star reviews which led me to review their gallery of photos on their website. Their quality of work caught my attention. I reached out to their office and spoke to Ian. We found him to be very professional. He immediately set up an appointment and was incredibly empathetic to our plight. The way he handled our initial contact was so different from other companies we contacted. The next step in our journey was meeting the owner Ilan who arrived at our home to assess the damage. It was quickly apparent this was an experienced and highly qualified contractor. He demonstrated exceptional standards, made suggestions, was extremely organized but above all else inspired confidence that he could help us. He reviewed the contract with us line by line, leaving no stone unturned and highly transparent with clear expectations. No hidden fees, and no surprises. Once the project began, a group text was established. This was updated twice daily throughout the project to keep us informed. We next met Heather, one of Jerezee's designers. Heather quickly recognized we were in over our head and inundated with so many decisions and choices to make. She took the lead and helped us make selections on flooring, bathroom tiles, color palates, hardware, lighting fixtures and paint. She made a comprehensive material list which was amazing. Heather was invaluable to us. She was so patient, knowledgeable and held my hand through every step. Both my husband and I are analytical with no creative bone in our body so doing the design part and picking out product was impossible for us. We couldn't have done this rebuild without her. We were assigned a project manager named David. He was the first line supervisor for all the crew and sub-contractors at our home. He was incredibly responsive, timely, accessible, patient, upbeat and positive always. He made a highly stressful period of our life bearable and was such a joy to work with. He was the right man, at the right time, at the right place for us. As the work progressed it quickly became apparent that all their rave reviews were justified. Construction started exactly as planned and they made the process so easy for us. They handled EVERYTHING! Their craftmanship was impeccable. It was as if they were rebuilding their own house. Ilan, the owner was often on site inspecting the work and the progress. Ilan and David were true perfectionists, and nothing escaped their skilled eyes. At the end of the project, we didn't even have a punch list! Their crew and subcontractors were always polite, respectful, professional and kind. Everyone worked so hard to get us back into our home and genuinely seemed empathetic and understanding of our initial heartbreak. We cannot recommend Jerezee Construction highly enough! After a bad experience with our first contractor, we had to fire them and start over. Our architect recommended Jerezee Construction, and within 30 minutes I was on the phone with Roye. For the first time in months, I finally felt like there was hope for our project. Within just a couple of days, Roye met us on-site to walk the property and truly understand our goals, vision, concerns, and the unique challenges we were facing. From that moment on, we knew we were in good hands. Jerezee completely remodeled our cabin in Mount Charleston, and from start to finish, they went above and beyond every step of the way. Mountain construction comes with unique challenges, and we definitely encountered some major ones. Whether it was weather or unexpected issues that come with building on the mountain, the Jerezee team never hesitated to jump in--even on their days off (and even on a birthday!)--to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of dedication and customer service is incredibly rare and gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire project. The job site was consistently kept clean, organized, and tidy throughout the remodel, which made a huge difference during such a large project. As we reached the finish line, they encouraged us to "blue tape" every item we wanted addressed, no matter how small. They came back and carefully worked through every detail without hesitation. That commitment to the finishing touches is what takes a project from good to truly exceptional. The entire team was knowledgeable, dependable, genuine, and truly invested in making sure our remodel turned out exactly as we had envisioned. We hired Jerezee Construction to remodel our three bathrooms because they were the middle bid and the owner seemed like he cared and was involved. When we first met with him we had high hopes, but it soon became obvious their field work and the office are on different pages. The quality of their work is poor, and they do not seem to take any pre-cautions to protect work they have completed. The new floor and marble countertop we had installed was severely scratched before it was even turned over and they argued we were being too picky and would not fix it. The quality and timeliness of their work was so substandard, we decided to have them only complete two of the three bathrooms and we went with another contractor for the 3rd who was much more prepared. If you have a standard bathroom with no high-end fixtures or finishes, I think they would do fine. I do not think they are used to working with anything that requires quality or higher finishes. The timing was also twice what they promised, so just be prepared to have it take longer if you go with them. When we decided to go our separate ways, it was noted in the final paperwork they would support any issues we had when completing the 3rd bathroom, as they had bought a large portion of the material. Well, we had issues and reached out to the office and the owner (Roy) who never called me back. I actually spoke to their office who assured me someone would call, but never did. We had to re-purchase some cabinets they had provided for the 3rd bathroom as it had parts missing because of damage caused by their own workers who installed the door pulls wrong and it damaged the face of the cabinets. Apparently, they never replaced the items and would not even call us back so we could find out how to get more. Very poor customer service. DO NOT USE Jerezee Construction unless you want a big headache. We have photos of their work and can provide more information if you would like. We had originally planned to not write a review but after they would not call us back for material support, we felt it was warranted to warn others about their business practices. You have been warned. Stay away! I need to update my review since another person called mine into question. The communication was poor and Roye did not check in with us during the project once. Maybe our project of $45K for 3 bathrooms was not big enough to get the support needed, but the final product and organization was very poor. Even after we parted ways, we were assured they would offer at least warranty support for the bathroom they did and on materials but we could not even get a call back. I said it before and will say it one more time. If your project is small and low quality finishes and you have no timeframe for completion, then choose them. If you want the finish product to be undamaged and finish within the original time agreed upon, choose another GC. We just recently completed a full kitchen remodel, powder room refresh, and an update to our primary bath along with repainting our whole home and tile flooring install. Our experience with Jerezee throughout the entire process has been five star worthy! From our first meeting with Roye, we knew that we were in good hands. It's my favorite room of the house! Our mid-century modern bathroom is now a reality, thanks to Shon and Jerezee Construction. When we had renovations in our home several years ago, we felt like we weren't a priority for the contractor. I eventually had to take over managing the tradespeople to get it finished. For our bathroom renovation this time, we contacted Jerezee. Shon was our project manager and he not only checked in every day, but was on site (or a quick call away), to help solve issues as they arose. He also gave excellent input for those quick decisions and made it easier on us. We realized we didn't need a bathtub, but instead a cat cabinet for our litter box. Because any construction projects involves large financial investments and time investments we wanted to write a review that was more than just a simple "great job". I will also mention my wife and I have never met any of Jerezee's personnel before and have no family relation to any Jerezee personnel. We feel this has to be said to ensure that this a true honest rating of Jerezee Construction. We found Jerezee through a home improvement mailer that was delivered to us in our mail. Owner of company - 5 stars Projects managers (we had 2) 5 stars Materials Coordinator - 5 stars Sub Contractors (electrical, plumbing etc) - 5 stars 1) Scope of project - (5 stars) we first met at their office to discuss the scope of the project as this was the first time my wife and I had ever planned a full kitchen remodel. The first thing that impressed us at this initial meeting was all required paperwork was provided to us without having to ask - contractor license, insurance info etc. I'll be honest my wife and I "didn't know what we did not know" when it came to defining the project. Jerezee Construction walked us through all factors relating to a full kitchen remodel. They presented with us honest and realistic options to fine tune the scope of our project. They were very patient ( as sometimes my wife and I disagreed) with us and provided ideas that were better than what we initially thought we would do. Budget - (5 Stars) - To be honest we did not get multiple bids. We truly did not know if they were low or high with their bid. I feel they were somewhere in the middle. We felt having a competent, realistic and honest contractor was the most important decision we could make to minimize the disruptions associated with a project of this scope. Jerezee provided to us competent, honest and realistic answers to us during our initial meeting and bid meeting. At our bid meeting Jerezee had prepared a notebook one for wife and one for me that explained the bid in detail. Jerezee patiently walked us through all phases of the project as it related to the bid. Timeline - (5 stars) - we felt Jerezze stayed within the timeline they quoted. We did go over by a week or so not because of Jerezze it was because we requested about 5 change work orders once we started to see the project come together, so that was on us not Jerezee. Change orders - the project managers and owner were vey responsive to our requests and inserted them into our scope of work effortlessly. The scope meeting and budget meetings payed off during the work phase, everything was crystal clear for any worker. Communication - (5 Stars) - Jerezze has a very effective way of communication expectations as far as who is doing what on what day. I will say we had someone working on our project everyday. We did not have to wait a week for someone to show up. The project managers were very detailed as to what we could expect for work being done. The owner of Jerezee was at house at least a dozen times checking on his project managers. This provided great a check and balance system for their business model that benefitted the customer. Jerezee was very responsive to all phone calls and text messages. Workmanship: (5 Stars) I'll be honest, we expected to have about 3-4 issues come up that we would have to work through with Jerezee. We only had 1. As a homeowner you have to be realistic, our house is 25 years old and with a house this old you never know what someone else may have done or not done prior to us owning the house. There is no way a contractor can be expected to have x-ray eyes to see what is behind walls. We had one non-structural framing issue (based on existing framing) that we had to work through. The owner and project managers worked through it (we knew they would) and kept us informed through ought the process. I will put this in all caps as it is important - ALL INSPECTIONS FROM THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT PASSED ON THE FIRST INSPECTION. This is important because if you get bogged down by repeat inspections your project can come to a halt. The sub contractors were exceptional. Cleanliness - (5 stars) - Again, when you take on a project like this you have to be realistic as a homeowner that it will be dusty. Jerezee created a dust barriers throughout the work area that I would say minimized about 99% of the dust to the other parts of the house. There is no way anybody can minimize 100% of a projects dust. We feel they excelled with this. Materials Specialist - (5 Stars) - she was great, very patient with us. As mentioned before sometimes my wife and I disagreed on colors or materials. She was very good to explain the pro's and cons of each material selection which made it easy for to come together on material selection. She met us at cabinet manufactures, counter manufactures and tile manufactures. On items outside of that we did find our own we did verify them through her. Jerezee Construction of Las Vegas just completed a total kitchen renovation for us. This included replacing a two-level, dysfunctional island with a larger counter-height island with waterfall sides, replacing existing cabinetry and adding more on the island, painting the walls of the kitchen/dining room area, and replacing all tile flooring in the common areas with laminate hardwood flooring. Some electrical and plumbing work was needed to support the reshaped island. This was accomplished in 5 weeks, all while we were living the house. The project manager did a great job communicating upcoming work on a daily basis, and was available for any questions we had. We had an assigned specialist that helped us bring our vision to light when shopping for the cabinetry, flooring, quartz counters, backsplash tile, fixtures and handles. Her recommendations were extremely helpful. All of the workers proved themselves to be very skilled, as well as being respectful of us living in the house. Jerezee Construction has teamed up with a great collection of companies, and do a fantastic job communicating and coordinating the work so it is accomplished in the most efficient order and in a timely manner. We love living in Las Vegas, we love our neighborhood, and we mostly loved our house - except when it came to our outdated bathrooms.  When we purchased our house, we said we would remodel as soon as possible. After a brief six years of reading reviews and talking to other , we actually started to do something about it. We received many recommendations and met with several contractors, but we never felt comfortable with anyone until we talked to Jerezee Construction. Co-owner/Project Manager Ilan is an expert who strives for perfection. We probably watched too many HGTV episodes where the TV host are helpful, and we wanted that feeling. The other contractors we met with basically said "here are a few ideas - so go out and get what you like and we will build it." Jerezee was very different. They came to our house, created several options, assigned a design consultant, assigned one project manager, site manager and kept us informed in a group chats where updates were posted every day.   Our design consultant, Lacy must've met with us over 10 times at different stores. Once we made our selections, she placed orders and made sure everything was delivered.  Our site manager, David, kept us updated and listened to our questions and had answers. Owner Ilan was always available and helpful. The professional and enthusiastic "craftsmen" made everything run smoothly. This review is long overdue, as Jerzee Construction completed our project in late May 2025--but they absolutely deserve the praise. They remodeled our master bath, hallway bath, powder bath, entire kitchen, and installed new flooring and baseboards throughout the house. We lived in the home during the remodel, and they made the process as seamless as possible thanks to excellent communication. The group text thread with the full project team was a game-changer and ensured nothing fell through the cracks. As with any major remodel, we hit a few snags, but what stood out was how they handled them. When an issue came up with our kitchen countertops, they clearly walked us through next steps and took care of everything. Yaneer was our main point of contact, and he and his partner were frequently on site making sure the work met their standards. They also include a 1-year warranty, and we did reach out for one minor fix after completion. They were extremely responsive and handled it quickly--no hassle at all. We hired Jerzee Construction after being completely scammed by a previous contractor, so trust was huge for us. They restored our faith in the process, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We were looking for a reputable company to do a remodel for our three bathrooms. We went to three highly-rated companies for estimates and Jerezee offered the lowest cost for the remodels. At first, we wondered if the bid was legit because it was significantly lower than the most expensive bid, and somewhat lower than the second costliest bid, but after meeting with Roye and his team, we were presented with an itemized notebook that described all aspects of our project, including a detailed description of the work to be done in each bathroom, a detailed list of what the bid includes and what it does not, a timeline of the work and of the payments for the work. Overall, it was a very effective blueprint of the work to be done, and we're happy to say that now, at the conclusion of the project, all goals have been met and we are ecstatic about the results. Was the project without bumps in the road? Of course not. Any project this size is going to have challenges, but what we really appreciated was that every time there was a problem, the site manager (Cisco) was available to talk about the issue and strategize with us on possible solutions. Roye, one of the owners of the company was always available when we had challenges that required his attention and we always were able to come up with mutually agreed upon pathways forward. The most important part of this partnership was the group chat that included the owner Roye, the project manager Cisco, the communications lead Ian, and our personal shopper, Clara. We received updates daily on the work that was done that day and what was coming the next day. We always felt fully informed and included. Overall, we highly recommend Jerezee Construction. I have used Jerezee Construction twice now on 2 different high end homes (once a few years ago and again this year). I would never even think about using anyone else as I know with Jerezee and their owner Roye that they really care about what they do and know how to create a very high end finished product. I had them do a complete kitchen redesign plus 4 bathrooms plus 3 fireplaces in our latest remodel. The home was very dated since it was built in 2007 and now it looks like a page out of this years Architectural Digest. Roye/Jerezee took our vision and created a game changing reality. Don't believe the last bad review as the project manager communicated with us EVERY DAY so we always knew what was happening and Roye checked in himself at least once a week as well. Communication could not have been better from the owner, project manager, designer and office staff. If any issue did come up it was always addressed and resolved immediately. Even when we were shopping throughout Vegas for our materials the material providers (tile, bath, cabinets, etc) ALL commended Jerezee Construction and said they have a reputation for completing their projects quickly and with the highest quality. I trusted them completely with my home and recommend them constantly to our friends/family. 3 months later I'm finally getting to this review! I had higher expectations for these guys. From start to finish the overall experience was alright, but stressful.  I wanted to remodel the only bathroom (~50 sqft) in my tiny home and the small hallway leading to it. As this was my only bathroom I did not stay home during remodel. But did check the progress pretty often. They did an awesome job covering my living room with protective plastic and paper to protect the floors to the bathroom. These guys are also great at communication. The group chat with the owner and everyone involved makes it super convenient. I got two quotes from two of the higher rated companies in Las Vegas. I didn't want the cheapest bid, I wanted the company with the best track record. The first company came out, we talked about what I wanted. She spent very little time with me. Took some notes. Got a quote later that day via email and it was very impersonal and also a ridiculous quote (~30-35k). I called Jerezee and spoke to Alex for a bit. He talked about the company And explained the process and answered all my initial questions. My project manager, Yaneer came out and spent more time vs the other company and we went over what was possible and what I wanted. They invited me to their HQ to showcase their work and present their quote. I was very impressed! I had questions with certain items and they showed me photos of exactly what they were talking about. It was a great presentation and their quote was about half of the other guys. It was a no brainer. 2/3 weeks later the bathroom is gutted. Shower/tub/vanity/flooring yanked out and all the studs are exposed. There was a lot of water damaged studs in the shower. They cut out some of the damaged studs to make room for the niche but there was still quite a lot of damaged studs left over. I was expecting a call or text that I should replace it but that never happened. A day or two went by and next thing I noticed was the new tub going in. Being secured into damaged studs. I thought that was strange so I spoke up. Then Jerezee pulled out the new tub and the new plumbing to replace all the damaged wood. They did replace all of it free of charge. But as I told them, I absolutely would have paid extra to do it the right way, the first time if I was given the option. This is not my area of expertise either but the black studs stood out so much. It was obvious to me. This probably delayed the project 3/4 days unfortunately. Fast forward a few days, no water damage wood in sight and it's time to install the floating vanity I picked out. I'm on the taller side so I asked to mount it an inch or 2 above standard height. After installation one of the only 2 drawers on the vanity was not clearing the sink pee trap and didn't fully open. Super easy fix, just raise the trap, right? Nope. They decided to cut out half of the back of the drawer instead. Not the route I expected since the vanity cost $1,800+ on its own but here we are. And there is plenty of access on the other side of the wall if they decided to raise the drain. I cannot put anything in the middle of that drawer. It still hits the drain. Not ideal since it's a small bathroom and need all the storage I can get. Alright so we're getting closer to finishing the project. Vanity, mirror, fixtures all installed. Time to install the hardwood floors. After install, the floors seemed noisy and appeared to have high/low spots. It sounded (still sounds) like I was wearing tap shoes. Yaneer assured me the floor was leveled and the sound is normal for floating planks and it might go way after the floor settles. Unfortunately 3 months later it's still there. I got curious and put my 4' level on a few areas and my gut was right as it's definitely not leveled. And these are not cheap planks at $3.48/sqft or $66.48 /case. Photos attached. In closing, overall this project was stressful. I'm leaving 3.5 starts for what was mentioned earlier and because I hear these noisy floors every single day. It's pretty embarrassing explaining why brand new flooring is noisy to guests. It sucks a few things can have such a lasting negative overall impact on a project. And the thought of redoing my floors after spending thousands just grinds my gears. I will say the tile work looks incredible! And redoing the damaged studs free of charge is worth mentioning again as well. I felt like I had to watch the guys and ask questions more and more throughout the project. Towards the end I just wanted my house back and not be delayed again for redoing work. Since it was my only bathroom. To the homeowners reading this, don't be scared to ask questions! read more

We were very disappointed in our experiences with Jerezee for our bathroom remodel. I had to act as the project manager, checking work, asking for fixes, and proving that something was wrong when we had issues because they wouldn't believe me. Starting off, our sketches were not accurate. We requested changes but were told not to worry, but the lack of changes and detail led to mix-ups with contractors and changes not being enacted--mainly because this group only uses subcontractors who don't always communicate directly. The designer also expressed negative feelings for our choices in tile and colors, suggesting her own personal style that in her mind was more contemporary (I'm so glad we stuck to our guns with something that was more classic and wouldn't age poorly). They got our materials order wrong (didn't order enough tile, which then the supplier called months later about), which set our timing back by a few weeks. Then at each step we had issues (tub was not put in correctly, plumbing was flipped, tile was not level, grout was bleeding) and they had to come back out and fix things after each thing was done. We even had a newer contractor rush on the tile and when we asked for changes, they ghosted the company. Jerezee made a good faith effort to fix things but almost every step of the process was painful (not believing me about problems even with photos sent) and stuff had to be redone. I finally got so fed up they had to give us a different project manager. The end result is gorgeous but the grout still bleeds, even 2 years on. They were also way more expensive than other places despite negotiations, but we figured the quality based on their website photos would be worth it. Would never recommend them. read more

It's been several weeks since Jerezee Construction completed work on our home. They replaced tile flooring, replaced carpet, removed pony walls, replaced a door, painted, but mostly rebuilt our master bath. Every time we go into the bathroom we marvel at the work that was done. My husband and I had a amazing consultation with Jerezee Construction. We haven't started the project yet, but all of the information provided from Ian was quite insightful and helpful! Looking on Yelp for Wall construction contractors, we stumbled across Jerezee Construction. We called in on a Wednesday, and initially left a voicemail, as well as texting the number provided in the response back from the voicemail. We shortly received a call back within 30 minutes. Speaking to the team member regarding the project, I had informed her that we were looking to convert the loft into a bedroom, which would include building out walls, a door, and a closet. The process was seamless. I took some photos and sent them over to Jerezee Construction. Shortly after the photos were reviewed, Ian had called back to go over the project. Ian is amazing! He is incredibly knowledgeable about home construction. He had discussed permits, timelines, costs, and what it would take to convert the loft into a bedroom, as well as building an additional wall within the house. He walked us through the entire process as well as getting a walkthrough of the house on the calendar for the following week! OMG, where do I begin?! I reached out to Jerezee Construction about wanting to remodel my master and guest bathrooms. I spoke with Ian to schedule an appointment for a proposal for the remodel of my bathrooms. The co-owner Roye came out personally to speak with my and get an idea of what I wanted. He was taking a video of the bathrooms while speaking with me and make notes and suggestion and was able to capture everything I wanted and use it as a reference for the proposal. A couple of days later I went to their office and sat down with him to go over the scope of the the project. His profesionalism and presentation blew me away! Once I gave them the start date Candace, one of their design experts, came out with Roye, and my project manager Cisco (I'll talk more about him shortly) to discuss the project with me in detail and see the layout of the bathrooms and get all the measurements of how much tile, length of the vanity, etc. Once we got all of the measurements and list of everything, we scheduled a "shopping trip" for Candace and I to pick out flooring and bathroom tile. She met me at Floor and Decor and helped me pick out the flooring for both bathrooms, then by the time I got back home she had a list of items for the fixtures, vanities, etc waiting in my email to pick from. She really helped me bring my vision to life. Once we got everything ordered and delivered, Cisco came to the house and gave me a binder with EVERYTHING in it as a tool and reference for not only myself, but the crew to use over the next few weeks. That was so help to have that for both the crew and myself to reference back to during the design process. Let's talk about Cisco....he was absolutely fantastic! He would always let me know the day before what time the crew would be arriving and what tasks they would be working on. He would come by daily, some times twice a day to make sure I was comfortable with everything going on. If I had any questions, he would address it immediately. The crew did fantastic work. you can see by the before an after the type of work they produce! I'm super happy with my bathroom and work with Roye, Cisco, Candace and Ian has been nothing but 5-star! In a day and age when customer service has declined, theirs hasn't! It's the best customer service I have had in quite a while. We chose Jerezee Construction for our master bathroom remodel. Although they provided the most expensive of the three estimates we received, they stood out as the most professional and offered additional services that justified the cost. We were assigned both a project manager and a designer, which made a huge difference. The designer took us to stores to help select all the fixtures and fittings -- this was invaluable, and we ended up with a much better result than we could have achieved on our own. Overall, the construction process went smoothly. The project manager gave us notice the day before work was scheduled and always provided a two-hour arrival window, which helped us plan our days. As with any project, a few issues came up, but the project manager handled them to our satisfaction. We are delighted with our new bathroom. read more

Recently had a primary bath remodeled using Jereeze Construction. End result met our expectations. Sub contractors have amazing craftsmanship for the most part, but framing crew didn't properly know how to support a load bearing wall cut into for a shampoo niche, but after the 3rd attempt got it right. Drywall repair and texture also needed to be corrected more than once as it was subpar. Designer Heather was great although we already made our own selections on tile, vanity and fixtures. Communication for the most part was good, but our site supervisor only showed up a few times during the 6 week remodel despite being told he would show up more often. An outlet needed to be moved to accommodate shower tile and was moved to the wrong location and rendered useless as it is covered up by an existing vanity mirror which was in the same place throughout the remodel. Overall, a good experience, but communication could be improved upon. read more

Shon and his crew were very professional and efficient. All employees were helpful, and communication was good. At the end of each day we knew what the plan for the next day would be. We had book shelves removed and the wall tiled. We had them install a bigger T.V. and an electric fireplace. The job was done in less time than quoted and we were very happy about that. I love the remodel of my master bathroom. It's the luxury spa retreat that I hoped it would be! Jerezee construction did a bedroom and bathroom remodel. Dorr was very helpful and organized. Lacey helped select all of the materials needed we needed for the remodel. The first week was demolition of floors and walls to the studs. Ferdinand, Hugo and Hugo Jr did a superb job on the tile floors, shower wall tiles and niches. Countertops, sinks mirrors and lights were all carefully and beautifully mounted. All was completed in 4 weeks and then a crew came to completely clean the remodel area. I would highly recommend Jerezee Construction for any remodel job. Also a shout out to Marco for the every day on the job explanations and uplifting personality.
