We met with Ken the following week and he walked the property with me making suggestions. Ken definitely has a great eye for landscaping. Matt was also great, helping us on a daily basis with the logistics and giving his opinion on how to make the area shine. Finally decided that it was time for a deep cleaning and TurFresh provided the most reasonable quote. Other companies wanted to charge us over $600 and our yard is not huge. We had to wait another two weeks, but I appreciated the communication. Anthony showed up on time, explained the process and asked me where the high traffic areas were in our yard. On the day of the appointment, the staff member who was coming to clean our turf sent a message letting me know he would be slightly delayed, which wasn't a problem at all. Great communication to start. When staff member, Dean, arrived, he was very pleasant and helpful. He took a few minutes to explain the cleaning process and asked a couple of questions about our backyard so he could understand the space and our needs. Our backyard is pretty small (probably less than 100 square feet) but with two dogs it definitely needs regular cleaning. Dean completed the turf cleaning in about 40 minutes and did a great job. The turf looked clean and smelled really fresh afterward, which is very important to us with our dogs. All the debris was removed as well. He also left us with a TurfFresh solution that we can use between professional cleanings to help maintain it. Overall, we're very happy with the service. Thank you so much!
