We recently completed a full master bathroom remodel with Greenso, and as first‑time remodelers, we weren't sure what to expect. Overall, the experience was very positive. Our project manager, David, was exceptional from start to finish. He kept us within budget, communicated clearly, and consistently reassured us as we moved through each phase of the project. The remodel took about four weeks from demo to completion, which we felt was a very reasonable timeline, it was only delayed because our designer did not order enough tile. A huge shoutout to Angel and Danielo who demoed, built our shower, installed vanity, toilet and flooring. They worked long hours, showed up on time, and corrected any finer details that were needed in completing the job. We would use David again going forward in a kitchen remodel when the time comes. We recently had to do some major repairs to a portion of the flooring in our bedroom near a door. I contacted GreenSo and Andrey came out and spelled out in the estimate what was needing to be done. We didn't want to replace all the flooring in our bedroom, bath and closet but due to the problems wound up having to. Went to their showroom and picked out some flooring and everyone was so nice. Andrey even sent out an email after we agreed on the work thanking us. My wife and I decided to hire Greenso to redo our outdated bathrooms after we consulted two other companies. I really liked how Joseph (our contractor) presented his bid for the job. The best part was how transparent and honest he was on the process and price. He guaranteed the price and assured us that there weren't going to be any hidden fees. I understand that at times things come up once walls get knocked down, thankfully we didn't have many surprises during our construction. The only real hiccup for us was the timeframe that was given for construction time. Unfortunately it took a lot longer than the time we were given for completion. We understand that things come up that delay construction, however, in this case I truly believe that a lot of time was wasted because of bad scheduling. I would love to have given them a 5 star review, however the long construction time and interaction with one of their employees makes it a 4 star review. I called GreenSo for the put-back portion of an unfortunate flood that I suffered at my home. I initially called probably a dozen different companies that continuously delayed repairs, repeated increased the price after agreeing to a contract, and wanted to pull unnecessary permits - a process that inexplicably takes 6+ weeks in Las Vegas. GreenSo came by to evaluate the job and confirmed that a permit was not needed (confirmed by Clark County's own permitting site), scoped out the job, and came back with a far more reasonable price than EVERYBODY else. We were able to get started immediately and 90% of the job was completed in a week. The finishings took a little longer, but considering the high quality of the work, was more than worth it. Ron, Jose & the team were fantastic to work with and customer satisfaction was their priority. In mid-April of 2026, My husband and I met with Nitzan Habari, Project Manager for Greenso Construction and Landscaping, for a consultation regarding a possible shower remodel. We discussed in detail, our concerns, expectations and possible remodeling ideas for our luxury shower. Nitzan listened carefully to our concerns and provided us with solutions coupled with various shower design options that fit our specific needs/expectations regarding aesthetics and functionality. We felt more than comfortable with accepting Nitzan's remodeling proposal, and as such, immediately proceeded to set up a start date for this project. Our remodeling project began in early May of 2026, as planned, without any issues. Nitzan always communicated with us a day prior or even more often to discuss the work that was to be completed for the upcoming workday. The crew always showed up on time and worked diligently in completing all planned work for the day. They always maintained a safe and functional work space and cleaned up after each day's work. At the end of each day, the crew always communicated what was done and what their plans were for the upcoming workday. We were constantly "kept in the loop" regarding all stages of the project. There was never a moment that we were in question as to where we were in the project and where we were going. If there was an issue, we were immediately informed and a solution was provided. Communication between project manager and crew with clients is essential to ensuring that everyone is "on the same page" which enables the project to be completed on time with all expectations met and done well. Workmanship was excellent as Nitzan and his crew possesses a work ethic that is unsurpassable. In our opinion, it is very difficult for other prospective project managers and their crews to meet a bar that is set that high. Our shower remodel project came together beautifully. Our shower is now exceptionally more beautiful and functional than it was prior to the remodel. We are so pleased with the work they have done. We went there and left feeling this was the company we would use. However I sent them two emails. One to thank them for their time. Should've been them thanking us for our time. No response! I sent another message. No answer. I sent a text asking if my messages were going through and was told they would have him call me. He never did. I left a review on yelp and then the owner calls me. He seemed more concerned with me taking off my review. I did. Miraculously the person we spoke to called me. He sent me a contract based on what we discussed but they never came to our home to see our layout or measure anything. Are you serious! I mentioned that in a review and immediately got a phone call. Quality and speed, some hick ups will happen but they were quickly addressed. I completed a full kitchen, primary living are floors, removal of fire place and had concrete poured on a sunk living room. All was done faster than expected. Itay was great to work with. Pricing seemed fair as quality and speed mattered most to me. I compared with 3 other contractors, greenso was slightly more expensive than 1 but their opinion on what to do with the remodel made it look significantly better.
