He made the drive, walked through the project with me, and provided an in-person quote on the spot. We thanked him and went with a "more affordable" quote, which was a big mistake. The company we contracted with (Rod's Painting) stood us up 2 days before the project was scheduled to start and returned our deposit, making us delay the project for 3 months due to winter setting in. When the weather broke, I reached back out to Medina and upgraded the project by adding our house to the mix as well. Once again, Johnny made the drive to revisit the project and quote, adding our house into the mix. Once we had negotiated a fair price, Johnny and his crew communicated regularly, showed up on time, and knocked the project out efficiently and with excellence. Final Update: Today…read moreI started to prime to find areas where glue was not removed. There were also areas that weren't sanded before texturing. I had to water some outdoor plants to find plaster on my flag, house and brick wall. The job was rushed and it was obvious. Medina Remodel would come back and fix these areas but I chose not to take the time to have them. They returned already to fix errors. I purchased a high end primer for the glue areas, a little sanding and spray texture in a bottle to fix myself. They needed to slow down and these small details wouldn't have been missed. Update #2 review: Mishaps happen and a lot of companies I've worked with don't stand behind their work; not the case with Medina Remodel. He was quick to return my phone call and was on my door step within a few hours. Everything was fixed, cleaned and left as it should be. I'd do business with him again. Update: two outlets textured over, overspray on my bed and the texture on the windows is sliding off. Medina is coming to fix the issues. He was quick to call me back. Removed glue from wallpaper backing, skimmed, and textured two bath rooms, Put me in his schedule at the last minute and worked all weekend to complete the job. I did the painting and in hind site I should have let him manage the entire job. He communicated effectively, gave us a contract, ahis bid was competitive and cleaned up the mess and hauled off the trash.

Our project manager, David, was exceptional from start to finish. He kept us within budget, communicated clearly, and consistently reassured us as we moved through each phase of the project. The remodel took about four weeks from demo to completion, which we felt was a very reasonable timeline, it was only delayed because our designer did not order enough tile. A huge shoutout to Angel and Danielo who demoed, built our shower, installed vanity, toilet and flooring. They worked long hours, showed up on time, and corrected any finer details that were needed in completing the job. We would use David again going forward in a kitchen remodel when the time comes. The only thing we would change is to not have a designer assigned to us, and pick our materials ourselves to ensure quality. In the end the designer caused more stress than what it was worth.

I linked up with MVB through the Yelp project feature. I explained my situation and Jessica explained the costs and the insurance quote and the work that needed to be done. She was ready to come out and see what could be done. At the end of the day, the originally company that had given me the estimate for the claim appeared after a month of silence, so MVB did not need to take the hit for the lowball claim amount. I've been without a master bathroom for over a month at this point.... Our project manager, Max, was amazing and was really thorough at walking us through every aspect of construction since we had no idea what we were doing! He helped us design our custom door for the project so that it would work with the blueprints and was always available if there was a delay or issue with the construction process. Throughout some of the minor construction hiccups that occurred, he had great communication and was able to fix any concerns or problems that we had pretty quickly. The crew was very respectful of our home and our space, and we felt very comfortable having them come and go while we were at work to get stuff done. I was told it would be 4-6 weeks - it ended up over 5 MONTHS!! No reasons given - failed inspection twice, workers taking their own sweet time, no one showing up, and even left me with holes in the walls during winter. Knew I was going on vacation and didn't even think of filling the holes for my house sitter! Just insane. Purchased several items on the advice of the office manager that turned out not to work out or didn't have the space for - by the time we realized this it was too late to return any of them. She ordered the wrong time for the shower bench so I have a ton of extra tile plus had to order more of another tile for the bench! When I asked why the toilet had not been installed after several months, his answer was that I have another one in the house so why did I need it in the Master bath? After the thousands of dollars I gave them for both projects he gave me a whopping $1500 off for all the problems. Considering all the extra tile and items I ended up with that couldn't be used, he got a bargain. Would not negotiate at all. Considering the grief all this caused, I can't recommend them.

Shopping around has been a pain as most contractors are really vague and not transparent about pricing. I don't like to jump in to things unless I have an idea of what I'm getting in to , especially when we're talking thousands of dollars. I came across this company as I saw they fully remodeled a home near me (that was recently sold) and their work and design looked good. So I gave them a call and Leo (estimator) was really honest and upfront about their process and more importantly gave me a good ballpark range of what I need to come in with for a full remodel. Also provided some ideas on breaking up the project in to phases (something I never thought about). I normally wouldn't write a review but given the bad experiences I've had just getting a quote from other contractors I'm thoroughly impressed with this company so far.

The common point from what I could tell were that budget, work effort, and communication fell a little short. Karin worked with me on the front end, and Haim executed in an amazing way. That was my experience in the last few months. From a satisfaction point regarding this kitchen renovation it simply could not have gone any better. I will say that the details on the front end matter. We went over several iterations in the beginning. I had narrowed down to two really great contractor options. Ultimately, I went with 702R&R due to their ability to paint with lacquer and extreme attention to detail. I just felt they would do an amazing job. We worked together to build my dream kitchen. It came out even better than I had hoped. I think it is important to review your budget early. Extreme quality costs. Think "Homes on Homes" quality and worthy of HGTV results. I don't want to over promise. It is YOUR design, so you will get what you give. Haim's expertise in managing is worth his weight in gold. Ask early if at your budget level they are interested. I think it will save a lot of hardship on both sides. I will let a few pictures speak for themselves. I'm so grateful I met and hired the 702 folks. They have an incredible team. P.S. Ceiling lights in the kitchen are getting completed by a different team, but just didn't want to hold off on posting a truly positive review.

Ever since switching to EcoGen, the difference has been night and day. I still see the occasional scorpion here and there, but the key thing is ..they're already dead. That alone tells me their treatment is actually working. I'm not sure what they're using in their spray, but whatever that active ingredient is... don't change it. Seriously. Because I've seen other companies switch things up and everything goes downhill after that. So far, this has been extremely effective and consistent. If you're dealing with scorpions, this is the first company that actually made a real difference for us. Highly recommend!

Therefore I am still getting harassed by their collection agency. Issue has been going on almost 4 months. Not worth the headache. Find another pest control company. Also, at this point you'd think the company would offer a credit or do something as an apology for the inconvenience (seriously you stuck your collections agency on me when I had a valid payment on file and you messed up). They haven't done a thing. And for the record. I was a client for almost five years and never missed a payment or had any problems with the company. It would have been nice if they called me before turning me over to a collections agency and we could have figured out THEIR mistake.

They do have polite people and do decent work but I did not have a good experience with their repair business. An annual inspection turned up a couple of small problems - low refrigerant in a system and a nearly failed condenser fan in another. No argument with that conclusion so I said go ahead with fixes. Got the invoice and should have paid more attention - a price gouge of epic proportions. Here's what I sent them that got rejected by their system: PS - registered professional engineer who should have paid more attention. 'I was not here when this work was finished, and I have no issue at all with the technician and work performed. He was professional. I agreed to all of the work. But I regret now not doing additional homework on the cost. A one pound 410a add should cost more like $100 at the high end all in. Easy to find on google or Yelp), given you can get a 25 lb Jug in the range of $250. And yes, there is labor and overhead in that , but for for a 30 minute job $325 seems excessive. I also was able to source the replacement fan motor with an identical Lennox model# from a number of sources- from around $200. Again, that doesn't include labor. So if I'm generous, you got $300 in parts, add 20% for miscellaneous. And yes, I get that there is 'Bob's guarantee' and you have overhead, but an 1800+ bill for less than two labor hours of work, make it 3 with travel time and even at 150 per hour - and maybe 450 in parts and material -the total markup at 2x is to me excessive. Plus your billing is deficient in the level of detail so it's even hard to understand how you could add it up to that much. My wife paid the bill of course, but with these prices even though the service is good I won't be using or recommending Bobs for repairs in the future. I'll do my homework.' PS - last postscript. You may have noticed Bob's no longer responds to Yelp reviews. Must be too busy. Or they don't care. Neither one is a good sign.

When our hot water heater failed, Chance quickly assessed the issue by having our tenant send photos. He was able to determine that the leak was coming from the unit itself (not the pipes), which saved valuable time and avoided unnecessary delays. Although the initial installation timeline was about two days, I shared that our tenants have small children and asked if there was any chance for an earlier opening. They went above and beyond, contacting us the very next afternoon after they finished early for the day, and were able to complete the replacement ahead of schedule. Their pricing was transparent, the installation was efficient, and their communication was outstanding. We received updates via text, email, and phone. Michael sent a photo after the work was completed and also made it easy to handle payment remotely. Most importantly,I felt confident that they were taking great care of our tenants in our absence. It's rare to find this level of professionalism, service and integrity and I recommend them with complete confidence.

It's been the same dirt lot since the house was built over a decade ago. JJ and associate came out quickly and made me feel really comfortable. There was no weird upselling (I wanted something really plain) and no fear mongering. I could tell immediately that we were going to go with Rock N Block so I cancelled my other appointment with a different company and put my deposit down right away. Within hours, JJ had the plans to me and I got the HOA paperwork started. Once that was done, I was scheduled immediately to have my yard worked on. The day of, the workers came, did a final measurement and got to work. It took 3 days but it came out exactly like I was promised and had envisioned myself. The workers were extremely friendly and self contained. They were responsible and trustworthy. They were also very concerned with my happiness. They asked me if things were looking good quite a few times. They literally made my yard perfect. I'm still looking for imperfections and cannot find them. If there were any complaints, the communication could be more but to be honest, they give information and don't feel the need to consistently remind you, which is also good. We did have a small hiccup where the workers didn't know they had to install a few other things but JJ made it right immediately and I can only be happy about that. I'd rather have the problem be solved immediately then get a phone call being told it would be done, although I can see how some people would want both. Pricing was fair in my opinion. I was told it should have been less expensive but I don't think so. The job is immaculate and the items are gorgeous with great quality. The craftsmanship means a lot to me and I would pay for it again. I wish I took some before pictures but I completely forgot to. Imagine a literal nothing of a yard. Now, it's gorgeous and I can't wait to accessorize!
