On December 1, 2025, our entire house was destroyed in a catastrophic flood. We had just moved into our newly remodeled turn-key home 5 years previously and still loved everything about it. To say we were shell shocked and devastated would be putting it mildly. Our home was now in ruins. Bathrooms, cabinetry, flooring, drywall were all destroyed and our home was basically unlivable. We were down to studs and raw plumbing. We immediately began to search for the perfect contractor to help us rebuild our home and put our lives back together. We reviewed multiple contractors online and in person, as well as checking with the Nevada Contractors Board and local permitting offices. One name consistently stood out and was above all others. Jerezee Construction. They had hundreds of 5-star reviews which led me to review their gallery of photos on their website. Their quality of work caught my attention. I reached out to their office and spoke to Ian. We found him to be very professional. He immediately set up an appointment and was incredibly empathetic to our plight. The way he handled our initial contact was so different from other companies we contacted. The next step in our journey was meeting the owner Ilan who arrived at our home to assess the damage. It was quickly apparent this was an experienced and highly qualified contractor. He demonstrated exceptional standards, made suggestions, was extremely organized but above all else inspired confidence that he could help us. He reviewed the contract with us line by line, leaving no stone unturned and highly transparent with clear expectations. No hidden fees, and no surprises. Once the project began, a group text was established. This was updated twice daily throughout the project to keep us informed. We next met Heather, one of Jerezee's designers. Heather quickly recognized we were in over our head and inundated with so many decisions and choices to make. She took the lead and helped us make selections on flooring, bathroom tiles, color palates, hardware, lighting fixtures and paint. She made a comprehensive material list which was amazing. Heather was invaluable to us. She was so patient, knowledgeable and held my hand through every step. Both my husband and I are analytical with no creative bone in our body so doing the design part and picking out product was impossible for us. We couldn't have done this rebuild without her. We were assigned a project manager named David. He was the first line supervisor for all the crew and sub-contractors at our home. He was incredibly responsive, timely, accessible, patient, upbeat and positive always. He made a highly stressful period of our life bearable and was such a joy to work with. He was the right man, at the right time, at the right place for us. As the work progressed it quickly became apparent that all their rave reviews were justified. Construction started exactly as planned and they made the process so easy for us. They handled EVERYTHING! Their craftmanship was impeccable. It was as if they were rebuilding their own house. Ilan, the owner was often on site inspecting the work and the progress. Ilan and David were true perfectionists, and nothing escaped their skilled eyes. At the end of the project, we didn't even have a punch list! Their crew and subcontractors were always polite, respectful, professional and kind. Everyone worked so hard to get us back into our home and genuinely seemed empathetic and understanding of our initial heartbreak. In conclusion, Jerezee Construction and their entire team made a devastating time in our life so much less stressful. Many thanks to Ilan and his team of dedicated professionals. As they say, great leaders do not set out to be a leader... they set out to make a difference, and Ilan has done that with Jerezee Construction. Our architect recommended Jerezee Construction, and within 30 minutes I was on the phone with Roye. For the first time in months, I finally felt like there was hope for our project. Within just a couple of days, Roye met us on-site to walk the property and truly understand our goals, vision, concerns, and the unique challenges we were facing. From that moment on, we knew we were in good hands. Jerezee completely remodeled our cabin in Mount Charleston, and from start to finish, they went above and beyond every step of the way. Mountain construction comes with unique challenges, and we definitely encountered some major ones. Whether it was weather or unexpected issues that come with building on the mountain, the Jerezee team never hesitated to jump in--even on their days off (and even on a birthday!)--to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of dedication and customer service is incredibly rare and gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire project. One thing that really stood out was the pride they took in their work. The job site was consistently kept clean, organized, and tidy throughout the remodel, which made a huge difference during such a large project. As we reached the finish line, they encouraged us to "blue tape" every item we wanted addressed, no matter how small. They came back and carefully worked through every detail without hesitation. That commitment to the finishing touches is what takes a project from good to truly exceptional. The entire team was knowledgeable, dependable, genuine, and truly invested in making sure our remodel turned out exactly as we had envisioned. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded every expectation we had. They were transparent throughout the process, communicated openly, and consistently demonstrated that they genuinely cared about the success of our project--not just completing another job. My situation was not a remodel/renovation by choice. Shower was leaking into my neighbor's unit, insurance claims galore, mitigation company was involved. It was a stressful situation for me. I linked up with MVB through the Yelp project feature. I explained my situation and Jessica explained the costs and the insurance quote and the work that needed to be done. She was ready to come out and see what could be done. At the end of the day, the originally company that had given me the estimate for the claim appeared after a month of silence, so MVB did not need to take the hit for the lowball claim amount. I've been without a master bathroom for over a month at this point.... I was told it would be 4-6 weeks - it ended up over 5 MONTHS!! No reasons given - failed inspection twice, workers taking their own sweet time, no one showing up, and even left me with holes in the walls during winter. Knew I was going on vacation and didn't even think of filling the holes for my house sitter! Just insane. Purchased several items on the advice of the office manager that turned out not to work out or didn't have the space for - by the time we realized this it was too late to return any of them. She ordered the wrong time for the shower bench so I have a ton of extra tile plus had to order more of another tile for the bench! When I asked why the toilet had not been installed after several months, his answer was that I have another one in the house so why did I need it in the Master bath? After the thousands of dollars I gave them for both projects he gave me a whopping $1500 off for all the problems. Considering all the extra tile and items I ended up with that couldn't be used, he got a bargain. Would not negotiate at all. Considering the grief all this caused, I can't recommend them.

I also ordered a countertop that matched my shower walls, and I chose cultured marble because I love the clean, high‑quality look. Shopping around has been a pain as most contractors are really vague and not transparent about pricing. I don't like to jump in to things unless I have an idea of what I'm getting in to , especially when we're talking thousands of dollars. I came across this company as I saw they fully remodeled a home near me (that was recently sold) and their work and design looked good. So I gave them a call and Leo (estimator) was really honest and upfront about their process and more importantly gave me a good ballpark range of what I need to come in with for a full remodel. Also provided some ideas on breaking up the project in to phases (something I never thought about). I normally wouldn't write a review but given the bad experiences I've had just getting a quote from other contractors I'm thoroughly impressed with this company so far.

The common point from what I could tell were that budget, work effort, and communication fell a little short. Karin worked with me on the front end, and Haim executed in an amazing way. That was my experience in the last few months. From a satisfaction point regarding this kitchen renovation it simply could not have gone any better. I will say that the details on the front end matter. We went over several iterations in the beginning. I had narrowed down to two really great contractor options. Ultimately, I went with 702R&R due to their ability to paint with lacquer and extreme attention to detail. I just felt they would do an amazing job. We worked together to build my dream kitchen. It came out even better than I had hoped. I think it is important to review your budget early. Extreme quality costs. Think "Homes on Homes" quality and worthy of HGTV results. I don't want to over promise. It is YOUR design, so you will get what you give. Haim's expertise in managing is worth his weight in gold. Ask early if at your budget level they are interested. I think it will save a lot of hardship on both sides. I will let a few pictures speak for themselves. I'm so grateful I met and hired the 702 folks. They have an incredible team. P.S. I've worked with a lot of contractors all over the US, and this was by far my BEST experience yet. We had a big tile floor project, a tight budget, an older Vegas home that required some "creative problem solving", and a long wish list. Tomer was helpful, collaborative, listened to all of our concerns, offered amazing suggestions, and ultimately finished the job on time, on budget, and well BEYOND our expectations. We felt confident, comfortable, and well informed through the entire process. The quality of his work is worth double what he charges for it. His work it's impeccable as they strive for perfection. He also oversaw the other crafts involved, electrical, plumbing, tile, cultured marble and glass. Not one minute have I regretted that decision. After wanting just a few things done, I ended up remodeling the entire house based solely on Jeff, Phil, Irena, and their wonderful subcontractors. Removing walls and a window, relocating a back door, new floors, new windows, complete Kitchen AND Bathroom replacement including cabinets, sinks, and a new walk-in shower. They also had my entire house fixed up, textured, and painted inside and out. Work included electrical (adding outlets and circuits) and plumbing (i.e. moving the shower drain and moving the toilet drain.) My 1974 house gave them some real challenges due to all the changes in house construction over the years, and Vogl Construction handled each challenge. Was referred to Jeff, JAG Construction Owner, by a neighbor…read more JAG was in the middle of building neighbors pool. Every step of the way was like pulling teeth. I realized after I had already paid enough money to the point that there was no turning back, that I would have to inspect and monitor daily If I wanted to get things right. I made JAG re-plumb the pool equipment after it was plumbed wrong. Several of the sub-contractors told me that they were provided no blue prints, just given verbal instructions. I had to bring in my own plumber at one stage to get a few things right. And I had to bring in my own mason to build a pool equipment obscuring wall because Jeff claimed he couldn't find the same veneer stone that covers the facing of my outdoor kitchen. I also did my own rewiring of the outdoor low voltage lighting. And every time Jeff gave me a nominal credit. it was the post pandemic summer and the supply chain was stressed. I paid JAG cash for the pool every step of the way, yet was still gouged and arrogantly *hit on. A month or so ago he was across the street and I asked him to come back and look at the recent attempts to fix the cracks that are pictured in the attachments. He looks at me and says "there's nothing I can do about it." I've been reaching out again to the concrete sub-contractor, Sierra Excavation, and Chris Maes won't return my calls or texts. All I want is no cracks in my pool decking. That's all. I think 75k in cash plus all the head aches involved during construction should at least get me that even if the pool decking has to be saw cut, removed, and re-poured. So here's the bottom line everybody, JAG construction is a slip-shod operation run by an arrogant owner who after pocketing your money will turn his nose up at you and forget you. And as I'm writing this I received a text from Chris Maes: "I know he's an a**hole and that's why I stopped working with him shortly after your job was completed. I'm sending you Mark's (my foreman's) number. I've been in business for 20 years and I'm done dealing with a**holes like Jeff that's why I closed my business down the end of last year." I second that, Jeff!!!!

I spoke with Fred and let him know that I needed to have a new shower door and plumbing fixtures…read morefor the shower in a very short period of time as I had several guests coming and knew that the old fixtures and shower curtain were not going to work. I did not want to replace a bathtub and therefore it made it more difficult to get shower door that would fit the tub. Fred was extremely diligent and constantly kept in touch with me until he could find the right shower door and plumbing fixtures and got everything done a week and a half before anyone was arriving. In this day and age, I have become so much more appreciative of those who are very professional, polite, and dedicated to actually doing a really good job. The shower door looks excellent. The plumbing fixtures were perfect for the older shower and everything went extremely well. Anyone who wants professionalism along with politeness should call this company Vegas builders. I had the pleasure of working with Fred and it was just an overall great experience for both my husband and myself.
