On December 1, 2025, our entire house was destroyed in a catastrophic flood. We had just moved into our newly remodeled turn-key home 5 years previously and still loved everything about it. To say we were shell shocked and devastated would be putting it mildly. Our home was now in ruins. Bathrooms, cabinetry, flooring, drywall were all destroyed and our home was basically unlivable. We were down to studs and raw plumbing. We immediately began to search for the perfect contractor to help us rebuild our home and put our lives back together. We reviewed multiple contractors online and in person, as well as checking with the Nevada Contractors Board and local permitting offices. One name consistently stood out and was above all others. Jerezee Construction. They had hundreds of 5-star reviews which led me to review their gallery of photos on their website. Their quality of work caught my attention. I reached out to their office and spoke to Ian. We found him to be very professional. He immediately set up an appointment and was incredibly empathetic to our plight. The way he handled our initial contact was so different from other companies we contacted. The next step in our journey was meeting the owner Ilan who arrived at our home to assess the damage. It was quickly apparent this was an experienced and highly qualified contractor. He demonstrated exceptional standards, made suggestions, was extremely organized but above all else inspired confidence that he could help us. He reviewed the contract with us line by line, leaving no stone unturned and highly transparent with clear expectations. No hidden fees, and no surprises. Once the project began, a group text was established. This was updated twice daily throughout the project to keep us informed. We next met Heather, one of Jerezee's designers. Heather quickly recognized we were in over our head and inundated with so many decisions and choices to make. She took the lead and helped us make selections on flooring, bathroom tiles, color palates, hardware, lighting fixtures and paint. She made a comprehensive material list which was amazing. Heather was invaluable to us. She was so patient, knowledgeable and held my hand through every step. Both my husband and I are analytical with no creative bone in our body so doing the design part and picking out product was impossible for us. We couldn't have done this rebuild without her. We were assigned a project manager named David. He was the first line supervisor for all the crew and sub-contractors at our home. He was incredibly responsive, timely, accessible, patient, upbeat and positive always. He made a highly stressful period of our life bearable and was such a joy to work with. He was the right man, at the right time, at the right place for us. As the work progressed it quickly became apparent that all their rave reviews were justified. Construction started exactly as planned and they made the process so easy for us. They handled EVERYTHING! Their craftmanship was impeccable. It was as if they were rebuilding their own house. Ilan, the owner was often on site inspecting the work and the progress. Ilan and David were true perfectionists, and nothing escaped their skilled eyes. At the end of the project, we didn't even have a punch list! Their crew and subcontractors were always polite, respectful, professional and kind. Everyone worked so hard to get us back into our home and genuinely seemed empathetic and understanding of our initial heartbreak. In conclusion, Jerezee Construction and their entire team made a devastating time in our life so much less stressful. Many thanks to Ilan and his team of dedicated professionals. As they say, great leaders do not set out to be a leader... they set out to make a difference, and Ilan has done that with Jerezee Construction. Within just a couple of days, Roye met us on-site to walk the property and truly understand our goals, vision, concerns, and the unique challenges we were facing. From that moment on, we knew we were in good hands. Jerezee completely remodeled our cabin in Mount Charleston, and from start to finish, they went above and beyond every step of the way. Mountain construction comes with unique challenges, and we definitely encountered some major ones. Whether it was weather or unexpected issues that come with building on the mountain, the Jerezee team never hesitated to jump in--even on their days off (and even on a birthday!)--to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of dedication and customer service is incredibly rare and gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire project. A special thank you to Roye, who led the project with professionalism, integrity, and genuine care. Cisco, our project manager, kept everything moving smoothly and was always responsive, communicative, and had a smile on his face. Candace was wonderful to work with, helping us navigate design decisions and select materials that perfectly fit our vision. Ian brought great energy from the very first phone call and made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless by coordinating and handling all of the administrative details that happen behind the scenes on a project of this size and complexity. One thing that really stood out was the pride they took in their work. The job site was consistently kept clean, organized, and tidy throughout the remodel, which made a huge difference during such a large project. As we reached the finish line, they encouraged us to "blue tape" every item we wanted addressed, no matter how small. They came back and carefully worked through every detail without hesitation. That commitment to the finishing touches is what takes a project from good to truly exceptional. The entire team was knowledgeable, dependable, genuine, and truly invested in making sure our remodel turned out exactly as we had envisioned. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded every expectation we had. They were transparent throughout the process, communicated openly, and consistently demonstrated that they genuinely cared about the success of our project--not just completing another job. Our project manager, David, was exceptional from start to finish. He kept us within budget, communicated clearly, and consistently reassured us as we moved through each phase of the project. The remodel took about four weeks from demo to completion, which we felt was a very reasonable timeline, it was only delayed because our designer did not order enough tile. A huge shoutout to Angel and Danielo who demoed, built our shower, installed vanity, toilet and flooring. They worked long hours, showed up on time, and corrected any finer details that were needed in completing the job. We would use David again going forward in a kitchen remodel when the time comes. The only thing we would change is to not have a designer assigned to us, and pick our materials ourselves to ensure quality. In the end the designer caused more stress than what it was worth.

My situation was not a remodel/renovation by choice. Shower was leaking into my neighbor's unit, insurance claims galore, mitigation company was involved. It was a stressful situation for me. I linked up with MVB through the Yelp project feature. I explained my situation and Jessica explained the costs and the insurance quote and the work that needed to be done. She was ready to come out and see what could be done. At the end of the day, the originally company that had given me the estimate for the claim appeared after a month of silence, so MVB did not need to take the hit for the lowball claim amount. I've been without a master bathroom for over a month at this point.... No reasons given - failed inspection twice, workers taking their own sweet time, no one showing up, and even left me with holes in the walls during winter. Knew I was going on vacation and didn't even think of filling the holes for my house sitter! Just insane. Purchased several items on the advice of the office manager that turned out not to work out or didn't have the space for - by the time we realized this it was too late to return any of them. She ordered the wrong time for the shower bench so I have a ton of extra tile plus had to order more of another tile for the bench! When I asked why the toilet had not been installed after several months, his answer was that I have another one in the house so why did I need it in the Master bath? After the thousands of dollars I gave them for both projects he gave me a whopping $1500 off for all the problems. Considering all the extra tile and items I ended up with that couldn't be used, he got a bargain. Would not negotiate at all. Considering the grief all this caused, I can't recommend them.

I also ordered a countertop that matched my shower walls, and I chose cultured marble because I love the clean, high‑quality look. Shopping around has been a pain as most contractors are really vague and not transparent about pricing. I don't like to jump in to things unless I have an idea of what I'm getting in to , especially when we're talking thousands of dollars. I came across this company as I saw they fully remodeled a home near me (that was recently sold) and their work and design looked good. So I gave them a call and Leo (estimator) was really honest and upfront about their process and more importantly gave me a good ballpark range of what I need to come in with for a full remodel. Also provided some ideas on breaking up the project in to phases (something I never thought about). I normally wouldn't write a review but given the bad experiences I've had just getting a quote from other contractors I'm thoroughly impressed with this company so far.

The common point from what I could tell were that budget, work effort, and communication fell a little short. Karin worked with me on the front end, and Haim executed in an amazing way. That was my experience in the last few months. From a satisfaction point regarding this kitchen renovation it simply could not have gone any better. I will say that the details on the front end matter. We went over several iterations in the beginning. I had narrowed down to two really great contractor options. Ultimately, I went with 702R&R due to their ability to paint with lacquer and extreme attention to detail. I just felt they would do an amazing job. We worked together to build my dream kitchen. It came out even better than I had hoped. I think it is important to review your budget early. Extreme quality costs. Think "Homes on Homes" quality and worthy of HGTV results. I don't want to over promise. It is YOUR design, so you will get what you give. Haim's expertise in managing is worth his weight in gold. Ask early if at your budget level they are interested. I think it will save a lot of hardship on both sides. I will let a few pictures speak for themselves. I'm so grateful I met and hired the 702 folks. They have an incredible team. P.S. My home suffered fire damage in August, and my insurance referred me to this restoration company. I…read moretruly regret trusting them with the job. The work they did was rushed, sloppy, and clearly not done with care or attention to detail. The paint is peeling everywhere, and it's obvious they didn't prep the surfaces properly. They painted right over visible damage without repairing anything first. The chrome molding they installed is full of cracks and misaligned pieces, it looks like it was thrown together just to get the job over with. It honestly feels like they were more focused on getting paid than doing quality work. One of the most upsetting things is that I personally watched them take the new sheetrock that was supposed to be installed in my home and then never put it in. That's completely unacceptable. They essentially cut corners right in front of me. To make matters worse, the team that was supposed to "deep clean" my house after the restoration left it filthy. I had to take multiple days off work just to clean and make my home livable again. I only started noticing all of these issues after settling back in, and since then, all I've gotten from them are excuses, broken promises, and endless delays. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you've already been through a traumatic experience like a house fire, the last thing you need is a company that cuts corners, lies about fixing things, and leaves you to deal with the mess they created. I have many more pictures of their sloppy work and damage done to my house but this is some of them.

As I had learned my insurance company does not cover a leaking roof (a story for another day) we called N&M for an estimate. The price seemed fair and since the work was in my master bedroom which required a repair quickly we contracted with N&M. The work was done neatly, correctly and in a timely manner which is all one can ask. In addition a set of window shutters was not reinstalled to our satisfaction and the contractor sent over two knowledgeable and excellent workers to correct the problem. For all the reasons above we gave N&M 5 stars and would highly recommend this company for any of your needs.

This review is long overdue, shame on me, but I am delighted to talk about how amazing the We Build…read moreIt team was in doing my kitchen renovation The Summary: Had some significant water damage in my kitchen. After a miserable experience with insurance and multiple contractors, Tomer and the We Build It team saved the day...hell, saved the year for me! Amazing quality work, excellent communication and true partnership with me. I couldn't be happier. The Details: I returned home from a two week business trip to find a small puddle on my kitchen floor. I mopped it up and went to bed, only to find the same puddle there in the morning. I realized there may be a leak and called my insurance company (Liberty Mutual). Their process ensued, which resulted in an inspection, a remediation company with jackhammers, industrial fans and dehumidifiers - and all of the sudden my entire lower half of a kitchen needed replacement. I had never really been through this type of process before, and so I trusted my insurance company to guide me through. Liberty Mutual was awful by the way, but that's mostly a different story for a different review. The mitigation company was fine and I was interested in using them to do the repair, but they actually said they wouldn't because they wouldn't deal with Liberty Mutual's process for estimation and payout - a bleak sign of things to come. After remediation, Liberty Mutual instead sent a different contractor to do an estimate for the repair, which they used to calculate my claim amount. This was all fine with me and I figured I'd just use that company which did the estimate to also do the repair. But when it came time to do things like materials selection, that contractor refused, and said I need to pay a 40% non-refundable deposit before they'll work with me at all on those topics. They essentially positioned themselves to give me whatever materials, colors etc benefitted them for whatever reason vs what I preferred to have in my kitchen. That is basically how scams work, so I declined to work with them and at that point was out on my own looking for a contractor to do the repairs, hopefully within the budget that liberty Mutual paid out to me. That process was arduous and frustrating. I went through 3 different contractors who either wouldn't work with me on options and pricing before signing and paying a substantial deposit (again, scam) or who wouldn't deal with it at all because they knew that Liberty Mutual left significant items out of the estimate - and that Liberty Mutual is impossible to deal with on supplementing the payout as needed. Then finally I contacted We Build It, and sorry if this seems hyperbolic but they completely changed everything. Tomer was so incredibly patient with me at explaining options and listening to what I wanted in my kitchen. He was extremely flexible on materials acquisition, and gave me a lot of useful information on things that Liberty Mutual left out of the original payout. As important as anything, he treated me like a partner and truly cared that we got to the right outcomes. I was even able to use his inputs to successfully battle with Liberty Mutual to pay the real cost for items they left out. And he was honest - there was nothing overly inflated, but finally I got information that was accurate and fair. Finally, after 7 months at this point without a kitchen, we were able to get the work done. The quality and care his team took were top-class. I now finally have a kitchen, and again sorry to sound dramatic, a normal life and happy home once again. I would recommend We Build It to anyone in Las Vegas who needs an honest and reliable contractor who will ensure the project is done right. Tomer is a gem of a person and a great professional. I have some other work that I would like to do in my house over the next few years, and Tomer will be my first and hopefully only call as I look for a contractor. Tomer the main contractor came in took all my wife's requirements and showed us the material for the new kitchen and counteracts. Others came in and did estimates but looked around and listened really didn't care much. One even told us to go to ikea to pick out furniture! Anyways long story short we hired tomer and there were delays due to supply line issues and a problem with plumbing that wasn't anticipated. Now if you want the cheapest go somewhere else but if you want the best quality and and workmanship these guys work hard and do the best job. After our renovation people have come and seen the before and now the after and are really flabbergasted. I guess you get what you pay for. We would hire him again in a heartbeat.

I spoke with Fred and let him know that I needed to have a new shower door and plumbing fixtures…read morefor the shower in a very short period of time as I had several guests coming and knew that the old fixtures and shower curtain were not going to work. I did not want to replace a bathtub and therefore it made it more difficult to get shower door that would fit the tub. Fred was extremely diligent and constantly kept in touch with me until he could find the right shower door and plumbing fixtures and got everything done a week and a half before anyone was arriving. In this day and age, I have become so much more appreciative of those who are very professional, polite, and dedicated to actually doing a really good job. The shower door looks excellent. The plumbing fixtures were perfect for the older shower and everything went extremely well. Anyone who wants professionalism along with politeness should call this company Vegas builders. The reason you see only 1 star and 5 star reviews is they pay via piece rate. Meaning they treat…read moretheir employees as subcontractors but retain profitability for themselves. If a particular customer or project turns out to be more difficult than anticipated the employees themselves have to take the loss, not the company. No true craftsman will work for an outfit like that that doesn't stand behind their employees if their bid is bad. Piece rate is a scammy way to make your employees take ALL the risk with no potential reward. Piece rate shops are always a revolving door for help so it's a gamble what level of quality you get. Just so long as they get their profit they'll burn every employee. It doesn't mean the owners are inept in their trade, it means you have no idea what you're getting as neither do they because they place profits ahead of everything. A simple scan of their job listings will show you they only prefer a whopping year of experience, and that's not the helpers. Marc L.'s review is most likely a crew that realized the job was bigger than they were getting paid for and simple math revealed they were working for minimum wage so they stopped caring about quality. Then when he didn't pay RSF only tried to recoup their materials cost with no intention to pay their help. Does that sound like a company you'd want to work for if you were competent let alone excel in your trade?

We've done a few small upgrades here and there but want to do a cosmetic remodel (flooring , paint, carpet , cabinetry , stone, bathrooms, trim etc...). Shopping around has been a pain as most contractors are really vague and not transparent about pricing. I don't like to jump in to things unless I have an idea of what I'm getting in to , especially when we're talking thousands of dollars. I came across this company as I saw they fully remodeled a home near me (that was recently sold) and their work and design looked good. So I gave them a call and Leo (estimator) was really honest and upfront about their process and more importantly gave me a good ballpark range of what I need to come in with for a full remodel. Also provided some ideas on breaking up the project in to phases (something I never thought about). I normally wouldn't write a review but given the bad experiences I've had just getting a quote from other contractors I'm thoroughly impressed with this company so far.
