Arizona Tile is outstanding! Their selection is incredible -- so many beautiful options for every style and project. The quality is top-notch, and their showroom is easy to navigate and inspiring. Even better, the service is fantastic. Soooo helpful and worked with me to pick all the tile for my outside project. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I left with great samples and they even sent me a handwritten thank you note. Nice touch! After going to so many different places I found everything I needed here and got incredible help with all my choices. Highly recommend! read more

Loved everything here. Selection is awesome and quality was top tier. My only wish is the delivery was faster. It takes a few days to get your products because Las Vegas Arizona tile is just a showroom. read more

We were guided to Arizona Tile for slab selection for a kitchen and bath. Not only did we have the opportunity to select a beautiful selection of stone and quartzite, but we were truly guided and educated about our selection by Rufina in the slab department. After going through the process I turned to Rufina yesterday and shared that I felt like she treated us like her only clients, making sure we understood the nuances of the stone and the care of the stone so we can enjoy it for the life of our home. Rufina gave us confidence that we had made a beautiful selection for our needs and made sure we were totally satisfied. Talking about white glove service! I would highly recommend Rufina's services. read more

I fully enjoyed my experience at Arizona tile while looking for the perfect backsplash for my kitchen. Aside from the many selections available they took the time to show me samples and colors that helped me make the best decision. The store is set up to fully display tile and stone samples to choose from. The customer service is exceptional! read more

I feel so fortunate to have been greeted by Carla when I walked into your showroom. Carla was so helpful; she really knows her stuff and the products that you carry in your beautiful showroom, which is laid out very well by the way. The most important thing is that I felt confident with her guidance and made my selections very quickly (which has never happened before..seriously). Carla is worth her weight in gold As a footnote I appreciate the fact that your prices are posted for the public and found them to be very reasonable. read more

Arizona Tile was the absolute BEST place for me to choose my quartz for my kitchen project. Their slab warehouse alone is amazing to walk through! They were so helpful and they gave me as many samples as I needed to take home to make my decision. I shopped at three or four other businesses in town, and I eventually ended up back at Arizona tile because they are the best. read more

From start to finish this place has been incredible. From the people that help you make your choice, to the people that you pay with, to the people that help you get it loaded into your car. Everyone was respectful, helpful, happy just all-around good experience. We use them for both our bathrooms. Wish we would have used them for our kitchen counters as well. I would highly recommend read more

Unfriendly staff. The only friendly staff was the girl who greeted us when we walked in. I am a first time home buyer & was super excited to purchase new countertops for my kitchen! I brought my step dad who is a licensed contractor to get some pricing on a few quartz options. It's the ladies in the back of the warehouse who were extremely rude and ultimately made me want to take my money elsewhere! All we wanted was pricing and wasn't aware that you need a certain contracting license to receive pricing, however there is a nice way you can tell people that & it felt like we were belittled and turned away so it left a bad taste in our mouths. Won't ever be back.. read more

Always a pleasant experience from the showroom to the order desk. Very professional and friendly people here.

This is one of the better showrooms for choosing your tiles. They have pretty much everything out and I love how they are transparent with their prices, there are price labels right on the product! I love that! They also have tiles grouted in all over the showroom so you can see what it looks like on the wall or on the floor. Lacey helped us out and was very friendly and helpful. We got samples and was able to decide what we wanted. We would definitely come back again. read more

Unfriendly service. I came back to to look at some specific porcelain tiles and recognized one of the associates that had helped me a few months ago. Lacey just gave me a blank, rude stare. Even if she was busy with another costumer, she could of greeted me but instead I caught her making faces with the receptionist insinuating that she had no idea who I was. She must of forgot that she was not wearing her mask because I saw the rude gestures. I took my business to Daltile...way better service, wider selection and lower prices. read more

Didn't really care for it nosy pushy. It's like walking on a used car lot sales people are like vultures as you go in the door. He can't look at anything without someone on your back and ask way too many questions before they even know if you're seeing anything you're interested in. read more

Do you need granite counters? A new floor? Back splash? This place is worth a visit. Super friendly greeting in an immaculate showroom. I want to look at some granite. I'm given a hard hat and escorted into the back. Whenever I've looked at granite I am offered a few small samples. Not here. There is a warehouse full of huge slabs of granite & marble, carved straight out the mountain or quarry or wherever you grow granite, every color, every pattern ranging from fancy to really flipping fancy. ** Kudos to Maria Key (Best Slab Sales Rep.) Definitely, Request Her at Arizona Tile ** Our contractor sent us to AZ Tile to go and see what countertops my husband and I liked for our kitchen remodel. We had stopped by and picked the one we liked about 5 months ago. Now that we had to go back and finalize the actual slab to pick and place our name on it. We stopped by AZ tile again and met this time with Maria Key, slab sales representative. She took us back and had them pull the actual slab we would be selecting for our contractor to purchase. The next day, our contractor informed us that he had miscalculated and we needed to purchase another slab which we only needed half of a slab size. I called Maria to help me with a solution since the slab style we had ordered only came in a Jumbo size and we only needed half of this size to complete the kitchen counter. She asked if I had my cabinet colors and backsplash and said she would look to see what would look great with our design and call me back. She had a great solution and had me come back to AZ Tile and see if the color and slab selection she picked, I would like as well. I stopped by and I loved her idea and suggestion. She went beyond to help me solve the problem and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you Maria for going the extra mile!! You are truly a lifesaver!! Thank you for all your help!! One extremely happy camper!! :) read more

DO NOT buy anything from this company- contractors or homeowners! Their warranty is completely worthless and just smoke and mirrors. They try to get out of not honoring their warranty by blaming the contractors and fabricators. We bought the Della terra quartz here in summer 2017 and within months WATER began to stain it. And within a few months it began to chip. The salespeople told us that this quartz was chip proof and that the warranty would cover any stains and chips and dents. If a warranty doesn't cover water stains I'm not sure what the point is of a warranty then? It took three months to get anyone to come out and see the countertops. And when my husband finally confronted how long it took to get someone out and get callbacks the sales person said "oh. We're busy" terrible customer service. They just want to push you into buying expensive products and then once you purchase- you're apparently no longer a customer. When they did come out and see all the stains and chips their conversation changed and the sales person said how many people have had issues with this quartz. He also blamed the contractors and fabricators we worked with (not sure how a contractor could stain it... and the countertops were perfect when they were installed. We went over every inch with our contractor. Very dishonest company and they sell a very poor product! read more

Would not recommend. Go to Floor & decor, Home Depot, lowes or Bedrosian's. Return policy is terrible. They will charge you a restocking fee. The pallet I ordered came with broken pieces and they would not exchange or return them without a restocking fee. read more

Figure on spending 30 to 40% more for tile at Arizona tile compared to Dell tile or floor and decor. They are expensive! Also their return policy is one of the worst in the business they charged us a 40% restocking fee because we got the wrong tile I would definitely shop somewhere else read more

I got the most beautiful tile for my shower from Arizona Tile, I love it so much! The showroom is gorgeous and the staff is friendly and helpful, which is so great when you have no idea what you are doing! This tile store is aesthetically pleasant with many friendly no pressure employees on the floor. We were greeted immediately by a very welcoming informative employee. You can walk around on your own w/o sales people constantly on you. They sporadically check on you ask if you have any questions and seem to know the right times to approach you (professionals in my book!) They have a good selection of tile with tile designs on the walls. The prices are all listed with the tiles. They have a good amount of granite slabs. Definitely worth a look if you are looking for tile and granite. read more

When I first walked into the store, I felt apprehensive and nervous. . The salesperson Sandy was wonderful and helped us by listening to what we wanted. I would give Sandy and Arizona Tile more stars if I could, the help was over and above. read more

Sorry AZ tile but I have to do it. I showed up today to but slab granite. From the first time I walked into the store I was met with resistance and the black gal who greeted us was pretentious and stand-offish . Apparently they can't give prices to me but only to the licensed contractor. So my question back to them is, "what if your doing it yourself?" Nope can't do it. And they were adamant about it. So now I have to find a guy to get me a price?? I guess for the normal person walking in that's fine. But I'm doing it myself..... I'm sure they are good at what they do, but today they fell down. read more

I had the most wonderful experience at Arizona Tile with Lacey Valdez. I was looking for a very specific tile and size. Arizona Tile is awesome! We had new granite countertops installed, and they were done wrong! Bad install by a local granite company, that left a "gap" between the countertop and back splash. We were so upset, a lot of money spent and horrible result. I went to Arizona Tile, and had the great fortune of meeting Ashlee Rodriguez. She spent SO much time finding a solution for us. Ashlee found some discontinued tiles that matched our older back splash and ordered them for us and recommended tile installers. What a great outcome from a huge mistake. I cannot thank Ashlee enough, she was so nice and helpful. Thank you so much Ashlee and Arizona Tile. read more

I felt compelled to write a review on this business based on my experience, in which I left feeling completely stress free and excited. I walked into Arizona Tile to originally look at granite slabs for my kitchen counter tops.I also planned to redo flooring in my kitchen and do a back splash. Anyone who has done home renovations or remodeling knows how stressful the process can be. There's so many company's, so many options and a million different styles and materials. It also doesn't help that I'm indecisive. Well after looking around feeling overwhelmed, I selected a tile for my floor that I Iiked. MARIA started assisting me and after seeing what I was looking at, she came to me with options that I could do for my counter top as well as my back splash. It all came together within 5 mins, and I absolutely loved her professional advice and input. I was amazed at how fast, she could design something and have it all tie in. Her guidance and suggestions were a complete blessing and was more than welcomed. Being that she offered me something for ** FREE** when I've paid two different interior designers and got nothing out of them, I appreciated her even more. Their customer service and design abilities and experience are outstanding and I would definitely recommend Arizona Tile for all of your Tile, Granite, and Quartz needs. They don't just sell you the material, they actually HELP YOU! Thank you MARIA for making my life so much easier and for saving me time and a headache with your expertise. They also let you take all the samples with pricing home and ask that you return them within 10 days or when you're done. NO pressure! Foot note: Their showroom is the best (been to a bunch) I've seen with actually installed samples of different flooring and design, as well as kitchen counter tops and back splashes. They truly are up to date and make your experience much easier and enjoyable with actual visuals. The best part about the tile samples are, they have them stuck to the wall and If you want to see it, they bring out a little piece. Very customer friendly. Unlike other places, you have to carry the heavy 6x36 pieces out that's stacked behind each other. No bueno! read more

Awesome selection of stone counter tops... not a ton of tile options but the ones they have are beautiful! Hours are kind of annoying since someone like me who works M-F 9-5 can't make it there other than on the weekends. Prices are a bit higher than other places in town too. But if your looking for counter tops you can't beat the selection. read more
