An amazing experience. I was very pleased with the design help and knowledge of my Rep Ariel! He made the process seemless! Thank you!

Have a great selection of tile and granite lov3. Found a beautiful new tile for our first floor. We had the granite through the kitchen and dining room. Natural stone with polish. Cool new backsplash with color. The tile is unbelievable!! OMG. I have a new beautiful home. YOLO! We got all of this wrapped up in 1 visit.! Unfortunately We had to get our upstairs showers and bathroom done with Dekton at MSI because Juan worked with Dekton manager to get a better price than them or Home Depot. But these things happen because of relationships. But anywhooo, We copied some of the marble express details for our fireplace and kitchen. Would recommend!!!!! read more

Ariel Bonilla was great to work with! We really appreciated his expertise with which stone would be best in the kitchen vs the bathrooms. Once we made our selections his discerning eye came into play- very important when you're wanting to bookend your kitchen island! Would highly recommend the many stone options Marble Express has to offer and you definitely want to ask for Ariel! read more

Beautiful store with tons of gorgeous slabs! Too bad most slabs aren't available. Not sure who thinks it's a good idea to run their business this way? You walk around a very large floor with tons of slabs. You pick out your favorites. You then send that info to a person who is never at the store and have to communicate with them via email. You then get en email that states every slab you picked is not available. So we came back and I picked a few more options to play the email game once again. Told again nothing I picked was available. I then reached out to my contractor and asked him to stop wasting my time with this store. After I said that somehow a miracle occurred and one of the slabs I was interested in was suddenly available. So we paid and moved on. A few weeks into our renovations we were told that the slab we purchased was too small since our contractor gave us the wrong dimensions (not the stores fault). Had to come back yet again and find a new slab. When we were told once again all slabs that I picked weren't available I made the decision to stop wasting my time and go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Rio Stones where they have people in the store and slabs that are actually available. Also, it took 24 days to get a refund for the slab that was too small. After calling them every day to to just get excuses as to why our refund wasn't processed yet. A big waste of time...and a big headache. read more

Marble Express - The marble slab I ended up choosing. Reminds me of sand, earth, & nature. - Building Supplies Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

everything! the entire staff is amazing!! great selection and wonderful personal service!!

I've had numerous purchases and interactions with this place over last few years. Here is a very honest summary- Great selection of products. Nice shop yard and warehouse. Great deals on the stuff in yard. Overall prices are good. The sales people are very nice in a super generic sort of way, but pleasant. Especially Ariel. That said they will not call you back, at least not in a timely fashion. You will have to bug them relentlessly. Be careful that the slabs you get are actually the ones you buy because I've heard that you will get different pieces delivered. Also a ton of stuff in showroom is not in stock. That's not necessarily their fault but pull that sample if you know it's 3+ months out for crying out loud I just make this my last stop now because dealing with the sales people is not worth it unless we absolutely need a certain stone they have. Way too much hassle. read more

I just finished a home renovation and felt compelled to stop and write a review for Marble Express. Their slab selection is amazing! Our sales associate (Ariel) could not have been more helpful, when it came to answering questions about the different types of stones and finishes, and had a wealth of knowledge regarding what products would be best used in certain areas. He went above and beyond in every way throughout our endless/stressful 6 month project. He was patient, professional, efficient, and his follow up was greatly appreciated. Thank you Ariel/ME. read more

Needed to buy new kitchen countertops after a mishap in my kitchen. I was referred to this place through my contractor and I am glad I was. Gil (our ME representative) was extremely helpful. As first time shoppers, the wife and I were a little overwhelmed at the selection (which they have a large warehouse of slabs). Gil was patient, very friendly and made the experience great! We ended up spending about two hours here, which we didn't realize it would take, because we were novice on quartz, granite and marble. Gil was able to thoroughly explain the difference, types of textures, reflection of surfaces, natural vs man-made, as well as was happy to move a few slabs around the warehouse so we could visually compare a side-by-side of slabs. We were able to hold two slabs and just purchased them today through our contractor. The showroom is great, the staff is friendly and most of all, they took great care of two customers that didn't really know what to expect and were shown above and beyond service. Special thanks to Manny and Gil for their assistance. read more

If you're a fabricator , don't bring you clients here . Sales reps are not straight up with the way they do business. Would not recommend.

We had a great experience working with Marble Express picking out material for several projects at our home. We worked with Ariel who is outstanding! He knows the products and what's best for your situation. He is not pushy and just wants you to be happy with your selection, which we were! It's amazing how he knows where everything is, inside and outside. I highly recommend Marble Express and if you ask for Ariel you won't be disappointed. read more

Just want to thank Ariel Bonilla for being a fantastic help at ME. He secured by slabs....as promised, got them logged into the system, priced and sold to me without an issue. I have not had that experience with others. Manny was also a fantastic manager that listened to my concerns and helped to resolve some problems I was experiencing. I am so excited for my gorgeous new slabs. Thank you both for helping me with such an important purchase! read more

Not very happy with communication. We went down to ME on Saturday and purchased a slab for our island. We expected it to be delivered on Monday or Tuesday to my fabricator so we can have it installed today (Friday). Fabricator called me yesterday (Thursday) saying it had not arrived and that ME was stating there was a balance owed. Called ME to sort it out. They undercharged me by $30 and held my slab, and did not bother to call me to make payment arrangements. Payment was made by email that day and I was promised it would be processed right away and the slab would be delivered today (Friday). Had to just call them again as the payment was not processed, slab is not delivered and now I STILL do not have my island countertop. This is putting both me and my fabricator behind as they refuse to send it out today and now can not deliver it until Monday at the earliest. So well over a week. No contact trying to resolve things. Not impressed and might look elsewhere for the other 2 slabs I need. read more

Hands down, marble express is the best place in town for all your countertop needs. This place has the most amazing selection of any stone or man made product you can think of... if you love shopping for slabs like i do, you will be in heaven! I went in there multiple times with all of my samples... the staff let's you browse to your hearts content, & they don't hang all over you unless you need them. everyone in there is professional and knowledgeable. I dealt with Shlomo specifically, and he put me right at ease with my choices and gave me advice as needed. He even helped me find a fabricator for a particularly difficult project, and that was a blessing in itself. I can't wait to do the next project with this company! read more

We were looking to replace bathroom countertops in our 25 year old house. I had been to several stores/show rooms but since I wasnt a contractor and honestly i didnt really know WHAT I wanted, none of them were very helpful. One store suggested we try Marble Express and we were VERY glad we did! We met up with Ariel the first time, and he was busy with another customer. so we came back later and he gave us his undivided attention. Show us slabs, as we walked back and forth a bunch of times! He was helpful, informative and patient with all of our questions! Check out was super easy - he warned us of the 3% charge on credit card purchases so we were prepared for that. He hooked us up with a fabricator who is coming this week to install! It will be about 4 weeks from start to finish. Pretty easy! read more
