I have had wonderful experiences with these guys! Zane has been extremely helpful each time I have worked with them. In addition, they show up when they're supposed to and their prices are competitive. First, we replaced a couple of bathroom countertops. Next, we remodeled the kitchen. Wow! What a fantastic experience. This review is from someone who has more bad experiences with contractors than good. I was very nervous walking into their showroom just waiting for a bad experience or to be lied to, I was nervous for nothing, I first connected with the company via chat, I spoke with Jeffery and he was very helpful and responded extremely quick to all my questions. I arrived at their showroom and Zane and the receptionist were very friendly. Zane helped me pick out a beautiful quartz for my kitchen. He put my mind at ease, I felt good going with a family business and hoped for the best. I received the call to schedule the project, excited but still skeptical I patiently waited for the day to come and it did! Three workers showed up and they were friendly and professional. They kept the area clean and cared for my new appliances and flooring as if it were their own. They were extremely quick, which I appreciated. I am so happy with my new kitchen, it is beautiful! Don't go with Joe-blow you find online. This company is professional and a great price! The have a lot of choices in their showroom so that you can find your perfect look. They will not nickel and dime you, they actually show up and care. They will impress you! read more

I created a project here on Yelp to have my stone tile cut for a sink install. One company was rude, another kept stressing that most likely the stone would crack during cutting and that I needed to sign waivers stating I understood that, two other companies didn't respond to my project estimate request. National Stone responded promptly, didn't blink at my request to cut the stone. I scheduled it. They arrived on time and cut the stone tile perfectly. I highly recommend. read more

We just redid our kitchen, after living in our home for 25 years. In addition to refacing our cabinets and drawers (through Cabinet Craft), we needed to replace our old brown granite. Cabinet Craft hooked us up with National Stone, and we found the most beautiful quartz for our countertops and backsplash! The business is family owned, and it's a family you'd love to be around. Highly recommend. read more

We decided to embrace our dream and replace our 90s tile countertops with a modern stone countertop. I can't believe we waited almost 20 years. One of the best investments we've ever made. Okay, we did our research online and in person. We found the one stop shopping, inventory, and price that National Stone offered could not be matched. Notice how I put price last. That was the lowest criterion in our search if we found the right product. Fortunately, National Stone hit it out of the park on all 3 swings. Amazing inventory, one stop shopping and install, and best price for the product we ultimately wanted. We ultimately went with quartzite that had the look and durability we desired. I had a little work to do to get ready for the install, but anyone with basic skills could do it too (e.g., remove top drawers from under the counter and cover the rest to protect against the demo). Removing the cooktop was simple, but might not be an normal skill. After my part, everything thing else went according to plan. The install took most of the day, but it wasn't a small job to begin with. In the end, we couldn't be happier and the results were better than imagined. Do yourself a favor and at least stop in and talk to National Stone. read more

Appreciate the folks at National Stone for bringing my kitchen back from the dead. It looks incredible and the photos hardly do it justice. 5 stars for sure. There was a slight hiccup where the installers did not bring the stone for my riser due to some communication issues presumably, but they were quick to resolve it and the entire job was done same day. Really appreciate the quality here! read more

Words cannot describe how much I appreciate National Stone team. Before starting this project, I have reached out to over 15 companies and independent contractors here in Las Vegas and I finally I decided to go with National Stone, and I'm so glad I did. My project was completed yesterday, and I'm very pleased with the result. My house looks so much brighter, bigger and everything looks as perfect as I imagined it. They did tile floors in the loft area, all tile floors downstairs and backsplash in the kitchen. From start to finish, it was amazing experience with high professionals, who really knows how to make their customers happy. I highly recommend doing business with National Stone for any small or big projects you might have in mind to do. read more

Super impressed with my entire experience from walking in the door to the job being completed. The initial tour and advice of material options was very professional, and the we were given advice that was up and down in price so it was not a big up-sale experience. I appreciated the honesty as it can be hard to find. After selecting our counter they were quick to schedule the install which I liked. The crew was very efficient, clean, and professional. They installed our counter in about 3 hours. It really blew me away at how quick they were and just how beautiful it turned out. Install date September 5, 2024. Very satisfied. Friends gave us the referral, we visited the showroom /manufacturing site and met the very friendly front office staff Toni and Maura .. were led to the slabs where we found 2 slabs of quartz that my wife liked, one of which we selected to buy. Inside we were given a bid based upon our drawings and measurements, were impressed with the pricing and we signed the contract and charged our credit card same day on August 2. Final measurements August 21. All performed in all a very smooth process, no glitches, accurate measurements and efficient installation. This is a wonderful, family operated business. The quartz edging is perfect, I tried to find the edge seam using my fingernail, but was unable to. Amazing. Perfect Thank you. read more

Terrible experience, I was very excited about my new granite countertops, what a disappointment this place was. We had National Stone replace our current granite and full granite backsplash with quartz and a herringbone tile backsplash. They were amazing in every way! Communication, correspondence, and scheduling could not have been easier. I am very detail oriented and they are too. (For example, the lines in the herringbone backsplash have a midpoint in the center of our hood, making that the perfect middle for line of symmetry.) The stone is beautiful and was conveniently on site. We priced 4 locations and National Stone was the best price. Thank you for helping with my dream kitchen! read more

I wish I could give this guy NEGATIVE stars!! About two years ago I bought a stone slab for my fireplace surround. About 13 months after installation there is a small crack that expands whenever I have the fireplace on. I called and they wanted over $300 to "put glue in it" (that's how it was explained) not epoxy with polishing to match, but glue. I chose not to do it. In talking to a more reputable stone guy he said to find out if it quartz or quartzite and we can repair it. I had my wife call and ask if they can tell me what it is and the guy said he had no record or invoice on file for us. I called him about an hour later to ask again and he cut me off saying I told you I didn't have anything for you. I asked him "Do you purge your records that fast, it was only a couple of years ago". I then said can you check under a different name maybe it's under that one? He immediately started screaming at me that I had an attitude because I spelled the name for him and he couldn't believe I was asking him for free information when he was so busy. He said why would I lie to you if I had it I would tell you. I said that's why I'm asking if it's under a different name. He went on and on without me saying a thing and then just said I'm not helping you. Before he hung up I was able to get in a few F&:$;);k you's. I will be calling the better business bureau, the contractors board and whoever else I can. It was absolutely unbelievable. I've NEVER experienced anything like that in my life. read more

The installers are very professional and friendly. The install went smoothly and quick. I almost went with a big box retailer for my counter but so glad I found this place. We planned to extend our cabinets and quartz countertop/backsplash ten feet into the breakfast area from the existing cooktop area. We chose National Stone because of their reasonable bid and positive reviews. Every contact in or out of the shop was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. When my wife and I found mold in our kitchen the day after we closed on our first house, we were scared, mad, and beyond frustrated. An unexpected kitchen remodel really was not in the budget. We had family and friends help with new floors, cabinets, and paint. When it came time for countertops, we were worried about the cost and finding the right company to come into our home. Then we found National Stone on Yelp. From the very first messages all the way to a finished kitchen, we were so thankful to have Zane, Mara, and the rest of the National Stone crew helping us! The costs were fair, the staff was honest, and the install crew was awesome. They also set us up with a crew to install our subway tile backsplash (even though we didn't buy the tile from them!) Overall, we are so happy we chose National Stone and will use them again in the future! read more

My husband and I recently changed out our kitchen countertops with new quartz counters. We went to National Stone and are so glad we did. Zane helped us pick out the quartz that would blend perfectly with our existing backsplash. The two ladies at the desk were very helpful and got us set up with a fast installation date. Pedro, Armando, and Edwardo arrived right on time and their attention to detail was amazing. They worked fast and efficiently and the kitchen turned out beautifully. About two weeks later, our oven stopped working and we had to get a new one. We picked out a slide in stove and the installers told us the strip of quartz behind the old oven would have to come out. We contacted Zane and the next day two men from National Stone came out and removed the strip at no charge. We cannot say enough good things about this company.
