Had our Master bath vanity replaced with a stone slab with cut-outs for 2 sinks. We visited their showroom and had great experience with Sago, who showed us what they had and together we made a decision. Their workman Miguel came out 2 or 3 days later and did the measurements. Hyron and Mario came back a few days later and mounted the sinks and did the installation. it looks great, they were all very friendly, and knew what they were doing. Braza Stone expertly installed quartz countertops in my kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a shower threshold, and a bay window. The on-site cuts were minimal, and the job was completed quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. They covered the floors every day and were very mindful of the cabinets and appliances already in place. There were some difficult corners and miters that were beautifully done! I'm very pleased with every part of the process; from receiving a quote, measuring, and installation, the Braza Stone personnel were very professional and courteous. The price is ridiculously high! We requested a quote for quartz countertops installation for only 3 pieces 2x9 and 1 piece of 42" island with a undermount sink cut, and they provided us a bid of $3100-3500 for LABOR ONLY, while my pricing from elsewhere is $2360 ($1100 labor and remaining is material) for this project including material and labor for investor pricing (not consumer pricing). Even for consumer pricing, it seems they're charging at least $2000 more for their premium profit over my current $1100 labor cost. Please beware and get more bids from other companies before saying yes to your order! read more

After mismeasuring my kitchen, misreading their own specs, and miscutting the marble for my counters, they refused to make it right. However, the NV Contractors Board agreed with me on all counts and they were required to redo the entire kitchen. And even though they were at fault, and though I had to deal with their mistakes and fight them for a year, I never received an apology. Go elsewhere. read more

David was great educating me and my husband regarding the differences between granite and quartz. Showing us the differences between a top mount sink and undermount sink. We also bought our stainless steel sink and faucet fixture and his shop. The installers did an awesome job. They were done in a day. I live in a high-rise condo on the strip, and I contacted Braza Stone for an estimate. They had not been in my building before, and it requires a lot of paperwork (insurance etc.) before being allowed to do work in it. Braza was efficient with the paperwork and were approved quickly. The estimate was a very good price for replacing the countertop on the kitchen island. The slab came in on time and they quickly removed the existing countertop and made templates as it was an irregular shape. The installation was quick, and they were very professional with their work. Cleanup was good and attention to detail was excellent. I am very happy with the whole experience of using Braza and will certainly use them again for future work. read more

Braza Stone is AWESOME! I walked the store looking for the "just right" piece of stone for my bathroom vanity. My niece picked out a stunning slab but I didn't need that much quartz nor did I really want to pay for the whole piece (though I really wanted it)...BUT David came to my rescue, he showed us some pieces that were within the size that I needed, found a slab that was perfect colors and best of all it was a scrap so I was not paying for excess. Within a week my vanity was measured and another week the install was complete! Did I mention the "big box store" could not provide the countertop for at least 60 days? THIRD TIME BACK TO THE WELL Braza Stone is a great company to work with. Nice people, great quality stones and impeccable craftsmanship with installations. This is one of those places where you CAN get great quality at an AFFORDABLE price. Why, because they are direct importers of a large portion of their stones (Marble, Granite etc.) The first time I used them they sold me a marble top with installation for my barbecue pit, followed by the marble counter top for my master bath and they just installed an amazing looking marble top with rainforest design for my guest bath. I highly recommend them and will keep using them as needed as you cannot find better in Las Vegas. read more

When I first went in the gentlemen seemed very knowledgeable. Found what I liked and got a quote. Told him I was still shopping around he said to come back to him and he would beat any one else's price. So I did just that. When I showed him a quote that was $2400 less he was NOT able to beat the price and started to dance around and tried to tell me how his product was far superior and the quartzite that the other company was using would "turn to jello" with in a year. Please explain to me how a slab of stone 2in thick will turn to jello???? If you can't beat the price just say that don't try to feed me a line of BS. Save your self some time and aggravation and just go to National Stone they were phenomenal. read more

This is a morally bankrupt, incompetent, disorganized, poorly managed granite contractor lacking any attention to detail and completely devoid of any business or professional integrity. Pros Installers had a good attitude. Unfortunately, with there low level skill set, they failed to overcome incompetent job management and grossly inaccurately fabricated prefab granite slabs. Negatives The Fabricator cut all Prefab granite pieces either too long or too wide at their fabrication shop and ignored the dimensions from the drawing from the Templater. All overhangs were specified to be 11/2", except the left and right edge of the stove, (cut flush for stove placement). Overhangs, after install ranged from 11/4" to 21/4". The left side of stove granite top overhang is flush (from wall) with the stove, the right side of the stove granite top sticks out 3/4" (from wall).The seam on two adjoining L pieces, is not flush (level), the epoxy is rough, and the color does not match well with the granite. The Installers did not center the Island piece, all overhangs are different (not 11/2" as specified). The Installers did a sloppy job caulking top edge of granite back splash and the caulking was the wrong color. The Installers spent a significant amount of time trying to modify (re-fabricate) the tops on site creating a mess of granite dust throughout the garage. The original sink brought out by Installers had a dent and a scratch and was rejected by the Owner. The Installers dropped the sink into the sink cabinet on angle stops causing the plumbing to leak. The granite counter top edge of the under mount sink was specified to be flush with the edge of the sink. The fabricator cut the granite sink top opening smaller and the granite now extends over the edge of the sink. The Manager David, being completely unaware and uninformed about details of the install, took two hours to return the Owner's call to address issues on install day. The Manager was very angry and defensive and offered excuses, "all pieces are cut correctly", "this is not a custom job" and "there is little money in prefabs" when the owner asked why the pieces were cut wrong and other issues with the sloppy, sub standard install. Three hours into the install, the Installers had to take the largest granite top piece back to their shop for major modifications (re-fabrication). The Contractor's truck leaked oil on the asphalt (street) in front of the driveway and the Owner had to clean up mess (due to strict hoa rules) in order for Owner to not to receive a fine from HOA. The Owner and Manager of Braza Stone LLC. should not be proud of their unprofessional and sub-standard prefab granite countertop install at my home as they made many, many rookie mistakes and behaved very unprofessionally when presented with problems to resolve. When Braza Stone LLC. has called the Owner, they never leave a message, terribly unprofessional and not helpful. A Certified mail, 4 page letter detailing all the mistakes, was sent a few days after the awful sub standard counter top install, to Braza Stone LLC., requesting they fix all issues. As of the date of this review the Owner has not received a response from the Owner or Manager of Braza Stone LLC.. In conclusion, Braza Stone LLC. is terribly unskilled and unprofessional in all aspects of prefab slab granite countertop installation. Braza Stone LLC is poorly managed and when problems arise that are of their creation they get very angry and defensive and blame the owner of the project. The only mistake this owner made was hiring Braza Stone LLC. . Their Initials start with BS, and everyone know's what BS stands for, that's ironic but those initials fit them perfectly. 1 out of 5 stars is being generous. Disclaimer: This Owner had a nightmarish experience with Braza Stone LLC., and obviously would not recommend hiring them. You're experience with them may not be the same as mine, but buyer beware. read more

. Kudos to Kathy who is the secretary there - she provided the best customer service from any company I've seen in a long long time. We had a large crack in our granite countertop behind the faucet that was about 2 feet long which needed to be repaired. They came out and gave us an estimate and I thought it was a little high (to be perfectly honest) but now that it's all finished and looks great and watching the work they did to repair it it was well well worth the money. Arturo and Diego were here for hours working on it and did a wonderful job - if you close your eyes and run your finger over the area it is so smooth you can't feel where the crack was.
