Great communication from start to finish. Super happy with how fast the process was and obviously happy with the end result. There was an issue with one of the cabinets and they remedied it immediately. Glad I found Willbanks for this project! read more

My cabinets are perfect! Willbanks did our custom kitchen cabinets. My family has been happy with their two other jobs done by Willbanks, as well- bathrooms and kitchens. Their selection is very nice, high end and reasonably priced. I did shop around quite a bit for the best fit, too. Willbanks custom is definitely worth it compared to the prices and selections of non custom RTA cabinets. You pay a little more but get exactly what you want, with incredible service. I definitely recommend using their recommended installers, we used Justin Wagner and we could not be happier with the final result. read more

The team here is incredible and the quality is unmatched. Yuki and Barbara were both so personable and on top of the details. I shopped about 5-6 other cabinetry places in town and the prices were sometimes double that of Willbanks. The quality of their competitors also does not compare. I'll be returning for future needs read more

Tyler did a great job. I couldn't be happier with my new custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets! The craftsmanship is absolutely top-notch -- every cabinet fits perfectly, the finishes are beautiful, and the attention to detail really stands out. The team was professional, reliable, and easy to work with from start to finish. They listened to my ideas, offered great suggestions, and delivered exactly what I envisioned (on time, too!). My kitchen and bathrooms look incredible now -- both elegant and functional. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality custom cabinetry! read more

We discovered Willbanks Kitchen Design through Google. Tyler V. is the designer that we worked with, and he was more than patient with us with answering any questions we had as well as walking us through every last detail of the design. He even made multiple iterations of a design for us and presented us with different options. While we ultimately decided not to go with Willbanks because of limitations to our timeline, you would be in good hands with this family owned company. read more

We purchased custom cabinets from Willbanks but also had them really design our kitchen for the most part and bought our quartz countertop and back splash from them All through our $70k+ project, the staff there were very helpful. Tyler did the design and we were very pleased. And Cathy handled other aspects. Unfortunately, there were issues with the cabinets, but our Contractor- Tajo One could always alert Wilbanks & they would arrange replacements. (I should've added in my Tajo One review how good they were at coming back and replacing the faulty cabinets for as long as it took to get it right) We would definitely use Willbanks in the future and recommend them wholeheartedly! Tyler is very young but really knows his stuff & I would have confidence in his design capabilities and would gladly recommend him! read more

We recently bought a 35-year-old house and totally remodeled it. The process involved working with a number of suppliers and making a lot of choices. The part of this project that stands out as particularly successful and un-stressful was the new kitchen cabinets from Willbanks Kitchen Design Group. We already had tried unsuccessfully to work with two other cabinet suppliers when we found Tyler at Willbanks. Tyler is thoroughly experienced in the cabinet business and was able to take our ideas and show us practical, sensible ways to implement them. Tyler also helped us with choices of woods and stains and door and drawer hardware. Having been in business for many years, Willbanks has contractors who also have worked with them for many years. We were given the names of two installers to get bids from. They both were excellent, their prices were fair, and we made our choice on the basis of availability. Working with our older house required some adjustments to make everything fit right, which our installer accomplished perfectly. Everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. After the fact, we decided to add some drawer dividers and additional shelves, and Willbanks and our installer made that happen in good fashion. I should add that our cabinets have solid hardwood fronts and plywood boxes and cost us no more than the medium density fiberboard cabinets that the other suppliers had shown us. Our new kitchen is beautifully finished, and we love it! We highly recommend Willbanks to anyone who is looking for cabinets! read more

Best place in town. After working with another company and having my remodel on the brink of disaster, the staff came through and saved my kitchen. Like many of you planning a complete kitchen remodel, I wasn't sure about which company to choose for my new kitchen cabinetry. I knew I wanted to select a Las Vegas Kitchen and Bath remodel company that had a good reputation, long history servicing Las Vegas customers, and a company that would not break the bank so to speak. I was choosing between Willibanks and Elements. The latter made the choice of Willibanks easy for me. From the get go, Tyler of Willibanks was very responsive, as were office staff. He came out to measure immediately and invited me to the showroom to take a look at the cabinetry and options. He understand what I was looking for in cabinet space and organization. Willibanks is a 100 year family-owned-business. No hard sell. Just a company assured of it's fine product and deliver ability. I chose great maple cabinetry built by a company that Willibanks works with. Tyler gave me a delivery date. I thought really? Six to eight week time. But they gave an install date and met it. The final cabinetry price was excellent. They are very competitive. Actually I knew by the cabinet selection the ball park figure for adding countertops, appliances, and hardware to my kitchen remodel. I also chose a contractor who has worked with Willibanks. I was not disappointed in the process from start to finish. I gave a beautiful kitchen remodel and s place for everything I'm my kitchen. Thank you Willibanks. It's a please working with you and knowing that I made the right choice. Deborah read more

We used Wilbanks to design our space and to purchase cabinets for our complete kitchen renovation. We also used them for our bathroom, bar and hallway cabinets which resulted in a substantial number of cabinets in total. We found them to be very professional and helpful with great ideas in each case. We did have a couple of issues including a damaged cabinet and a manufacturing flaw in a drawer front. In each case they were very responsive and only wanted to make sure the problem was quickly addressed and fixed. I had the most interaction with Barbara who was so hands on and easy to work with, but really everyone was just great. Thanks for making the process run smoothly! We highly recommend Wilbanks for all of your design and cabinet needs. read more

We worked with Katie. She was awesome! After coming to our house and taking measurements, she came up with 4 design layouts. We took elements from all 4 designs to design our dream kitchen. We then found the perfect cabinets for our home. The Willbanks team was at our home to oversee the delivery of the cabinets and ensure everything arrived in good order. Upon installation, the owner reached out to ensure that everything was as we expected and see if there was anything else we needed. From start to finish tue team was responsive, professional, personable and hard working. read more

The high quality service, and lower priced product is what attracted us to Wilbanks. Cynthia assisted in designing with a perfect idea in our kitchen which we love. From the initial contact to the final completion of installation, Wilbanks has a high attention to detail and assists with all issues to make the install flawless. Michelle is a fabulous designer who was with me every step of the way. She managed to quadruple the functionality of my kitchen while maintaining the existing footprint. The end result exceeds the kitchen of my dreams! Thw quality of the cabinets is second to none! Michelle is an absolute gem! (My only caveat would be that Willbanks has two general contractors bid on the installation. I would caution against using Mike White unless yoi want it to take 7 times longer than promised since days pass without him sending workers to the job site because they take on more jobs than they can handle. They overpromise and underdeliver at every turn) read more

Willbanks provided an amazing kitchen renovation experience. They provided a clean environment at their store ensuring masks and comfort during the design process. Once complete, they provided a list of highly experienced and certified contractors for the work. Cabinet delivery was on schedule and Tyler checked all the delivery boxes for any damages. If the box was damaged in any way, he opened it and inspected for any defects prior to installation. After shopping for cabinets to remodel our kitchen, we decided that Wilbanks not only had a very good price, but the quality of cabinetry was top notch. Tyler was the one who assisted us and picked out a design for our kitchen. He was very knowledgeable and definitely assisted us in building a brand new kitchen. When we had an issue with our contractor making small repairs at the end of the job, Barbara was more than happy to help. Barbara was very empathetic and listened to all the issues that we had with our contractor and she came up with immediate solutions. Willbanks were able to get us a new contractor to finish the repairs and touchups the correct way instead of the sloppy way. Will banks even checked up on the new contractor to make sure the job was finished correctly. I give Willbanks my highest recommendations for their cabinetry and their professionalism. read more

We chose Willbanks Kitchen Design Center after our neighbor used them for their kitchen remodel project. Willbanks was very responsive throughout our project from the design to the installation. It was easy to work with their cabinet designer on the layout. They stood behind the cabinet manufacturer we selected when a couple of things needed to be fixed/re-ordered. Willbanks got right on it and made sure we received the replacement pieces. Once the project was completed, they also sent someone out to do some fine tuning (touch up work) so everything looks perfect. I recommend them! read more

This is a belated review on a great cabinet design and installation project completed by Willbanks Kitchen Design Group (WKDG). I moved from California to my new home in Nevada in November of 2019. After a thorough research through internet and review of projects completed by various cabinet design companies, I selected Willbanks Kitchen Design Group. I met with Jeff Alder, the design consultant, and told him what I had in mind (3 cabinets for my office, 1 media cabinet for CDs, DVDs and VHS video tapes and 1 small cabinet each above the toilet in the master and guest bathrooms). I went to WKDG with specific ideas and requirements in mind and Jeff was very helpful in searching for the type of material, color, cabinet design I was looking for. Then came the next step of providing me with floor plans and project estimates. I also recall that I was given options of a couple of choices of materials and pricing. WKDG conducted its business in a professional and organized manner. I felt comfortable throughout the process, working with Jeff and Barbara. The project was completed as planned and I was very pleased with the quality of the cabinets and installation work. WKDG delivered what they promised, and I thank Jeff and Barbara for helping me in bringing an idea to fruition. It is important for me to have my home office furnished to my liking. I can sit back, look around me, and honestly say " what a cool looking office!" While the project was completed back in Jan of 2020, I am still a happy customer of WKDG! read more

Very high quality cabinets. They quoted the delivery on 9/7/21 in July and on 9/7/21 the truck pulled up to unload. Tyler met the truck and made sure all material was there and no damaged. We purchased a new (older) home in July, 2019 and completely gutted it. Our experience with Willbanks began when Cynthia and Tyler came out to our messy construction zone to see what/where to begin. This was our first experience and it was overwhelming, to say the least. They immediately put me at ease. There were a few things that I knew that I wanted that weren't currently "in" that my family were opposing me on. Cynthia agreed with my vision so I personally felt much more confident that first visit after they left and stood my ground for what I wanted. A few days later we went into the store to view the plans that Tyler came up with. We pretty much knew what look we were going for and he made it work. They were there from beginning to end to answer any questions we had or make a few small changes as we became more comfortable with the process. Barbara was also great answering phone calls or emails as we went along. She kept us up to date as far as what was going on and when our cabinets would arrive to us. And they arrived on the promised day and time. Tyler was there to make sure that everything came in and also that all boxes were in great shape. They stand behind their product and services 100% which is evident in each and every encounter we've had with anyone there at Willbanks. It's been a long road as this project was much more than we anticipated but a BIG thank you to Cynthia, Tyler and Barbara for making our vision of our kitchen cabinets and three bathroom cabinets a dream come true. The cabinets are absolutely beautiful and we're so happy with the final product. Tyler even came over to take photos for me to finally post a review. Terrific company and service and wonderful people to work with!! Thank you all!! read more

This company is beyond amazing. They know their products and manufacturers and can help with design and colors if needed. From taking measurements, to putting down a design and working with the customer every step of the way - they are always there for you, the customer. This is a great locally owned business! While remodeling our house we went in to work with Buddy for several things. He helped us with our Master bath vanity, and it is beautiful! The workmanship of the cabinets is way above average! We love it! He also helped us with getting some glass cut and put in for existing cabinet doors. And although I suspect this was more of a hassle than worth it to them, they did it with a smile and were so helpful though out. Since LV is relatively new to us, while there I asked Buddy a bunch of other random questions regarding the renovation and where to buy certain things. He even helped with that! This business is 100% committed to happy customers, and you really feel it! Above and beyond what is expected! I would recommend Willbanks to my most discerning of friends, and know that they would be thanking me later! read more
