Always love visiting RH's in various locations, but this one was really great. The staff were all really friendly (and we were there w two well behaved kids) and welcoming/helpful. We appreciate that they offer assistance but don't invade your space or time when browsing. Love the free parking garage and also Tesla superchargers on the back parking lot. Went in to look for furniture and a weird blonde haired, boomer woman with a shoulder length Karen cut plopped herself down on a nearby couch and glared at us. Just glared and glared and glared hatefully in the entrance area. Uncomfortable af. We continued to walk around and that weird buzzard followed us EVERYWHERE. We'd go Upstairs and she'd be right there, stalking us in every section we went in to, staring hatefully. And no, she was NOT looking at furniture. She was looking at US the WHOLE time. We assumed she was a rude salesperson who wasn't taught good manners. They have 4 floors, mind you, and she followed us around on every one. Creepy and scary. Hubby finally asked her if she worked there, which she denied, while continuing to follow us around like a suspicious nut, skulking around corners and into rooms that my kids were in, glaring and scowling at them. Don't know if she was a human trafficker looking for victims, a tiny brained bigot, or if she needs her loose screws tightened but our kids literally believed she was a threat and felt like they were in danger. On top of this and their boring, unoriginal, overpriced, made in VietNam furniture, all of their employees (minus the one at the front door with the pretty long hair) ignored us. HUSBAND greeted THE WORKERS but they couldn't be bothered by normal dressed people. No hello's, no how are you's, no do you need helps or be right with you's. Nothing but snotty, stuck up looks. And for what? These are presumably hourly workers trying to make a buck in a practically empty store on the weekend after Thanksgiving. Doubt they have a ton of customers who want to buy, especially with those attitudes so don't know how they can justify being so judgmental. Maybe acting self righteous and superior makes them feel better about themselves? This cold unfriendly attitude also trickles down to their housekeepers who frowned and glowered at us as we browsed, not touching a thing. On the way out, husband asked the girl at the front with the pretty long hair if the Karen who stalked us was some kind of employee or security but the girl claimed they don't have security. But Maybe they should, since that woman was obviously unstable. We did NOT have a pleasant experience here. The whole time we shopped we were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. A far cry from many of the high end stores we visit, where employees usually have exceptional customer service skills. THIS store, which seems to want to attract clientele who can afford high end items could benefit from hiring helpful, friendly, welcoming employees. They should make their current workers go through rigorous customer service and salesperson trainings. After reading some of the reviews I don't think they will though. This was my first time at RH. We were nearby and wanted to check out the furniture. The store is basically a large mansion filled with nice furniture, located in the center of Tivoli Village In the 30+ mins we spent here, we had 3 friendly sales associates separately ask if we needed help with anything as they walked by. Twice, we said nope. The third time, we asked the associate (Ryan) if the couch we were sitting on came in softer fabrics. He recommended trying out the one on a different floor, and even went to grab dozens of swatches for us to feel, check out the colors, and take home to stain test their performance fabric. He kindly answered hypothetical questions about their warranty for cushions sagging, frames breaking, and down feathers poking out, and he even took out the cushion insert for us to feel (when I asked if we could). Overall, i think their customer service was great! I'm really confused by the low ratings that people gave regarding the customer service here. If it helps, i got great customer service while wearing a tshirt, shorts, and sneakers in the middle of winter, so it's not like I was nicely (or appropriately) dressed this evening read more

This is my third time at restoration hardware and this place speaks luxury. As you walk in someone is there to greet you and ask if you like still water or sparking water. Man, even the water is luxury! The still water came in a glass water bottle from Italy. First thing you will notice are stair cases. There are 4 levels. This my boyfriends favorite furniture store. My mom had a HORRIBLE experience with Jack, who previously has had abysmal reviews. After using yelp for years, this is my first 1 star review. Multiple lies from this sales person include: (1) Parents had ordered out door furniture (table and chair) with the promise from jack that the cover would fit. He recommended an item that was on sale but when getting the cover, it was too small. (2) couldn't get a hold of Jack after multiple calls but got a hold of Tiffany. Since the chairs/cover is on sale, items were not refundable -- which was NEVER communicated. Tiffany told them they were going to refund the purchase but instead they were shocked to find a gift card card. (3) since my mom wanted a refund she called back Jack who told her to get RID of the gift card and that he would take care of the refund. 3 weeks later, this NEVER happened. Tiffany again looked at the notes and there were no notes in the file regarding any communication. They lie to customers, drop refund promises, have had terrible customer service (as noted by other reviews) and clearly do not care about service. They bought the membership and have regretted it. Stole $175 from me. Avoid this dishonest lying merchant and definitely don't let them get your credit card number. They bait you into a paid membership that "you can cancel at any time" for a discount on furniture. After cancelling the membership I was charged anyway. My credit card # is also different..... Apparently they have an agreement with Mastercard if you get a new CC#, RH gets your new cc# as well, so they can continue to charge your new credit card where in reality the charge should be declined as it is a new number. I take some of the blame for agreeing to it, I should have walked out immediately when somebody suggested something as ridiculous as a furniture membership. Whatever happened to straightforward honest transactions with no strings attached where you just walk in buy something walk out and you are done with them until you decide to buy again? They do try very hard to continue to be a parasitic bill for furniture you bought a year ago. I hope this place closes down. I know I don't "look" rich but hoping I have my Marc Jacobs outfit since we are throwing labels out, I would get attention ... Long story short: product and design are great. Service and operations is bad. We just bought a lot of stuff from them. A lot. They are very expensive but overall we like the quality and design. Stunning pieces that are uniquely RH. Service and operation (eg supply chain) are bad. Our coordinator does not have the skills to be a coordinator as he is a terrible communicator. One of the four lamps need to be replaced and we are now expecting a September delivery. It's April. Many items are taking much longer than expected leaving our home without key pieces of furniture. Dates keep slipping. RH has ambition to build a world class luxury brand but I suggest they get their core operation in order before doing so. This is going to hurt them in the long run. read more

I had a bad experience a few years but decided to keep it to myself not knowing if it was bad luck until I heard similar experiences from others. I was looking to furnish a new apartment and I enjoyed the look of the store from the curbside. I had never walked into an RH and the entrance was very nice. I saw a handful of workers standing in the middle of the store having a casual conversation. I was never spoken to, acknowledged, or even smiled at my entire time at the store. I took my time to look at the store as I felt the need to prove that I "belonged" there. Not 10 minutes after I entered the store a middle aged fair skin woman entered and was greeted quickly and attended to. I left disgusted hoping that it was not a case of being stereotyped but I never could shake that feeling honestly. Two stars for what appears to be at least quality items and hopes they have begun to treat all potential customers well. read more

You can't expect people to come in and buy Thousands of dollars worth of furniture and be this lazy to help. I really wanted the Cloud couch ever since I first sat on one several years ago but I was always hesitant because of the high price point. I was getting to a point in my life- from buying cheap & affordable furniture to starting my collection of "forever" pieces to add to my home. Basically, I was adulting and looking at everything as an investment. I decided to get the Cloud couch and matching bed frame. Although delivery was estimated to be a lot longer than I was hoping for, I was excited to move forward! Finally, after years of being frugal, I was treating myself and shifting my mindset to valuing quality. I really wanted to enjoy this process of completing my home, but unfortunately, my first RH order was overall disappointing. RH has a Members program that offers complimentary interior design services. I was excited to try out this benefit, especially because I have a unique loft floorplan and wanted to get professional help on designing my space. It wasn't what I was expecting.. I shared pics and vids of my space and layout with the associate, and discussed my lifestyle and my (home) goals. I was open to adding more pieces to complete my home, but they were not very helpful.. I felt they weren't keeping anything I said in mind as they sent me weird (didn't make sense) floorplan sketches with measurements and the only things on there were the couch and bed frame I had purchased. Eventually, I gave up on the interior design services and just planned on figuring It out on my own. I paid a lot of money for top of the line stuff and was hoping to get top of the line customer service. I felt I was very calm and understanding in the beginning but it was one issue after another when it came to the deliveries specifically- from orders taking several months, to orders being delivered incompletely & missing items (from chair slipcovers, to a whole chair, and bed frame slipcovers again on separate delivery). I was starting to lose my patience. I justified this investment by thinking I was getting quality product and quality customer service, but instead, this had turned into a terrible experience that continued to drag on (honestly, the worst in terms of purchasing furniture- I've bought stuff from afffordable places such as IKEA, Amazon and Wayfair- and have experienced issues such as missing or broken pieces etc but even they provided better customer service and actually made things right immediately). I had been in contact with the associate who helped me place my orders. Although they apologized and made promises (that were later broken), they did not offer any resolutions or attempt to make any amends to keep a potential loyal customer. After another failed delivery, I was expressing my frustration to the associate and I felt a bad attitude and got the feeling they simply just did not care. I decided to end all communication with them and reached out to client services. At this point, my orders were all incomplete or messed up.. I was over the situation, ultimately feeling buyer's remorse and almost never wanting to purchase from RH ever again. I was ready to initiate a return for everything. Maura from client services reached out to me to resolve the issues. She not only actually seemed to care and understand my situation, she also seemed to be very knowledgeable about the items that I got. She was patient with me and took the time to explain and go over our options. After some discussion back and forth, we came to a resolution and I ultimately decided to not return the stuff and cancel RH lol. It took about 6 months longer than planned, but I eventually ended up getting my dream couch and bed frame. read more

The merchandise is first class. The designers and staff at the showroom are first class. Customer service on the phone is first class. Let's talk about shipping and delivery - subpar to be polite. We ordered two (each over $3,000) 20th Century English brass pull glass double door cabinets. We also ordered extra shelves as we actually use the bookcase for books, not for displaying decorative items. Instead of delivering the bookcase and extra shelves together, they sent them separately for which we got charged extra shipping fee on top of the white-glove service fee of $199 paid for the cabinets. This was the least of the problems. The shelves that weight about 25-30lbs came in a paper thin carton, inside of which was a paper thin Styrofoam film that is usually used for electronics. They got damaged. We had to wait 2 months for a replacement. We also ordered a bench; It was delivered with the wrong metal frame. Again, we waited 3 months to get a replacement. read more

Talking about the design studio, it seems to be a great hassle for them, they check and double check if you really want the design, if you will really buy everything. If I could give them 0 stars I would! I stopped in Wednesday evening around 6:15pm to make a purchase as I had been shopping online on RH's website. I already knew what I wanted but wanted to see the furniture in person to check out the quality. When my husband and I came in, we were acknowledged by their sales associate. When asking for more assistance, I simply became a nuisance with the sales person as he was too busy having a personal conversation with another co-worker. I was told to go to the 2nd floor and they would show me some finish samples. Long behold, another co-worker chatting away with another sales person. Of course, they couldn't find any samples for me to look at and quickly went back to their personal conversation. I was so upset, I asked for the store manager (who of course they claimed was not in) so I spoke with the "leader" who was absolutely useless. If this place wants to sell their overpriced furniture, you think they would have competent sales people who are overly anxious to help. It's not like there were dozens of people in the store and they couldn't focus on assisting me for my purchase. I would have had much better service at Macy's or RC Willy's! Good grief, the management needs to provide training to their sales staff and hire qualified people. Disappointing in every aspect! read more

I would probably give zero stars if i could for customer service. I went In at the beginning of June to buy a sofa. I am 6'3 and specified very clearly that i enjoy the ability to lie down after work. Of course, this is in addition to having company, enjoy a central seating spot. I worked with an ass of a sales person (Jack) who steered me to the 7ft sofa. Saying for my space, it would work perfectly. I went over my requirements a few times and kept being re-assured that it would be the best choice. Fast forward to last week. My 7ft 'sofa' arrived and it is more of a love seat. The actual seating area is about 5ft with extreme arms. I can sit on it, but lie down on it - no way. I called and spoke to my sales person who said sorry, custom order - no exchanges, no refunds. I called corporate and told the same thing. Guess a) I am calling to dispute with my credit card and b) NEVER shop at a Restoration Hardware ever again. If you want to be treated like garbage, make sure you ask for Jack, he will be sure to oblige. read more

While I love the furniture and have a lot of it in my own home and use it for many clients as well, this review is based on the outstanding customer service from one of their designers, Gloria. She went above and beyond to fix a shipping issue that could have been a nightmare. Our items were delivered to the wrong address and all it took was a phone call to Gloria and within an hour she had contacted UPS and the homeowner of the address they were delivered to and picked them up herself and delivered them directly to my doorstep. This is the type of service that deserves recognition from upper management and shows that she takes pride in her work. I was already happy with her on past orders but this experience has earned RH a lifelong designer customer as long as they continue to employ people who represent the prestige quality associated with the brand. read more

First thing, the products are gorgeous and the quality is incredible. Now that being said I have been to this store 3 times and only acknowledged ONE time. First time I went it was the second week they were open so I gave it a pass. Second time after 15 minutes a sales representative acknowledged me and was incredibly helpful. Today I was there with my family and was going through a ton of their samples for 30 minutes on my own. My spouse counted 7 total customers so it wasn't like they had a rush. One worker was on his computer doing who knows what but could have easily looked up and said "hello" .. nope. I'm not sure if this is an attitude situation or maybe poor management. Either way corporate should do something because other RH locations are incredibly professional and welcoming. read more

Dazzling, Top of the line, exceptional pieces on every floor. I am new to RH and believe me finding the main entrance was a mystery as well. No one greeted me, I just wondered in. Now granted it is a Monday and everyone is most likely working but I thought it was interesting that there was not a soul around. I toured each floor and their are four floors of mind blowing rooms to view. They have everything from beautiful bedrooms, outstanding living rooms and dramatic dining rooms. The chandeliers were really what caught my eye. Each one was so unique and qualified as a conversation piece in itself. I saw design staff helping other customers and no one even said hello until I reached the third floor. The young man was kind and provided me with info on what the third floor offered. He wasn't pushy and let me continue on my way. My favorite floor was the patio floor at the top. All kinds of distinct tables, outdoor lanterns, planted succulents on each table. I felt like I was a guest on KUWTK!! Ha! Ha! The view on the top floor of the west and northwest side of town is really pretty! For your dream home, this place will set you up!! It gave me plenty of ideas for my next house and who knows, maybe I shall return and purchase one of the "to die for" chandeliers. I just enjoyed the photo opportunities the "RH Gallery" provided me for my Yelp review! It is all in a days work! read more

WooHoo Restoration Hardware comes to Las Vegas! If you haven't heard of RH its home furnishings, ranging from modern to traditional. Theres really something for everyone! Couches, tables, rugs, curtains, lighting and decorative items. It is a bit on the pricey side but the pieces are great quantity. They also have a savings program, you buy their grey card for $100 to save 25% on all full price items. We bought two crystal chandeliers so it was well worth the $100. This is also the biggest store I've seen, four stories of amazingness!! I really like that the set up features mirror rooms, the same or different versions of the same piece on either side of the main stretch... It shows different options (like arm styles on a sofa) as well as lets you look without having to squeeze in with strangers. I do wish that they had a RH baby and child along with this store though. read more

After months of consideration and decisions between me & may fam- bam we decided on the Rococco Chandeliers. We had been to this beautiful showroom during the height of COVID back in 2020 but, we where still searching for many home decor items for our house that still was in the process of construction. Yesterday, we barely made the purchase. I say this as when we walked in store there was a sales gal and a younger man standing in front of lap tops in the middle of the store. There wasn't too many customers and we were never asked if we need assistance which, was okay, I'd rather go about shopping at my own rate and ask for help when I need it. However, what I don't like is when you ask for help, you are rudely addressed as if, you are not valued and basically it is already determined that you are a waste of employees time. Now, let me tell you why 4 stairs. I hope the gal at the lap top in the center of the store works on commission because, when my husband asked for help on the TWO chandeliers when yelled out at us, "You are just going to have to wait. We don't have enough design consultants right now." That's when Chava came to the rescue jumping up and saying , " I'll help you." She was exactly the kind of customer service we were looking for. She gave all the scenarios of information we needed to make the right decision. We left feeling like we made the right decorating addition for our new home and I'm so glad CHAVA was eager to help us because, we were ready to walk out after being dismissed by the gal at the center of the room with the lap top who thought it appropriate to speak to us in that manner. read more

Horrible service. Does not deserve even 1 star. Sat through free consultation and paid $100 annual membership fee. I was siphoned off to another rep because I balked at their $40,000 estimate for a couch tables and dining set. They have got to be kidding!!!!! So I chose what I wanted for dining only and never received an e-mail or call. I followed up and no response. Their salespeople need to understand that business is earned on good and honest relationships. These sales people are in it for quick gain obviously with no relationship. Highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. I am demanding back a refund on the membership fee. I would advise the store manager to take this feedback seriously and do something to change the culture of their sales reps. read more

Five star+ furniture shopping experience! At 70,000 square feet, there's a lot to see. This RH location is fabulous, with an entire outdoor rooftop, it's pretty impressive. Laura, is truly an asset to RH and I would highly recommend asking for her when you visit the showroom. She knew all the ins and outs of the products. She pulled finishes and fabrics and helped me coordinate them with my home samples. She even asked if I had plans for my home. My jaw dropped, and when I said yes, she quickly planned out my dining and living room in CAD to make sure the pieces would fit my space. I had to make some adjustments to my order, and when I called the showroom the next day, Laura helped with that as well. RH offers a membership and an unlimited delivery fee that's well worth it if you have several purchases to make. Special orders that I placed have come in a timely manner. Well done RH! read more

RH is finally in Vegas! Being absolutely obsessed with this shop for a long time words can't explain my excitement. We stopped in last night to check it out and it exceeded every expectation we had. The pieces are absolutely stunning. We obsessed over the cloud sectional. Each pillow and eat are filled with 8500+ feathers which provides comfort like you've never experienced. I waited 6 months for my bench to match my headboard and when it arrived it was the wrong color and wrong design. So I waited another 6 months to receive the wrong color. Are you kidding me...the customer service had the audacity to tell me all the Colors match...yes they do if you are color blind! read more
