Our project was constructing a shower in the space in our second floor bath that used to be a tub. We did demo ourselves, and Isaac and Louis along with another worker whose name I never caught came in to make the shower pan, put up backer board, pour the floor, and tile the entire thing. Pros: I went back and forth with Isaac over options as we demod for probably 4 months, and he was always prompt with a reply. We also didn't like any of the tile from his preferred vendor, and he was happy to give us square footage estimates so we could buy the tile ourselves. Isaac came by and checked almost every day of the work and answered any questions I had, and by the time they were done, they left zero mess in the house or outside. Cons: It might not be important to anyone who doesn't have to take time off work, but for those who do, it was just two guys doing the work, and it wasn't always planned out well, so it took 11 days to complete, some of them being just 2 hours of work in the morning that could have been done the day before and saved a trip out. The other worker managed to break a lamp and knock three pictures off the wall next to the stairs and never said a word, if I hadn't been there I suspect no one would have told me it happened. They threw out boxes from the tile as they used them, which was nice, but we ended up with multiple open partial boxes when they were done, thankfully Floor & Decor was willing to take back unboxed pieces. Overall, it looks amazing, and Isaac was always willing to make changes as we went when things didn't work out. I would definitely recommend them with the caveat of making sure you know how long they expect the project to take ahead of time!

Isaac and his team were amazing redoing our kitchen! Replacing all the granite, all new tile backsplash and everything came out amazing. A complex job with saving copper sinks, cabinets in difficult places, a huge double oven range that had to be moved and much more. We checked with all the top rated vendors in Las Vegas and while Isaac was not the cheapest he clearly knew what he was doing and his team does amazing work. Never cut any corners and went above and beyond so many times. I was even out of town most of the job and he handled everything and kept me updated. I highly recommend using Isaac for granite, tile and whatever else you need. Bonus that he helped with getting great pricing on the granite stone.

Isaac was amazing to work with. This company not only does amazing work, but they are trustworthy and reliable. An added bonus was that the cleaned everything up every night which us neat freaks really appreciated. They also finished the job early.

From beginning to end. Isaac and his team did a great job on my fire place!

Isaac and his team did a great job on my fire place. Highly recommended! They complete the project on time. My fire place looks amazing. I'll try to figure out how to post a picture.

    Water puddling on shower floor

I designed my shower and sought bids from four companies. A1 Design Stone was not the most nor the least expensive, and my primary reasons for choosing them were because Isaac, the owner, displayed confidence and professionalism, he had good online reviews and he could provide recommendations on a plumber, a glass company, an electrician and a company to fabricate quartz. I checked out his business license and those of the other licensed companies he recommended and all were free of issues. He also made excellent recommendations on where to shop for quartz. When the guys showed up to start the work, Isaac introduced Luis, his 'best guy', who would be building my shower. I was impressed to have the best guy, because this was a fairly small project. As can be expected, we discovered a few challenges during the demo that required me to alter my design. No problem. Isaac was easy to work with in finding solutions and making recommendations plus, the major concept of my design remained intact. Isaac's wife even identified a missing piece of hardware and I'm thankful for her set of eyes, because the piece could have delayed our timeline. Isaac helped me in other ways, too. For example, he picked up the quartz slab and delivered it to the fabricator and he installed hardware on the vanity. In the end, the shower looks quite good - in my humble opinion. That's the excellent part. The not so excellent is ... On the first day of work, the best guy showed up, dropped off the helper and disappeared. Reporting this to Isaac did not prevent this from happening again on the following Saturday. Porcelain tile has a pattern, which means the tile needs to be installed randomly. Unfortunately, three tiles in a row, more than four feet of the eight-foot high rear wall, are the same tile/pattern. When I brought this to Isaac's attention, he apologized and said Luis might have been tired and that they would learn from the mistake. It was too late to do anything about it for my shower though. I also brought to Isaac's attention that the shower seat and the curb do not drain properly; water remains on the horizontal surfaces until it dries on its own, unless I take a squeegee to it. Isaac saw this and said the drainage grade is to code. I don't know what code is or how to measure grade, but what I do know is that these horizontal surfaces don't drain properly, whether they are built to code or not. The shower has a niche and the horizontal surface of the niche drains properly. My original design was for an open shower with no door, but because of this drainage problem, I had to add a door to prevent water flowing off the curb onto the bathroom floor. The shower floor has puddling and inconsistent spacing between the tiles, as you may see in one of the photos I included, which was taken three hours after the shower. There were other problems, albeit minor, and one that I'm still dealing with after five weeks, but they result from the plumber and glass company and not a direct result of the work of A1 Design Stone. Isaac and I seem to disagree on the drainage grade and I consider it a deficit. His reaction to my disagreement made me a bit uncomfortable. I found his reaction quite out of sync with my other interactions with him. As a result, I did not bring other issues to his attention. In the end, I am happy with the shower remodel and I love the look of it. My rating here reflects my overall experience with A1 Design Stone and the finished product.

    Guest bathroom after renovation

Isaac and Orli and their A1 Design Stone team have done several bathroom renovations for us since 2007. Our guest bathroom was outdated and unsafe for us. We called Isaac and gave him our wishlist. Isaac went through all our options and we decided on a design. Isaac came in on budget and on time. We're very happy with the work. Isaac stands behind his work and the workmanship is top notch. I would highly recommend A1 Design Stone.

    Before

We moved to Las Vegas and into a home that a lot more work needed than we anticipated. We had to start from scratch to find contractors. Saw A1 Design Stone reviews and called them to come out. From the first meeting with Isaac, we new we had found our guy. We started in our kitchen. Isaac met us at the stone yard to select materials and pick and approve slabs. From start to finish Isaac and his crew worked on schedule, on budget, kept my house in order during rehab and we could not be happier with the results. We will be using A1 Design Stone for many more projects in our home. Thanks Isaac and Crew!

We were very pleased with A1 Design Stone's remodel of our guest bathroom last October that we had them remodel our master bathroom a couple of months later. A1 Design Stone did a very good job converting our shower/tub unit to a double walk-in shower. Thank you A1 Design Stone for making our vision become a reality and giving us a spa-like bathroom.

Love the way the stone was cut to follow the veins of the marble.

On December 1, 2025, our entire house was destroyed in a catastrophic flood. We had just moved into our newly remodeled turn-key home 5 years previously and still loved everything about it. To say we were shell shocked and devastated would be putting it mildly. Our home was now in ruins. Bathrooms, cabinetry, flooring, drywall were all destroyed and our home was basically unlivable. We were down to studs and raw plumbing. We immediately began to search for the perfect contractor to help us rebuild our home and put our lives back together. We reviewed multiple contractors online and in person, as well as checking with the Nevada Contractors Board and local permitting offices. One name consistently stood out and was above all others. Jerezee Construction. They had hundreds of 5-star reviews which led me to review their gallery of photos on their website. Their quality of work caught my attention. I reached out to their office and spoke to Ian. We found him to be very professional. He immediately set up an appointment and was incredibly empathetic to our plight. The way he handled our initial contact was so different from other companies we contacted. The next step in our journey was meeting the owner Ilan who arrived at our home to assess the damage. It was quickly apparent this was an experienced and highly qualified contractor. He demonstrated exceptional standards, made suggestions, was extremely organized but above all else inspired confidence that he could help us. He reviewed the contract with us line by line, leaving no stone unturned and highly transparent with clear expectations. No hidden fees, and no surprises. Once the project began, a group text was established. This was updated twice daily throughout the project to keep us informed. We next met Heather, one of Jerezee's designers. Heather quickly recognized we were in over our head and inundated with so many decisions and choices to make. She took the lead and helped us make selections on flooring, bathroom tiles, color palates, hardware, lighting fixtures and paint. She made a comprehensive material list which was amazing. Heather was invaluable to us. She was so patient, knowledgeable and held my hand through every step. Both my husband and I are analytical with no creative bone in our body so doing the design part and picking out product was impossible for us. We couldn't have done this rebuild without her. We were assigned a project manager named David. He was the first line supervisor for all the crew and sub-contractors at our home. He was incredibly responsive, timely, accessible, patient, upbeat and positive always. He made a highly stressful period of our life bearable and was such a joy to work with. He was the right man, at the right time, at the right place for us. As the work progressed it quickly became apparent that all their rave reviews were justified. Construction started exactly as planned and they made the process so easy for us. They handled EVERYTHING! Their craftmanship was impeccable. It was as if they were rebuilding their own house. Ilan, the owner was often on site inspecting the work and the progress. Ilan and David were true perfectionists, and nothing escaped their skilled eyes. At the end of the project, we didn't even have a punch list! Their crew and subcontractors were always polite, respectful, professional and kind. Everyone worked so hard to get us back into our home and genuinely seemed empathetic and understanding of our initial heartbreak. In conclusion, Jerezee Construction and their entire team made a devastating time in our life so much less stressful. Many thanks to Ilan and his team of dedicated professionals. As they say, great leaders do not set out to be a leader... they set out to make a difference, and Ilan has done that with Jerezee Construction. We will be forever grateful to him and his crew and would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.

Our architect recommended Jerezee Construction, and within 30 minutes I was on the phone with Roye. For the first time in months, I finally felt like there was hope for our project. Within just a couple of days, Roye met us on-site to walk the property and truly understand our goals, vision, concerns, and the unique challenges we were facing. From that moment on, we knew we were in good hands. Jerezee completely remodeled our cabin in Mount Charleston, and from start to finish, they went above and beyond every step of the way. Mountain construction comes with unique challenges, and we definitely encountered some major ones. Whether it was weather or unexpected issues that come with building on the mountain, the Jerezee team never hesitated to jump in--even on their days off (and even on a birthday!)--to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of dedication and customer service is incredibly rare and gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire project. A special thank you to Roye, who led the project with professionalism, integrity, and genuine care. Cisco, our project manager, kept everything moving smoothly and was always responsive, communicative, and had a smile on his face. Candace was wonderful to work with, helping us navigate design decisions and select materials that perfectly fit our vision. Ian brought great energy from the very first phone call and made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless by coordinating and handling all of the administrative details that happen behind the scenes on a project of this size and complexity. One thing that really stood out was the pride they took in their work. The job site was consistently kept clean, organized, and tidy throughout the remodel, which made a huge difference during such a large project. As we reached the finish line, they encouraged us to "blue tape" every item we wanted addressed, no matter how small. They came back and carefully worked through every detail without hesitation. That commitment to the finishing touches is what takes a project from good to truly exceptional. The entire team was knowledgeable, dependable, genuine, and truly invested in making sure our remodel turned out exactly as we had envisioned. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded every expectation we had. They were transparent throughout the process, communicated openly, and consistently demonstrated that they genuinely cared about the success of our project--not just completing another job. Remodeling is a significant investment, and you want to know you're putting that investment in the right hands. Jerezee proved that time and time again. The quality of their work, professionalism, and unwavering dedication made every dollar well spent. If you're looking for a contractor in Las Vegas or the Mount Charleston area, Jerezee Construction is the team to call. We are absolutely thrilled with our cabin remodel and would hire them again without hesitation. Thank you to the entire Jerezee team--even those I didn't mention by name. Every person we interacted with played a part in making this project a success, and it was truly a pleasure working with all of you!

For my kitchen and bath remodel project, I called 12 different contractors and got estimates from 5. GI Construction not only had a competitive bid, Isaac's bid was more comprehensive than any other, including critically important dependent work that no other contractor discovered while making an estimate. For example, since I wanted to completely redo the master bath shower, stripped down to the sub-floor and studs, Isaac pointed out that the floor tile for the entire bathroom ought to be replaced also and explained why. No other contractor noticed that and left me thinking I could keep my existing flooring. When you hire a general contractor, you are also hiring their network of sub-contractors and skilled craftsmen. GI Construction has a solid network and I was particularly impressed with the interior paint job, the tile installation for the shower, and the cutting and fitting of the granite counter-tops in the kitchen. Everyone did a good job, from site prep to clean-up at the end. Some craftsmen worked into the evening or weekend to make sure the work was done right and looked great. Valentin is the production lead on site and made sure everything went smoothly. Valentin is super responsive and collaborative and worked with me through every construction decision, large and small. Valentin has been in the business for a long time and knows what works and what doesn't.
