Wow! We are extremely excited and happy with the transformation of our kitchen by Kitchen Craft. This is a Family Owned business run by brothers James and Ben who take great pride in the quality and workmanship in the products they provide. They truly care about their customers. We used Kitchen Craft to reface our 22 year old builder quality (particle board) cabinets. We mostly worked with James who was such a pleasure to work with. We originally planned to get 3 proposals, but once we met with James, we knew there was no other choice. James is very knowledgeable, personable, easy to communicate with and patient. We had tons of questions, and he never made us feel hurried. James took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the process, and provided many helpful suggestions. He even provided great resources for other kitchen upgrades we decided to have done. After making our initial cabinet choice, we came up with a custom color from a picture frame we had. James was amazingly able to match the stain for the solid wood cabinets perfectly. Our kitchen is BEAUTIFUL. Our installer Victor is an excellent, fantastic craftsman!!! Such attention to detail. He cleaned up every evening before he left for the day. We just can't say enough about Kitchen Craft. The project was completed on time without any delays, and the pricing was great. My wife and I have remodeled the kitchens of four previous homes. Unfortunately, each remodeling experience came with a certain amount of frustration and disappointment. Due to our prior remodeling projects we prepared to keep our expectations limited on this adventure. However, our reserved expectations were overwhelmed with not only the professionalism of the KitchenCraft staff, but the perfectionism employed by the installer. I cannot say enough good things about Kitchen Craft. The company owners, Ben and James, are pleasant, sincere and easy-going. There was no high-pressure, and after meeting with them they immediately provided us with a printed estimate that was very well organized and easy to understand. The day that work (our kitchen remodeling project) began, the Kitchen Craft demo crew of four arrived promptly at the scheduled time and quickly began work. The work done by the demo crew caused very little mess, since they were careful and also since they put up floor-to- ceiling plastic sheeting separating the kitchen from the rest of the house. The demo was done in a few hours and after that the installer, Victor, began his work. Victor is a true professional, is very personable and skilled and takes great pride in his work. They arrived right on time, and were very pleasant to have in my house. They explained to me in detail what cabinet refacing is, and even brought samples with them for me to decide on color and style. They were thorough and efficient, and they provided me with a quote on the spot! I felt their prices are competitive, and I decided to move forward with custom cabinetry for my entertainment area and hallway cabinet. KitchenCraft far exceeded our expectations in every respect. 1. Cost. We obtained kitchen remodeling price estimates for identical projects from KitchenCraft and one other vendor. The KitchenCraft estimate was less than half the price of the other vendor's estimate. On top of that, the KitchenCraft proposal included thicker cabinet overlays that were an extra cost option with the other vendor. 2. Timeliness. The project started and completed on schedule and the site was spotless when it was done. Other estimates were $10,000-$15,000 more but the offered products were lower in quality.
