We had Hunter come out to give us a quote and a design that fit our needs in our new home. He was on time, listened to what we needed and gave suggestions to help us design the perfect garage for us, including epoxy floor. He was able to schedule us for the week before our move in so we were good to go. We ended up with an unexpected water leak and had to have some repairs and Hunter got together with Angi to get us rescheduled. They were so kind getting us rescheduled. I was looking for some Garage Cabinets . I called the vendor on Facebook marketplace and had them come out to install Garage Cabinets for what was the cheapest price I found. Was that a big mistake. Not only were the cabinets horrible quality. The installation was very poorly done. I called the contractor back to remove the cabinets, and I hired Garaginization to do the install and paid the price they quoted me. The product and installation were so much better and I was so much happier with this contractor. Hunter my sales guy is honest and he believes in quality. We just moved and needed overhead storage for the garage. In my younger days, and in my old house, I could install this kind of stuff myself, no problem. Well, I'm a little older now, and my home has 10 foot ceilings. I needed to find a company to help. I searched around and found Garaginization. What a funky name! They had good reviews, so I contacted them via the website, and Alexis contacted me the next day. She was very professional, and sent me cost information. They have exactly what I was looking for, albeit the automated rack motor is on back order, I ordered a fixed rack, and an automated rack. I got a 4 foot X 8 foot rack that holds up to 750 pounds! Had a choice of sand white or grey, I got grey. 2 workers showed up the next week, and installed the fixed rack in less than an hour. They were very quick, and worked very clean, no rubbish left for me at all. I can't wait for the automated rack to be installed! We recently had our garage cabinets replaced by Garaginization of Las Vegas. The whole process went extremely smooth from the initial visit by Hunter, who discussed options and how their cabinets differed from alternatives to the scheduling by Leah, to the removal of our existing 20-year-old cabinets and installation of the new custom cabinets. Hunter listened carefully to what I wanted in the replacements and then provided me with detailed plans for the new cabinets. After looking them over, I made a change to two of the three walls deleting one of the larger cabinets on one wall and adding a large cabinet on another wall and informed him. Hunter redid the plans reflecting those changes without hesitation. The installation team arrived as scheduled, explained their process and reviewed the overall cabinet installation locations. Next they reconfirmed the specific location of each cabinet with me and answered all of my questions. After that they removed the original cabinets and hauled out the debris. They then began assembling each of the cabinets. The top, bottom and shelves are 1 inch thick, the side walls and doors are ¾ inch thick. The backside of the backs (the backs are fully enclosed) are horizontally cross braced. The doors are hung with self-soft closing hinges. Then they raised each cabinet off the floor using a hydraulic jack and levels, mounting the cabinet to the studs in the walls by screwing through the cross braces. Internal screw holes were plugged/capped, though not the external screw holes. The result exceeded my expectations. Fit and finish are extremely nice. The installers, two for most of the day and joined briefly mid-day by a third, did a very good job of cleaning everything up and hauling away the old cabinets. Before they left, they insured I was satisfied with the job. read more

I have an appointment today at 9 am, it was scheduled 2 weeks ago, no phone call or email stating that they are running late! I called and spoke to a person who scheduled my installed. The person named Angi was abrasive and used the deflection method, basically telling me that they texted me that they are running late and they will be installation today! No time commitment or apologize for the inconvenient they incurred for being unprofessional. It's almost 10 am and I have not receive any email, text or phone call. Well, here we are in August and the "3 day project" is still not complete. After many months of delays with re-orders and re-scheduling, they finally returned to finish the job. Every time they show up to do work, they damage or break something else. They are not even a little bit careful about ANYTHING. After screwing up this project so badly, I would have thought they would at least try not to make it any worse. I would NEVER recommend this company based on my terrible experience. This is not a company that will take real responsibility for their shortcomings. They will tell you that they will make it right and that they stand by their work, but I haven't seen them actually follow through with this. When I initially contacted Custom Garage Storage, I was specific about needing locks on the garage storage cabinets, that I was looking to have made. Nothing fancy, but I needed the ability to lock them. On the day of installation, they went to Home Depot to buy the locks, but had no clue what to get or how to install them. Their recommendation was to put a padlock on the outside of the doors. The cabinets came out decent, but there were alignment issues that they blamed the manufacturer on. Anyway, I could see they were anxious to leave, so I told them I would figure out the lock issue, and finish the job myself. When I went to retrieve the parts for the locks, they had taken them, so I called right away, but could only leave a message. I have since sent two text messages, with no response back.
