02/25/2025 I had Raxmasters back to my home to do a few touch ups on the garage floor. Back in 2022, they installed a custom epoxy garage floor and they did an excellent job. It needed a few touch ups along a side wall. This time they responded quickly and came out, inspecting the wall and repairing it in an expeditious manner. No charge! Although I did tip the service techs. GREAT job AGAIN! I couldn't ask for better! If you have any garage or other flooring needs, call them directly before anyone else gives you a bid. My patio needed to be resealed. It had been over 10+ years, at least, since there was proper maintenance done. I had called into several companies and decided on Raxmasters. The owner came out to the house and initially spec'd it out. He had requested for it to be power washed multiple times and then sealed. He didn't believe it needed to be recolored. He was honest and upfront as well, mentioning that I could do the job cheaper by just purchasing the sealing and covering it. In the end, we decided to go with Raxmasters. We had scheduled about 2 months out due to their current bids. The team had arrived on-time. It actually took them 4 full days. 3 days were for power washing the concrete patio. The 4th day was for sealing. The price was a little expensive, $1100.00 for the entire job, but completely worth it! The concrete patio looks amazing now, pretty much new!! I'm really happy with how it turned out! I plan on working with Raxmasters in the future when I'm ready to tackle the garage and re-do it with epoxy. read more

We are moving into a new build home and the first thing we had done was our garage floor epoxy and rack installation. Company was recommend by a friend for the overhead shelving then i realize they did more. They quoted me a good amount for all three bundle. Moving in to a new community and a new build house was the perfect time to get all this installed. Spoke to Jerry and he came out to do a proposal for my over head 2 4x6, Epoxy and Paver Seal for future proof. They came over the same week and completed the task.. Jerry and I had a little misunderstanding with my overhead storage and installed 1 4x8 which wasn't stated in the proposal paper. Just waiting on another install date for the 4x4 to complete the overhead storage. Overall, Raxmaster doesn't go cheap on their materials. They put a ton of flakes which honestly most companies do not do. My garage looks awesome and attracted my neighbors that they want to do the same now. As an Elite Yelper, having done this a few times, there are occasions when I question a business that has lots of reviews and a solid 5 stars. How can it be? Is this business a unicorn? A rarity in the world? But what then tends to always be the case, is that I need to trust the Yelp process and algorithms. Because unicorns like Raxmasters are to be believed. After calling around and doing my research, Raxmasters was not the cheapest, but they were also not the most expensive. As is the case, I think it is good to call around and understand all options and costs with those options. In addition to cost, customer service and Yelp input is equally weighted in my decision. Jerry (who I think is the owner), was quick on communicating, showed up on time to provide the bid and quite honestly just seemed like a good guy...so why not. In the spirit of trusting the Yelp system, letting that be my guide....Raxmasters, you are hired! Just a heads up, Jerry had indicated that they have been very busy and only because of a last minute cancellation and our flexibility, they came out on a Saturday to provide a bid and we had our new garage floor within a week. Normally, it would have been 3-4 weeks it seemed before we would have gotten on the calendar. A unicorn inside a unicorn! Hector and his partner showed up to perform the job on time, worked hard at grinding up our prior crappy epoxy job (it was peeling up where the tires hit the garage floor) and then reapplying the epoxy and seal. My garage is approximately 380 sq feet, it did require to have the top grinded off, it took two days and my cost was $1470. Guaranteed for 10 years (from Jerry's lips to my ears) and being thrilled with the initial look of how this came out and looks, we love it and know believe in unicorns. Would highly recommend. I had originally planned on them coming to measure, then scheduling another time to do the installation. Pleasant surprise that he offered to install the racks the same day. Went with RaxMasters for our garage floor. They provided a good product at a reasonable price. They also accommodated our special color request. We liked the color mix at our other home and wanted something similar here. I sent over some leftover flake mix and they matched it up. I wanted 100% flake covering. The cheap DIY kits at the big box stores just don't compare. The topcoat is polyurea, which is marketed as faster curing and more durable than epoxy. I found it shinier and softer than my epoxy floor. The process went as follows. The estimator arrived at the scheduled time, measured the garage, and provided a quote covering all costs. My garage had higher than normal stem(side) walls so there was an additional cost for that. The entire process was explained. Day 1: Mask off garage with tape. Diamond grind floor to open pores for the base coat to bond. Sweep and blow clean. Apply base coat and 100% flakes. Apply a thinned polyurea coat to lock down flakes. The garage door was left partially open as the coating extends under the door. Note: there is a strong chemical odor that takes several hours to dissipate. Day2: Scrap flakes to a smooth surface(otherwise unbearable to walk barefooted!). Sweep and blow clean. Remove masking tape. Apply thick polyurea topcoat. More odor for hours. They said I could close the door by nightfall, but I left it cracked overnight. I called them back for a short follow-up visit to fix a few small areas that needed a touch-up, but I'm thrilled with the results and overall service. read more

I needed more storage in my garage and since I already have this product and love it, so I decided to get another one. I showed the installer where I wanted the overhead rack to be installed. He showed me another area that would be good for storage. So I ended up getting another one installed. He installed both racks In less than an 1.5 hours. So quick. Job was done very well also. I'm probably going to call them again to install a 3rd overhead rack because I love it so much. Why have a garage full of stuff if you can't park in there? When the sealer was being applied, I noticed that one of the Raxmaster's owners who was applying the sealer was using masking tape to mask off the walls. In my opinion, painter's tape should have been used to prevent the migration of the sealer onto the walls. When I asked the other brother (who also was an owner) about this, his reply was that they would repaint the worst areas, in question. I have two problems with that response. First, I didn't have any touch up paint. Second, if they had used the blue tape to begin with, there wouldn't have needed to do the touchups. One would think that for $2,333 ($533 over the average price) they could have used the slightly more expensive blue tape. Both owners/brothers were very nice, but for an additional $500 over the going price, one would think I would have gotten a better job. read more

Initial appointment was scheduled for 01/27 but the racks from Costco didn't arrive on time & I forgot to reschedule. My fault even though they don't give you a reminder call. I apologized to the installer who showed up at my house. I called the business & msged them on Yelp & apologized. They said to let them know when the racks arrived. The racks finally arrived & I let them know. Didn't hear from them for 2 days. Followed up on Yelp. Appointment was scheduled again for this morning 02/09 at 11am, then was rescheduled to 1pm, it is now almost 130pm & still didn't show up. Like he is retaliating me for forgetting to reschedule the appointment last time. Such an unprofessional practice! I decided I will just bring my business somewhere else. Just so you know this is NOT the only company that does racks installation. When you order racks from Costco or Safe Racks, they include a coupon in the box for installation. The price is same as RaxMasters offer ($125/rack) with Lifetime Warranty & liability. I wouldn't recommend this company. Not the kind of company I would want to do business with! read more
