Love my beautiful new garage flooring! Thank you Jerry! 1. I got 3 bids 2. One day process & 24 hrs you can park ur car in the garage. Most others 2 day process & 3-4 days park in garage. 3. Sanded down original flooring & repaired any concrete issues. Even removed water softner. Others bids did not include. Jerry is a small business owner who overseas the quality done right & customer satisfaction is #1. He even recommended paint colors for my garage that would match the flooring. My consultation with Jerry was about an hour. No pressure & not rushed. My friend is getting her flooring done later this week. My only regret, I didn't do it sooner.

Absolutely exceptional! Jerry was extremely patient with me going back and forth with different ideas. He provided the pros and cons of the different types of concrete finishes. I got 3 bids total. While the price was competitive more importantly the floor looks absolutely stunning! Better than the pictures I have posted. I also want to recognize Hector who led the installation. Super friendly and asked multiple times if we were happy with the work and if there was anything else we needed. Seamless and easy! We are going to refinish our pool deck next. I would never use anyone else!

I have had my system for about 8 years now. I wanted a pulley system for my heavy e-bikes and felt mounting it to my rack that was professionally installed was much easier and safer than mounting it to the ceiling myself Yeah me!!

My patio needed to be resealed. It had been over 10+ years, at least, since there was proper maintenance done. I had called into several companies and decided on Raxmasters. The owner came out to the house and initially spec'd it out. He had requested for it to be power washed multiple times and then sealed. He didn't believe it needed to be recolored. He was honest and upfront as well, mentioning that I could do the job cheaper by just purchasing the sealing and covering it. In the end, we decided to go with Raxmasters. We had scheduled about 2 months out due to their current bids. The team had arrived on-time. It actually took them 4 full days. 3 days were for power washing the concrete patio. The 4th day was for sealing. The price was a little expensive, $1100.00 for the entire job, but completely worth it! The concrete patio looks amazing now, pretty much new!! I'm really happy with how it turned out! I plan on working with Raxmasters in the future when I'm ready to tackle the garage and re-do it with epoxy.

Raxmasters is prompt, communicative, and their quality really shows in the work they do. We are moving into a new build home and the first thing we had done was our garage floor epoxy and rack installation. They came and quoted on Saturday, installed the racks on Monday, prepped and epoxied the floor on Tuesday, and finished the seal on Wednesday. Each day was half a day or less of work. They're quite efficient! They have lots of colors to choose from and with a little trepidation we chose Golden Knights. It looks amazing! It's just the perfect dark without being too dim or flashy. The gold specks are really eye catching. They are definitely an investment but worthwhile! Plus they have a warranty guarantee!

Company was recommend by a friend for the overhead shelving then i realize they did more. They quoted me a good amount for all three bundle. Moving in to a new community and a new build house was the perfect time to get all this installed. Spoke to Jerry and he came out to do a proposal for my over head 2 4x6, Epoxy and Paver Seal for future proof. They came over the same week and completed the task.. Jerry and I had a little misunderstanding with my overhead storage and installed 1 4x8 which wasn't stated in the proposal paper. Just waiting on another install date for the 4x4 to complete the overhead storage. Overall, Raxmaster doesn't go cheap on their materials. They put a ton of flakes which honestly most companies do not do. My garage looks awesome and attracted my neighbors that they want to do the same now. I believe garages should be treated like a house where its nice and clean and not like a dumping ground. Thank you Raxmasters!

As an Elite Yelper, having done this a few times, there are occasions when I question a business that has lots of reviews and a solid 5 stars. How can it be? Is this business a unicorn? A rarity in the world? But what then tends to always be the case, is that I need to trust the Yelp process and algorithms. Because unicorns like Raxmasters are to be believed. After calling around and doing my research, Raxmasters was not the cheapest, but they were also not the most expensive. As is the case, I think it is good to call around and understand all options and costs with those options. In addition to cost, customer service and Yelp input is equally weighted in my decision. Jerry (who I think is the owner), was quick on communicating, showed up on time to provide the bid and quite honestly just seemed like a good guy...so why not. In the spirit of trusting the Yelp system, letting that be my guide....Raxmasters, you are hired! Just a heads up, Jerry had indicated that they have been very busy and only because of a last minute cancellation and our flexibility, they came out on a Saturday to provide a bid and we had our new garage floor within a week. Normally, it would have been 3-4 weeks it seemed before we would have gotten on the calendar. A unicorn inside a unicorn! Hector and his partner showed up to perform the job on time, worked hard at grinding up our prior crappy epoxy job (it was peeling up where the tires hit the garage floor) and then reapplying the epoxy and seal. My garage is approximately 380 sq feet, it did require to have the top grinded off, it took two days and my cost was $1470. Guaranteed for 10 years (from Jerry's lips to my ears) and being thrilled with the initial look of how this came out and looks, we love it and know believe in unicorns. Would highly recommend. Worth every dime. A great experience with RaxMasters.

In desperate need to organize our garage and utilize the 3 car garage space to actually park 2 cars in there, I figured a decision had to be made. I called Rax Masters on Wednesday, he said he could come out in a couple hours. He arrived on time and gave me a quick and fair quote. He even threw in a free wall rack because I was buying 3 units. Total for 3 ceiling units was $885 or so. He said they'd be there the next day at 11 to install the shelving. Next day, a worker arrived at 11, installed 3 large, sturdy shelves. After stuffing the shelves we decided a 4th would be needed. I called Rax Masters and he said he'd be out the next day, which he was, and now finally, we can park in the garage. read more

We hired this company in Feb 2019 and I told my wife I wouldn't write a review because they did attempt to make it better. However it has gotten worse since then. The owner doesn't like to take responsibility for his mistakes. That is clear if you look at the other reviews that don't give him 5 stars. He tries to make it the customer that is wrong, not him or his employees. Poor business. We paid for 4 racks from them. Two of the 4 x 8 and two of the 4 x 6 racks for a total of $1140. The tech showed up on time and was professional. He had the racks installed in no time at all. Visually they looked great. The next morning we noticed that the AC upstairs was out and so was all the outlets in two of the bedrooms. No power at all to the outlets. I called an electrician to come out. They couldn't get us in for another day or so. When the electrician came out he quickly determined that we had blown a breaker. I thought it was just normal wear and that occasionally you needed to replace them. Well we were wrong. As he replaced the breaker and then was able to determine that something was popping the line electric line somewhere. The new breaker wasn't working. So the electrician asked "have you had any holes placed in the walls lately"? That is when I told him the only holes were the racks that were put in the garage. When we went to show him he was able to very quickly determine that the rack installer drilled his holes into our electrical wires. You could tell because when you climbed on a ladder and looked at the mount it was also burnt where the screws went into the wires. The electrician mentioned that the installer had to of known because the screws were torched. The electrician had to cut the dry wall out of the ceiling in the garage and repair the wire the RaxMaster tech drilled into. As soon as he did that the power was back on upstairs. Of course after all was said and done I called Raxmaster and the owner had the nerve to say to me "why didn't you call me instead of an electrician". I didn't call you because it was the electrician that pointed out it was you guys that damaged it. That is why. In the end, RaxMasters covered the cost of my electrician only, not the dry wall and not the lost time that went into not having power and fixing it. He then told me that in the future just call him as he could have fixed it and then he wouldn't have had to write a check to me for the damages. Who cares that your guys damaged it. Who cares that we were out of power for 3 days before it got fixed. Before he left he told me that if I ever needed any more racks or wanted to epoxy my garage that he would give me a good price because of their mistake. Now today, I called in an effort to give him a chance to make good on his promise of a "good price". I asked him the cost to move my racks to a new house we just got. He quoted me $500 to move them!!! $500 to move the racks the same racks we already paid for that he said he would give me a good price on. When I reminded him that he blew the power in my house last year and we had to hire an electrician to fix it, well he ghosted me. Stopped texting, replying, no smoke signal, not even a letter in the mail. lol Great customer service! They are good until they make a mistake and then well I guess your business isn't as important to them any longer. So overall: The racks are great, the installer was horrible and the over all customer service was below average. I guess he ghosted me because somehow in his mind it must be my fault his installer drilled into our electrical wires. read more

Love my new garage floor! Jerry was very prompt and professional in providing an estimate and scheduling the work. Hector and Juan did a great job. They were very professional, pleasant and willing to move the two metal shelving units that I could not manage myself. Highly recommend Raxmasters for their workmanship, very fair pricing and for being so easy to work with. We recently had Raxmasters epoxy our garage floor as well as install an overhead storage rack. The process was pretty quick. On a Friday they arrived to clean the floor and lay down the first layer. The next day the final layer was added. We were advised to wait a few days before moving items back into the garage and a few after that before parking a car in the garage. I waited a few extra days to be safe, but it was still only about a week of not parking in the garage. The quality of the work is excellent. Our garage floor looks beautiful if you can say that about a garage floor. They also took the floor coating up to form an edge around the bottom of the wall. That looks great as well and nicely covered what was an ugly area before. The overhead rack looks good and is nicely housing items that were previously on the floor. The epoxy on the floor made a world of difference in the look of the garage. The company doesn't move your belongings before the process begins so plan to move everything out before the first day of work. We were told that they can help with an item or two if you have something too large to move on your own. The time between consultation and completion of the work was short. My husband contacted the company and had an appointment within the same week for a consultation. The following week we were able to have the job started and completed. The only snafu that we had with the process involved our water softener, but ultimately the company took care of the issue. We didn't have a working bypass which was missed when the softener was moved to complete the work. I came home on a Friday to find that we didn't have any running water as a result. The company did send someone immediately to resolve the issue, but he couldn't figure it out so my husband fixed it. Of course the next day we noticed a leak. The owner came out himself the following week and repaired the leak. They also took care of the fee to move the softener for the inconvenience. I think our situation was an outlier and things happen. The company did the right thing and addressed the issue immediately which is the important part. I would definitely recommend Raxmasters to anyone looking to spruce up their garage. The quality and service are great. We found the pricing to be reasonable as well. read more

Within 24 hours I had made a decision and when I called to confirm they quickly booked me an appointment for installation. I had the same pleasant experience with our installer. I ordered a 3 x 8 garage overhead storage rack. The installer, Jorge, did a superb job to fit the shelf into a non-standard size space in my garage. The rack according to him can hold 1,000 pounds vs 600 lbs advertised elsewhere. Jorge arrived as scheduled and worked quickly to get the job done. The finished product looks terrific and the white rack matches the white garage walls. I wish all projects go this smoothly! Four stars because Jorge left without sweeping up the metal filings on the garage floor. read more

After searching for epoxy floor for our garages with three companies, we decided to go with Raxmasters. Jerry came over and explained everything what it is going to be done and we felt very good about him. We also decided to get 4 Racks installed on the garage ceiling to organize our stuffs. We love it! This is the best investments so you put so many stuffs on the garage and we don't need to rent a place to store them either. We love the epoxy floor we choose the brown color so it will blend with the driveway pavers and also can hide dusts or yellowing in the future. The epoxy floor is very shiny and easily clean with a damp towel. The workers worked very hard and they did an excellent jobs. Make sure you give a good tips! They deserve it. We love it and our neighbor love it too. We'll do business again in the future! read more

Great product and communication. Raxmasters installed overhead garage storage in our last home. When we moved into our new home, we had them come back and install overhead storage again. We did the corner shelves this time, and had them lowered a bit. This allows for even more storage and easier accessibility. Each rack holds up to 800lbs! Very pleased with the product and company all around. read more

We have used Jerry and Raxmasters twice now for garage floors and overhead storage. With our current home we noticed issues with the floor coming up in a certain area a little over a year after when we had the floor done. Jerry came out and looked at it-apologized-and re-did the entire garage. They helped us move the stuff we had to accommodate redoing the floor also. I think a measure of a company is not just if their work is quality, but if they stand by their work. Raxmasters absolutely does both things. I would recommend them to anybody and would only use them for any of our future needs. read more

Excellent work, I gave Jorge a call to get my racks installed that I ordered from Costco. After talking to him for a few minutes, I ended up purchasing their racks that they sell. Costco's racks were rated at 600 pounds and theirs were rated at 100 pounds. Their racks were a lot more heavy duty and made with thicker steel. He installed them very fast! read more

Edgar and Juan are studs! Very professional, very good at their job. These guys laid a nice flooring down and installed a 4x8 foot rack. I wasn't able to be home for install so I had to explain to Edgar over the phone where I wanted to rack and he and Juan mounted it exactly where I wanted!! I've had A LOT of work done to my two house and most often I am disappointed with the quality of work - not with these guys though! Very quality stuff here. So happy. The entire home (1900 square feet), except for the primary bathroom, has ceramic tile floors. And this tile looked BAD! Dirt embedded in the textured surfaces, grout that had maybe never been sealed. I've never had floor restoration work done, and didn't know what to expect, price-wise or results-wise. Bayron came for the consultation, measured everything, and explained how they do what they do. I was at first taken aback at the $ amount of the bid, but let me tell you...IT IS WORTH IT!!! And yes, they worked with me to make it a bit more comfortable for me financially. Bayron promised during the consultation that they would make the floors look "90% - 99% like new." Many businesses make empty or inflated promises but NOT Silver Knights - these tile floors look like they were just installed! I was blown away by the quality of the work, and the fact that the crew went over EVERY SQUARE INCH of the nasty old grout and made it a new, pleasing, CLEAN, sealed color. There was one issue that occurred when the crew was trying to remove old paint stains from the wall edges of some of the tile, and Bayron promised to make good on it. He came a couple of days later and did the work himself to make it right. I've got one "before" and a few "after" pictures I"ll share...but they don't really show the stark differences all that well. Suffice to say, I'd recommend Silver Knights Floor Restoration for any job you've got. They will give it to you straight on the estimate, and make good on whatever they promise. Bravo!

Markitos gave us a great affordable price to paint our tub and tiles white and he was super nice. It took him 8 hours one day and he came back the second day to do some caulking. Even though he set up a huge industrial fan, the smell was very strong and we had to let it air out for a week before the smell disappeared. The tub and tiles look fabulous and I love the results! Raphael was also very responsive and kept emphasizing to reach out to him for any questions or issues. Highly recommend them for refinishing!

A fireplace with an unusual gas line was taken out. Sean Craig's company successfully completed a heckuva lot of work. Our primary plumber was Ray, assisted by his son, Lance. I don't remember even one day over two months of work when Ray was not on time. Lennette in the office communicated well, always keeping us informed on when someone would be coming over. Over the years, we have had contractors not live up to what they promised us. That was not the case with SC Plumbing. We recently had a couple of minor things go bad from the multitude of plumbing work done last fall. I emailed Sean saying a bolt holding a toilet had broken, and one of the sink's plungers had become disconnected. He had Ray come out in two business days to correct these two issues. It was fantastic to see Sean stand behind his company's work and take care of it so quickly. I cannot speak highly enough of Sean and his company!

I have had Jerry's team do my garage floor, my son's garage floor, my daughters garage floor and now he has cleaned and sealed my pavers. What a great job his team does and what professional young men his employees are. I would recommend him very highly. He is fairly priced and stands behind his finished work. Unlike others I have used, before I came in contact with him, they have done work for me at a lesser price, but their work did not hold up for the period of time it should have. We chose Raxmasters to coat our garage floors last month. The owner and crew were awesome. They showed up on time, worked fast, and turned our garage into one of the nicest rooms in the house. I could not be happier with how it turned out. They were very accommodating and made sure we were happy with the colors, and they even added a little more black flakes to the coating. The price was also very reasonable and I love that the polyurea coating allowed us to use the garage the next day, and park on it after a couple days (some vendors quoted 7 days before parking on the floor). I just had two 4x8 racks installed in my garage and I am thrilled with the results! Jorge said he'd have them installed in one hour and actually finished in 40 minutes. He was super friendly and highly competent. I love my new racks. They're heavy duty, sturdy and are mounted right into the corner of the garage so they do not sway or shift. Amazing service! Scheduled for next day and the team did a fantastic job! We had the epoxy laid in the garage (were able to customize the color) and two large storage shelves placed (able to hold up to 1000 lbs) and we were very happy with the final product!
