We recently opened a new business and initially hired Monte Cabinets to build custom cabinetry for…read moreone of our treatment rooms. Choosing them turned out to be one of the best decisions we made during our entire build-out process. From the beginning, the communication was easy, clear, and professional. What really set Monte Cabinets apart, though, was how far beyond the original scope Jon and his team went to help us. Every challenge we ran into during construction, Jon had thoughtful ideas and practical solutions. By the end of the project, they had helped design and create a large portion of our space, not just cabinetry, but also custom doors, a desk, a beautiful wall façade, shelving, counters, and even routed integrated lighting that completely elevated the atmosphere of our business. The craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful, but just as important is the level of care and service. Jon was always available whenever we had questions, and even now that the project is complete, he continues to be responsive and invested in making sure everything functions perfectly long-term. When you're trying to choose between companies you're unfamiliar with, it's really hard to know who to go with but if I can help make that decision easier for someone else, you won't find anyone better than Monte Cabinets. They bring creativity, quality, reliability, and genuine care to their work. Any concerns you might have going into a project will disappear once you start working with them. We cannot recommend Monte Cabinets highly enough.

I cannot speak highly enough about the office desk that Edgar and his team created for my husband…read moreand I. We were totally blown away by the craftsmanship and precision of the work that was done! I reached out to Edgar and he sent me a collection of his work. I saw a previous wall desk he had made for another customer and we really loved it. He came over and measured the area and drew up a rendering of the desk similar to what we had showed him but with a few tweaks that fit our personal needs/style. Edgar was patient with us as we had some other things to attend to before install and pushed it back by a few weeks. Once we started the install, the two gentlemen who actually built the desk from scratch were careful to tape up flooring that they would be trekking back and forth over and kept our house very clean. Even though they worked out of our garage and in front of our house custom cutting pieces for our desk, they never left a mess at the end of the night as they vacuumed everything up upon departure. The men were very courteous and I felt safe with them working in my home. Again, their craftsmanship was truly honorable and impressive. They did a phenomenal job. They finished their job in three days total. The next two gentlemen who came to paint were also extremely pleasant and kind. I also felt safe with them in my home. We really appreciate the professionalism from all of gentlemen who worked on our project. We love this office space so much and it totally transformed our house! It is so elegant and is worth every penny we spent on it, for it surely adds value and sophistication to our home! Everyone who's come over to see it is SOOOOOO impressed. It's HUGE and has SO much storage and space. It's absolutely stunning! Thank you to Edgar and his extremely talented team! We LOVE our wall desk office space and look forward to working with you again on our future pantry.

I would not trust that Neli will communicate with Michael. Nor you may not want to trust that she will confirm the install date. She will however, offer her best guess of install date but in my case she did not follow up with a confirmation, and surprise, surprise! they were at my door, when painters were still not finished. If you decide to use them and are a homeowner that doesn't read drawings on a daily basis, I would suggest you hire someone to read their drawings because their communication was really bad with me. Attached is the photo I sent to them, and another attachment is what I got. If you are still considering hiring them and would like to see my drawings please PM me and I will show them to you. There were no follow up questions from them about the photo I sent the day after Michael was here. Please do not assume there will be any communication within their team. Michael offered to make this right by tiling my fireplace, but then Neli emailed the next day saying they would discount my fireplace to $900.00. All details of what I wanted were given to them before I signed the contract. Yet they said they left out some details and didn't charge me. I am happy to pay for work that any contractor does according to my specs. Again, I experienced no communication between themselves and horrible communication with me. I would never use them again, nor would I refer them. I am truly disappointed.
