Highly recommend! Talk about a local gem, the owner himself, Rob, came out to do the measurements and design work, was patient as we tweaked and customized the design, helped up keep our budget in sight, and created the perfect storage solutions for our garage, laundry room and primary closet. We'd talked with two other companies prior to Closet & Storage Concepts, and it was really no contest. The showroom is great, and Sofia kept us in the loop along the way. There were a few hiccups with install: product delays which turned into an extra day of install, some areas weren't quite cleaned-up, and we noticed our dryer now has a pretty good dent in it from the install (to be fair, we have not brought the dryer dent to their attention yet, and will update this review after we do). That said, Rob and Sofia made sure a team came out the next day to finish and fine-tune the cleanup, and the end product is exactly what we wanted. I definitely recommend. read more

Closet and Storage concepts Las Vegas owner Rob DiChristopher is a corrupt business. They will quietly place a mechanics lien on your property and falsify information and sell your home in an auction without you knowing. They sell used products and damaged shelving from a prior job or materials they have in thier warehouse. They remove the materials from your home and damage your property. This is a horrible company. Run do not walk when you come across this terrible company! They are nefarious and corrupt. They will LIE to file an invalid mechanics lien then falsify "completing the job" so they can sue you. They will serve you quietly by putting it in a newspaper to satisfied thier of requirement to serve you with the lawsuit then sell your house at an auction after placing this invalid mechanic lien. They are a fraudulent company. They sell damaged used materials and will damage your home. They will remove the materials from your home and lie to file an invalid mechanics lien, and state that they've completed the job. We have videotapes of them removing the material yet. They lied on legal documents to place a quiet mechanics lien to auction our home I will continue to post this every day until everyone is aware of this horrible company. This happened to me. Horrible company! Don't use them if you don't want your house to be AUCTIONED by them years after you hired them!!! My experience with Closet and Storage Concepts Las Vegas and its owner, Rob DiChristopher, was extremely negative. Based on my experience, June 2024 the company supplied materials that were damaged. When I asked to fix this problem, he ordered his foreman and workers the removal of the materials from my home and my property was damaged during that process. This was captured on video. He then placed a mechanic's lien that was filed against my property and stated the job was completed but was NOT. I have video footage that shows materials being removed from my home, and thier foreman receiving verbal instructions from Rob on the phone to remove the materials which clearly contradicts those representations Rob made that the job was completed when he filed the mechanic lien. I am challenging these issues through the appropriate legal process. BUT what has been most devastating is discovering that LEGAL proceedings continued without my knowledge until I learned my home had been scheduled for a sheriff's sale AUCTION 2 years later after they were hired. This experience has been financially and emotionally devastating. If there is a problem with their materials, he does not want to correct the problem and instead will quietly filed a lawsuit, serving you by placing it in the "newspaper" to satisfy the serving process and then filed a Sheriff Sales of real property to auction the home. He DID this to me without me knowing. This is egregious and I encourage anyone considering this company to do thorough research, review all contracts carefully, MONITOR the title of your home if you hire them, document every stage of the project with pictures and videos like I have and seek legal advice immediately if a dispute arises with Rob DiChristopher because they can file a QUIET lien and AUCTION off your home. Walked into Closet and Storage Cabinets and was greeted by Robbie. He took his time to show us the various closet systems and answer our questions. We decided to get an estimate and made an appointment with their very personable receptionist Kelly. In a few days Rob, the owner came out and took measurements and gave us his recommendations for the closet. He called the next day with the very reasonable estimate. We decided to go ahead with the job and went in and gave Kelly a 50% deposit. Again, a pleasure to work with. They gave us an install date three weeks away, but we happened to be on vacation at that time. So, they fit us in with the shop foreman Luis scheduled to come out the Saturday after we got back. They called that morning and apologized that he was sick but would be out on Sunday the next day. Around 7:30 Luis and his helper Jason showed up, unloaded all the pieces and went to work. They were very respectful of our property and polite. They worked all day, but Luis had to come back for around an hour on Monday to do the finishing touches. We are very happy with the quality, fit and finish of the closets, workmanship and price. And lastly, I just want to say how nice everyone that I worked with was. Love the cabinets too read more

We met with him in his office and made some minor modification. We were very impressed with their factory on site. The facility was very clean and organized. Displays in the showroom were good quality. Within less than one month, we got our closet installed. It was truly customized. The design meets our needs perfectly. Frankie and Jason spent more than 8 hours today on site building the whole closet with precision and attention to details. They protected my floor nicely and even cleaned every shelf and drawer. They've done my garage, master closet, custom media console, laundry room, and even built my dream library/bookcase in our office space. We called and the staff was so helpful and within 2weeks a rep came out and repaired the broken part and reinforced the rest of it. He was friendly , courteous and knowledgeable. Buyers beware. We ordered a floor to ceiling closet. We received a poor quality finish and shoddy assembly. Most notably joins were misaligned, not level or even, damaged corners/edges, dog eared, stained with glue residue, scratches and marks were touched up with black sharpie. Over time the ink faded to red. After many long drawn out and continued delays/attempts to resolve/fix this, in the end this company wiped their hands of all responsibility and made it our builders problem. They did NOT leave us with a 'quality' product. I have plenty of photos that speak for themselves. I do NOT recommend Closet & Storage Concepts in Henderson. I just have to mark them down. I know I said the cabinets are so amazing, that I could over look the customer service, but I just can't anymore. After they installed all my cabinets, (I was recovering from surgery), a few days later, I was finally was able to go look at all of them and noticed the doors were incorrect. I had ordered a rounded design on the doors, and all of them were square and sharp. I called to discuss with Rob, and he said he would have to review the file. He tried to make it sound like it was only the kitchen doors that we were matching, because I'm sure he did not want to replace them all, but we never agreed to 2 different door styles. However, I was fine with him only replacing the kitchen doors to match. But don't try to tell me I ever agree to those square designed doors. I sent him the text he sent me of the rounded design we chose in the beginning Yet, he said he still had to go look. Ok. Well when he confirmed, he said they would order the new doors for the kitchen, and get back to me in a few weeks. Well, of course, no one ever got back to me. I called a couple weeks later and what do you know, they were in. Thanks for calling me. They came over a few days later and installed the new doors. I still stand by how nice the cabinets are, but even after I pointed out the door mistake, I never received an apology from Rob.just seems like good customer service to me. Also, I worked on government contracts for years, and when a contractor does not meet terms of the contract, whether they be timelines or problems with construction, they give compensation. They never offered any compensation for any mistakes they made or delays in installation. Even McDonalds will let you keep the burger with onions on it while they make you a new one without. I'm not sure anymore I would use them again. I prefer someone who cares about their customers AND does good work. read more

Rob and his staff listened to my needs (a bit unique) designed a custom solution and were patient not to push all my closet needs on me at one time. Since I wasn't able to do all of my closets at one time, Rob kept the sizes on file so all I needed to do was call when I was ready to complete the next project. Alright yelpers, this is the third time that Closet & Storage Concepts has done work for us. This time... dun dun dun - a hobby area for my husband to do his nerdy (tee hee) quadcopter stuff and for my to have a crafting station for scrapbooking, gift wrapping, and other crafts. First off, Chelsey our designer apparently from all three times was sent over for the consult for measurements and ideas. She was professional and super excited to design our craft room because she is a scrapbooker herself. She spent a good amount of time letting us ramble on our ideas and took EXTREMELY detailed notes. A few days later, Chelsey had a couple different designs for us to look at. Being the OCD people we were, Chelsey went through a few more revisions for us and was completely patient with all our suggestions and ideas. I think anyone else would have told us to get out the door! Our install was yesterday, and my husband said that our installers Luis and Marcel were very professional and worked hard all day long. I was even impressed with the solution they came up with when we discovered that our walls were NOT straight! Imagine that - not straight walls? =P So, they along with Rob (owner) thought of a great solution of putting a small backsplash on and took care of it. Conclusion: Seriously, don't look anywhere else for your custom closet/cabinetry solutions. Great customer service and it looks fantastic. I can't wait to craft! read more

In addition to our designer having a "no it can't be done" attitude, we have found the quality of the closets to be quite poor. They are not custom as much as they are prefabricated IKEA parts that they configure for you at a huge price. There are many instances of the custom aspect missing from our closets. For a bit of chipboard and glue the price is very unreasonable and the instillation quality is extremely poor. Unfortunately there isn't anything to recommend this organization apart from the pretty colors and hardware finishes. read more

Renekah did a great job in listening to our ideas and building a custom closet design for my wife and I in our Master Bedroom Closet. We added 2 sets of 5 drawers and shaker doors and drawers. The closet has full backing and places for my wife's long dresses and plenty of room on shoe shelves for all her shoes. There is plenty of room for storage and we have never been so organized. Don't forget to add to your new closet the sliding full length mirror that slides into closet away from view and when needed it slides out and pivots so you can get a full view of what you are wearing. Custom Closet and Storage Concepts is a one stop shop. They design your closet via computer program, their showroom shows every door or drawer option, different colors, trim,crown moldings, hardware etc. They also make your custom closet in their shop, and their employees do the install- so there is no middleman.
