Years later, we still highly recommend Custom Closet Systems!! They first did a closet for us back in 2017, and we loved their work so much that when we moved into our new home, we knew exactly who to call. They completed our master closet last year, and a year later, it's still incredibly sturdy and looks absolutely pristine. Most recently, we had them transform our pantry and a reach-in closet, and both turned out even better than we could have imagined! Esmeralda designed all of our recent projects, and she is truly talented. She has an amazing eye for making the most of every inch of space while keeping everything beautiful, functional, and thoughtfully designed. Daniel handled the recent installation and did an amazing job as well. He managed to demo, patch, and install both the pantry and reach-in closet all in ONE day! He was incredibly efficient, detailed, and professional. After working with Custom Closet Systems on multiple projects over the years, we continue to be impressed by the quality and value of their work. We couldn't be happier with how everything has turned out and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to maximize their space and make their home more functional and organized! read more

Had such a great experience the first time so we used Custom Closet Systems again. Esmeralda helped us with the measurements and designs and sent us 3D imaging with pricing within a couple days. Booked asap and they were able to come sooner than expected. Jason showed up on time and did a great job putting it together for us. Highly recommend! read more

We had a wonderful experience with Custom Closets from beginning to end and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom design project with fair, competitive pricing paired with exceptional customer service and communication. Our first major interaction was with Kyle when we visited the showroom to design our dream pantry. The showroom itself is beautiful and filled with inspiring examples that really help you visualize the possibilities for your own space. Kyle used an impressive design program to create a 3D rendering based on our ideas, and it turned out exactly how I had imagined. He was incredibly patient as I asked for several tweaks to the initial mockup until everything felt perfect. My husband and mother were with me, and Kyle made sure to include them throughout the entire process. Kyle is not only highly charismatic, but he truly exemplifies exceptional customer service--something that feels increasingly rare these days. He is kind, patient, personable, and has excellent sales skills without EVER feeling pushy. All of this made it easy to move forward with confidence, knowing we were in great hands. Their stellar reviews already spoke for themselves, and the design experience was truly the cherry on top. On installation day, Ronnie took great care to cover our floors and keep our home as clean and organized as possible throughout the install. He was incredibly kind, communicative, and highly professional. I always make a point to mention in my reviews whether I felt safe with workers in my home, and I felt completely safe with Ronnie. That is incredibly important to me--working with a business where women can feel comfortable and secure having workers in their home. He completed everything in just two days, and as an added bonus, he noticed a leak coming from one of our washer hoses when he pulled it out from the wall. The hose was rusted and corroded, and we had no idea there was an issue. Because he took the time to point it out, we were able to replace it before it became a much bigger problem. We truly appreciated that extra level of care, especially since he didn't have to mention it at all. We could not be any happier with our pantry/laundry room!!! If only I had taken some "before" photos of our tragic former pantry, so that I could show what a true, magical glow-up transformation that this remodel has been! THANK YOU so much, Kyle and Ronnie for being fantastic and making our dream pantry come to life!!! We have future projects we want to do down the road and we will 100% be using Custom Closets again!!! read more

This is my second time using this company for a custom closet system, and once again, they did an amazing job! I reached out to Alfredo for help with my newborn's closet. When our home was built, it came with the standard wire racks that filled up way too quickly with all the baby clothes and essentials. The nursery closet is also the smallest in the house, so I really needed to maximize the space without doing a full renovation. The new closet system completely transformed it. It honestly feels like the storage space doubled (maybe even tripled!). I now have plenty of room for hangers, plus shelving for bins, folded clothes, and all those extra baby items that used to clutter the room. I already knew their quality and craftsmanship were excellent, since they installed another closet for us a few years ago that still looks and functions perfectly. Alfredo is always responsive, professional, and detail-oriented, and he has a great eye for design and functionality. The installer arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated our home with care. (I am sorry, I forgot his name!) Overall, I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. If you're looking to maximize space and add custom organization, this company is absolutely worth it. They make the whole process easy and the results speak for themselves. I always recommend this company to my family and friends. read more

This was the first professional closet I have had done. All of the quotes I got were about the same price and none are cheep. But we felt most comfortable with Esmeralda the sales person there. She came to the house gave us all the options. Some of them we opted not to use. The installer they sent was on time he was respectful to my home and was very clean. Did a wonderful job.Cleaned up after himself. I hadn't noticed that the wrong handles were on the drawers. They came back and fixed it no problems. Were great and I would recommend them. read more

I had contacted Custom Closet Systems as we wanted cabinets in our laundry room I spoke to Kyle who is one of the owners. Kyle was so easy to work with. He offered ideas, he sent us samples of what our cabinets would look like. Most importantly we got exactly what we wanted. The gentleman who installed the cabinets was detailed and so professional. I couldn't help but stare at the cabinets as the work down was so amazing. I highly recommend contacting Custom Closets, you won't regret it. read more

We had a horrible experience with the Closet Factory. And after going back-and-forth with pricing, we decided to not go with them. Then we came across custom call systems and it was night and day. From the time we contacted someone wearing an estimate, someone came in right away. She was very pleasant and took the time to explain everything. She gave us different samples to look at and it was awesome because it was also in 4D. I told her exactly what we wanted and she delivered. As if we couldn't get any better the person who came to install the closet was awesome. Very well mannered and very curious. He also laid out liners throughout the home, so the carpets wouldn't get dirty I'm not very impressed with the end product and I would definitely recommend them to anybody. Who wants to get any work done. read more

I scheduled an home quote for my closet. The representative arrived on time and seemed friendly and gave ideas on what we could do. They don't give you a quote right away. I had to schedule a separate visit to their showroom the following just to get a quote which is inconvenient. Unfortunately, due to work,I could not make it across town so I called the store and asked them to price out my project with their basic material so I could at least get a ball park idea of what it would cost. I never heard from them again. I ended up going with another company that came out and measured, drew plans and gave me a quote within 2 hours. read more

Overall quality of supplies is average at most. I chose Custom Closets over a bigger company because they claimed to be a "family business". I do regret choosing them because of the poor custom service. During the consultation I asked the SALES rep to do backing on the top portions of the closet. He told me that he would be able to. After I had made the deposit for the work, he then informed me that backing is not possible for only the top half because of support reasons. Because of that it now leaves an ugly patch from the previous closet. The sales reps are just that SALES. He did not have the knowledge of what can and cannot be done. When I did talk to the large closet company they informed me that in fact they could give me the backing. My original install dates was on a Tuesday at 8am. On the day of the installation they called me at 8:05am to let me know that they could not make it anymore. Very unprofessional to cancel an install date 5 mins after the promise time. I already had lost a day of work to be here for the install (because custom closet request that there is someone home at all times), lost time and money because I had sitters for the children already. Because of the push back of installation, I also had to cancel other companies coming in the day after to do a deep clean of floors. Custom Closet also ran my card information for the remaining balance without my authorization. They did not care about the inconvenience that myself and my family had to deal with because of their cancellation. On top of it all my child got sick on the new installation date because he had to keep doors and windows open on a cold February day to get rid of the paint smell and to let it dry faster. I never asked for full compensation of the money that was lost but I did ask for some type of discount for the inconvenience and day of cancellation. They told me that things happen and would not discount anything. Do NOT believe that they're a good family business because when it came down to my family they showed no empathy and could care less. Sales rep is just there for the sale, quality of supplies is average at most, and customer experience is poor. read more

We recently purchased our home that had a very old closet system in our primary bedroom that the previous owners hacked up (pictures of gray cabinets are the old) and was not functional for us. We researched a few closet system companies in Yelp. After reading reviews and speaking to a few of them along with gathering a couple of quotes, we decided to go with Custom Closet Systems. They were a little more expensive, but their response time, professionalism, positive reviews, selection and attention to detail were top notch. In addition, they were able to schedule our installation within a week. -Alfredo contacted me within 1 hour to my Yelp request for a quote. -scheduled a designer specialist (Kyle) the next day (Friday) to come to our home to measure and review cabinet color options and set up an appointment for us to come to their showroom. -a few days later we visited the showroom (Tuesday) to review quote and Kyle also prepared 3 D color renderings for us to view what our new system would look like. This also allowed us to make any changes (which we did not have to). -collected deposit. -following day, (Wednesday) called us to confirm installation date. -closet system installed the following Monday & finished on Tuesday. Courteous and professional installation completed by Jason (I think that was his name?) his work was extremely clean, and great attention to detail. We are extremely pleased with the installation and look of our new closet. We'd give 10 if it were an option. Don't waste your time or money looking elsewhere. These guys will not disappoint! read more

We recently had Custom Closet Systems transform our home with a full closet overhaul, and we couldn't be happier with the results! They completed 7 spaces in total which included 1 master closet, 4 bedroom closets, a utility closet, and a pantry, and the difference has been incredible. From the start, Kyle, our designer, was amazing, he helped us maximize every inch of space with smart, efficient designs that gave us more room than we thought possible. We were previously relying on IKEA and plastic drawer units to stay organized, but thanks to these new custom systems, we've been able to get rid of all of them! Ernesto and Carlo, our installers, were fantastic, professional, detail-oriented, and clearly take pride in their work. The installation was smooth, and everything looks and functions beautifully. Custom Closet Systems beat out three other quotes we received, not just on price, but also on quality and turnaround time. While other companies quoted 7 to 10 weeks, CCS delivered in just 2.5 weeks from the design start using far superior materials. We truly couldn't recommend them more highly. If you're looking for top-tier quality, great value, and a team that delivers on every promise, this is the company to call! read more

We just moved to Henderson and our house was in the process of closing. We shopped around for a quote for a custom closet and pantry and were in hopes of finding a company that was priced fairly and that could complete the project before our daughter's birthday. Alfredo came over to the house, took measurements, and gave some great design suggestions! We experienced some unexpected hiccups with the closing date but Alfredo was very responsive and accommodating with our schedules. Once we received the keys to our house, I immediately called Alfredo. He was able to shuffle his calendar around and made it happen! The closet and pantry was completed before my daughter's birthday. KYLE!!!! He is the man! He designed and delivered the perfect closet for my wife and I. He did everything that he said that he would, and when he said he would do it. Custom Closet Systems have a 5 star rating for a reason. Their installers (mine were Jason and Daniel) were on time, professional, kind and knew what they were doing. It is amazing how the 3D renderings turn into an even more beautiful closet. My wife just stares at the closet because she loves it so much. We even took off the closet doors so that we can have a view of it, because it is a work of art. The only problem is that they were so good, my wife now wants to do all the closets. Great company and super professional. Alfredo came to my place (2 walk in closets+2 small), stayed in touch with me, invite me to the warehouse,I finally made the decision to go with him and with Custom Closet Systems after being in a nightmare with another company. He gave a me a competitive good honest price without saying yes to every single word I said and only to get my approval, get my money like the other company I was dealing with previously and many others do. He said that the project/process was going to take 3-4 weeks and they were able to install it in a day or two; he also said that was trying to speed it up since my situation at that time but without making false promises or saying other bs. I was fine with 3-4 weeks coming from a 3 months experience with zero result, but after few days he called me saying that they were ready and could come in few days to install my closets. So I don't think I waited much more than a week-ten days total. They came to my place, laying protection on the floor and carefully walking inside, bringing pieces upstairs, not a scratch or bump (it can happen), super smooth few hours installation and super professional and my closets look beautiful and functional as never before. Im just writing the story because I want to let everybody know that this company is GREAT!!! Alfredo is super, he knows his job, capability, possibility of the company, and business in general since he has manners and he is very polite. He was (and is) professional from the beginning, (works and stays in touch with you from the beginning to the end) and you will never ever feel lost. I was dealing with a company that after signing their stupid contract then gave money upfront, started to act weird and unprofessional apparently for no reason, horrible experience that I wish nobody will ever experience. Fortunately, it was meant to be to find this great family company Custom Closet Systems on yelp and thank to people like you and me that write honest reviews here on this platform I was able to target my goal. There are many horrible companies out there, remodeled my property, an endless nightmare except for this last experience with Custom Closet Systems that was incredibly great. Thanks Alfredo and thank you Custom Closet System, looking forward to send you more referrals!!! read more

We used Custom Closets for the second time this last month. They are truly 5 star with quality, easy communication and a personal touch. We had them do all bedrooms and garage in a new home. Did a great job, very responsive and fairly priced. I very much recommend. They were happy to accommodate my tight move in schedule.

Hired these guys because we just moved here and our closets had no hanging rails, shelving, drawers nothing. So they came in,took the measurements and showed us the types of closets we could choose from. After placing the order they have a huge backlog of orders so be prepared to wait for 4 months or more but it's definitely worth it. They came in ( or actually he did) and asked questions about things he wasn't positive of, and placed the drawers etc in perfect position for us. The material is great, solid and secure. All in all a fantastic company to work with. They're not cheap or fast but they are a fantastic company to deal with. Give them a try you will not regret it. read more

I am so impressed with my new closets! Yes! Plural! I had Custom Closet Systems design and install TWO closets. I had my master closet redone mostly for aesthetic purposes but what I REALLY needed was my guest room closet remodeled. I inherited a lot of clothes from my aunt recently and the weight of the clothes literally broke my closet, so I had to get garment racks and hang up what I could, anywhere I could. This was right before Thanksgiving when family would be in town, so there was an urgency for this to be completed. I requested quotes from multiple closet companies and was very thankful that Custom Closet Systems responded to my request for a quote within minutes it felt like! I spoke with Alfredo and he was able to come out the next morning! Alfredo was on time, very friendly and listened to my concerns and took measurements. He had my closet renderings ready to review the next day and he worked with me on any modifications I had, which were minute, he did a great job, I was so excited! He gave me a timeframe for the manufacture of the materials and install turnaround which was up to six weeks, which was what I anticipated, but Alfredo also knew the situation with my guest closet and he said he would do his best to expedite everything. I honestly thought he just said that to everyone so imagine my utter shock when he called me about a week later and said he could have it installed in under three weeks..... whaatttttttt? But wait, it gets better, because Daniel (I hope I got his name right), who installed my closets, was the icing on the cake! He showed up on time, was friendly, and he was clearly VERY skilled and experienced because he installed both closets quickly and effortlessly. He even made on-the-spot modifications when he ran into a snafu with a light switch that was in the way. He could have made it easy on himself and installed around it, but he took great care and initiative to build a customized panel, it shows his pride of work and care in what his output. I'm very grateful and highly recommend this company for your closet remodel needs! read more
