This is my second time using this company for a custom closet system, and once again, they did an amazing job! I reached out to Alfredo for help with my newborn's closet. When our home was built, it came with the standard wire racks that filled up way too quickly with all the baby clothes and essentials. The nursery closet is also the smallest in the house, so I really needed to maximize the space without doing a full renovation. The new closet system completely transformed it. It honestly feels like the storage space doubled (maybe even tripled!). I now have plenty of room for hangers, plus shelving for bins, folded clothes, and all those extra baby items that used to clutter the room. I already knew their quality and craftsmanship were excellent, since they installed another closet for us a few years ago that still looks and functions perfectly. This was the first professional closet I have had done. All of the quotes I got were about the same price and none are cheep. But we felt most comfortable with Esmeralda the sales person there. She came to the house gave us all the options. Some of them we opted not to use. The installer they sent was on time he was respectful to my home and was very clean. We had a horrible experience with the Closet Factory. And after going back-and-forth with pricing, we decided to not go with them. Then we came across custom call systems and it was night and day. From the time we contacted someone wearing an estimate, someone came in right away. She was very pleasant and took the time to explain everything. She gave us different samples to look at and it was awesome because it was also in 4D. I told her exactly what we wanted and she delivered. As if we couldn't get any better the person who came to install the closet was awesome. Very well mannered and very curious. He also laid out liners throughout the home, so the carpets wouldn't get dirty I'm not very impressed with the end product and I would definitely recommend them to anybody. I scheduled an home quote for my closet. The representative arrived on time and seemed friendly and gave ideas on what we could do. They don't give you a quote right away. I had to schedule a separate visit to their showroom the following just to get a quote which is inconvenient. Unfortunately, due to work,I could not make it across town so I called the store and asked them to price out my project with their basic material so I could at least get a ball park idea of what it would cost. I never heard from them again. I ended up going with another company that came out and measured, drew plans and gave me a quote within 2 hours. read more

Overall quality of supplies is average at most. I chose Custom Closets over a bigger company because they claimed to be a "family business". I do regret choosing them because of the poor custom service. During the consultation I asked the SALES rep to do backing on the top portions of the closet. He told me that he would be able to. After I had made the deposit for the work, he then informed me that backing is not possible for only the top half because of support reasons. Because of that it now leaves an ugly patch from the previous closet. The sales reps are just that SALES. He did not have the knowledge of what can and cannot be done. When I did talk to the large closet company they informed me that in fact they could give me the backing. My original install dates was on a Tuesday at 8am. On the day of the installation they called me at 8:05am to let me know that they could not make it anymore. Very unprofessional to cancel an install date 5 mins after the promise time. I already had lost a day of work to be here for the install (because custom closet request that there is someone home at all times), lost time and money because I had sitters for the children already. Because of the push back of installation, I also had to cancel other companies coming in the day after to do a deep clean of floors. Custom Closet also ran my card information for the remaining balance without my authorization. They did not care about the inconvenience that myself and my family had to deal with because of their cancellation. On top of it all my child got sick on the new installation date because he had to keep doors and windows open on a cold February day to get rid of the paint smell and to let it dry faster. I never asked for full compensation of the money that was lost but I did ask for some type of discount for the inconvenience and day of cancellation. They told me that things happen and would not discount anything. Do NOT believe that they're a good family business because when it came down to my family they showed no empathy and could care less. Sales rep is just there for the sale, quality of supplies is average at most, and customer experience is poor. read more

We recently purchased our home that had a very old closet system in our primary bedroom that the previous owners hacked up (pictures of gray cabinets are the old) and was not functional for us. In addition, they were able to schedule our installation within a week. -Alfredo contacted me within 1 hour to my Yelp request for a quote. -scheduled a designer specialist (Kyle) the next day (Friday) to come to our home to measure and review cabinet color options and set up an appointment for us to come to their showroom. -a few days later we visited the showroom (Tuesday) to review quote and Kyle also prepared 3 D color renderings for us to view what our new system would look like. We just moved to Henderson and our house was in the process of closing. Alfredo came to my place (2 walk in closets+2 small), stayed in touch with me, invite me to the warehouse,I finally made the decision to go with him and with Custom Closet Systems after being in a nightmare with another company. He gave a me a competitive good honest price without saying yes to every single word I said and only to get my approval, get my money like the other company I was dealing with previously and many others do. He said that the project/process was going to take 3-4 weeks and they were able to install it in a day or two; he also said that was trying to speed it up since my situation at that time but without making false promises or saying other bs. I was fine with 3-4 weeks coming from a 3 months experience with zero result, but after few days he called me saying that they were ready and could come in few days to install my closets. So I don't think I waited much more than a week-ten days total. I am so impressed with my new closets! Yes! Plural! I had Custom Closet Systems design and install TWO closets. I had my master closet redone mostly for aesthetic purposes but what I REALLY needed was my guest room closet remodeled. I inherited a lot of clothes from my aunt recently and the weight of the clothes literally broke my closet, so I had to get garment racks and hang up what I could, anywhere I could. This was right before Thanksgiving when family would be in town, so there was an urgency for this to be completed. I requested quotes from multiple closet companies and was very thankful that Custom Closet Systems responded to my request for a quote within minutes it felt like! I spoke with Alfredo and he was able to come out the next morning! Alfredo was on time, very friendly and listened to my concerns and took measurements. He had my closet renderings ready to review the next day and he worked with me on any modifications I had, which were minute, he did a great job, I was so excited! He gave me a timeframe for the manufacture of the materials and install turnaround which was up to six weeks, which was what I anticipated, but Alfredo also knew the situation with my guest closet and he said he would do his best to expedite everything. I honestly thought he just said that to everyone so imagine my utter shock when he called me about a week later and said he could have it installed in under three weeks..... whaatttttttt? But wait, it gets better, because Daniel (I hope I got his name right), who installed my closets, was the icing on the cake! He showed up on time, was friendly, and he was clearly VERY skilled and experienced because he installed both closets quickly and effortlessly. He even made on-the-spot modifications when he ran into a snafu with a light switch that was in the way. Hired these guys because we just moved here and our closets had no hanging rails, shelving, drawers nothing. So they came in,took the measurements and showed us the types of closets we could choose from. After placing the order they have a huge backlog of orders so be prepared to wait for 4 months or more but it's definitely worth it. They came in ( or actually he did) and asked questions about things he wasn't positive of, and placed the drawers etc in perfect position for us. The material is great, solid and secure.
