Melanie (LV franchise owner) came over a few days before our start date and walked through all the areas i wanted organized. All her organizers were friendly, kind, and professional. They really listened to our direction and how we needed each room to function. Now, our once chaotic new home feels like a true home. I am so grateful for Melanie and her Neat team. My husband, who is quick to critique, told me that, he's..."never been so satisfied with a service". Esmeralda designed all of our recent projects, and she is truly talented. She has an amazing eye for making the most of every inch of space while keeping everything beautiful, functional, and thoughtfully designed. Daniel handled the recent installation and did an amazing job as well. He managed to demo, patch, and install both the pantry and reach-in closet all in ONE day! He was incredibly efficient, detailed, and professional. After working with Custom Closet Systems on multiple projects over the years, we continue to be impressed by the quality and value of their work. TLDR; They are AMAZING! BOOK with Tatyana & Svetlana NOW!!…read more I had been telling myself that I would clear out my garage and guest room since 2023. I would start and stop, get going then pause, I even took days off work to get through it, but no progress was made. Honestly I was way to busy to put in the mental effort and actual time to get this done. For context I did a small remodel and there was a lot of items relocated to the guest room and garage to create room and they never made it back to their spaces or out of the house. I finally realized I needed help so I looked around online and found Two Organized. From jump (compared to the other companies I contacted) they were on top of what I needed, they offered me options, they did a free in person walkthrough so I could explain what I was looking for, estimates and contract finalization was easy, and scheduling during the holiday season was handled amazingly. My schedule was crazy and changing frequently and they were so gracious with the changes! They were very clear about what to expect and what I needed to be available for. My part (separating things into keep/donate/trash) was done in about 1-2 hours for the garage and 1 hour for the guest room. The rest was all Tatyana and Svetlana! The system they organized my items into is super easy to follow, everything is labeled, its just so beautiful and peaceful. Seriously the quality of my life has improved so much being able to use my guestroom without a thought, both closets organized and clearly visible. Simply walking into a clean garage to do laundry or work on a project is so much easier than navigating the cluttered and cramped space I was operating in before.

We'd talked with two other companies prior to Closet & Storage Concepts, and it was really no contest. The showroom is great, and Sofia kept us in the loop along the way. There were a few hiccups with install: product delays which turned into an extra day of install, some areas weren't quite cleaned-up, and we noticed our dryer now has a pretty good dent in it from the install (once we let them know & luckily had in-progress photos to show when the dent occurred, they took care of it--dryer now good as new!). Rob and Sofia made sure a team came out the next day to finish and fine-tune the cleanup, and the end product is exactly what we wanted. I definitely recommend.
