Glass doors, shoe shrine, hanging spaces for long dresses, plenty of drawers, jewelry drawers, and tons of shelves. Our closets are 10 feet tall, and they are a whole room in themselves. The color we chose, with Sophia's help, was Fawn. It turned out perfectly, because it is a near match for our other cabinets in our home, including the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room cabinets. Gorgeous closet and absolutely a beauty to behold. Erik and Luke from Penmarc Inspired Spaces installed the Preston closet. They arrived early at our home, were very professional, and did an amazing job installing the Preston. They were extremely prepared and executed the project well. They understood the vision, and were able to put together my dream closet. They even finished the job early, taking only 2 days to complete the install although they were scheduled to complete it in 3 days. My husband knew they were perfect for the job, because the first thing Erik did was tape the plans and renderings on each wall, so he and Luke had visual guides for every space. Very organized, thorough, and efficient! I had such a horrible experience with my Elfa closets (another Container Store product) being installed by Ace Hardware, that I was going to cancel my Preston order. I am so thrilled that Sophia helped me understand that the Preston install would be different, as Penmarc's team truly knew what they were doing. They have worked on Preston and Elfa closets for years. If only my Elfa closets had been installed by Penmarc, Erik, and Luke! It would have saved me a lot of stress, frustration, and heartache. Kudos again to Sophia, Erik, Luke, and Penmarc Inspired Spaces. I will definitely be a referral source for the Preston closet and Container Store.

We stopped by The Container Store, hoping they had something duffle-like that would be suitable for that purpose. The store itself was pretty empty when we pulled up, so we had a couple employees that were extremely helpful! We couldn't track down the desired duffle bag we saw listed on The Container Store website, but the employees led us around the store to look at a handful of options. They even pulled the bags out of the packaging so we could have a better look, given we had some specific requirements in mind. We traveled from one side of the store in search of the perfect bag, and we eventually found one! It held up pretty decently on the total 16 miles haul by mules. I don't often stop by The Container Store in my hometown, but maybe I should considering how delightful the employees were at this one!

He was incredibly patient as I asked for several tweaks to the initial mockup until everything felt perfect. On installation day, Ronnie took great care to cover our floors and keep our home as clean and organized as possible throughout the install. He was incredibly kind, communicative, and highly professional. I always make a point to mention in my reviews whether I felt safe with workers in my home, and I felt completely safe with Ronnie. That is incredibly important to me--working with a business where women can feel comfortable and secure having workers in their home. He completed everything in just two days, and as an added bonus, he noticed a leak coming from one of our washer hoses when he pulled it out from the wall. The hose was rusted and corroded, and we had no idea there was an issue. Because he took the time to point it out, we were able to replace it before it became a much bigger problem. We truly appreciated that extra level of care, especially since he didn't have to mention it at all. We could not be any happier with our pantry/laundry room!!! If only I had taken some "before" photos of our tragic former pantry, so that I could show what a true, magical glow-up transformation that this remodel has been!
