Opening the door, much to my surprise the happy vibes flow as we are greeted by a wonderful and warm welcoming reception. What really sets this place apart is not only the outstanding design expertise, but also the consistently high-quality products offered at very fair prices. You truly feel like you're getting premium results without being overcharged. Nancy, the owner, is simply incredible. She treats you like a friend, not just a customer. You can genuinely feel how much she cares about getting things right for you. Her advice is thoughtful, honest, and clearly comes from deep experience and passion. She takes the time to understand your needs and ensures every decision delivers both beauty and value. It's rare to find a business that combines exceptional service, top-quality products, and real value at a fair price--but this is it. The level of care, design guidance, and overall experience is second to none. This is the only place we'll go from now on. Highly recommend! First time in and was greeted by a woman who asked if I needed help with anything!…read more Amazing I didn't because I was just there to look around but as soon as I walked in, to be greeted like that is GREAT. I found some Stonewall Kitchen merchandise right around the corner and of course I bought a couple Jars, one for a Christmas gift and one for a friend. (Blueberry was the one for the friend) They had Christmas and Halloween Decor but were just getting around to the Christmas stuff so the Halloween stuff was discounted, in fact so were the Jams I bought, 25% off! I was greeted by another woman who welcomed me into the store.... and then a man and then another woman behind the counter, all very friendly and asked if I needed any help, I was pretty amazed by this because some stories you go in and are ignored.... They had diffusers and oils and candles, usually my thing but spendy, around $45 for a single candle up to $60 and not knowing if the brand has a good throw or not when lit makes me hesitant to buy, I am sure for that price it would mind you but again, not knowing for sure..... that is a lot to spend...PM me though if you have tried any and they have excellent throws, I will go back this weekend and buy a couple (Thanks) All in all, I would go back because they were adding more items and Id like to see what they add next. Thanks so much for such a great welcome for this first time customer!

Date of visit: May 31, 2026…read more As a brand new Las Vegas resident, I am still making my way around, learning where everything is, which is good because I need a lot of things for our new home! This is the closest HomeGoods to me and I was looking for two things: A paper towel holder, and a hook to hang a kitchen towel on a cabinet. I came up empty on both fronts. While the store easily had 100 cutting boards, they had exactly one paper towel holder and it wasn't what I was looking for. There was a staff person in the area, but she focused solely on stocking the already overflowing shelves instead of assisting anyone. I did find some salt and pepper grinders, so it wasn't a total waste, but it's mind-boggling that a store with "home" in the title doesn't really carry paper towel holders.

This particular Homegoods is located in one of the many shopping centers on this main strip in Henderson. Inside is all kinds of edible things, nick nacks, glassware, plates, decoration items, holiday goods, furniture, linens, towels, tablecloths, pet toys, pet treats, and MORE! Near the entrance I saw a fun llama bench and some decorative giant toadstools or mushrooms. They had at least three rows of edible things. I found the pink Himalayan Sea Salt Chunks I was looking for. I also saw very expensive imported boxes of chocolates. (one box was $60.) They had so many chocolates and lots of fun different snacks I never saw anywhere else. I also enjoyed looking at all the fun decor. Checking out was easy and efficient. (unlike the Ross by me that could have been at least an hour)

They always look up at the customers coming in, but not once have they ever greeted me, or anyone that I've noticed. It's so odd, and unwelcoming. I was walking around today and one woman kept looking at me, not saying a word. I finally asked her name because this has been my experience with her any time I come in. Her name is Lynn.
