Really bad costumer service . I have bought a Christmas item at a full price . It was a Christmas rolling bag storage. Obviously, I didn't need to use it till after Christmas when I went to take down my Christmas tree to put it away in that bag and came to realize that the bag was defective. I went to exchange it but of course they didn't have another one and a return wasn't an option. They have this return policy after Holliday sales tha they will refund you the price that shows the price at the day of sale. In my case was 75% OFF. I tried to contact and negotiate with costume care and there was no negotiation. I have a defective item now that can't be used . Well, never giving my business to them anymore. I would absolutely recommend this place for any household needs you may need! They literally have EVERYTHING! Sometimes it can be overwhelming but if you know exactly what you're needing, it's great. Most recently I came in here with my husband to get some Christmas decor. We got a cute little inflatable for the front of the house and then they had this incredible puzzle I saw in line while we were waiting. They always get me with that stuff! Seriously though, you need pillows, they have it. You need a can opener? They have it. They have literally everything under the sun. Inside furniture. Outdoor furniture. Decorations. Lamps. Rugs. Whatever you may need! We love this store! And it's not too expensive either so I feel like you get some good quality items without spending too much. Like they had giant inflatables for Christmas for like $100! Wild. We waited in line for a while, but it wasn't too bad. The employees working were doing such a good job and still so nice even though it was hectic! I appreciated that. And be kind to retail workers this holiday season! If you've been here, you know that there is usually only 2 of the 4 registers open on most days for check out. Now, with a perfectly good customer service desk open & manned, I am being made to stand in the regular check out line, which is currently 20 customers deep with full carts, just to return a simple item. This review is based on two visits. First: busy Sat. We walked in and there where white lidded candles as a main display-far too boring. Not a good first impression. As we meandered through the store I was on the fence. Do I like this store or not? That is the question. Initial experience was uneventful. I was not too enthusiastic about the range of products. Vases and silk flowers on an end cap just did nothing for me. It was busy and I didn't feel like checking out all the departments. I made a teensy Easter purchase. What did stay in my mind is the Easter decor. Especially the embroidered pillows. Excellent price and very pretty. So those pillows got me thinking to come back. Certainly not the pictures or anything else. I wasn't too impressed with the silk flower arrangements only because the containers they are in are uneventful. All in all first impression was "meh". I needed a few things because I moved in to a new place so I thought I'd hit them up. I did find everything I came for. And more. And it didn't hurt the bank. That was the biggest plus. read more

There is only one AtHome in the Las Vegas area. They have a huge selection of home decor. I went specifically for the seasonal holiday decor. I do like this store a lot, however, their prices are higher than Hobby Lobby. This store in particular looked like it went through Black Friday early. Lots of empty shelves and stuff out of place. A bit messy. It was also frustrating as the line was very long, about a dozen people deep, and they only had two registers open. It moved very slow. This place is good and has many choices. I needed patio chairs or furniture depending on my apartment's patio size and I found the best match here @ At Home. Even though the prices are still high bt compared to other stores some items are acceptable. We visited at night, after 8 ... all the employees were very friendly and actually honest about buying options , which I like it cs helped me with saving some $$$ ... who doesn't want to save anyway! Hubby's been wanting to go here for the longest time. We visited yesterday. It's a little overwhelming. At first I wanted to go down every aisle. But we didn't get to do that. It's large. HUGE store. Like a mix of TJ Maxx, Home Depot, The Container Store & Kirklands. Clearance (25%, 50%, 75% off) is all throughout the store. (The 75% off stuff was in front of the store.) Seasonal (Fall/ Halloween- in a different direction, located in the front/ Christmas was in the aisles) stuff in the front. Huge Halloween inflatables. The largest one, Frankenstein is just under $200. The largest selection of: framed prints (lots of different styles) & frames (collage), clocks (so many different ones & huge ones too), mirrors (long ones, rectangular ones, circular ones), & bench cushions (several aisles, not just solid colors but so many prints available). Some of the cushions were 50% off. Not all of the selections are on sale. Already has Christmas stuff too. Stringbean didn't like the sink in the bathroom. It sprayed him all over. read more

I will say, I do have a love for this store, it's been especially helpful while furnishing a new house, and it's still a go to for me despite this being in Henderson and me living up in Centennial. They really do have everything you could imagine for your home here, from ornamental items, a really large artwork section, and a particularly amazing rug selection. Add to this the usual home and kitchen wares, furniture and soft furnishing items and you pretty much get the idea. This is one of those stores where I really enjoy just wandering up and down the aisles seeing what items jump out for me as must haves for my home, as well as a good place to get specific items I'm really in need of, and they generally will have something that meets my needs due to the large selection. It's not hard to kill a couple of hours in here! Now, don't come here expecting much in the way of service, in fact it's rare really that staff even talk to you other than at the checkouts. In fact, when they are stocking I sometimes actually feel I'm in the way, but that's probably on me. Certainly staff have always been friendly. The checkout line can get a bit crazy sometimes due to there being a single line and not many counters to pay at, but not a huge deal. Overall, great store, with middle of the road goods at equivalent middle of the road prices. Nothing super fancy, but somewhere that often will have that exact item or decorative item you are needing to find for your home. read more

First time here and I love it! Large selection of household furnishings and goods all the way down to outdoor gardening. There are very good deals throughout the store - make sure you give yourself time to hit the whole store - I was in there for 2 hours! The lady at the register took the time to wrap my fragile items - she was very professional and nice - I was so excited to go home and play with my purchase I forgot to get her name! Prices are reasonable for almost every budget especially during their many sales events. Sometimes I just go to browse but end up picking up some flameless candles or kitchen tools/accessories. I did get a Black Bear sign there that says "welcome" But I am not sure if I would go back, if I did, it would not be often. Maybe it was because I didn't want to take a chance on the non name brand candles and wax melts, I am not sure, oh I did buy a wax warmer but do not know how good it is yet, will update. UPDATE The wax warmer is the best one I have ever had and the wax which is like an off brand, maybe their brand, is excellent as well. Makes the whole room and beyond smell fantastic so I will be going back soon to buy another warmer and some more wax! read more

This place is a great starting point for all your apartment and home furnishing need needs. There are whole rows for summer decor like flags, wind chimes, fountains, patio furniture, solar lamps, plant hangers, plant stands, candles, and so much more. The pricing is very affordable and the fact that you can see it in real life makes a huge difference. The quality is decent too. I found a foldable metal plant stand that I use as a bird feeder or humming bird feeder stand. It was $40 and similar items online was twice the price. If you have a garden in need of organizing or a small patio to jazz up, I would recommend this place to get some ideas or pick up a couple of items as you go. Their inventory seems to rotate a lot so if you find something you really like get it right away. I saw a bird house feeder there for a great price, but waited a week and it was gone. Service is minimal, so don't expect to find help in the massive space. It's more of a explore and discover some great finds home decore place. It's very well organized though so you don't get too overwhelmed. There's a huge clearance section for past season items as well. Very unique finds. Would go back and would recommend. read more

Visited here today as I just recently bought a new home and was looking for some smaller items like decorative pillows. The selection is overwhelming and I LOVED this! They have so many different options and ideas. There are some decent items that are better quality and some that are super cheap. Generally, you can tell the difference and just make sure to look your items over for flaws. I almost bought a pillow that had pulled threads already. If you are looking to decorate your home on a smaller budget - this is definitely the place to go. I actually prefer AtHome as opposed to Home Goods. Overall, this store was average. The selection of things for the home is great. If you are looking for small pots they'll probably have 50 to 100 small pots to choose from. But the store associates are the worst . You can never find anyone and when you do they are as lost as you are. But the worst is trying to check out. You always have to wait FOREVER, even if there is only one person in line in front of you because the employees are either really slow or really lazy. They have both types. Either way its so bad I usually can't bring myself to go because I always leave frustrated or annoyed even if I found exactly what I was looking for. read more

The best way I could describe this place is, Imagine if Home Goods & Bed, Bath & Beyond had a baby and gave birth to At Home. It has a little bit of everything but is a bit overwhelming and we didn't get through the entire store, it's HUGE and was giving me anxiety. Very well organized though and clean but overwhelming nonetheless. I also found some things to be very pricey. There were several things in there that I could've gotten from Home Goods for about half the price they were selling them for. It is good to go to them if you need more than 3 or 4 of something and can pretty much count on it being there if you need more in 2-3 months time. This place is also a house stager and interior decorator's dream. I would definitely come back if I needed something specific like their canvas prints or outdoor planters or something because they have a wide selection of styles and sizes and they are gorgeous! What a great store with so many things you need for your home. You need lots of time to shop in this store it is huge . There is so much to look at and so many things are so rare you get caught up in buying things that you didn't even find looking for . At Home has everything you could want for your home, office, yard or any place that you can call home even your camper yes camper ! They have something for everything and everyone here. The only thing I was not really happy with was there lack of help on the floor for customer service . There's only cashiers working it seems. Walking out of Trader Joe's, we noticed the At Home store. It's been a while since we've been to this part of town. In effect, this is a new store to us. I vaguely remember there was a Kmart here, am I right? This store is huge; I mean Lowes, Home Depot, and Costco huge. Even though there were many empty shelves and space, it still has more general "home" merchandise anywhere that I've seen. For those of you who have never been to this store, I can only equate it as a much larger version of the Home Goods Store operated by the TJX Companies, the same people that run TJ Maxx and Marshalls Department Stores. My wife and I split on this store. I liked it for the vast amount of merchandise and much lower prices. She wasn't so enamored because "it didn't have a warm cozy "feel" to it. Maybe that's the difference between male and female shoppers? To my mind, this store had everything that a Home Goods store has and twenty times more at lower prices. It just isn't as attractively displayed as Home Goods one-twentieth the size. My wife obviously didn't like the very austere warehouse feeling she got. She actually said it was too large as well. Well, I guess to each his (or her) own. And since this is my review, I rate At Home four thumbs up regardless of what my wife thinks. Got completely ripped off today. Bought a picture frame that had two different price tags on it and I was charged the higher price. Total rip off! And of course I didn't check the receipt until I got home (which is 20 minutes away). I called and spoke with Joanie who said the only thing I could do is come all the way back (for $3). She also said she was a manager. Then proceeded to tell me to hold on and then hung up on me. Of course I called back and told her I think we got disconnected. No apology from her. Then she proceeded to say that she just spoke with the director, Justin, and there's nothing else they can do. I then asked to speak with Justin. Joanie said he just walked out the door for the day (ya right!). Her whole story sounded like a lie. She showed absolutely no customer service. And there's no way I'm driving all the way back for a measly $3 but there's also no way I'm coming back. I'll go to Home Goods, Tj Max, Marshall's, hell I'll go to freaking Walmart. Whine they have a ton of stuff, truly a warehouse full of stuff, their check out process feels like a wait at the DMV that lasts an entire afternoon. It may not take that long to but $65.09 worth of stuff, but the actual line and wait to check out for a store that size makes no sense. If big box stores continue to struggle, 'at Home' is saying to everyone, ..."c'mon guys let's see how fast we can get forgotten"! I don't care if your cheap or how cheap the crap is in the store (a lot of it just plain broken stuff). But you better damn well be efficient. That ain't happening here. I came here around 6pm, after some co-workers told me about this place. I've just moved here and need to furnish 2 of my bathrooms. As I walked in I noticed how organized this store is. Needless to say I ran into the Christmas section first. I absolutely didn't need anything. Yet now my cart was full of a ton of Christmas items. I found a great bedside table, some great kitchen supplies, outdoor planters, some art work, new bedsheets, pillows, throws, a white vase for my dinning room table, then all the bathroom supplies I needed. While on my way to check out I also found some perfect blackout curtains. This place truly has everything, one stop shop for all my housing needs. I found the staff incredibly friendly, the were singing Christmas music, asked me if I needed help. Great shopping experience overall. read more

Holy moly. I didn't know what to expect when I came here. It's like a big box super store and a Home Goods had a baby. This place is massive, so come with a list to guide you or over an hour until you have to be anywhere. And snap a photo of the map at the entrance because you WILL get lost. Or at least I did. They have everything. Like actually everything. Seasonal decor front and center, every kind of decor and statement piece you can imagine, a wall art section roughly the size of an entire apartment complex. It's ridiculous and that's just half of the store. If you have impulse shopping issues, maybe steer clear. I was either too overwhelmed to make my selections or have more self control than I imagined, because my first visit didn't wipe out my bank account. They have basically a warehouse full of various goods. Bed, Bath and beyond meets Homegoods meets Garden Ridge. I've found select items in there that are hard carved from India. The people who work there don't hover, let you shop at your own accord. Some of the stuff is cheap, but other items are great finds and absolutely worth every penny. read more

No star rating if I could! We had a chair in our cart, which fell out, right in front of an employee. This employee saw it, turned his head & stood there rearranging items on a shelf. No offer of help. That was indication number one we should've just left. Onto checkout. Clearance summer items did not ring up the sale price. They were all on the clearance shelves, multiple items. Same with the summer chairs in that middle aisle . Big sign right next to each style of chair. Not one chair had red sticker on them, all were stacked on top of each other. I tried telling the check out girl this & she just kept parroting," it has to have a red sticker." I told her, none of these chairs have a red sticker, two separate styles, reg height & bar height, each had the sign next to them stating the price. She never offered to check, nothing. Manager walked by, I asked her. Same thing, it needs a red sticker. I said, again, none of these chairs had any stickers, but they had two huge signs next to each style chair, indicating the sale price. So, nothing rang up correctly. I also had summer candle holder ( wicker style, hello, yeah, that's a summer item plus it was on your clearance shelf with multiple other wicker items!) rang up regular price. Yet again, I said it was on your clearance shelf with other exact items, this wasn't the only one. I was not walking all the way back to that section, one, it's not my job & two, why should I keep doing that when they should be offering to go check it out, but I have to do it while they just stand there? No. Not anymore. Take your lazy employees,managers & shove them where the sun doesn't shine. Your store isn't the only option. Never will I go back this store. Not if your items were free. Horrible experience, rude employees, nothing rang up correctly. Even tho they work there, they can't be bothered, save your gas & money. Go elsewhere! read more

"Holy s**t!" I literally said this out loud when I first walked in and the smell of Christmas hit me in the face. Imagine cinnamon, pine cones and ginger bread mixed together. That's what it smelled like through out the whole store. I describe this store as home decor on steroids. It is seriously like a Costco for home stuff. There are your seasonal items for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas towards the front, with everything else home related through out the store. Every category is grouped together with signage pointing in their direction. They have everything from outdoor furniture, kitchenware, tables/chairs, pillows, frames and so much more. Here's why I'm only giving them 3 stars. I love looking at kitchen utensils and everything kitchen related. They really didn't have a lot. The shelving was pretty bare and there were open spaces with nothing on it. Another reason why I'm docking stars is because of pricing. Some things I saw were pretty expensive. There was a small decorative pillow I liked, but I wasn't fond of the $17 price tag. That may not seem like a lot to some people, but it's unnecessary to me. I can find some of their kitchenware at Target for cheaper. Now that I've seen it, my curiosity has been satisfied. They do have unique items and maybe I'll drop by again in the future to find that one fancy piece. read more

This Lowe's does not carry about customer service just there month sales goals. Drew the manager had me waiting at the return desk for over 15 minutes while talking to other employees around the corner as I waited. Clear as day the return policy stated on line means nothing and they will sit there and Blame their computer. As a business owner in the past I would constantly get calls from them asking if they can help with any jobs or orders, I obviously hurting for business. Your sales are down and your reviews are terrible because you don't care bottom line. Stay away from this Lowe's and go down the street to Home Depot.
