**Excellent Murphy Bed Installation - Highly Recommend Classy Closets!** I wish I had thought about space-saving solutions like floating furniture and hidden beds when I first bought my house. The less furniture touching the ground, the easier it is to clean and maintain! One day I decided to get my bed off the floor, and Wendi Tunson from Classy Closets made it happen perfectly. She offered the best prices with fast, professional, and friendly service from start to finish. While I'd love to hide my California king bed (it's just too big!), I'm already planning my next queen Murphy bed and have plenty of other creative ideas for maximizing space. Highly recommend calling or emailing Wendi, (wendi.tunson@classycompanies.com) Look at my closets below!! read more

We worked with Matt who spent a lot of time answering our questions and designing exactly what we wanted. We even went through several iterations of designs and choices in color to be completely happy, given that we were designing for two indecisive people for what seemed to be a tiny closet. Since we were out of state, Matt was very communicative by email and phone and met with us a couple times before starting the build. At the last second we threw in a request for a custom floating cabinet and were again happy with the design and the cost. When it came time to install, the men who came were very customer service oriented and polite and answered all our questions. Total install for both closet and floating cabinet took 1.5 days. They made us feel very at ease at every step of the process. Matt and his crew are truly genuine guys. Would choose them again in a heartbeat. read more

Had a wonderful experience from start to finish! We had a few vendors come out for a quote and Classy was indeed CLASSY! Janette came and did the measurements and we visited the showroom and picked our colors for the closet and within a day or so we got the 3D renderings. Janette was so fun to work with and did a phenomenal job! Was happy with the quote and went with them. Oscar and Tyler came in and installed the closet and did a remarkable job! They were awesome as they were so respectful and easy to work with. I for sure will want them back! Thanks so much to Debbie who took care of us from start to finish. Hats off to Classy Closets! read more

Round Two with another room because I was so completely happy with their work on my master closet many months back, I could not be happier with the Murphy bed/office/display cabinet outcome to the work done in our spare bedroom. Worth every penny! From sales to him actually helping install, Eddy is a really great rep for Classy Closets and helped sort out small technical issues in my design and installation to ensure it was exactly what I needed. He has been so excellent to work with on our home projects this last year. Thank you Classy Closets! I happily would refer you to anyone looking for custom closet or cabinet needs. read more

I was very happy with my Classy Closet experience. I moved into a smaller home and seriously needed extra space. Janette was excited about the project and able to create some excellent designs when I told her my ideas. I absolutely love my master closet, master bedroom built-ins, and kitchen pantry, which I've received so many compliments on. I've included photos of all three. I also had cabinets added to the laundry room and garage. Debbie the office manager was also great at coordinating everything and working with our schedule. I would definitely use Classy Closets again!!! I also want to mention Jose and Edwin, the installers, who were really nice guys and definitely wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. read more

Fair prices and good customer communication. Showed up on time and was very helpful. Listened to our ideas and educated us re our closet

I had a murphy bed installed. Wendi was so helpful, and knowledgeable in the beginning design phase. She helped me scale down when what I planned was outside of my budget. Debbie was so friendly and thorough with the payment procedure. I was happy I had a choice of payment- credit card without a fee, or personal check. The installation was stress free, and only took 3 hours! Jose and Tyler arrived on time and got right to work. They cleaned up afterward, and demonstrated how to maneuver the bed; allowing us to try it out while they watched. I definitely recommend them. read more

Jeanette Miller from Classy Closets, was our Closet Designer and she worked through all of our changes and design questions. We must have had at least 4 redesigns and she always came with a smile and a new design. The final product is stunning and looks glorious. We are more than happy with the closet. As my wife has said, "It IS, the closet of my Dreams". The installation went without a hitch. The installers were professional, kept the work space spotless and well organized. They had everything and did not need to leave to obtain something. The install crew was the best workers I have had the pleasure of using. During the interim, between ordering and installation, even the owner of Classy Closets called me, to cover electrical lighting issues, and the installation of our safe. We got a high quality product from professionals that care... read more

We needed bookshelves with cabinet space for our office. Janette came and created a great design for our needs. The price was fair and they were running a 10% off special at the time. The only set back was the scheduled time for installation which was estimated at 8 weeks out. I asked to be put on a cancellation list and Debbie called two times to move up our installation date - I was excited about that! The big day came and Jose and Trey did a fantastic job. I called 5 companies to design my closet and pantry. I also needed storage in the garage. Classy Closets was amazing. Janette really listened to me and designed my dream closet. The pantry is more than I could have hoped for. There really are no words for the quality of the work. They took out the old mess, patched and painted (we supplied the paint, easy!) and in no time I have everything I have dreamed of and more. I knew I picked the right company the minute the guys came to work. They were really nice, they worked quickly, and quietly, and always with a heads up when they would get loud. They cleaned up afterwards. They were hard working and respectful that this is my home. I can't say that about everyone I met with. Thank you Classy Closets! read more

Found classy closets via Yelp ! I had a small project I needed done with my closet . Even though it was a small project every person working their treated us like we were their biggest project. From the initial call it took about 1.5 months to install . I'm very happy with that time because corona virus is slowing everything down . Their office manager was on top of everything . Called me to confirm and take the deposit . She also called me the day of to make sure I was feeling okay which was a nice touch . The workers who installed the new closet were extremely professional and on time. Installing a closet causes a mess however they vacuumed up everything leaving my floors how they were before the install . 100% satisfied with classy closets and will be recommending them to friends and family . As far as price I felt it was a great price . I had quotes from a contractor and they were a few dollars cheaper but I didn't feel the confidence in their voice . read more

Owners wife is rude and obnoxious! Would never do business again because of her .. go elsewhere. Their workmanship is all from China

Ryan was the one who came out and kind of helped me out as to what is best for the projects i had in mind. Came prepared had samples of color etc. i'm very indecisive so must say very patient. I had our mudroom made, a mini library and 3 walk in closets. All just based on my idea/ couple pictures combined and personalized by Ryan. Since it was all custom, had to wait for 6wks for the materials to be ready to install. Once the installment appt is set, they actually came in time. They cleaned up after themselves and also polished everything that was built. I loved their product i asked for them to come back to built our entertainment shelves. I had an idea what i wanted and again, Ryan was able to pull it off. They make sure you are pleased with the work. And if you are not, they help you find ways to make things work. Debbie is wonderful too. She was very helpful from the very getko. Highly highly recommend this company. read more

We are organizing our closets and we needed more rods for our custom closets. We called Classy Closets because I remembered they installed our custom closets over ten years ago. We called and spoke to Sherry. She was so nice on the phone and told me how to measure the closet so the rods will fit perfectly. She said I can come in the next day and they will make it the size we needed. So we did and when we got home the rods fit perfectly. First I am happy to say that after over ten years they are still taking care of me. Larry was also very friendly and helpful. My closet looks very classy! Thank you Classy Closets read more

Classy Closets did an amazing job with my custom closet, and it was affordable! I had originally consulted with another company, but there were several issues with scheduling and them losing my closet plans. I called Classy Closets after this frustration and they sent Eddy, the designer, out the next day! When Eddy came to look at the space initially to take measurements and talk about what I wanted, he was very thoughtful and took his time. He came with lots of samples and I didn't feel rushed at all. The actual installation process went well, too, and I felt comfortable with the pricing. The other closet company I consulted with was obscenely overpriced. I felt like the care of the staff at Classy Closets and the quality of their products was top tier, and I definitely recommend them! read more

5 Stars with out a hesitation! Wendi was our designer and Jose & Scott were our installers! What a team they were! Classy Closet gave me my dream office. From start to finish this team listened and saw my vision of what I wanted exactly. I offered handout ideas and concepts & Wendi heard what I was wanting. Classy Closet had the selection of material option that matched perfectly with our home. Their price was not the cheapest but it was also not the highest. What impressed me most was that they listened to what the customer wanted and delivered. Jose & Scott arrived in a timely manner, worked consistently & diligently! They were very respectful of our property & safety. They are very knowledgeable about what they are doing. From start to finish they were conscious of clean-up and did an outstanding job beyond what I was expecting! The company support of prepping the product pieces were of quality for the price & accurate in assembly. Which quite honestly amazed me since there were so many pieces. Communication from the company members were excellent. Good follow-up, open communication & great overall customer service. Will not be needing to look for any other vendors. But will for sure be calling them for our future home improvement projects. Only critical comment no fault to Classy Closet is... I wish they weren't so busy so I would not have to wait so long to get my project done. But, honestly for the end result- it was truly worth the wait! Thank you so much Classy Closet Team! I'll be calling upon you again! read more

TL;DR: Classy Closets is awesome! I have been very impressed with Classy Closets from the very beginning. It was easy to schedule a consultation, and when Sherry came over, she was very professional and thorough. She also made some suggestions that I hadn't thought of, which ended up being better than what I had originally imagined. I had quite a bit of traveling planned this summer, but Debbie was very accommodating with the scheduling. When Edward came out to do the install, I was very impressed with his professionalism and how he cleaned up afterwards (used an orange-scented cleaner to wipe down all surfaces of the installed closets and then vacuumed each room he worked in also!). All in all, I couldn't be happier with my new closets (hooray for organization and more space!) and will definitely be using Classy Closets again when I do any closet/cabinet projects in the future. p.s. I had gotten quotes from two other companies (well, tried to) and the first one didn't even show me any samples and didn't try to understand how I would be using the closets to make any suggestions of their own, while the second one wouldn't send anyone out to do a consultation and said that I would have to do the measurements and come in to their office to look at samples. read more

Denver CO - I have used Classy Closets in the last two homes I have owned. They did a great job for me. So of course I called them for my closets in my new home under construction. The design person came to the house and took measurements of all my closets. She said she was busy and would get me design layouts and prices within a week and a half. Three weeks later I contacted the main office - they were going to reach out to her and get back to me. Two weeks after that I reached out again - I've never heard back from them at all - not even to apologize for a flaky employee who must have quit? I'm very sad that this reputable company has gone down hill so badly read more

Top-notch sales experience. Rep came out, was on time, & listened to exactly what we wanted. She then got back to us quickly with her design rendering of our wants/needs & gave us some options. We customized the product for those needs & pulled the trigger on a buy. Communication running up to the sales visit & prior to the install appointment was outstanding. On-time, friendly & careful crew installed our laundry/overflow kitchen cabinetry which was complete with a counter space that they were able to recreate with material that was a 99% match to our kitchen granite, at a fraction of the price (which is what we wanted for this application). The installers took great time adjusting all the drawers to ensure everything was operating as it should. We appreciated that! There was a couple of small spots in the install we felt needed attention that ultimately generated a return visit / fix. We need to be clear that Classy connected with what we brought up and pretty much didn't give us a choice, they WERE coming out as 100% customer satisfaction is what they're about. After a quick 15-20min 2nd visit we had 100% perfect cabinetry (& it is AWESOME). The other thing I'll mention is there's a bit of a backlog from time you order to the install day (at least there was for us)..... in the end it was well worth the wait though. Would recommend these folks 100 times over. In a world that is Vegas crappy service, these guys are the aberration..... refreshing! read more

I cannot say enough how happy we are with our new spaces! Janette was amazing to work with from design to the install process and the install crew was a dream. We didn't even know they were working in the house! Amazing experience and life changing organization. We had our master closet and two bedroom closets redone. Eddy came out and measured, listened to my needs, talked about what I wanted. He showed me samples, pictures etc. A few days later he sent me the design he came up with, with the cost. We had several companies come to give their designs and pricing. None of them compared to the experience I had with Classy Closets. Eddy really listened to what I wanted. We went ahead with Classy Closets, and within a few weeks, they were ready to install. The two men who came out did a wonderful job. Very polite and did a beautiful job on the install. We are so pleeased with all the closets. It was wonderful working with them. read more

Where do I start? We had a new build and I started the conversation with Janette 4 months ago to get ahead of any delays due to COVID. I'm particular so there was a lot of going back and forth with the design, but Janette was incredibly patient with me. She LISTENS to what you want, your concerns, communicates any concerns she may have and designs accordingly. What made me ultimately choose Classy Closets? Overall experience was amazing - I had other companies completely ghost me after initial designs started and a very highly rated company we thought we were going to hire just didn't get/nor listen to what I wanted even when I drew it out for them and was just awful to work with. We met with the owner/head designer which helped us feel like we were in good hands, but then were passed on to a different designer who didn't read any notes from our consultation and just didn't seem to care. But I digress. With Classy Closets, from the owner, the billing staff, their designer Janette, and their installation team - great experience all around.  I couldn't be happier with the results - my closet is so beautiful I just want to live in it! Don't even bother with other companies - just go with them! They'll get it done right. read more
