Terrible service went in store in the evening and got a quote. Applied for the credit card and had to wait for the card info. They said I can order the next morning and pickup the items that were in stock which were vinyls. Other items would not be available until a month out which is fine. Next morning I placed my order online for pickup. Was not getting any confirmation ready for pickup. Called an associate and she was not helpful at all she said "What do you want me to do?" Shes acting like i demand they get my order ready i wanted to know if a portion of it would be available because the day before I couldve just walked out with it if i just placed it in person. My contractors and husband went in store and said it wasnt ready. They were not helpful either knowing that half my order was indeed available. I see a handful of the same complaints from others in here saying the same thing. I called again and the associate confirm the vinyls were in fact ready and I wont get emailed a pickup email because not ALL items are not ready. What kind of system is that?? She was more helpful than the first but also had an attitude that I obviously wasnt pleased that I wouldnt know this information when nothing indicated that. My contractors had to wait around for a n email and call that wasnt ever going to occur? Our work wouldve been done in a day if it wasnt for this. I asked for help trying to match a.color of schluter trim they looked like they had it but when I asked what area I was overwhelmed so I asked another gentleman who all he said was if it's not there we don't have it and quickly ran back to the group of floor decore hang out and just kept walking not even the courtesy to stop to talk to me no issue I will go somewhere else next time they did greet me when I walked in though. This location was supposed to open today as I received an email and expected their grand opening on 11/28! I was turned away by a lady up front at the entrance stating that their store is not open due to not yet receiving a permit. There should have been a follow up email to indicate an update status on their grand opening, yet there was none sent. We went to the Rainbow location 3 times and didn't get much help. We ended up driving across town to the S Grand Canyon Drive location and What a huge difference! The store itself is well put together! The staff were super friendly, we got greeted on arrival. Many staff asked if we needed help. We ended up getting helped by GARY! I recently went to the Floor Decor on Rainbow to check out tiles for up coming bathroom remodel I saw a particular faucet but they were out on the floor. Got home went online and saw they had the product available. I called a couple times and nobody ever picked up the phone so I could verify. I just ended up going to the Grand Canyon location and purchased the faucets. I called S. Grand Canyon today and I'm having the same issue, You call the phone number and nobody picks up the line. I don't understand what kind of service is this? I don't want to drive from Centennial to Summerlin to be told they have the same products in stock when it comes to tile! Worst experience ever here at this F&D location. So much so that I felt compelled to create a yelp account and leave a review. Cashiers with zero people skills, rude and cold from the moment you walk in to, the most incompetent team of "supervisors" I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. Warehouse employees sitting around, doing absolutely nothing and when it is time for them to do their job they're nowhere to be found + the overhearing of bad-mouthing customers within earshot. Icing on the cake? MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES ARE SELLING BROKEN PRODUCT OUT THE BACKDOOR/UNDER THE TABLE TO PAD THEIR POCKETS!! It is absolutely disgusting. Expensive materials being purposely broken just to be sold to shady contractors and friends/family for obvious personal gain. Employees recklessly operating forklifts without a forklift certification around the warehouse floor. Employee food and drinks left on top of product and out in the open for everyone to see. It's just disgusting and a shock that there isn't an active investigation on this location. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and other proper entities but not before I tell anyone who reads this to NEVER shop at this location. read more

This place is a disaster. I purchased a cart load of tile and changed the order to a contractor pick up at the register. When my contractor arrived he was told the order wasn't ready - even though the entire order was pulled and on the cart when I left the store. The next day the order still wasn't ready for my contractor. I called and was placed on never ending hold. I called back and asked for a manager and was left on never ending hold again. I called a third time and finally did speak to the manager who told me that they noticed some broken tiles in the boxes so instead of notifying me they just marked the order incomplete. I had zero experience with flooring before starting this project, which is why I was probably putting it off for so long. I finally stopped by Floor and Décor to start planning the small job of replacing my carpet with laminate. Not only was I thankful for the DIY classes Floor and Décor provided but the instructor Gary Logerquist was key to my success in this project. Not only was he able to provide me with all the knowledge I needed to get the job done he was able to make recommendations based on a lifetime of experience (you can't train that). Additionally, I had bumped into Gary when picking up some leveling compound and shared some pictures of a challenging spot... he on his own time and asking for nothing set a time to personally come by and assess the job. To my surprise he helped me pull up the boards and restart for a proper and solid foundation... roughly 3 hours of his morning before heading to work to start his day.
