If you want anything floor related (even for your pool) this is the place to go. They have seemingly everything and the best prices and selection I have seen in town. The store is HUGE and although there are a lot of workers, you have to hunt a bit to get someone who can actually help you. We have bought new flooring here multiple times and I love it. read more

This is our go to store for all tile/remodel needs. They have a great selection at a very affordable price. The store associate Jamie was super helpful and helped us select the right pieces. He even matched the grout colors for us and then reminded us of other tiny details we needed to buy for our bathroom remodel project. Pick up was effortless and the communication from store regarding our order was very good. read more

Terrible service went in store in the evening and got a quote. Applied for the credit card and had to wait for the card info. They said I can order the next morning and pickup the items that were in stock which were vinyls. Other items would not be available until a month out which is fine. Next morning I placed my order online for pickup. Was not getting any confirmation ready for pickup. Called an associate and she was not helpful at all she said "What do you want me to do?" Shes acting like i demand they get my order ready i wanted to know if a portion of it would be available because the day before I couldve just walked out with it if i just placed it in person. My contractors and husband went in store and said it wasnt ready. They were not helpful either knowing that half my order was indeed available. I see a handful of the same complaints from others in here saying the same thing. I called again and the associate confirm the vinyls were in fact ready and I wont get emailed a pickup email because not ALL items are not ready. What kind of system is that?? She was more helpful than the first but also had an attitude that I obviously wasnt pleased that I wouldnt know this information when nothing indicated that. My contractors had to wait around for a n email and call that wasnt ever going to occur? Our work wouldve been done in a day if it wasnt for this. And the associates arent resourceful enough to find out any info for me including these female associates have an attitude on the phone ffs. I recommend going to TLC than here read more

Cheers to Skylar for helping us with our purchase today. We love Floor & Decor for tile selection. Today while 3 of the staff all stood idle, inly Skylar took the initiative to help us check out. She was reprimanded by another employee; however, she was the only person moving the line forward. When we left we also saw her even assisting with a car getting loaded. Give the girl a raise ! Large selection of tiles for your home- bathroom, living room, and kitchen, wood flooring, bamboo flooring, ceramic and porcelain floors (wood- looking). So many different kinds of examples on the wall. The difference in the "before" (the product to buy) and the examples on the walls is something to be mindful of, too. There were some design stations as well as slabs for your reference. Bathrooms in the back - it's very pretty, a lot of their tiles and materials were used. Smaller than the store at Cheyenne/Rainbow. read more

This location was supposed to open today as I received an email and expected their grand opening on 11/28! I was turned away by a lady up front at the entrance stating that their store is not open due to not yet receiving a permit. There should have been a follow up email to indicate an update status on their grand opening, yet there was none sent. Their effort to promote and send a false notification to the public is unacceptable. I waited for their grand opening because this is the nearest location to my home and I was looking forward to their grand opening day! This review is based on their grand opening day. However, I would like to visit the store when they open. It appears to be a larger location from the rest in the valley. read more

I recently went to the Floor Decor on Rainbow to check out tiles for up coming bathroom remodel I saw a particular faucet but they were out on the floor. Got home went online and saw they had the product available. I called a couple times and nobody ever picked up the phone so I could verify. I just ended up going to the Grand Canyon location and purchased the faucets. I called S. Grand Canyon today and I'm having the same issue, You call the phone number and nobody picks up the line. I don't understand what kind of service is this? I don't want to drive from Centennial to Summerlin to be told they have the same products in stock when it comes to tile! Why is it that no one wants to give customer service over the phone these days, customer service just stinks all around with most box stores unless you have that one person that takes pride in their job! read more

Shower remodel. Can't decide? Not sure what's needed? After checking various places for ideas, advice, I ended up stopping at Floor & Decor in Henderson. There, I met LeAnn Fink, Design Consultant and I'm so grateful for her expertise and advice. LeAnn has an incredible eye for color, design and product knowledge. Without her I put, I would have chosen a mixture of finishes and color hues. I'm excited to see the finished result and will update this review. read more

Worst experience ever here at this F&D location. So much so that I felt compelled to create a yelp account and leave a review. Cashiers with zero people skills, rude and cold from the moment you walk in to, the most incompetent team of "supervisors" I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. Warehouse employees sitting around, doing absolutely nothing and when it is time for them to do their job they're nowhere to be found + the overhearing of bad-mouthing customers within earshot. Icing on the cake? MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES ARE SELLING BROKEN PRODUCT OUT THE BACKDOOR/UNDER THE TABLE TO PAD THEIR POCKETS!! It is absolutely disgusting. Expensive materials being purposely broken just to be sold to shady contractors and friends/family for obvious personal gain. Employees recklessly operating forklifts without a forklift certification around the warehouse floor. Employee food and drinks left on top of product and out in the open for everyone to see. It's just disgusting and a shock that there isn't an active investigation on this location. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB and other proper entities but not before I tell anyone who reads this to NEVER shop at this location. read more

Tony and his team went above and beyond to help me when I lost my purse at this store. I'm so very grateful to these guys and gals. Thank you for being good people and restoring my faith in humanity. You all have good karma coming back to you. I'll be back here for all my flooring needs. read more

This place is a disaster. I purchased a cart load of tile and changed the order to a contractor pick up at the register. When my contractor arrived he was told the order wasn't ready - even though the entire order was pulled and on the cart when I left the store. The next day the order still wasn't ready for my contractor. I called and was placed on never ending hold. I called back and asked for a manager and was left on never ending hold again. I called a third time and finally did speak to the manager who told me that they noticed some broken tiles in the boxes so instead of notifying me they just marked the order incomplete. I cancelled the order and went elsewhere. read more

Jaz was great to work with! The second time we came back she was helped by Priscilla, who was also super pleasant. We came first for porcelain tiles for one bathroom, then we came back to get cool accent tiles for our other bathroom and she was so patient with us while we walked through almost the whole store deciding what designs and colors we wanted. Then they both helped out with grout colors and calculated how much we would need for our projects, which we wouldn't have been able to know without them. Thanks for all the help! read more
