They have this return policy after Holliday sales tha they will refund you the price that shows the price at the day of sale. In my case was 75% OFF. I tried to contact and negotiate with costume care and there was no negotiation. I have a defective item now that can't be used . Well, never giving my business to them anymore. Sometimes it can be overwhelming but if you know exactly what you're needing, it's great. Most recently I came in here with my husband to get some Christmas decor. We got a cute little inflatable for the front of the house and then they had this incredible puzzle I saw in line while we were waiting. They always get me with that stuff! Seriously though, you need pillows, they have it. You need a can opener? They have it. They have literally everything under the sun. Inside furniture. Outdoor furniture. Decorations. Lamps. Rugs. Whatever you may need! We love this store! And it's not too expensive either so I feel like you get some good quality items without spending too much. Like they had giant inflatables for Christmas for like $100! Wild. We waited in line for a while, but it wasn't too bad. The employees working were doing such a good job and still so nice even though it was hectic! I appreciated that. And be kind to retail workers this holiday season! Definitely will be back!

IKEA used to be a go-to destination - busy, well-organized, and genuinely fun to browse. Lately,…read morethough, it feels like a shadow of its former self. The showroom feels noticeably empty, both in terms of foot traffic and staff presence. Though the upstairs display walk through areas look decent and recently rearranged/changed, it still feels empty. Where there used to be employees readily available on the floor, you're lucky to spot a few in certain areas. If you're coming in to return or exchange an item, you may casually stand around for a bit until staff comes from the back to tend to that area. Displays of merchandise feel like an afterthought compared to how carefully curated things once were i.e.: a cart full of items vs them being displayed and organized. The biggest disappointment? The cafe downstairs.. I've visited a few times recently and it's been closed or non-operational each time with kiosks showing an error screen or "CLOSED". It used to be a highlight of the whole trip - I'd always look forward to grabbing a little meatball sundae on the way and making an afternoon of it. Instead, I now find myself in a long long line waiting for one of four self-checkout stations to open up.. (the previously staffed registers are no longer a thing and other self-checkout lines are blocked off)..only to look over and see the cafe kiosk dark and unattended. It really takes the joy out of the visit. That said, there are still some redeeming qualities. The as-is section remains a solid find for deals, and apparently you can now shop it online - a nice touch. The space also has free WiFi, so if you're looking for a low-key study spot and the restaurant upstairs happens to be open, it could work for that. Overall, it feels like IKEA is operating with reduced resources, and it shows. I don't follow there business much so I'm not sure if they're struggling but hoping things turn around not only for the customers but for the staff too!

I'm talking about "Threads of Tyranny" (or whatever they call themselves). First off, getting in was harder than getting a toddler to eat their vegetables. I swear, they had a velvet rope, a bouncer who looked like he wrestled bears in his spare time, and a questionnaire that asked for my blood type, social security number, and the thread count of my dreams. Apparently, only "industry owners" are worthy of their hallowed halls. I'm pretty sure my grandma, who sews better than most fashion designers, wouldn't have made the cut. Once I finally breached the inner sanctum, I was greeted by prices so high, they could make a billionaire weep. I saw a scrap of lace that was priced like it was woven from unicorn hair and spun by angels. I'm pretty sure I could buy a small island for the cost of their "sale" bin. And the staff? Oh, the staff. They looked like they were auditioning for a remake of "The Stepford Wives," but instead of being robots, they were just...snobby. Asking for help was like pulling teeth from a grumpy badger. I inquired about the difference between two types of cotton, and they looked at me like I'd just asked them to explain quantum physics in Klingon. Honestly, I'm surprised this place hasn't been swallowed by a black hole of pretentiousness. I give them a solid two years, tops, before they're replaced by a discount mattress store or a laser tag arena. Mark my words. If you want fabric that costs more than your rent and service that makes you want to scream into a pillow, "Threads of Tyranny" is your place. If you value your sanity and your wallet, run. Run far, far away.

This was meant to be a learning moment for them. Instead, we were embarrassed the moment we walked in. Our kids were standing right there and witnessed everything. It completely ruined the experience. As parents, we were trying to teach our children about gardening, curiosity, and learning new things. Instead, they saw adults mocking others for asking a simple question. A respectful explanation would have been more than enough, but we received zero professionalism and zero kindness. This place does not create a welcoming or supportive environment, especially for families or beginners. We left feeling disrespected and disappointed. If you value being treated with basic respect, I recommend going somewhere else.
