There is such a huge variety of items, and everything feels thoughtfully chosen and special. I have been feeling really overwhelmed with everyday life lately, and I thought grabbing some crystals might help me feel more centered again. The second I walked into the shop, I instantly felt thankful that I did. The energy was calm and welcoming, and it was exactly what I needed. The owners were extremely kind and helpful. I was honestly feeling anxious because my child was running around the store and I was so worried he might break something, but they were incredibly sweet and patient with him. The employees here are Selective about who they are nice to and who they want to help. When my hubby, kids and I walked in we got a frigid "hi" with two pairs of eyes tracking us from a distance. But when others walked in they got attention, assistance and warm greetings. Weird how that works. Especially in a place that sells items that are supposed to bring peace and grounding energy. This store also charges more money than other gemstone shops we've purchased from. Lots of stuff to look at, but wouldn't buy from them because of the lack of customer service towards us. It was clean, well organized, so much to read and look at but not overwhelming. Maria, working there was marvelous. She was so helpful, kind and patient. She gave me the positive energy I needed. After having a late lunch with my family at Downtown Summerlin, my sister in law mentioned she wanted to go to the "crystal store" after. I decided to go ahead and go with her! This store is located at Downtown Summerlin and from what I know, they are locally owned and operated. They sell jewelry (rings, necklaces, earrings, etc.), crystals, minerals and more. The staff is super knowledgeable about all the crystals, too, which was great. My sister-in-law was just looking for a new ring to add to her collection. I will say their jewelry differs in prices. They have nice rings for around $100+ but they also have a decent selection between $30-60, too! So honestly it just depends on what you want. They also seem like they have a lot of sales, too, which is great. My mother in law and sister in law said I had to get something, so with the help of an associate there, we picked out some things that would help with "growth" for me, which is something I really needed. I got a beautiful bracelet, which I have been wearing nonstop since I got it (it's moonstone, which is so simply and beautiful). I also got the black tourmaline and carnelian stones. I was able to hold the stones and my bracelet while I saged them. They sage all their stones before you take them home with you, which I think it a beautiful gesture. They also give you the card that goes along with it so you can understand your stones more and their uses. I'm a big minimalist when it comes to jewelry (most days, I only wear my engagement & wedding rings and then a cross ring I got as a teenager + my nose ring) but I definitely love the simplicity and beauty of this bracelet. Im a regular shopper with my stones and moldavite Collection. I have spent alot of money cause I appreciated the customer service every time I visited. Kindness and attentive. This time, I had a horrible experience going with my daughter. My daughter suffers from anxiety and I wanted to make her happy and have her choose a Stone that will relax her anxiety. Immediately upon walking in the store I was approached by young pretty girl, maybe 20sh. I couldn't believe how overwhelming and pushy she was the minute we walked in the store. Made us grab a basket right away and wasn't even giving us a chance to actually feel welcome to choose the Stone we wanted. She kept shoving stones down our throat and making us feel like she knew what she was doing. She definitely doesn't know what we need it since she didn't know the reason we went to the store in the first place.. She was super obnoxious and loud, made my daughter feel worse and ended up walking away. This is the first time I've seen this young girl and I will not be going to the store any longer. This store always has the crystal gifts I need for family, friends, and myself. I bought a necklace for my mom to hang on her rear view mirror or loves to wear it out. I love supporting local businesses and I remember shopping at this place when it was at the Bellz outlet mall then Townsqaure and now they have been at Downtown Summerlin. I got the chance to meet the owner and do a tour of their warehouse which was cool seeing the behind the scenes on how they carefully pick out the crystals that make it to the store and repurpose the other ones. My daughters and I have been going to this location for a few years, at least once or twice a year. The owner, Aaron has been really helpful, nice and knowledgeable. My daughters and I came here this past friday when another older lady was in charge, I didn't get her name but she was thin built with wavy/curly hair, she had an accent. She wasn't very welcoming nor helpful at all, I didn't like her energy; this can be a reason alone not to come here anymore. The stones are genuine and very pretty. This is my "go to" place for gift ideas. I was looking for a decent Native American jewelry store in Vegas and came across this place. It's not a Native American store really, but rather more of a decent-quality silver jewelry store with hints of some Native themes. I was lucky to arrive during Black Friday Weekend, when all silver jewelry was discounted 50%. A men's Royston Turquoise ring grabbed my eye and wouldn't let go. Meaning that a sale was imminent. Big Kudos to the store for stocking the larger men's ring sizes. Salesperson Taylor was a sweetheart who took great care of me, providing me with a nice Silver Post logo polishing cloth and printed info about Royston Turquoise, a striking variety of stone. Had a few weird things happen in store when a couple of fully stocked ring trays went missing temporarily and the cash register base came clanking loudly off it's stand...all while I was waiting to pay. And I also had somewhat a wardrobe malfunction when my face coverings completely blindfolded me and fought me greatly thru re-adjustment efforts, lol. All-in-all, a cool shop. It's very likely not the cheapest place to find jewelry of this type outside of once-a-year sales. However, you should have the peace of mind knowing that you're getting quality-amazingly crafted jewelry at a fair price. This is a cool spot. Good variety, tons of knowledge. Its a family business, but, the mom (I don't know her name) is THE business. These folks are customer service oriented - maybe a little too much for me. They are extra nice and mean well. Personally, I don't care about in-store promos and stuff. Buying stones is about connection. The one I buy has to speak. So, why 5 stars? Because the store is a resource. It is a place where you can touch and feel and choose something that vibrates on high. If you have a question, they have an answer. When my friend and I were checking out one of the girls was all distracted and said "oh sorry, we're just making sure those girls weren't stealing" referring to two hispanic girls chitchatting in the middle of the store. And then the other girl came up to us and talked on and on about how those girls were going to steal, to us as CUSTOMERS!! And then she said "thank you for not stealing!" on our way out. If I could give zero stars I would. First off I went into the store because I've been to them before and the experience was fine and I liked the crystals they have but today I went with my daughter and was followed around. My 12 year old daughter was like, "they are only following us because I'm black and you're passing so if I wasn't here then they wouldn't be following us" it broke my heart but I did also notice that we were being followed and it wasn't in a helpful manner as others who enter the store didn't get the same treatment. I understand that the store is in Summerlin but times have changed. I really wanted to buy some crystals but due to vibes and the white woman making my daughter and I feel like we were nothing more than thieves due to the complexion of our skin I wasn't going to give them my money. I started off going to Silver Post to buy sage, but now it's become a ritual almost to just go in and check it out every time I'm in Downtown Summerlin. The store itself is gorgeous and well-organized. If you have questions, there are plenty of ladies to help answer them. What I don't appreciate is being hovered over and followed around as I'm browsing. The store is so tiny and in a safe area, so I doubt they have much to worry about when it comes to theft. I can't count on both hands how many times I've walked out faster than intended b/c I was annoyed by my "shadow." The pricing on their large scale items (and even some smaller) are insanely high. Not once have I been in and a sale was being offered. If you've got the money, spend it but if not, this is the place to avoid. read more
