This store has very nice things but the vibe was cold... we looked around but we felt like we were being watched... no one greeted us... there were other people walking around... customers came after us was greeted... were 3 staff all behind the counter not sure what they were doing... I went to the show case and one of the girls behind the counter said that we can open the case and they don't lock it... that's cool... so then walking around browsing for a good 10-15 minutes still no one asked of we needed any assistance... so we caught the hint and left... read more

I see the great reviews but honestly, my experience was much different than others. I came here maybe 2 times and didn't want to come back after those. There are a lot of crystals there but they are overpriced at $5 for a tumbled stone and larger natural pieces will cost you much more. I have seen some of the same crystals and other shops for $1-3 a piece and they have the same beauty/energy as the ones here. Ppl often say you get why you pay for but I would much rather go to another shop with better prices for the same crystals. Staff is not my favorite either. It is not a very welcoming store, I was wearing quite casual clothes (hoodie and jeans) so maybe they perceived me to have less money to spend there? I'm aware there aren't very many black customers that shop there so it may have been that too. I remember coming in and they either never spoke to me at all or kept staring at me suspiciously like I had done something wrong. I would rather go to Enchanted Forest or Psychic Eye for a more inviting environment and lower prices. read more

I stumbled upon this store by accident (after visiting the candy store) and I'm so glad I did! A welcoming energy warmly greets you at the door. No help was provided i wasn't approached once while in the store and even at check out the staff was short and rude. They had a very young lady working probably 18 or so and and she was the only warm person working. My Girlfriend had the worst experience ever on December 31st, 2022. We had went to this store in the past and bought a few things but after this experience we will NEVER be back here ever again. To start off we were eating some cinnamon pretzel bites when we walked in the store, we walked up to a counter where they had some bracelets and my girlfriend picked one up (a PINK one to be exact) she then turned her back to me while holding the bracelet and told me that she needs to wipe off her hands so she can try on the rings so her hands aren't dirty (because that's what we were originally there for) While she had the bracelet in her hand she wipes her hands (on her pants close to the pocket) then when she was done she put the bracelet BACK. We start walking up to the glass where the rings are but we are then stopped mid way by an older woman who works there and she comes up to my girlfriend and tells her "here's a basket for the pink bracelet" then my girlfriend in shock, ask the lady "what pink bracelet?" She then looks my girlfriend in the eye and tells my her "the one you put in your pocket." My girl now in total shock tells her she didn't take the bracelet and empty's her pockets to show her that she didn't take anything. The lady says okay (doesn't apologize) and goes back talking to the two gentleman that were in there before. We continue up to the rings and a young lady comes up to us asking if we need any help. I notice that the two men leave and the old lady whispers to the young lady that is helping us and I hear her say "I'm gonna go check the cameras", I tell my girlfriend that I heard her say that and my girl raised her voice and tells her that they can look at the cameras because SHE DIDN'T TAKE ANYTHING. So I tell my girlfriend let's just leave because I don't want to buy anything from them because they accused you of stealing, didn't apologize and embarrassed you in front of everybody in that store. To the older lady I hope you're reading this, you're service was horrible and especially how you embarrassed my girlfriend accusing her of taking that bracelet was wrong you know that and I bet when u went back and seen the footage u can see she put that shitty ass $12 bracelet back and how you handled that situation was crap. You guys won't be getting a penny out of me, my friends or family. read more
