Came here to service a ring we bought online one of the diamonds fell off so I contacted online customer service because my ring was within the 6mo warranty W/O buying additional insurance it can be serviced so i said i even made online customer service check my order to make sure. So we went to the store told the lady what happened and she said did you purchase a warranty i said we didnt but i was told were within the 6month window and should be covered. She said no you have to buy the warranty separate but if you service now it can be added additional $170* i said no were fine then thats not what we want then this other guy stepped in and instructed the lady helping us that no within the 6mo warranty to service and check the ring all the have ti pay is the $50 and will replace and service the missing stone, as he was walking the lady through it still all confused on how to do what the guy was telling her finally the husband paid the $50 to replace one small ring and said will be ready 10-15 days or so.. After certain days got an email stating that it was ready for pick up so the husband went pick it up while i wait in the car took him awhile because another lady tried to charged him $$$ again... I mean why is not everyone aware of the warranty they have instead of keep trying to charged us more, such a bad experience. The ring band we bought was $700 something its not worth it to put no insurance on it it so small and dainty we just bought it online just to have a band to exchange for our quick ceremony because we already have the ring. We bought this ring around july wore it on mid august, mid october a stone was already missing.... read more

I was scrambling to get a ring my mother left me resized for her funeral. I came in on a Monday and by Tuesday night the ring was already sized. Yolie and Jacob were amazing and if there's anything I ever need, I will go back. I highly recommend them. They are caring, concerned, loving, and empathetic. I could not have had a better experience. read more

Again, Downtown Summerlin Zale's Jewelers has come through with flying colors! I took my ring for its semi-annual check and had it sent out to be polished. A huge shout out to the master craftsman who worked on polishing and re-rhodoliting my ring. Although I have always enjoyed wearing my ring, I can truly say I have never been more proud to wear this piece of art! The rhodolite (white gold) has never looked so classy! This was totally worth the wait of sending it out. Also, a shout out to Yoli, the sales associate who helped me. To say she helped me is an understatement. THANK YOU, ZALES!!!! read more

Zales - A ring I am proud to wear! - Jewelry Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Bought a bracelet for over 5k online, picked up in store. Purchased it with 1 year warranty / life time protection. 9 months later the clasp broke, store couldn't find proof of purchase because their online database is 'different' seemed like they didn't care to look either and charged to fix clasp. It was my 3rd time in to get bracelet worked on because they didn't repair it properly, one employee was able to find my online purchase and wrote a note. When I went to pick it up that apparently didn't matter anymore and said they couldn't find it again. Will never come back here or buy from zales again read more

Thank you so much Ruby for being so polite and customer service oriented with my situation. You definitely are an asset to this company, and because of you I will continue to come back to Zales for future retail therapy. read more

Zales - Diamond Repair - Jewelry Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

I had quite the issue. Long story short, We purchased in October an engagement ring online and bought the warranty at the outlet store along with a band and a warranty for that. I then go online and find the band for $40 cheaper, so I go to this store to return the band and warranty bought at the outlet and to buy the warranty on the band bought online. Well since the warranty for the engagement ring was on the same receipt, it was somehow, someway cancelled, but I did not know this nor get the money back for it. Here we are six months later and I go to the outlet location for inspection and to get my engagement ring re-sized, where the guy informs me that the warranty was cancelled and that I should go to the Summerlin store to see what happened. So I drive across town and explain everything and end up waiting for the store manager Trent. The warranty and money were just MIA and we couldn't figure out what happened. Trent was able to get my warranty back on my ring. Him and his team are wonderful customer service, the outlet store definitely is not as they could of helped me but instead sent me across town! Thank you so much for your help Trent!! read more

I went into Zales a few months ago because my engagement and wedding rings had a few small missing diamonds (see picture.) The rings were not from Zales, but since I have no clue about diamonds, I popped in since I was in Summerlin, thinking I could at least get an estimate. The salespeople were very nice and helpful, but it took about an hour to get pictures of my rings only to be told they SEND the rings out for an estimate and it would take a week to find out how much it would cost. After a week, I went in to find out the estimate. The jeweler quoted $400 for the wedding band and $900 for engagement ring??? There was a $65 "polishing fee" as well... shouldn't that be included?? I ended up taking them to West Sahara Jewelers and was charged $75 TOTAL to fix three rings. Just another reason to support small/local business and not money-hungry corporations. read more

Updated Review: 1/13/2018 Thank you Jacob for the amazing customer service and laughs while we looked for our wedding bands. Jacob was so helpful offering so many amazing suggestions for wedding bands and was super helpful. He made us feel super welcomed and I even got my ring cleaned. Thanks Zales ---------------------------------------------------- I am so in love with this Zales location. Thank you Jarred and Gina for your amazing customer service. Upon entry into the store, I was greeted with a warm smile and a helpful hand. Gina even noticed an error on my engagement rings birth certificate and corrected it with no problem. Gina also showed me the unique characteristics about my ring, and let me look at it under the microscope. I am so in love with this store. Everyone in the store were so eager to help, and I just how clean they keep the store. Thanks Zales for all your help. read more

I have only the best things to say about this store location! My fiancé and I had made some recent purchases and the last purchase we made wasn't right so we took my diamond earrings back to make an exchange and Trent made everything possible for us to get the right shape and size. He was the absolute best at accommodating our needs and most importantly making both of us feel comfortable and happy! If you are looking for a jeweler who is exceptional, ask for Trent! He will take the best care of you! I promise! Thank you so so much Trent! You rock! read more

I went in with my Fiancé to ask if I could buy a spacer for my engagement ring that's too large and Trent took such good care of us! We don't have time to get it re-sized right now and he got a spacer put on and even gave us a couple of extras in case I need to switch it out. And all of this was free of charge! Trent is the BEST! read more

The times on Yelp are wrong. It does not open until 11am...the not so pleasant sales lady was happy to make my daughters and I wait outside 8 minutes before 11am in 106° Vegas heat. Went there to look for a gift, some woman is talking to the people that work there about some sales signs that are missing. Nasty to them. Apparently she is a regional manager or something.? Needs to be dressed more appropriately for that position and store location. It is DTS after all. The sales people in this store are the ultimate professionals. I've dealt with Ruby and Heidi on numerous occasions and received nothing but excellent service. These sales people know what's important. Update!! OMG this store is turning into a nightmare!! Another new manager! What is going on? Why can't this company keep a manager in place?! This guy has no manners. Bad habit of going "yeah" in an odd way So glad Heidi Is still there read more

I think it is important that I make this Review known and maybe not because the store itself deserves it but because of a certain employee who makes the store lose prestige, I made a purchase under order #10000807010319 on Wednesday 23, 2022 that was charged to my Zales Credit card. Someone canceled me at Zales Jewelery Downtown Summerlin. It left me without my purchase and now I have to wait five to seven days for the refund, and according to Customer Service it does not replace it because it is no longer in stock, with which I totally disagree. This act put in doubt buy online with Store. read more

I took my grandmother's pearl necklace in to have restrung and fixed for my sisters wedding day. The sales lady that rang it up said it would be no problem to have the necklace back on the day I needed it. I was very clear that I had to have it back by a certain day for my sisters wedding and she assured me it wouldn't be a problem. She even set it for a few days earlier. The due date came and went so I called to follow up. When I called the gentleman said that he'd have to call me back on progress. Two days came and went and I called back again, this time with an upsetting answer. I was in fact not going to receive the necklace in time for my sisters wedding and that I I should have never been promised delivery by the designated date and there's nothing they can do to help me. So now my sister will not have our grandmother's necklace on her wedding day. Thanks Zales for horrible customer service and complete disregard for a very special family moment. read more

I can't even score this place low enough. If you are thinking of shopping here. RUN AWAY!!! The reason we say this? My wife bought a Vera Wang love collection ring for my anniversary. We went to another Zales this morning and were horrified to find out that the ring was not a Vera Wang collection ring. We bought the ring at the Summerlin location in the Vera Wang collection display. It was sold to us as a Vera Wang collection ring. We even have all the boxes and paperwork including a certificate of authenticity. But the other store is insistent it is in fact a fake. So now we have to fight with corporate over this. We are beyond pissed. read more

The worst customer service I think I have ever experienced. And that's not an exaggeration. It's pretty easy in this day and age to make customers happy or empathize when you've made a mistake and genuinely want to fix it. Not here. I dropped my engagement ring off 2 months ago bc a little side diamond had fallen out. They said the repair would be about 2 weeks. I called several times to see where the ring was and would get different stories about why the ring was not ready. 2 months later I get a call from the store manager saying it was "LOST in transit". After calling corporate and talking to other store employees I continue to get different stories about the timeline of the ring being gone yet no one can provide a concrete story about where it went or what went wrong. Multiple employees have told me that the ring had been gone since shortly after we dropped it off, but they were instructed to tell me it wasn't ready yet. So not only did they lose it, there is no sense of transparency or honesty. And talking to the store manager, she takes no responsibility nor does she express any concern or care. I have called corporate to request a district manager call me and no one has called back or my husband back when he has called and requested the same. After reading many other reviews online it seems their customer service overall is extremely poor and many people have had problems with their repairs, service and products. I would never in a million years choose to do business with a company that operates in this way or recommend this store to anyone. The ring was so beautiful and had such significant meaning to me given the journey I have been on with my husband and the last thing I want to do is fight with a shady jewelry store about where it went. read more

You decide. I took a man's wedding ring with very small diamond missing to have it replaced. Zales quoted almost $600 to replace the tiny diamond. I took it to another reputable jeweler and they did the work for $95. Personally, I will never see the inside of another Zales Store. read more

After being upset that one of my diamonds fell out of my engagement ring my husband took both my wedding band and engagement ring to this Zales. We usually come here to get all of our rings cleaned. He spoke to Heidi and started down the road to a repair. They went searching for our diamond bond and couldn't find it attached to anything on our account. They gave us a number to call in which they would provide us with the diamond bond and we could go back to have it printed. We dropped it off on March 27th and got it back today. Heidi went above and beyond before giving us back the ring she had me inspect it as well as herself and with the jewel camera. She signed off on our bond and reminded us when to come in next to get the stones checked. I honestly was ready to say "F" this I'm getting a tattoo if my ring that's only 4 months old is losing stones and I have to pay for them to get replaced, Heidi explained how rare it was to have that particular stone fall out and assured that if it happened again that it would be covered. Everyone at this location is very sweet and helpful. Thank you Zales read more

Horrible horrible horrible, do not shop do not enter so not go, and especially don't open a credit card with them. During this whole pandemic I missed one payment on the zales credit card and they charged me 432.00 in interest!! I called to try to have them remove this charge, since we were sick with Covid and nope no one would help. Never again will I shop here again. Ruby was amazing! After having terrible customer service at another jeweler in this area Ruby took the time to walk me through every case of engagement rings that they had in the store. From beginning to end she was very professional and answered every question that I had. I was with my fiancé and two children and we ended up leaving with a engagement ring and a ring for my fiancé. The rest of the staff at this location was very nice as well. One of the ladies even offered to clean my jewelry while we were waiting for our paperwork. We will definitely be back! read more

To the employee RUBY!!!!! You are RUDE! You shouldn't be working in sales / customer service with the public if you have no sympathy for people's situations and the reasons why they're buying jewelry! She told me "there's nothing we can do, since the jeweler RUINED your wedding ring it doesn't matter" I asked her if she's married and she said NO!!!!!! Makes a Whole lot of sense as to why she doesn't care that my wedding ring was ruined! She didn't even offer to reorder a new one I had to speak to a manger and even then I'm still upset because I don't have my original set! I will not be returning to this location ever again! This company has the absolute WORST customer service that I have ever had to deal with. I've had so many problems with them, that we've finally just taken our business elsewhere. I had gotten a ring from them and it was covered under warranty. One of the little gems fell out so I took it in, they said it'd be done in a week, when I actually needed it. I never received any update calls from them or anything, so I finally just drove down there. Turns out they lost it in transport and they couldn't track it down in time for what I needed it for. We were furious. My boyfriend called and the lady on the phone didn't care that we needed it that day and was promised that day. When we went down there, mind you he was steaming mad, nobody even wanted to greet us. He had to go in the store yelling until we were able to get a manager. After 20 minutes of arguing with her, she finally told us that she would give us another ring for the weekend so we could do our photos and I could return it and exchange it back for my ring the following week. Every experience I've had with Zales has always been terrible. I'm so glad we found D & R House of Diamonds upstairs above the Zales in Downtown Summerlin. 100% different experience. We'll never purchase anything again and I will only go back there if I ever need something repaired on my ring. read more

Horrible experience with them. Do not buy at this location is the best thing I can say... my brother and I went in to look for a watch, Patrick helped us. He kept trying to get my brother to open a credit card with them after my brother several times said he didn't want a credit card. Fast forward I go in to look for my fiancé's ring, a very nice lady was trying to help me (i don't remember her name) then Patrick interrupts our conversation to try and sell us the same watch he offered my brother. When I came back with my fiancé so he could get sized and so he could pick out his ring the ring was bought but the previous person gave us the web code to order it at any time. Patrick and this Asian lady tried to lie to us and say that they couldn't order it because it was no longer in store.... my fiancé and I said okay we'll look else where for a similar once. That's when all the "sudden" they were able to order it online. That same day again Patrick tried selling us the same watch!! Whatever we bought the ring and later had to return it because it was too big and his ring couldn't be sized due to the metal. Patrick was the one who returned and reordered the ring and put the ring name as the wrong name!!! I don't understand HOW if he had my debit card in front of him the whole time he was making the new order. Just before we left he tried selling us THE SAME WATCH. unbelievable.. I called today to see if the ring came in and they said they DIDNT KNOW WHERE HIS RING WAS!! But never asked for a transaction number or tracking number on my receipt. All they said was we don't know when it'll come in or where it is. After calling and asking to speak to a different person other then Patrick this lady took our call and looked up my order number she was able to verify that the ring was in store and arrived before the date promised. Patrick didn't even put my NAME under the order! This lady that helped us find our ring said it was under moremag... some gibberish shit. My first name wasn't even on the order and that not CLOSE to my last name!!!! As soon as she found my order they emailed me that my ring had arrived. The worst experience ever. Never going to this location. read more

Well, I can not possibly give a more favorable review to this business & its people. I was doing a bit of shopping, and thought why not. So, I entered Zales, was immediately warmly received, and felt at ease. I have to give a HUGE shout-out of gratitude to Gina & Heddy. What a pair of charmers these two really are. I was looking for wedding bands & immediately found what I wanted. Now, as a never-before married gay man, I was a bit hesitant to reveal all. Foolish! Gina & Heddy charmed me to tears and were quite honestly, sincerely thrilled for me. Bless them! To my fellow "Friends of Dorothy", this is the place to come when shopping for your special someone. And, of course, I was expected to bring my future Husband in for introductions; everyone was charmed. So, suffice to say, I will be not only never jewelry shop anywhere, but Zales; they will both receive invitations to our Black Tie wedding. Thanks, again, Ladies. read more
