I love the location they have in the container park. Plenty of options with charms and chains! I was able to fix my last bracelet after it had broken off. This time I got a new gold chain bracelet with a heart charm on it and I've now had it on for 4 months with no issues. I LOVE my permanent bracelet highly recommend. Great for besties, sisters, mother/daughter, couples, anyone really! Definitely worth it and amazing quality. I have had no tarnishing or loss in the shine. Great value! The lady was so nice. i was adventuring the container park in DTLV and stumbled across this shop i saw they were advertising that they had silver and real gold jewelry, i consider coming in as i was interested in getting a hand chain so this was it! They have real gold, gold plated and silver. The young lady working there took her time and showed me all kind of different ways to make the hand chain piece more unique and styled to my hand anatomy, i really wanted to add an emerald/gold gem in the middle however they didn't have it but that's okay i love my hand chain plain jane! Was looking for a different permanent jewelry place since my last bracelet fell off and stumbled upon Cinloco. I liked that online reservations were available so I made an appointment for the next day. We arrived early to our appointment and got right in, it was warm and cozy inside and lots of shiny options to choose from. All the prices are listed and there's so much variety. Me and my daughter got the same bracelet chain and different charms. You get to pick out tight or lose you want them. It was done and over in a matter of seconds! The last place we went took at least 15 minutes a piece. I'm gonna go back for a necklace next. There's so much other stuff to buy as well from earrings to rings and more. read more

This place is the BEST! My sisters and I went to get matching bracelets for my birthday and had the best experience! I was greeted with pink box donuts, balloons and the cutest happy birthday sign!! As a birthday outing, my best friend and I got anklets, I was initially very happy with my service. The niece of the owner helped my friend and I on my first visit and was very warm and welcoming. I got some charms on mine and one eventually rusted, so I came back to see what the replacement policy was, when looking for a replacement for angel numbers there was nothing similar among the selection of charms, so I settled for another (which was of lesser value of the charm that rusted) the employee who helped "make it right" was less than inviting and almost seemed like she didn't want me or my spouse in the store. This disappointed me as I enjoyed my experience the first time around. I still love my permanent anklet but can't help but remember my unsavory experience each time I see my replacement charm read more

Cute shop to get permanent jewelry! They had a fun selection of gold and silver chains, and the staff is friendly. I would say that it is a bit pricey, but they have a policy that you can get your chain reattached if it falls off. read more

We walked in as she was getting ready to Close. We were a group of 4 women and wanted to all get something for our friends birthday. The lady who helped us was so friendly and helpful. She never rushed us and even gave us a small birthday discount on our friends necklace and bracelet. They guarantee their work and will re-attach Any item that breaks or has to be removed for surgery. The customer Service alone makes this little Place worth it! It was such a fun experience and I look forward to Bringing my daughter here for Some fun jewelry. I made an appt for my best friend and I to get bracelets. The website allowed me to make an appointment for 12:05 PM. We both get there for our appointment and the place is closed. I call the phone number on the website and that location did not open until 5PM that night. Very disappointed as we were only in town for a short period of time and we could not make it to another location or wait until 5 for that one to open. Do not trust the website to make appointments and we missed out on an experience that we wanted. read more

I made an appointment with this "studio" with my best friend. We got matching bracelets. The process is quick, easy, and painless. The cost is VERY EXPENSIVE for what it is. Also the location is odd. It's in the entrance way to what seems to be office space. There is VERY limited seating and no privacy. Not that privacy is needed but it would be nice to be separated from the other people waiting for their turns. The entire room is the size of a bedroom and you are right on top of people who are getting their jewelry and the people waiting (sitting on the floor) for their turn. I'm not sure I would do it again. The options they have listed on their profile are no accurate. The options are much more limited than what are listed. The lady who did our bracelets was very nice and accommodating. The three stars are due to price and the space that this little place is located. If price doesn't bother you then it is generally an enjoyable experience with a friend. read more
