They're around the corner to the right, across from Bazaar Studios, next to Crystal Cove. There's good parking available. They've been open for three years and to the public for about 6 to 7 months. Inside is a small space, the store offers a variety of jade jewelry including bangles, 18K pendants, and various fashion collections featuring animal, culture, letter, and zodiac. There's also gold jewelry for 10K, 14K, and 24K, as well as rings and earrings. I had questions about real jade and the sales associate Brian made time and did a demo on how to tell if jade is real or fake. If you shine a black light on jade, and you see lines, it shows the imperfection and that jade is fake. I asked if he could check the jade I was wearing and he confirmed mine is real, it made me happy. I was looking to add to my collection and found some lovely pendants with varying colors of green, yellow, and purple. I noticed an animal jade pendant that is Grade A, which is the highest form of jade. It had a gold-plated necklace. I asked if I could switch the necklace to silver, Brian quickly swap it to sterling silver which is waterproof, and I love how it looks! It's so cool, they let you try on the jewelry, and there's a big mirror to see. I had the necklace adjusted before purchase, and will definitely wear this on a special occasion. Service from Brian is very kind, welcoming, courteous, attentive, helpful, and friendly. Thank you for a pleasant shopping experience!

I believe that was his name. He was very welcoming and so happy to help us. There are so many beautiful choices but you really have to see what calls to you and what looks good on you. I tried on a few beautiful bangles in different shades of Grade A Jade. I chose a very beautiful bangle in a floral print. The process to fit a bangle is a bit painful. Alex did put a lot of lotion on my hand because it makes the process smoother. The intention of a Jade bangle is for it to fit so it doesn't slip and slide on your wrist. So it has to be a bit snug going past your hand. My mom got a beautiful bangle as well. Alex is a great salesman. He convinced my mom to get bracelets as well but we did get 2 free rings. The value altogether it worth the quality and beauty of it.

I purchased a pair of earrings , after getting home , I realized I didn't like them, so I returned back to the store, where he greeted me again with a smile and ask what he could do to make me feel good about my purchase. I realized that he had showed me another pair that I really liked so I decided to return the original pair for those. while making that Purchase, he mentioned, he thought they were a little small and showed me a larger pair that I liked but I didn't purchase them. Long story short I went back a third time to purchase the larger pair.. the moral of the review is he was pleasant each and every time he went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied as a customer. There isn't many salespeople that would have been happy to see me come back not once but 3 times to return an item and still maintain a positive attitude with such grace.. I definitely will make more purchases through him.. I will definitely recommend going to meet Ozzi at the premium outlet in Vegas for your next Jewelry purchase... Thank you Ozzi, you made my experience well worth the purchase...

I think I'm a fan for life…read more I've been eyeing the pretty pink stone bracelets from Kendra Scott for some time. I love a delicate piece and Kendra Scott has perfect items for someone like me- simple and easy to wear jewelry. But, can I just gush about Jenna for a moment? I lost my twin boys and wanted a piece of jewelry that I could use their birthstone (both in March) and my rainbow babies birthstone (December). I expressed this to Jenna to ask if I could mix the stones on the gold bracelet I was eyeing. She says I can and I ask her how much the base be felt was and to customize. She then did the kindest thing and left me stunned in the middle of the store. It was touching and I generally don't experience kindness of that magnitude. It makes a crappy situation in life a tiny bit better Thank you to the Kendra Scott brand and especially to Jenna for doing what you did. You definitely didn't have to but I appreciate that you have a wonderful and kind heart.

10/10 Customer Service Excellence! Alexis is an Absolute Gem!…read more I wish I could give this location more than 5 stars just for Alexis! I recently ordered a few rings online but was completely lost when it came to the fit. Since I've never really been a "ring person," I walked into the store feeling super unsure of whether I needed to size up or down. From the moment she stepped in to help, Alexis completely transformed my experience. Not only did she seamlessly handle the exchange process, but she also took the time to educate me on how sizing works and how uniquely different each finger can be. To top it all off, she went completely above and beyond by creating a personalized ring size chart for me to use for future reference! Alexis never rushed me, made me feel incredibly valued, and provided a warm, personable, and stress-free environment. I walked out of the store knowing I had just received the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. This encounter made me love Pandora even more. I wish I could get Alexis each time I go here since other people's experiences seemed a bit different from me.
